My number is [protected], on 13 jan17 one value added service activated automatically and balance deducted, when I complained to customer care he told system not working, I called again to customer care but he refused to refund my amount.after that I tried to call a supervisor but due to language problem he could not reply me, now customer care is not responding positively, I request for refund. Thanks

    I had ported my vodafone number [protected] to reliance 4g.
    Vodafone accepted my porting request and approved it. Now vodafone had stopped my services from yesterday i.e.[protected] in night 12:30 AM. but still reliance has not activated my services. It is very bad experience from reliance company. I am upset because it was my postpaid number and now no calls are coming and out going is also stopped due to non activation of reliance services.

    kal pure din mai bahut upset raha hu kyonki ye mera first experience hai jab port hone par bhi service activate nahi huyi. warna isse pahle mai MTNL, idea, vodafone me port karwa chuka hu. but kabhi bhi aisa nahi hua. maine. sim jo mujhe provided hai uska sim number[protected]R hai or IMSI number [protected] circle Delhi.

    I have contacted akash person who collected my documents to port on his whats up number [protected].
    Akash provided me Rohan number and said that he will help me to start my services. Rohan's number is [protected]. Rohan se ek baar baat huyi. unhone bola abhi aapki service start ho jayegi fir unhone call attend hi nahi ki.

    abhi to mujhe kuch nahi sujh raha or dil kar raha hai aap ki bekar services k liye mai consumer court jau.
    ek to aap log port karwane k liye Rs. 300/- lete ho or fir bhi service activate nahi karte.
    jabki dusri company wale free me port karte hai ya baad me bill me amount ko adjust karte hai.

    aap ki company ka mera ye experience to yahi show karta hai ki NAAM BADE OR DARSHAN CHHOTE.

    jab service start karne me ye hall hai to services kaise hongi ye abhi se najar aa gaya. maine bahut galat decision le liya. aap logo par trust kar k.

I will never paid this amount and take action for fraud if this bill will not rectified by you.

          On 12of dec 2016, my internet got problems due to cyclone in chennai, till date they havent sorted out the issue..             Yesterday i purchased Reliance 4G LTE SIM from the nearest shop of my company. as discussed with the shopkeeper SIM will be started till tomorrow as 13th Jan-2017 in 24 hrs. but still i have no access or vitrification inquiry on my personal mob no. but when i call to shopkeeper he telling us company concerned person has not come and collect the sim from the shop till now.

            There is very very poor network connectivity faced in neelkanth nagar ganesh nagar kandivali west 400067. many types of problem faced like automatic call cut, network gone, call dropping, voice breaking such problems please resolved it sonn either we port out with other network in 3-4 days.please do something. your service is too poor

              I got below email from reliance legal department but they have given me wrong bill and services were barred from using and my plan 999 incurred a bill of 2516.
              Despite all my calling to their call centre and appellate authority even they can't settle the things and waived off the amount and produced a bill of 10k and then finally reduced amount from 10 k to 2516 but when my plan was for 999 unlimited thing why should i pay more than that, this was the only concern.

              I am again lodging complain about my reliance data card number [protected].
              My services were stopped on 27th July saying i have over exhausted my limit of 2000.00 Rs and was intimated by email and i have
              paid 1072.00 Rs as per the customer care department.
              Then on 14th September bill is generated for 10614.00 Rs and then i was intimated by reliance billing team on 03 Sep that a waiver
              has been given and i need to pay 1737.49 Rs.
              So from 27th July till 03 September no intimation was given to me that my services has started so i need waiver for that period as
              well as a customer its disgusting that first i should pay whole bill and then look for waiver so reLiance would have intimated me the
              same.
              On 08 Sep my services were stopped again saying i have exhausted my 5 Gb limit with in 5 days that is ridiculous and again
              today(15 Sep) i received the call asking to pay the bill for services which were never availed and from 27 july till today my dongle
              services are not active so why i should be charged for the bill amount.
              So we can amicably settle this reliance should given waiver for whole period and tell me the amount i need to pay and my services
              should start immediately then only amicable settlement is done.
              Otherwise i dont need reliance data card dongle services as already i have been told my number is suspended.

                I would like to bring to your kind notice that, I made a request to your customer service for disconnection of Net Connect account.
                I have sent mail to the so called Customer Service of Reliance Communication [protected]@relianceada.com, and their appelate authority rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com (Mail Copies Attached) requesting for disconnection of Net Connect Service. But I understood that the mail id given in their bills and website customercare @relianceada.com is not for the use of customers. In this regard executives contacted me and said that we will disconnect the connection and asked me to pay me the full and final settlement and email was sent from Mr.Chandrasekar.[protected]@relianceada.com (Mail Copy attached) as per the mail I have paid Rs.Rs 721/- (Receipt attached) and to my surprise I am receiving pending dues mail and legal mails

                I made call on reliance no. on 29-12-16 for which deducted Rs.69 from voice balance instead of Rs.6 because I activated STV of Reliance to Rel. 10 ps/min.

                  This is to place on record that Reliance Communication has the worst customer care service ever. Your customer care service is incompetent to address customer queries and sort issues. I had bought a Reliance Landline connection and I signed up for the 599 plan and I was told that I would get a waiver of 200 rupees every month for the next 9 months.

                  When my first bill came the waiver did not reflect but I just made the payment because I was told that it will be sorted out and will reflect in my second bill. When the 2nd bill came I was not in town so I made the payment, on contacting the customer care them promised that the issue will be sorted.

                  The same nonsense continued in the third month, so I went to your customer care store in Nungambakkam Chennai and I told them to rectify the error and I will make the payment. They told me they will call me back in 2 days. Nobody called. I went a 2nd time, same false promise of somebody rectifying the issue and calling me. nobody bothered to rectify the issue nor called from the store.

                  Meanwhile I got a hoard of calls from the call center, every time a different representative called and I very patiently explained the case. They gave me the same false assurance of sorting and calling me back - none did.

                  Now I don't even get calls to rectify the issue.

                  I have made it very clear time and again that if the billing error is sorted, I will make the payment immediately. Also, I have been charged for months where the connection has been deactivated. Why should I pay for those months, when you provided no service?

                  RECTIFY THE BILLING ISSUE AND GIVE ME THE CORRECT AMOUNT AND I WILL IMMEDIATELY MAKE THE PAYMENT. I AM NOT GOING TO PAY EXTRA ANYMORE NOR FOR THE MONTHS THAT THE CONNECTION HAS BEEN DEACTIVE. IF YOU PEOPLE CANNOT SORT THE ISSUE, PLEASE GO AHEAD AND SEND A LEGAL NOTICE, I WILL SUE RELIANCE COMMUNICATION IN THE COURT OF LAW.

                  Why do you make promises when your staff and system is clearly incompetent to handle the same? This is really appalling!

                    Dear Sir / Madam,

                    We are badly affected customers of Reliance postpaid connections. We have been complaining about this network issue since 2 full YEARS now, but to no avail. We would have raised at least 100 complaints with customer care, who just open a complaint and close it without resolving.

                    Below are the 3 affected postpaid Reliance numbers:

                    Myself: Unnati Mehta: [protected]
                    My mom: Kumkum Mehta: [protected]
                    My dad: Prakash Mehta: [protected]

                    These numbers NEVER have any network in the house (my house address is below). It always shows "Emergency calls only". Always I have to keep manually selecting network which works for 1 or 2 minutes and call drops and network goes completely off. At least in 2016, for 1 month, voice calls were working with good network in TATA DOCOMO or AIRCEL network selection in my RELIANCE mobile but after 1 month, that also stopped working.

                    When I go out of MUMBAI, the tata docomo network works again. But in Mumbai, it stopped working.

                    Reliance network never has any signal inside home. In my building, celebrities like Lata Mangeshkar and Asha Bhosle stay in 1st floor and we are on the 3rd floor. Yet this reliance network issue is there. Also, just a street away is MUKESH AMBANI's home Antilla. I am SHOCKED that even THEN, there is network issue since 2 yrs in this building.

                    We have complained umpteen times but no one has done anything. If at least an engineer is PROMPTLY sent here and fixes the towers outside the building, I am confident our issues would be resolved. But no one bothered for 2 yrs. Hence, reaching out till Appellate authority desk.

                    Today I spoke to one Ms. Shaila in Appellate authority desk who said she would escalate the matter. But we are not confident.

                    I am unable to get a single call nor make a single call since months. Everyone tells me always my number is NOT REACHABLE or SWITCHED OFF.

                    This is PATHETIC and we will all change our numbers to Vodafone or Airtel if immediately action is not taken.

                    My father and mother have reliance since 2000 in Dhirubhai Ambani Pioneer scheme. And then changed the scheme. I have lived in Bangalore and Chennai with reliance. And now moved home to Mumbai with my parents and facing hell with this reliance network.

                    Pls call me urgently on [protected] (my alternate prepaid vodafone number) as you will never get through my main number ([protected]) to discuss about this. I am waiting for your call asap.

                    I need this issue to be resolved immediately tomorrow please. Pls intervene.

                      Sir, i am regular user of reliance communication. My reliance no. Is [protected] . I had balance of Rs 96 on my this number. When i checked in evening my balance was deducted by an amount Rs30 and it was just Rs66 remaining. And a message come on my no. That i subscribed to some service of Rs30 worth on its own. I not subscribed to anything but message come of some subscribtion on my number and my balance got deducted .sir, i am really feeling cheated and frustated of the survice now. I had 96 rs as balance and on its own it become 66 rs . This kind of cheating is breaking my trust on reliance. I am feeling that i should quit the reliance telecom service.because of deduction of balance on its own and start if some service for subscription on its own. Sir please kindly resolve my problem and waive of my balance on reliance no. [protected] as soon as possible . I need it urgently . And when i called 198 my call not taking on. Its really frustating when u recharge your no. By 100 rs and balance deducts on its own . I am also sharing screenshot of the message which came on my no. That reduced my balance. Thanking you.

                        I have placed aforesaid number on portability from Reliance Post paid to Airtail prepaid connection. On the date of portability as per Reliance store, I have cleared all the dues and paid Rs.80/- extra. My Portability no.UCS[protected].
                        But, reliance not cleared within 07 days as per norms. Today when I have visited Airtail Store found they have rejected portability due to amount due Rs.133/-
                        When I have contacted *222 customer care after hearing my complaint disconnect their call. So, I feel Reliance is cheating the customer by this way.

                          I had a 2G reliance dongle which i requested to disconnect while migrating to 4G as i did not wish to migrate and continue the service.

                          I paid the remaining bill and called up customer care and put a request. I also emailed customer care, made a follow up email/call but i did not receive any response.

                          Now i am getting calls to pay the bills for the dongle for which there is no service. No representative is ready to look back and check the calls and email s sent. I am being tortured mentally by Reliance in an unprofessional way.

                          Request you to take strict action against such companies.

                            Dear sir, pls note that last dec 16, i had port my airtel no to reliance .my services terminated from airtel same day, but till date not recieved the reliance sim .i have disconnent my service from airtel.

                            I have checked/ contacting continiously your excutive but still not recieve positive respoinse,

                            would request you pls look the matter and help.

                                  Myself Kamal Kumar, R/o C-1/41, B, Rama Park, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi -110059, having a postpaid connection of Reliance communications with 4G unlimited plan (my mobile no. [protected] & my Relationship no.[protected], as per my concern. I have been utilizing their services with only 3G unlimited plan for last few years.

                                  When they have upgraded their 4G network, i went to their service center in Nawada (Near to Nawada Metro Station) on 25th Sept., 2016 and updated my sim with 4G network and updated my plan as well with unlimited services. I confirmed it with the personnel of Reliance customer center who updated my 4G services and plan as well, then and there i also confirmed it with the customer care executive from Reliance customer care center (customer care no. 198). They all said that my plan will remain same as they have just updated my services from 3G to 4G, so my bill will just increase by Rs. 100 as i used to pay around Rs. 600-Rs.650 per month, from 25th Sept., 2016 i hv to pay around Rs. 700-Rs.750.

                                  Suddenly, they send me fraudulently surplus charges bill on 29th Dec., 2016 of Rs. 1320.43 saying that i have a monthly plan of Rs. 495 only which is not include unlimited services. As they fraudulently conveyed me that i have unlimited package, i utilized it as unlimited services but now they are forcing me to pay full bill whatever they have sent me.

                                  Regarding this, continuously, i have been trying to communicate on customer care numbers and emails (Screen shots of emails is attached herewith & I also have records of their calls) since i have received the bill. But all of the time they just kept me long holds and transferred my calls here and there and unusually disconnected my calls and they are not giving any response on emails. Even on 30th Dec., 2016 they have registered my complaint (request no.[protected] against the personnel who gave me false information and they said this will be resolved within the next 5 days but still i have not received any call and response from their side on my above request nor i get any satisfactorily solution on this dispute.

                                  Even they have stopped my STD outgoing services which cause me huge business loss.

                                  Therefore, it is requested to please take some serious and strict action against them and provide me genuine compensation because it is straightly a fraud on their privilege customers and they are giving me mental and physical stress. This is really not expected from a reputed organization for their genuine customer.

                                    A subscription was being subscribed namely shotforbisc of rs 60 to my prepaid mobile reliance number:+91-[protected] which i have not subscribed for.I spoke to reliance customer care he told that these amount are non-refundable. I have repeatedly told him that i have not subscribed any such pack, and also and for subscription pack also i have ask him to deactivate same. I also told him that i have not use any services of these pack so please refund the amount but again he told the same thing that these packs are non refundable.which means that either reliance communications are doing chartity for their customers or they are happy with any amount received from customer in free.

                                    I as a customer is unable to understand why this phenomenon is repeated after every 3 months or 6 months. Further, earlier they use to refund the amount, but now they are telling that this are non-refundable in nature. I am totally unstatisfied with the feedback received from customer care. For customer like us it is just wastage of time, money and energy.

                                    I just want the refund of these amounts deducted and ensure that such things not happen in future.

                                    Please kindly look into the matter and do the needful as early as possible.

                                      Myself kumud ranjan having my no [protected] had complained two months before regarding the misbehaving and balance charges against the reliance store kanke road ranchi, after so many times talking with your associate, he asked for soft copy of bill payment and sim purchases, he asked that the procedure of refunding of the money has been intimated, but till today i didn't get back the balance back,
                                      whatever is your concern just convey me only my another no [protected], so that i can put this matter to the higher authority and consumer court for the resolving procedure, i waited too much time and i wait since long time, whatever is your stand convey me on [protected] once so that i can move forward with this issue.

                                        My mobile no is [protected] and I am from delhi. I received a msg to recharge with amount 153 for which I was promissed to be able to call 1000 minutes on any network let it be local or std and all calls made to reliance network were said to remain free for 28 days. I recharged on 9th of jan. I have hardly talked 200 minutes. Now while placing call recorded rreonse is you have insufficient balance. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.
                                        Responsse of customer care is pathetic now a days. If called upon for help 3 to 4 times, god knows what they do but the calls ceases to land to customer care executives.
