I have called many times to resolve my complaint but customer care didn't take any complaint regarding false notification of consumed balance and not sending any detail of pro data rate of bill .
When I have tried to give complaint customer care told to not take a complaint and I have contacted reliance authority and they told if customer care take complaint than only we can take action. I have contacted so many times if you don't support my complaint I will not pay bill. and they didn't responded. But they can continuously call about paying bill but not even one time they call regarding complaint.
Now reli.zen.[protected]@gmail.com getting mail from this to pay and settle the case. Got messages from VK-RCOMMH and to contact irfan [protected]

    This is to inform you that from past 3 months they keep sending bills without there internet is not working head informed them about this and told them to terminate the number they charged me around 3000 without you can check from past 2 months haven't used anything not even single MB now they took terminated Request and after 2 days they also said sir one more bill came an asked for another payment how can i pay all this ######## bill payment they are not belong to me

      I have been unable to receive calls from anyone since the last week of December. My sim card has enough validity and balance. Whenever someone tries to call it says network busy or the number cannot be reched. But I'm able to make calls to other and receive sms. I have been waiting for it to work out but it never did and as a customer who has been using this sim for 3 years I'm deeply disappointed I hope your firm fix this as soon as possible before i decide to change my service provider.

        My mobile number is [protected](D.AMAR NATH).I got my mobile recharged with offer voucher of Rs152/- on 08/01/2017 at 10.50 am.On recharge I got the message from Reliance Communications:" your account is recharged with Re.01/- and the amount payable is Rs152/-"This means that the company has accepted the amount for the offer.By all means the offer period of 28 days shall be fulfilled.Surprisingly, today i.e., 11/01/2017, I am unable to make any calls. Offer shall continue for the remaining 25 days. Please rectify your mistake and continue the offer for the next 25 days.

        Sir my new mobile has not start. The mobile shown a message was " please contact reliance customer care" shortout my problem
        My Mobile number is [protected].Reliance offer me 152 rs tariff free calling for 28 day but I didn't get that tariff. And customer care service so poor.
        Plz sort out problem.
        No porting code is being provided.Everytime error says "Request cannot be processed"First of all Reliance provides Pathetic services and if trying to port out request get denied.Visited customer centres several times but they say internal problem in system.Waiting for porting code for past 3 months

Reason is reliance offer me best plan he give me the offer 299 Rs. unlimited call local STD unlimited Data 4G and no extra charges if I am in use his service in roaming but Reliance person cheat with me he give me wrong plan and my number is also deactivate I am giving me my all document on his Whatsapp no. I call him daily in these number these number is going to out of service and near about my office address Netaji subhas Place reliance store also not help me he told me every time this is non of my business. And suggess me please go to another reliance store in not submitted my documents and I fill the complain against netahi subhas place reliance store that he is not submitted my document his complain no is :[protected]. Please help me. If you did not anything so please request you back to forwede my number in Vodafone. My number is 8 to year old I am suffering for huge problem this no is use my all bank or business so please request you start or active this number again. Another back to forwarded Vodafone.

          From 3rd january 2017, I can't make any outgoing calls reliance or to other network. When trying to make call I heard "this route is busy".my no is [protected].but no incoming problem.

              My name is Ronak, from Ahmedabad. We have been using Reliance for quite a while now. Our user id[protected].

              From last 15 days, Our broadband services have been stopped. I have complained the Reliance team and been calling since 27th December, 2016 and have called them more than 15 times. Stil getting the same reply that we will send the technician to visit your home. But no one is giving the proper reply or solution.

              i recharged.. but not credited that amount of data, just added 1200 mb..
              Customer care says offers changed..
              But still today also i recieved that message 195₹ to get 10gb 2G data..

                I have tried closing my reliance post paid number, but i am not getting any way out to close it. reliance customer care and outlet people are just cheating and not telling the way to close it. please help me in closing this number. as i am paying simply the bill and am not able to make any call for STD numbers for which i am paying the bill. No body in customer care is giving clear instruction. please help.

                      My self Shreyash Choubey & my reliance no. Is [protected]. I am not using any vas facility service and not near future. But as per balance notification my account balance deducted rs. 21. If you do not add back my balance than i will be moving to the consumer forum, because that type of problem facing many-many times.

                      Generally sms received "you have been successfully subscribed to intelgamesub21 service for 7 days. To un-subscribe sms unsub 4043 to 155223 (Toll free).

                      That type deduction regularly.

                      I am not subscribe any vas services or not activated.

                          I ([protected])am customer of reliance from last 4 yrs still I am getting the normal facility of tele communication. Reliance communication is breaching in providing service for call connectivity. Company offered me to recharge with Rs 152 and enjoy all India unlimited call for 28 days.so I have taken plan now and recharged my number with above given amount but now reliance breaching to provide service.when I dial any number always shows network busy 24x7 hrs even sometime connect the call after trying continuously for 1 or 2 hours then cut automatically in 10 min .I am facing so much problem since last 5 days .I am so frustrated with this kind of service .plz take stringent action against such a fraud and breaching company which not paying its debt after paying the all money to it .other wise plz suggest me to do action against it .should I go to judicial activity in legal manner.plz help me .I have already mentioned my problem to before 2 days but still not got any reply or response from concern firm..

Reason uske piche ki muje airtel se acha plan mil raha tha jis mein unlimited calling and 2 gb net free our usi baat se maine num airtel toh reliance mein port kiya. When i purched this sim tab wo reliance ka tha uske piche reason ye hai ki i trust this comapany... i love to use this company's simcard but becouse of some reason maine ye sim card port kiya dusre company pe or on9th dec maime fir reliace port kiya.
                            Sir, reason mera is mail ke piche ki jab se maine ye num reliance mein port kiya ab se leke ab tak yani (9th jan 2017) nahi muje thik se mobile ko range mila h nai thik se meim kis se baat kar paya hu when ever i called muje ek he msg ata hai display par ki that (your network is not registered ) or samne wala call kare toh swich off dikha ta hai i try from my side jitna bhi muj se ho sakta 5 time gallary mein jake aaya but every time mein apne problem ke baare mein bata ta hu tab tab unka ek he jawab hota h ki 4g reliance sim ka network problem h or wo aapko he nai sab ko h. Ye 1st point or muje ye baat jis time mein port kar raha tha tab pucha bi tha maine network ke baare mein lekin provider ne muj se zhut bola ki network acha hai aap use kar ke dekhiye. Maine gallary mein jake customer care se ghanto yahi baat kahi ki koi sollution chaiye muje is baat pe lekin unhone muje saf saf kaha ki kuch bi nai ho sakta jab tak comapany kuch nai karti. Muje already is sim se bahut porblem face karni pad rahi h... or mein nai chahta ki muje or problem ho... so reqest to you sir ki muje mera problme 3 din mein clear kar ke do... otherwise muje is pe koi or legally complate uthana padega..

                              I've just got an email from reliance saying that I've got pay 434 rs till 21 Jan else "legal action" will be taken.

                              Seriously??? 1st of all you stopped 3G service without any intimation... I've got only 1 call regarding the upgrade saying that new device will be sent to your registered address (Which I never got)... Then My 3G dongle stopped working even though I've paid my bills.

                              When I went to to your office at Nal Stop Pune, about the 4G dongle, everytime I've got the same ans as "It's not available" .

                              And now you are threatening me of a legal action and demanding to pay for the service which was disconnected by you??

                              Please check my previous records... My number is [protected]. I've never delayed the payment & 434rs is not a bigger amount, but why should I pay for discontinued service?

                              I have no complain about the speed and performance of your device like others. For me it was satisfactory... But give me a 1 good reason for why should I pay this amount...

                              How this company does business when there support systems are not sync to the issue resolution and customer satisfaction.

                              While the season when service was not available, support from reliance was below zero. No one was ready to answer OR take my calls.

                                  My outgoing call is not working from 8th jan i cannot make any call form that day even i have unlimited calling pack on my number but i can't make any call with my number from 8th jan before that whenever i was calling i couldn't make the call at once i had to try 10 or 12 time to make any call but by 8th jan i cant make any call till now

                                  if this will happen with us then how the customers will be satisfied with Relaince company we have another choice also we can change the company as available there in the market

                                    Hi I've been a customer of reliance broadband for a year. One day my broadband stopped working, I filed a complaint to customer care then they told me that it'll be resolved within a day or two. It remained as it is for more than a week. Then I decided to terminate the connection which took me over 3 weeks of calling customer care because every time they told me that it's under process. I do not know whether the termination has been done or not because they had not come to collect the devices at my resident.
                                    One day I got a call from some Riya Sharma who's abusing me on phone and threatening me to send me to jail if I hadn't paid off my due amount which was according to her 1059, of which I don't have any idea. After a month I recieved a legal notice from advocate Sukhpreet Malhotra threatening me to take a legal action against me. And top of all, legal letter says that the connection was terminated because I couldn't had paid the bill which is completely wrong as it was I who requested to terminate the connection. It's a lot of trouble for me in-spite of paying the bill on time for a year.

                                        please look in matter urgently pending for more than 3-4 months now,
                                        Reliance communications ltd. unnecessary harassing for payment,
                                        let me explain,
                                        Dongle No.: [protected]

                                        I took advance rental plan (haier white color CDMA Dongle) for 1 year on 17/11/2015 (Find attached copy) by paying INR.7962/-(Including dongle charges).

                                        unable to use internet services (even if try to use speed was like 64KBps For surfing, so just imagine what was the status for download not even 3KBps) from March2016- April2016 itself Reason being 4G system up gradation)
                                        unable to use almost 2-3 months..
                                        Then 4G services got resumed inquired thousands of time to know what is my proper migrated data plan both at custmer care helpline & at shop (just not to get trapped for what iam doing currently i.e i got forced to type this mail)
                                        some were sayin same plan will continue (Truely unlimited Advance rental), some told 25gb, some 15gb, some 10gb, some 5 gb

                                        diff. diff. executives answering diff .diff. things so i stopped using it the moment i used to get message that 90% data used
                                        that too i used 1 month only.
                                        and now Reliance communications ltd. is asking me too pay bill from last many months...
                                        i didn't t understand that, if i didn't used data And rental I Already paid for 12 months Truely unlimited out of which i used only 5 months for what i have to pay...????????
                                        ohhh!!! come on height of irresponsibility it seems.
                                        please close the matter.
                                        one more thing when i purchesd that dongle tab verification call aayaaa tha, that time i confirmed them that my last name is not LOVA Its LOYA & same is with the documents provided when bought the product (You can confirm its the data entry mistake from reliance communications ltd.

                                        had a very very very very bad expirence with reliance
                                        today on phone call one of your executives was talking like

                                        "Me bheek nai maang rahe"
                                        "TERE & TERE BAAAP KA AUKAD NAI FIR BI FOKAT ME USE KRTE HO"
                                        "TU CHOR HE ETC ETC ETC"
                                        in addition to above not want to listen what i wanted to convey about mistype last name
