    3 months ago i had my data card stop to the complaint. My complaint id:[protected]

    But then my connection have started to date[protected] again without any information to me..

    I'm attach my 3 month bill... October 2016, november 2016 and december2016 bill not generate. And send me bill january2017... How this possible? I can't understand reliance communication company.
    Totally fraud...

    I'm not pay any bill...

      Dear Sir.

      Please find trailing mail as Reliance customer service team has responded to my portability application ending to terminating my mobile number[protected].

      It has been long back, i have taken portability from Airtel to Reliance.

      At the time of first verification, reliance team has cleared all kind of verification and my above said number is started.

      After two days suddenly my number is deactivated for out going calls. When i have contacted the customer support team they asked me to re-submit the documents of my address proof and identity proof, though i have submitted while portability request processed first time.

      After several communication regarding the same, Reliance team enforced me to resubmit the documents threatening that my cell number will be deactivated forever.

      Till date reliance team is claiming that, my area is not covered under their service circles, which they might be knowing since day one.

      The said number is i am using since 8 years for my personal as well as professional communications.

      Since last 25 days I am not able to use this number and when i ask reliance team to withdraw portability, they again refusing and threatening that card shall be deactivated by end of January 2017.

      Please advice concern and lodge my complaint regarding the same.

      Reliance Communications — Net work busy

      My name is amarender my number is [protected] out going call net work busy already iam complement no solution
      I have purchase a reliance 4gsim card, bearing no-[protected],
      on 13/01/2017, for rs. 100 from dalhousie relaince web world, but in other relaince web world cost are rs. 50/-, when i approach to complain about double charge, to mr. Victor saha he refuse to hear me and said go and complain any where, and also didn't give me any bill.

        I have applied for MNP on 12.1.2017 to reliance communication and same was activated on 18.1.2017. Immediately on 18.1.2017 my network goes off showing emergency contact only.When i contacted customer care they said, issue will be resolved on 18.1.2017 but it was not happened. when i contacted the agent who has collected the documents, i got shocked that he is not picking up my phone even i tried to call him atleast 40 to 50 times...
        Because of this i am facing lot of troubles. I felt very bad experience with Reliance communication for selecting this network.
        . I want to know whether they are going to resolve the issue or prolong. i already intimate 10 to 12 customer care reg
        arding my issue most of the time they discount my phone. Did not registered my complaint. If they pick my call there executive told me that they have technical issue call them after 1 hr or 2 hr, then said give call to your senior executive they told me your problem will resolve in 72 hrs or 6 hrs your problem will resolved but every time limit is cross but my service is not resume.

          I am LAKHON NARAH while I have taken free calling pack, I am not able to call non reliance number user via reliance gsm sim. Due to this problem, I will be port my reliance gsm number to other telecommunication service provider number.If this problem will be solve soon. I will not be port. This is my number [protected].             I would like to draw your Kind Attention towards my Reliance GSM week network.I am a regular costumer of Reliance GSM since 1 year. I have been submitted many complaint about bad network almost 6 times, but no solution has been provide by Relaince team. I have been also requested to discontinue my services my times but all times I have been consoled by them that your problem will resolve shortly. Now I don't want to continue your services.So, Please deactivate your services without charges.

                In my fight against pathetic services of Telecom service providers in Chennai, I think I’ve progressed to a new level. Today morning, I got a message from some Reliance Customer care informing me that Reliance has filed a case against me. So I should either settle it by paying the amount that Reliance is demanding (Rs 571/-) or face the court proceedings.

                The background is as follows.

                I subscribed to Reliance’s post paid 3GG Wi-Pod dongle service (Number – [protected]). However, the services were very pathetic and I would never get a signal. I complained many times but to no avail. Finally, I got so fed up that I requested for deactivate/terminate the service to me number in September 2016. I have the request Id as acknowledgement that I’ve mentioned below. I was also made to pay bill for next month in advance.

                However, they did not discontinue my services and I was made to pay bills for many more months.

                I have made multiple other requests to their people to discontinue the services.

                In spite of that, they continue to not only harass me but have also now threatened me with legal action. They followed it up with this phone from an advocate today morning.

                So what should I do? Pay-up and get out of it or fight it out?

                  I am Bismay. Actually i have one query regarding the tower installation process which has already started on a unauthorized land in my locality.

                  Let me tell you in detail, In my locality, there is a Reliance mobile tower installation is already started. Actually the owner of the land(Mr. Kishore Ch. Sahoo) has registered the plot no 111 for mobile tower installation for which all the paper work has already done for that plot. But tower installation has started on another plot(Plot no 115). The workers and the person who are engaged with installing the tower denying to hear anything regarding this issue. they are saying us to contact the higher authority.

                    I have applied for MNP on 7.1.2017 to reliance communication and same was activated on 12.1.2017. Immediately on 14.1.2017 reliance have barred all services as address verification not done. When i contacted customer care and appellate authority, they said, issue will be resolved on 18.1.2017 but it was not happened. they are asking me resubmit document for verification. when i contacted the agent who has collected the documents said, everything is okay and sim will be reactivated on 18.1.2017 that also not done.
                    What is happening with reliance and holding my sim without reactivation. I also requested them to cancel the MNP and revert back so that I will reapply for MNP with another network. for which no answer from them. Deliberately delay the issue.
                    Because of this i am facing lot of troubles. I felt very bad experience with Reliance communication for selecting this network.
                    Store agent also switched off his phone. why they are adamant in reactivating the sim. Even i advised them to depute a person to visit home and collect the document. I want to know whether they are going to resolve the issue or prolong.

                      As per the latest circular, we need to migrate to 4G service from our current service to avail internet facility. The Reliance data cards with no. [protected] and [protected] were recharged with life time data plan of 1 GB per month till the validity data card i.e. till 2021/2. After inquiry, I came to know that the will be discontinuing the current plan after migrating to 4G. Following was the response from the Customer care "Once the 4G will launch the plan will get change and we are going to shutdown the service." Either they should allow me to use the current services or continue the same plan in 4G services. Kindly do the needful. Hope that this issue is address to benefit others who had availed similar facility.

                          महोदय मैंने रिलायंस 4g का सिम गोमती नगर लखनऊ से ख़रीदा जिसका नंबर [protected] है, मुझे बताया गया कि इससे आप पूरे भारत में चाहे जिस नेटवर्क से फ्री में अनलिमटेड बात कर सकते हो। 5/1/2017 को मेरा सिम चालू होगया और मुझे सेवा मिलभी रही थी पर आज 18/1/2017को मेरी सारी सेवाएं बन्द कर दी गयी।कस्टमर अधिकारी से बात करने पर बताया गया कि आप ने ज्यादा बात कर ली इस लिए सेवाएं बंद करदी गयी जबकि सिम लेते समय अनलिमटेड काल कर सकते है बताया गया था।
                          इस प्रकार प्रार्थी को धोखा दिया गया।

                              I made the payment of rs.700 on 11.05.2015, after making a payment i given a compliant for closing reliance number he registered the compliant, after that i made full & final payment on 14.06.15, of rs. 186/- at the time also i confirmed with the reliance gallery executive about my compliant, he told u will not receive any bill hereafter, but recently i recd a mail on behalf of rel some advocate ( for reliance communication) sending some mails they are saying yours outstanding amount l so & so, after 6-7 months later they are sending mails, i already closed my connection around may 2015, now how they are sending to mails, kindly look into the matter plz, really i very upset from reliance communications services,

                                Hi,

                                I bought a new Reliance communication mobile connection which got activated on 14th Jan 2017. Initially i was able to place calls from this number but from last 3 days i am not able to call any number from this phone.

                                When i called the customer care they told me that there is some issue and it will be resolved soon. But the issue is still not resolved after 3 days and now the call is even not getting connected to customer care.

                                  I ve sent port msg to 1900 multiple times and yet not received the code my mobile number[protected]. Also i recharge with 152 for unlimited calling for 28 days and i cannot call anybody now it says route r busy. I m filing my complaint in consumer form in 2 days if my problm is not resolved.

                                  Company says if I have use my total data then i can another recharge with a nominal amount for 1 gb data at cost around 100.but now company says it will be recharge at 300 hundred that is too high rate. And now I'm using 399 rs plan.please solve my issue otherwise I will go for other network.

I have already requested in writing for termination of my two reliance postpaid mobile numbers [protected] and [protected] and have asked for refund of security deposit for ISD services of rs 2000/- (I still hold the receipt of the security refund)at the Nagrota, Jammu office.But no action has yet been taken.
                                        3. I have again received monthly bills for the above mentioned two numbers.
