I had asked to activate postpaid sim with RTMagic299D with rental plan 299 rupees per month. I received the message with above activation details as well. But actually 499 plan has been activated in my number. [protected].

I called customer care but they did not register my complain.

Please help me to rectify the bill and revert to actual plan.

    Dear Care

    I got new reliance no [protected] and deposited the security of Rs 300. But SIM got deactivated after 4 to 5 days due to negative verification and I was not able to use the SIM.
    Then I make a request again to activate and after few days it got deactivate again.

    I request to customer care to close the sim and adjust the bill in the security deposit.

    Now SIM is not activated but i am getting the bill every month with some monthly rental. If SIM is not active then why the bill is coming.

    I have made the payment of Rs 120 as per my uses (Excluding Late Charges) and 300 I had already paid as an advance payment.

    Please take my request to wave off the bill and stop sending the bill every month. Please call me at [protected] for any query.

        I got problem in my Reliance GSM sim and tried to contact Reliance world Gurgaon, (shop no. 104, opp. Marti gate no.1 old delhi Gurgaon road, Gurugram Haryana ) on call, phone number - [protected].

        There staff does not know how to talk with customer, not only denying to give suggestion to pre-paid customer even yelling on call. Worst experience as a service provider. Yes, shows their commitment towards work. #poorservice #lowstandaredstaff #Badpeople #frustratedcompanyservices.

        They have no work ethics as person nor as company.

          My reliance netconnect number is [protected]

          During the period 11/07/2016 - 10/08/2016 my bill amount is Rs.460/- which i have remitted and during the period my 3G netconnect connection was stopped in the middle of the month itself. Before that reliance dealer from Pollachi contacted me to come and purchase dongle and sim card. But as am working in out of station i couldn't visit the dealer point. But i have received an sms from 59111 stated as Dear customer, thank you for visiting Reliance outlet. Were you satisfied with your interaction with our executive ? reply yes or No. I have NOT VISITED the Reliance outlet.

          After that for 11/08/2016 - 10/09/2016 i have received an bill for Rs.1138/- which i have complained to the customer care many times and the customer care executive informed that they have billed as to make me to purchase the dongle. Once if i purchase the DONGLE THE bill amount will be waiver. So i asked them whether you are forcing me or blackmailing me to purchase the dongle. They said this is the only way. So am fed up of reliance and planned to pay the amount and quit from using reliance. But am not satisfied so again i contacted the customer care executive the other day and they gave an waiver for Rs. 191.[protected] as per sr id[protected]. for which late fine also included in my bill amount.After that i paid that payment too.

          But i have received next shock that 11/09/2016 - 10/10/2016 i have received a bill for Rs.2543/-. I haven't received the sim even. am not sure to whom the dealer has given the sim to use. So i have again started complaining to customer care during 15/10/2016 to the number[protected] which they have taken a complaint and gave a complaint number[protected] and assured will call back within 5 days. But i haven't received any answer from your side. After that again i have contacted the same number[protected] on 24/10/2016 and received a complaint number[protected] but after that too no response.

          So after getting fed up of these reliance customer care i have contacted the reliance oulet on 28/10/2016 in Pollachi near Iyyappan temple. One madam was there they contacted someone and informed that all the sim has been issued. That number [protected] was mine. So how can you issue to others. if you issue to others the bill should also be paid by them. But why sending to me? For that the madam shouted at me if you have not received the sim and used then why you have paid the previous bill and explained to them what happened previous months. Again shouted at me what were you doing these days. This is an stupidity question that a reliance executive is not supposed to shout at me asking what i was doing these days. My job is out of station. During the time one customer also visited outlet and said to the executive that the question what you asked is not the right question. Kindly clear their problem after that we exchanged the numbers. Later the executive told that she have to enquire in the head office and let me know the status. For that she need 24 hours time. You need not pay the bill and i will make arrangements to surrender the data card (as per my requisition). After 72 hours myself again contacted reliance outlet pollachi to the number [protected] that day another male staff named Anandh attended explained everything to him and replied that the madam will come tomorrow and will clear your problems.

          But still no one contacted me. So i am maintaining your reliance outlet executive words as will find who is using that number at present and will collect from them.

          So Kindly find out to whom the reliance outlet have issued the sim and collect my amount Rs.968/- which i have remitted for the period 11/08/2016-10/09/2016 and refund me.

          After that many telecallers called me from Legal department, reliance and tarchered me to pay the bill amount.

          Daily receiving a sms

          " Pre intimation of Lok Adalat summon copy due to non payment of RCOM MDN No: [protected] Rs.3366/- details send to your email id "prajeeth.[protected]@gmail.com" contact [protected].

          Advocate notice sent to your address due to non payment of Rs.3366/- pending towards your reliance no.[protected] further clarification contact.[protected]

          No mail is received so far. But the copy is send to my residential address. Also received calls from the number [protected] asking when i will remit the amount.

          Today morning (16/1/17) they have send me a mail stated

          This is in reference to your Service Request ID[protected] regarding Billing issue of your Netconnect+ Number [protected].

          Kindly note that adjustment of Rs.709.918/- has been posted in your account for the statement period[protected] to[protected] which will reflect in your subsequent bill.

          Further note that your current Data Tariff plan is 4G_700_3GB.

          Am unaware that what they are doing.

          They migrated the number to 4G by themselves
          Not given the sim to me
          Someone is using the number
          But the bill is coming to me.

          I need the details who is using the sim. where the mistake took place. I request you to collect the amount from the unknown user.

          I also need a solution as i face lots of insult, tarcher due to this.

            Hello hi, this is Vishnu. I'm not unable to do outgoing call from last 72 hours. Till now the problem is going.what is this stupid network you maintaing? You can't play with customers. Last month also same problem in three days.You can't Slove this problem at a time.                 Hi iam AVVK Suresh purchased reliance 4g dongle from shop.reliance.com online on[protected]. But it works only for one month from purchase date. We approach the customer care for nearest servicing center in ap to repair my dongle. According to the customer care I consult vijayawada service center, the person incharge of that center told us that there is no repairing center for 4g dongle in vijayawada servicing center. Hence I request you to suggest where I consult to repair my dongle. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                  My Self Yogesh Datta Sharma, and i am using prepaid plan(152 local & STD unlimited) of reliance GSM, but since 13/01/17 i am facing call disconnection problem and showing there Network/line busy.

                  I am going port the same number to IDEA/Airtel/Vodafone is it is not resolve till 16/01/17

                  I need to inform you that me and my friend circle is old customer of reliance but due to very-very poor service i will also suggest to others to do not take a service of reliance

                    I have been using reliance 3G 599/-unlimited plan earlier.Recently i was told that the company is upgrading its services to 4G and i was made to purchase a wipod amounting 1700/-with the assurance that my old plan will continue but in reality i was handed a 1100 monthly plan without my consent.I continued your services for which i got a bill of 1265/- according to my past experience i never got bill more than my monthly plan of Rs 599/ but i still paid 1265/-Rs but next month my bill came to 3045/-approx when my credit limit was 2000/-Rs how did such thing happen.I have recently got an email asking me to clear 3469 Rs(In this rental charge of 500 approx incuded even after i had called to terminate my service was incuded).some Irfan has send me a legal notice yesterday.Is this not unfair?.

                    I have mailed to [protected]@relianceada.com 2-3 days back as suggested by customer care but have not received any reply as yet.I am getting notified every other day to pay my pending bill or be present at reliance office on 21 jan.I have even been sent a notice to attend pre-litigation court on 11 feb.so be prompt in replying .

                          Hi I have been with Reliance for 8 months and I wish to disconnect my services so I gave a disconnection request back in November 2016 and I was waiting for the same. In the contrary I was shocked to see that my no. got reactivated without my consent. I immediately reported the issue to customer care immediately and I got a shocking replying stating that the spoke to the account holder and he was interested the crazy part is I'm the account holder and I did not receive any calls from RCom as they told me which was a false information then when I asked whom did u interact to they told me some name which I ve never heard off. Then I visted RCom office in Trichy(Tamil Nadu) and they helped me raise a complaint with the customer care I spoke to a person named Manigandan. He assured me that he would resolve the same within 24 to 48 hrs which did not happen at all. Further visting RCom office and having complained again they told me the issue is escalated and would be resolved in the same time frame as earlier. Finally having got frustrated I went to RCom again and they told me to give a written letter that no one from customer care called me up, I gave the letter and today it is 15th Jan 2017 is this the way any company works. RCom is disgusting is this the way they retain customers. And I have received a bill for Rs. 720. Previously when I contacted customer care they told me RCom will reverse the bill amount since the issue is with Reliance for not disconnecting your no. but now I have received a bill. I need this issue to be addressed ASAP.

                          My question is what happend to all the cancellation requests that I have submitted with Reliance and why should I make a payment that was not my fault coz I have disconnection request long back and I am not at all happy with the resolution provided and I am not going to make a payment unless and until the bill amount is reversed.

                            Actually i entered into reliance network on 1.10.2016. due to illegal and wrong solicitation .Am trying to port my number now but it is not sending port code. i called many times customer care regarding my problem but no proper responce. I want to port my number immediately.please respond .

                            Reason to port is the worst network i ever seen and experienced.the worst service i ever had

                              My sim (MNP) after seven days (duration for MNP) was activated on 12.1.2017. It was working fine. All sudden my outgoing on 14.1.2017 was barred and reasoned address verification is negative. We were present well in the address and no one has visited or contacted.

                              I have sent email and contacted customer care and appellate authority all went vain.

                              I do not understand why they have activated when address verification was not through. Now I am asking them to revert my MNP and restore back to the previous network at their cost and responsibility. It looks so they have number o[censored]nauthorized agency and documents are not reaching them.
                              Hope my problem is resolved soon. After visiting consumer complaints website, I really shocked seeing similar cases on Reliance that too two years old issue. Same issue still continued in 2017 without sorting out. It is purely a management problem.

                              Not resolved as committed by Reliance they have barred all the services including incoming sms from 14.1.2017 immediately after activation of my sim on 12.1.2017 and put me in trouble. Even after given a required documents in their store, they have not taken any step for resolving the issue and deliberately keeping mum. In one email on 15.1.2017, they have committed to resolve by 18.1.17 at 4.00pm but nothing took place. If TRAI interferes, hope issue will be resolved.

                              My post paid sim is put on hold without resolving address verification even after number of emails and continuous follow up with customer care and store agent. My sim was activated on 12.1.2017 and all services barred on 14.1.2017 to till date for want of address verification. Why they have activated my sim before address verification.
                              Why they take this much time to resolve the issue and put me in trouble. Earlier they have committed to resolve by 18.1.17 at 4pm but nothing materialized. I am really afraid that I should take trouble to change my number in all sources as like Government services, Banks, official communication ETC..

                                This is inform you that i'm using Reliance GSM from long time now i m badly facing serious issue regarding network but still there is no solution i have put lots of complain via FB & Email and Visit Store by calling 198 support but there is no solution will resolution i have visited Salt Lake Reliance house, Chandani Chauk Store, Visited Salt Lake with Mr Rakesh [protected]

                                    i would like to bring in your kind of notice that it's number [protected] 2nd last recharge 8-Jan-2016 but not work after 3 days and when customer care was called not responsible also after that my number could not call customer care center still so i have to call other no every time your server not work so customer saying every time call after 2 hours your side so now i recharged 124 also but also not work my net so ( Miss pooja and Miss Abhilasha & Mr. dharmendra not response proprely and pick up call after 30 min and they take one hour and i hope it's long time so i will not give in future )

                                      I never used any services from Relience after 23 Aug.16.I paid fully for what I used till 23Aug.16. Relience discontinued services on 22 Aug 16. When I contacted to call center in the morning on 23 Aug.16, then only I came to know that they had stopped giving unlimited free data & my plan had been changed. My earlier plan was for Rs. 699/- per month for unlimited data & Relience changed it to Rs. 1200/- for restricted 5 GB data.. This was done with out giving any notice or intimation from Relience. On the same day in the the evening I contacted call center again & requested to discontinue my services . I also dropped email in the evening to Relience customer- care & bill desk on 23 Ag.16 saying I am no more interested in your services. I never used it after 23 Aug 16 which can be verified by my login details. Relience statement dues is showing that I had negative balance to pay as on 23 Aug.16. Relience had wrongly raised the bills for which I never used the services & today Relience had send E-Notice & ask to be present for Pre-Litigation Lokadalat on 11 Feb.17. I need help to solve this problem.

                                      Today I received call from Relience in response of my complaint at 12.29 PM, from No. [protected] . The lady said she agreed that one month bill can be waived off as I had not used there services at all for the period of 17 Sep. to 17 Oct.16. She do not have records available for the period of 17 Aug. to 17 Sept.16 due to holiday, Sunday & will call back on Monday. I do not understand when Relience them self stopped giving data after 22 Aug.& they claim that I consumed 5 GB data in 4 days between, 18 Aug. to 21 Aug.16, on top of that they stopped giving low speed unlimited data pack with out giving any notice from 22 Aug, & now they want me to pay for one month as per there new plan with there new tariff ?????? I totally disagree for this. Ok, let us see there stand on Monday.

                                      On 16/1/17, I received call at 2.49 P.M. from the same number & asked to settle down the account at Rs. 1100/- as full & final payment. Take a note that my billing amount plan was for Rs. 690/- only as per my actual plan & I told her I am ready to pay this much only irrespective of my only 4 days usage i.e. from 17 Aug. to 21 Aug.16. Relience them self stopped giving service to me saying I had consumed total 5 GB data only in 4 days & they have stopped giving unlimited data at low speed with out any notice, sms, call . I never got speed of 4G in my total duration o[censored]sage for this also I complained several times & I got only answer that it is due to installation of Tower. I do not understand why Relience started 4G services when they are not prepared to give 4G service? This is total cheating.

                                      Again on 16/1/17, I received call from No. [protected] at 5.56 PM. saying Relience can settle the matter if I pay Rs. 1800/-

                                      On 17/1/17 at 10.34 AM I received SMS from Relience asking to pay Rs. 2633/-

                                      What type of company you people are running??? Now I think I must take legal advice against Relience communication for mental harassment.

                                      Today 19/1/17 again I received E-Notice demanding Rs. 2663/- ???????

                                        I purchased the two Reliance 4G LTE SIM from the nearest shop of my office. i purchased it as on 12-jan-2017 time: 11:00 am, as discussed with shopkeeper he had confirmed me the SIM will be started till next day on purchasing 13-jan-2017. but today is 14-jan-2017 there is no activation or verification call i received yet. if today SIM will not be started i will definitely return to the shopkeeper and escalate the matter on Facebook and tweeter also.
