I have 4 mobile corporate connections since Feb 2016. Suddenly, on 5th Jan 2017, without any intimation to me, my mobile no. -[protected] was deactivated. Immediately, I contacted customer care & I was advised to submit address, Id proof & 1 PP size photo. Although, I had already submitted all these docs to Mr. Harish in your Reliance store (Shubham Tower, shop no.7, GF, NIT Faridabad) while taking connections in Feb 2016, I called Harish (on his mobile no.- [protected], to confirm the same & he confirmed that he had submitted all these docs. I requested him to help me as my business is getting adversely affected due to this. Instead of reverting back to me & resolving the issue, he stopped taking my call. I tried a lot but all in vain.
Then, I went to my local Reliance store (Shubham Tower, shop no.7, GF, NIT Faridabad) & met Ms Megha. But, i was shocked to see her unprofessional & careless approach towards resolving the issue. She was so busy with herself that I had to wait almost half an hour to talk to her. She couldn't give me a satisfactory reply and was trying to get rid of me without giving any solution. Finally, she asked me to fill up the form again and submit the docs. Today, again I went to submit the docs which she accepted very reluctantly and straightway refused to give me any receipt despite my insistence as i wanted to keep a proof of the docs submitted by me to avoid recurrence of this situation in future. All these has a caused me a lot of trauma & mental harassment & I am planning multiple actions if my complaint is not resolved shortly. If my no. is not reactivated by Monday (9th Jan), i will be forced to consider portability to others service provider as well as approach consumer court for compensation of my losses. My alternative no. is- [protected]. Pl. revert ASAP.
