I wanted to get a new sim with my existing number which was some how not working and broken.So i asked for a new sim they said blank sim are not available with them so called sim from nagpur which cost me around 250/- now i have given them sim to atleast renew my number so asked me to pay 50 rupees service charge which i paid and demanded for the bill they didn't gave me.But still till today the sim is not activated its been 5 days not.The employees in the reliance communication office at gondia are not at all supportive they are not even talking toh customer properly.On what basics they are giving dealership i dont know.Pathetic service. Wont recommend any one to opt for the service.

    Recently i have gone through mnp from MTS to reliance gsm, as i saw that reliance is givingawesome offers, i checked it at *129#, thts why i switched to reliance gsm, but after mnp when i press *129#, it is showing THIS SERVICE IS ONLY FOR PREPAID GSM USERS, as i am already a gsm prepaid user, so it is irrelevent, also i checked a other gsm no, same error is showing their, so basically this problem is coming in all the gsm no, so plz fix it soon so that we can take benefit of reliance offers, aarav- [protected]

    I recharged rs150 in [protected] in afternoon of 7-1-2017, I used only 1 rs .after that I had balance of 149.280

    But in this number many service activated automatic and cut my balance. I complaints but some money back and some do not come . 198 is not process call. I disturbed because it activated 4 time automatic.

    Mobile balance of 300 has been used up by website named APDAYstrmgMlysubs in reliance mobile without giving information about the website please get back the mobile balance as early as possible in our mobile which has been taken up by the website named above
    I am a reliance customer and I have recharged Rs 152 for unlimited now. I could not able to talk and always busy and I have contacted customer care and talk to Pooja Patel Senior executive but she is not able to solve my problem an said I could not do anything about it kindly resolve my problem.

      Sir, i am regular user of reliance jio communication service. I bought my jio sim 2 month before and it was working fine. But from tomorrow morning its data is not working although calling is going on. Whenever i try to use internet it says recharge your number and data is not working. My jio number on which problem is [protected] . Sir whenever i call the customer care no. Either its come to be busy or whenever it connects once after 20, 25 trying its gets disconnected just within one second . My problem is not getting solved sir i am not able to use jio net and feeling cheated . Please sir kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible. Thanking you!

        From.last 2 months, no network at.all ..pls check the issue ., or solve it as early as possible .because all people here are suffering for the network ...alot of people are using reliance here .but now due to network problm, their number are decreasing .pls solve it .

I received the otp, entered it and got sms confirmation from the bank that the amount has been debited to my credit card. But, due to some technical problem in your web site, i did not get the payment receipt particulars on the screen. I request you to confirm that the payment has been received by you. I have also not received your e mail confirmation so far.

              I'm attach my 3 month bill... October 2016, november 2016 and december2016 bill not generate. And send me bill january2017... How this possible? I can't understand reliance communication company.

                First time, I got a call that you will be upgraded to 4g and your existing plan (jalsa599) will be upgraded with free 1gb 4g data every month and unlimited 2g data after that but it never happened.

                Second time, when I opted to port out, I got a call that we have another plan for you ie. jalsaunltd_499, in which you will get 3gb 4g data every month and unlimited calls anywhere but now they have given 2gb data only .

                What is this ??

                Is reliance, Such a big fat company cheating there consumers ??

                vary bad experience with reliance. they charge me for 132 rs extra in bill cycle . i plan for PORT. i got a call from there customer care and they activated 499 Jalsa without any confirmation.

                is reliace working standard is this... they start cheating customer ...if situation is critical for u guys then shutdown this .

                Dont try to behave like vijay malya

                    Here i am forwarding my problem that i am facing from your reliance staff since last 50 Days.

                    I have applied for new broadband connection on 19th-Nov-2016 (50 days Ago).Your new service installtion time line is 7-15 days but it was 50 days gone but i didn't get connection yet.As it was not feasible time line to install a single connection.you are too much late for the installation.If you don't have enough resources then why you are taking our new connection.

                    My bad expirience with your staff members:

                    I have talked with your head( Jaymeshbhai Head of department, Prahladnagar branch, Ahmedabad ) many times but he is allways give me 2 or 3 days for installation but it was 50 days gone but he didn't it.he is not following his responsibility.

                    I have called customer care many times but i was getting same answers from them. no one is coming for installation and not telling me about the issue.it was my worst ever customer serv‪ice experience with reliance communication.

                    It was 50 days gone and i didn't get any call from high authority about my installtion.no one calling me for why my connection was not install or else. no one is asking me for feedback from your side. you are calling dailly if the customer didn't pay bills then why you are not calling customer for the installtion. i think you didn't need more connection any more.

                    You have a Term if customer cancell the connection it was take 45-60 days to refund the ammount.

                    Now it was my conclussion if you are taking 50 days for installation and still it was not done then what will i expect service after installtion of i get any of issue.may it takes years to resolve.

                      I have 4 mobile corporate connections since Feb 2016. Suddenly, on 5th Jan 2017, without any intimation to me, my mobile no. -[protected] was deactivated. Immediately, I contacted customer care & I was advised to submit address, Id proof & 1 PP size photo. Although, I had already submitted all these docs to Mr. Harish in your Reliance store (Shubham Tower, shop no.7, GF, NIT Faridabad) while taking connections in Feb 2016, I called Harish (on his mobile no.- [protected], to confirm the same & he confirmed that he had submitted all these docs. I requested him to help me as my business is getting adversely affected due to this. Instead of reverting back to me & resolving the issue, he stopped taking my call. I tried a lot but all in vain.
                      Then, I went to my local Reliance store (Shubham Tower, shop no.7, GF, NIT Faridabad) & met Ms Megha. But, i was shocked to see her unprofessional & careless approach towards resolving the issue. She was so busy with herself that I had to wait almost half an hour to talk to her. She couldn't give me a satisfactory reply and was trying to get rid of me without giving any solution. Finally, she asked me to fill up the form again and submit the docs. Today, again I went to submit the docs which she accepted very reluctantly and straightway refused to give me any receipt despite my insistence as i wanted to keep a proof of the docs submitted by me to avoid recurrence of this situation in future. All these has a caused me a lot of trauma & mental harassment & I am planning multiple actions if my complaint is not resolved shortly. If my no. is not reactivated by Monday (9th Jan), i will be forced to consider portability to others service provider as well as approach consumer court for compensation of my losses. My alternative no. is- [protected]. Pl. revert ASAP.

                            My connection of broadband Reliance had terminated and closed on[protected]. I cleared all the bill payments prior to my usage. But still I am getting calls saying I have an outstanding bill amount of 1111rs, 200rs so on. Recently they are saying I have an outstanding bill amount of 95rs. How many times I have to pay the bill for the Terminated connection. This is too much and not fair. Please help.

                                I had purchased a reliance sim (Number- [protected]) from local shop at kota, Rajasthan on 18th Dec.2016 with a plan that one month "unlimited free local and STD voice call" on any network without any condition.I have a brocher of this also. On wednesday,
                                28th Dec.2016 my all services got suspended. when i contact to reliance custome center they said your sim will not activate again. its a totally illegal to suspend my services without giving me any oppurtunity of being heard. So i just want to refund my amount or activate my sim again with a plan.
                                Request you to do needful as earliest as possible.

                                  I am sending this email again and again to close the connection, i have requested it for Nov 7 2016, but still you have not closed the connection.
                                  I had to do an additional payment for one month without any reason, I request you to please close this connection now without any further delay.
                                  I hope you will act professionally and will not cheat people since Reliance is such a big company.

                                  I have recorded all the telephonic calls and video recordings in the Reliance Store for future reference. So please request you to close this connection as i am traveling abroad next month and will not be available in India from next month onwards, knowing that i have paid all my bills, moreover i am not even using this Reliance connection.

                                    I have visited at Reliance store Ghatkopar East, Patel chowk branch.
                                    I want to convert my postpaid SIM to prepaid but they guys are applying unnecessary charges for the same.
                                    I have visited here before 6 months also but dat time I also suffered wide d same issue.
                                    Customer care person told me about different charges and the guys who are here, are telling me different charges.
                                    I m using Reliance from last 8 years but now, I don't want to continue.

                                    I want to convert my no. [protected] from postpaid to prepaid.

                                    Customer care person told me that this issue will be resolve in 24 hours and here mr. Aakash telling me that it will take 5 days.
                                    What is d hell.

                                    I am totally dissatisfied from it services.

                                    I[censored] care about ur customer then help me to resolve it ASAP and please return my unnecessary charges 400 which I have been paid here.

                                      I need to port my number because every month i m made to pay extra amount without nay extra service being used by me. i already registered complaint earlier and i was asured that this wont happen again but this happenened twice since then. plus the network is extremely bad so i haven't being using this no. alot inspite of that extra amount is added

                                        I have been using a Reliance WLL Landline that was deactivated after CDMA services were shut down. Not knowing this, I have been paying my rental as advance and this amount has also been crediting into my account for a few months. As I noted that this service was no more unusable in September, I submitted a termination request on 17/9/2016 at Reliance Store in Kamanahalli, Bangalore. I was told that I had over Rs1, 000 accumulated from the rentals paid in excess month on month in addition to the refundable security deposit of Rs2, 000. I was told by the store that my number would be terminated in 60 days, which by itself is extremely long duration for settlement in today's world. Yet I patiently waited for the first 60 days before calling the customer care to check on status on 17 November 2016. I was surprised that the customer care no longer was accessible to me as they did not have my customer information and hence they kept deflecting all my calls asking me to visit the Store where I submitted the termination request. When I visited the store, they said that while the request was submitted on 17 September, this was logged into their system only in October and asked me to wait for another 60 days before getting back in December. I have since then made repeated calls to the customer care to check the status and they are no longer able to help as my number shows as terminated and they keep asking me to visit the store again. At the store too, they are never cooperative and able to help nowadays and have given me a[protected] number to call and escalate. I have since then called this number multiples of times and they keep telling sorry and will escalate and I should receive a call in a few days. This goes on quite aimlessly for all these months.
                                        If am a defaulter in payment, will Reliance show the same level of patience that am holding up now? Need my settlement to be made IMMEDIATELY with Interest for delays, else am waiting to initiate a legal action on Reliance.

                                        Over 11 months and counting, I still have not received the refund/settlement. Is Reliance even bothered?
