I was having land line phone for last 12 years after having paid 2500/- as advance money. the phone got disconnected in the month of august'16, though the services was disconnected in the month of july. after many followup the company has raised the credit note in the month of september but till date we have not received the payment. we have brought the issue to the knowledge of the appellate authority but they also could not help much. please help us to get our money back at the earliest.

    Sir; I am customer of reliance communication of Punjab state my no is [protected] and I had taken plan of Rs 152/- for all std and local call free for 28 days but since last 2 days I am facing so many problem related to call connectivity. There is no call connectivity when we dial any number always showing network busy and not able to connect any call at this we are trying to contact customer care they are connecting call too ; as well as option comes for contact customer care cutting the call simply saying thank you for calling ...so I am totally tantalized with reliance servise .directly they are breaching me.please help me to come out of this problem.thank you

      For a last couple of month reliance has suspended my account No [protected], and the reason assigned was system upgradation to 4G.

      For upgradation they called me and charged me approximately RS 2100 for the new device, for which i was not intrested.

      And i requested reliance customer care to replace (without any extra charges)/ refund my earlier reliance netconnect data
      card which i had purchased from reliance by paying approximately RS 2700.

      As it is of no use for me and as they had stopped giving me service on the old data card due to their system upgradation.
      so i requested them to refund me the rest amount after deducting their pending billed amount of apprximately Rs. 1400.

      But reliance is not paying attention to it, But instead they are harrassing me by saying if i am not giving the billled amount they will be taking legal action.

      But why these people are not thinking of the unused stuff they have left with me for which i have paid a hefty amount.

      My complaint has not been resolved. I have not got any information regarding refund of money for my reliance Dongle CDMA which is a financial burden on me.

      Dear forum members,

      Reliance is not even paying attention to my hard earned money which i have spent in purchasing reliance CDMA dongle which is Rs. 2750. It is of no use to me as they have upgraded to 4G.

      A bill of RS. 1440 which is generated is a bill of 1 month Rs. 750 + late fee charges. Their customer care people initially told me to pay Rs. 750 but sending bill of 1440.
      Reliance has terminated to give me services due to their upgradation, i have not disconnected from my side.

      For what reason they are charging me late fine which is fully baseless. As i have already requested them to refund me for the Dongle which i have purchased from them and now it is of no use to me.

      In my mail i have requested them to fully waive out the bill of Rs 1440 as bcos at the same time i am losing my hard earned money of Rs 2750.

      They are not responding to my mail. But only harassing me by SMS.

        My No. [protected] I started rental for 3G connection of Rs.688 from April 2nd 2016. I had paid till Aug 5th 2016. On Aug 10 2016, reliance disconnected my connection without any information. I mail many times and they asked to pay Rs. 3000 for 4G plan I also paid Rs.3000 for 4G dongle believing that they will provide continuous connection. After buying the next day they stopped the connection Again Why? From next month they generated and sent the bill of 688+1728=2418.81 How? who gave the permission to change my rental plan? And also now they are threatening my family through phone? Reliance cheated us not giving connection and holding my money Rs. 3000 by giving useless dongle I ready for legal action

          I have requested for MNP through message but they are sending the message as "Service is temporarily unavailable" in reply. When i call the customer care they just tell it will be rectified within 2 days or they just hold the phone for minutes so that we may cut the cal by ourself. Its totally ridiculous from there end. There 4G networks are so bad in rural areas. I have to change it and they are not doing it.

            I was using Reliance 3G datacard No.[protected], since last 4 to 5 years on a monthly rental of Rs.342/-.On 11th Aug 2016, our 3G connection was terminated without any prior notice. when we approached the nearby Reliance, they said, they have migrated to 4G and so the connection was terminated. When asked them for the new device, they didn't respond properly. twice we approached them but response was poor, so we shifted ourselves to Airtl. all of a sudden, the next month I received a bill from Reliance for Rs.1162/-. When I contacted the customer care they said, this bill amount is based on some 4G plan which they have assigned to me. I donot have any 4G instrument and I donot have 4G connection, but still they have charged this and every month I'm receiving a bill from them.Now they claim that my pending bill amount is Rs.1783/-. I have received many call from them for non-payment and the way they speak for really annoying. Now to the utmost i have received a demand notice for making payment. Please help resolve this issue

              Hi,

              I was using Reliance 3G Dongle ([protected]) and was regularly paying the bills on time. Suddenly the dongle stopped working, i tried reaching customer care by calling, but no one responded . I had dropped mails again and again to customer care services, even intimating them i will not be paying the bills if i don't get a reply soon, but never got a response.

              Eventually when i got tired of waiting for response, i went to a reliance office and then i got to know that reliance have upgraded all the 3G dongle devices to 4G devices, but i was never intimated for the same. On requesting the front desk for a exchange i was asked to pay for it.

              I got the connection closed, called customer care again to file a complaint against this. But even after raising the concern, never got any response.

              Suddenly now I am getting messages from RCOM to pay bill for outstanding payment, for the net usage which i have never used.Message says :" Pay Rs 1965 CAF[protected] at earliest to avoid any legal procedure" . They have mentioned a contact number Mr. Irfan ( [protected]) . This number is always unreachable .

              Now i have got a mail from reli.zed.[protected]@gmail.com with subject line as ( Demand Notice cum Intimation Letter ) threating me to make a bill payment by 21st Jan 2017 else legal proceedings would take place.

              Kindly take appropriate action on this .

              Hi,

              I have received another email yesterday with subject as " E - Notice " from the same mail id "reli.zed.[protected]@gmail.com" . It states that they have " arranged Pre-Litigation Lokadalat on Saturday date 2nd Feb 2017". "Please pay before 21st Oct 2017 to the withdraw the case". Again mentioning the same contact person name and phone number : Mr. Irfan ( [protected]).

              Kindly resolve this at the earliest.

              I don't think there is a use of this forum at all, as so none of the issues gets fixed. And eventually the customer who is at suffering in the end looses hope and ends up paying the amount . Just like I had to .

                  Sir,
                  1. I am a practicing Advocate, doing my practice in Twin Cities since 16 years residing in the above address. While so, one lady by name Mounika (Cell. No.[protected]) called me over phone from Reliance Telephone company and was offering me to take postpaid connection. Presently Iam having Reliance Prepaid Connection and my cell No. is [protected]. As the offer was attractive, I ordered for postpaid connection. Later a person by name Ravi (Cell.No. [protected]) came to my residence for collecting the required documents and amount. I have paid a sum of Rs. 400/- through Cheque dt.7.12.2016, No. 015370, TSCAB (earlier APCOB), Champapet Branch. They asked me to Port (transfer) from prepaid to postpaid. I did the same in front of the above representative. They promised me to complete the formalities within one week or 10 days.

                  2. Later after waiting a long period in the 3rd week of Dec, 2016 I called several times to Mounika, but it is switched off. Immediately I called Ravi and asked him about the delay in not providing post paid connection. He said that his job is onlyto collect the documents and he is not the concerned person and he given two more phone Nos. of Sirisha ([protected]) and Anitha ([protected]), they received the phone but was very reckless and saying that who has given this no. and warned me that I should not contact this no. once again. Being an Advocate, I was very embarrassed upon the attitude and behavior of the staff of the Reliance towards a customer. I even tried several times to contact customer care No. 198, but it was too disconnecting before contacting the representative. I made several calls to customer care, but there is no response. All the time they say that they will inform the concerned section. I even contacted personally the outlets/showrooms of Reliance. The receptionist said that since I have ordered the postpaid through phone, he is not responsible. He will be responsible for only the connections which have been ordered in his own outlet.

                  3. The above cheque was cleared from my Bank Account. (Copy of Bank statement enclosed). Since one month, they have been harassing me mentally. In view of this harassment, now I have no idea of taking the connection of Reliance and I am interest to port to BSNL connection. I am going to file a consumer case against the Reliance Company. I am going to file criminal case against all the above persons in case my amount was not returned within one week along with miscellaneous expenses and damages.

                  4. In view of the above facts, it is crystal clear that the Reliance company is fraudulent and doing all this mischief only to collect the amount and not attending to the needs of customers. I had a great expectation upon the service of Reliance as it is a Big organization, but by experiencing the above incident, I lost faith and trust on it. It is playing all types of cheap tricks and gimmicks with the customers.

                  Hence, I request your good self to take necessary action by directing the concerned person of Reliance Company to return my amount of Rs. 400/- along with misc. expenses and damages and oblige.

                    I have written many times to Reliance Customer Care regarding the perpetual network issues I am facing.These include call drop, call disconnection, slow internet, poor audio and video performance.As a subscriber to One India One Rate 599 Voice Plan(3G Netconnect Plan) a premium plan sold by the company on pan india presence basis, I have been at the receiving end of promise matching the performance.Under the plan I am charged Rs599 and offered freebies ie.1200 minutes of voice calls + 200 sms+ 2 MB Internet +No Roaming Charges.The problems I am facing are network related ie no network coverage, slow internet, call drop etc.Consequently I have to inform Reliance Customer Care via mail and also meet the local company representative for waiver of the days for inactive service or disruption of service.In this regard I have to mention that Reliance Customer Care has never even acknowledged my mails so I have to depend on the local office for resolution of such issues from time to time.The lady in-charge of customer related issues in Shillong Office Ms.Reisha Baglari though helpful in the past has for some odd reason chosen to irresponsive and indifferent to my repeated service requests including offering waivers for days of inactive service or temporary disruption of service ( call barred).She refused to assist me in any way citing official reasons ie her authority to grant waiver.She refused to answer my calls or act on my text messages and asked me to get in touch with her superior Ms.Danisha Chakraborty in Reliance Communication office in Guwahati.I spoke to her and sought her urgent intervention and action in my outgoing calls getting barred despite payment of bill( The payment of bill amount was approved by Ms.Reisha Baglari).She said she needed some time to activate the barred services after explaining to her in detail the miscommunication and irresponsible behaviour of Ms.Reisha Baglari Chakraborty to promptly act on my personal request in her office. Though Ms.Danisha Chakraborty Circle Retention Head-Assam & North East (Customer Service) resolved the issue of outgoing calls barred but she informed me that she will not be able to assist me in future for she cannot guarantee the performance or non-performance of the network as it is not in the home network.When I informed her that at the time of MNP I was informed by the Reliance Agent that under OneIndiaOneRate Plan 599 Reliance Communication has a pan india presence and it was only on this basis I opted for Reliance, she got agitated and argued I have been misinformed.She made it clear that she will not be offering any assistance in future and that I should not bother her.
                    Subsequently I received a bill dated 22 Dec 2016 for Rs.796 wherein Rs.100 has been charged as Late Payment Charges and no waiver on rental has been provided for 3 days period of outgoing calls barred for no fault of mine(Rs.20x3=60).Total waiver amount Rs.160.Bill amount payable - Rs.796-Rs.160=Rs.636. Due date: 6 Jan-17.
                    I would therefore urge the concerned authority in Reliance Communication to take strict action against them for their highly irresponsible, rude unacceptable and uncalled for behaviour.Such employees can never be an asset to any business.
                    I would also urge the concerned authority to address the network performance issues as mandated by TRAI.

                    Today ie 6/1/17 is due date for payment of my bill no:[protected] dated 22/12/16 relationship no:[protected]. I have not received any written or oral communication from the company in response to my complaint so far.In the event the company fails to grant waiver amount of Rs.160(Rs.100 late payment charges + Rs 60 outgiong calls barred for 3 days x Rs 20 per day), I shall make the payment of Rs.636 (Rs.796 - Rs.160).Both these charges are invalid as the paper bill no:[protected] dated 22/11/16 due date 7/12/16 was delivered on 10/12/16.Outgoing calls were barred despite the payment of Rs.413 in full and final settlement of the said bill.                     I have received your response on Jan 7, 2017 saying that you have taken note of my complaint and customer service team will get in touch with me directly to resolve my concerns.In this regard I would like to inform you that as of Jan 14, 2017 no one from Reliance has got in touch with me nor have I been informed of the status of my request for waiver of Rs.160.I am also not aware of any action taken by the competent authority in Reliance against the two erring executives Reisha Baglari and Danisha Chakraborty for their highly irresponsible, rude and casual behaviour.

                    I received a call from[protected] on Jan 17, 2017 asking me very rudely why I have not paid the amount of Rs.160.I tried to explain to the concerned person from billing department that I am seeking waiver of Rs 100 towards late fee payment charges as the bill was delivered to me well after the due date and Rs.60 towards 3 days of outgoing calls barred despite full and final settlement of the bill.The person concerned was rude and said he cannot resolve this issue and will take it up with his superior.He also threatened I will face similar issues in future.An sms was sent to me later saying that I should clear the
                    amount of Rs.160 to avoid interruption in service.
                    It is a matter of shame that firstly Reliance Communication should hire such rude and impolite people who take a customer for granted.The person in question was not only unwilling to listen to me but even said I can report this to anyone for all he cares.
                    I hope the concerned authority in Reliance Communication take note of this highhanded and impolite behaviour and address the issue in hand rather than passing the buck. We as customers expect to be heard and our problems resolved in a civil and polite manner.Being high handed rude and impolite is not an option or solution.

                    Instead of attending to my complaint my phone has been deactivated for both incoming and outgoing calls on Jan 25, 2017 at 5:57 am.This despite payment of bill and request for waiver of the amount of Rs.160.I find this completely acceptable and highhanded given the fact that I had sought the waiver of Rs.160 on valid grounds.I am not only disappointed with the service you have provided but also with the capability and competence of the concerned people to resolve the issue.Your unilateral decision to deactivate the service is proof of my charge.As a consumer I have no hesitation in rating your service poor and fradulent.I shall be persuing this matter with the concerned authorities till I get my due.I would also like to point out that the concerned department(Billing) was unaware of my complaint.This speaks volumes about the internal communication in your organization-the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing and we have to suffer the consequences.

                    Reliance Telecom has not acted on my request for waiver on Late Payment Charges of Rs 100 against bill no[protected] bill date 22 Nov, 2016 despite payment of subsequent bills amounting to Rs 796 against bill no[protected] dated 22 Dec, 2016 and current bill payment of Rs.700 on 4 Feb, 2017.As per Sarita Sautal of Reliance my request for waiver is pending with the billing department for the last 30 days and they are not acting on it. She requested me to make the payment of Rs.700 assuring me the waiver of Rs.100 will reflect in the next bill.Accordingly I have made the payment of Rs.700 today ie 4 Feb, 1

                    I would urge the concerned authority in Reliance Communication to attend to customer grievances professionally and promptly.Why it should take over 30 days to process a simple request for waiver for Late Payment Charges is beyond my understanding.The request for waiver is on account of non-receipt of bill by the due date.How can I be faulted and penalised when the bill was delivered to me well beyond the due date.I am completely disappointed with the kind of service you provide.It should be a matter of great concern to Reliance Communication that a customer who has migrated from Vodafone in the hope that Reliance Communication a leading player in telcom will offer a better service is being subject to harassment and unprofessional service.
                    I have received your response on Jan 7, 2017 saying that you have taken note of my complaint and customer service team will get directly in touch with me to resolve my concerns.
                    In this regard I would like to inform you that as of Jan 14, 2017 no one from customer service team has called me nor has any resolution to my waiver for the amount of Rs.160 been communicated to me.I am also not aware of any action taken by the competent authority in reliance against the erring executives for refusal to provide any kind of assistance in the matter.

                      Hi,
                      I requested them to close my reliance data card postpaid connection, I did through email as well as phone and also in person at customer care. They said that my request has been processed, I have paid all the outstanding bills (inspite of not being used), yet I get bill generated everymonth.
                      I also get a Legal Action warning asking me to pay the bill.
                      I ended up in around 2000 RS loss.
                      What should I do now?

                        I had dongle cdma of reliance communication since over 4 years. Reliance has stopped cdma services without informing in 2016. I paid bill amount and termination charges. Still reliance has kept sending bills unnecessary. Now also charging for services which never used and never purchased.. Now calling frequently, sending threat sms. After explaining details to reliance communication, still unknown people are calling and harassing. They don’t have any valid proof of any services which they are billing for

                        Reliance communication is finding different ways of earning money by doing fraud

                        This is very serious issue. They are doing this with preplanning.

                          Sir, i am regular user of reliance communication services. This time i had balance of Rs 96 on my reliance no. [protected] . And on its own my balance gets reduced to Rs 76. and now again just 2 days after that it today when i checked my reliance no. [protected] it is showing just balance as Rs 42 . And this not happened once its happened twice now and really i m tired of this. Almost i paid Rs100 for recharge and my all balance is getting wasted. And whenever i check the balance remain reduced that it was earlier . Sir, because of this i m really feeling cheated i my trust on reliance service is pretty much shaking. And when i call 198 my call is not connecting to customer care . I am expecting as soon as possible response of you on this. If i will be cheated like this. I will definetely quit this service.                             I could not making voice local calls for last three days.. when i call to coustmer care .they always said that we could not process that time .you will call after two hours and they said same thing from last three days and even more time i call to coustmer care service they cut call and not responding at all... i just frustrated for poor service.. and i have GSM sim not jio sim so my plan and my money for buying plans its totally wastage

                              Myself kumud ranjan bearing no [protected], had 95 rs balance, and i checked my balance yesterday it shows only 40 rs, my 55 rs balance was deducted without any reason, i tried many times to customer care, but it didnt replied me, he asked i have no record of that, same process of deduction of balance is with my another no [protected], in that no also 130 rs balance was deducted, kindly y check this issue, and revert me on my no [protected], or i have to put this matter to the higher authority and consumer court.

                              as per your reply, till now i didnt get the balance back in my account, i have three number complaine issues which are as follows
                              1. [protected] in this 55 Rs was deducted
                              2. [protected] in this 130 Rs was deducted
                              3. [protected] in this 42 Rs was deducted.

                                Today I called 'Akash' while calling[protected] in your Mumbai customer care at 1:10 AM. First time he disconnected the call. The second time while I am calling I asked his name and other details. I can hear his office mates laughing in the back ground & creating jokes . I got such a bad behaviour from your customer care executives.

                                Regarding the below request. I have received only one call from the customer care. I am not having the new address in that time I told him to call me back. Then I am not received any calls from the customer care and simply you have raised request for termination of this net connection.

                                I don't like to terminate this connection, it's is just change of address as per I am mentioned in the first call with your executive.

                                Please help me regarding this. I am having the call recording and all the other details of the person's that I am talked with.

                                    Company itself activate 2 services- LDR Sub Sub30 and ADPAY StrongWly Subs on 27 th December 2016; and deduct 60 Rupees from main balance of talktime.

                                    Again on 31st December activate another service- Shem MoviSub 60 and deduct 30 Rupees.

                                    please assure refund of these unauthorized charges(net amount 90 Rupees).

                                        As per telephonic discussion with Reliance Executive for reliance connection and I have submitted the document and 300 Rs. For new connection (portability from Airtel postpaid to Reliance postpaid) to your representative on 11. 08. 2016. I have received slip address mention on slip is A-17 Ground Floor, 60 Foota Road, Pul Pehladpur, New Delhi - 110044, contact number is [protected] and [protected]. They provided me wrong SIM (3G instead of 4G) and till now connection is not started .
