Dear sir / madam,
This complaint is about my number [protected].
This number was postpaid connection but I applied to convert this number to the prepaid and I followed all the procedures ( paid unbilled amount and had given adress photo) on the same day number was lost connection and converted to prepaid but problem is that calls are not going to any numbers even 59059 also.. It is showing that number is barred and even I complained in the reliance store, they are not at all and they are saying that we can't do anything... Number is not working since 2 days. This is my office number and my clients are complaining. I called 198 and *333.. No one is solving this problem.. Please solve this immediately.. Take action about those reliance store in palghar. Unnecessary they are wasting my time.

I am shankar gouda, I had posted my complaint about my no-[protected]

Till date it is not solved and I didn't get any call from relaince. But I got call from your side she told me that she will solve my problem within 1 day... No response from reliance store and this shows worst service from reliance communications.. I never expected like this.. Since 5 days my number is not working.. So I am facing many problems... I am literally depressed about this. I have one more reliance number [protected]. Now I am thinking to port out this number. Please solve my problem or else deactivate my number permanently...

Still my issue is not solved. I mailed my problem to customer care mail id. Although you have not replied any thing so I could go further action against you.
I will go to cunsomer court to complain about your service..

    Please find attachment (Screen Shoot of My Mobile) From Dt.01/12/2016 To Dt.03/12/2016 of diffrent Timing. My Mobile Network issue is as usal. & I am facing more problems.I am Paying you full payment as per your Compay Commitment but your Company have not provide me that facilities which cost I have already paying you your Company.

    1- Dut to Poor Network I cont use Reliance To Relince Free Talk Facilities (For this facilities I am alreadly Paying your Company Extra Money in my Postpait mobile bill)

    2- Due to Poor Network I cont use my Internat & Socel Network Sites (For this facilities I am alreadly Paying your Company Extra Money in my Postpait mobile bill)

    Dear Sir/Madam If I deposit my Bill Payment One day late then your Compny charged Rs.100/= Late Payment I am Paying regularly Extra Payment on my Postpaid Mobile Bill for consuming above mention facilities But Your Company can't provide us all facilities as per Commitment.

    In this regard I feel free to Complaint your Board of Director & Chairman also throught some reliable sources & Port my all Reliance Mobile to any other Network & never recommended to My all Friends & Relatives to use your Very Poor Reliance Network.

I am properly facint same trouble till date your company faild to resolved my Complaint four network Problem. I am Paying Rs.398/= Rental for consume many facilities like Relince to Reliance Free, Data Pack etc. But due to Poor Network I con't conusmed any facilities after the paying full payment to you Company.

      My cell no is [protected]. Balance got deducted from my account without any valid reason. One service has been activated by you and the balance got deducted. This is happening very frequently. This is realy frustating. Can you please refund the anount. Otherwise i have to change the network to any other operator. Please work on it as soon as possible.

            Deduction of Rs. 5 in 1-2 Hours from the Reliance GSM Daily What is going on?

            i have not subscribed any service. Why is that reliance is deducting 5 rs on a daily basis. until now Rs 30-35 has been deducted by reliance.

            Raise Many Complaint But Still No Resolution provided by reliance & Reliance Representative Saying "u have not subscribe any service But i does not know why deduct you balance"

              I have recharge my reliance prepaid number [protected] on 22.12.2016 Rs. 130 by retailer any use few contacts and suddenly mobile balance showing zero(0). I had contact coustomer care but they failed to provid deduction details. Not satisfie Reliance services.
              I want to refund unnacassory deduction of my prepaid balance with compulsation of struggle with loose emergency services.

                  Dear sir/madam
                  I have never seen a company who does not reply the mail. No words to say. I have recently opened a shop near polytechnic college at baru hamirpur (H. P.). I have applied for demo sim for the recharge of customers. But more than 18 days my demo sim was not activated. My sim was activated but not become demo in more than 18 days. This is reliance communication. My demo sim number for reliance is [protected]. I have paid 150 rs for this sim. Can you plz tell me how much time it will take for activation. And sir your service is very poor. Airtel network has update my demo within 2 days. That’s the comparison airtel in 2 days, bsnl 4 days, vodafone 3 days, idea 6 days but reliance more than 18days but yet not activated. Very very poor service. I think i will take more than 1 month.in competition of mob. Recharge its too much difficult to remain in the market for long time if your service is like this. Your disty have no answer he said to me why you have taken this lte sim for the demo. And your tsm have no anwer. I dont know what they are doing in the market. Rabba raakha for reliance.

                    Dear sir,
                    My name is P.Raman, and i am using the reliance gsm prepaid karnataka mobile no. [protected] for the past 4 years. i have shifted to chennai in june 2015 and from that i am continuing using it with special recharge for roaming RC47.
                    On 24th dec 2016 i received a message from reliance that i[censored] recharge using plan 501 before 30th dec all outgoing calls to any network in india is free for 100 days and 1 gb data.
                    As i am in chennai i made a call to the customer care using 198 service around 8 pm and enquired about the plan. the guy spoke told that so and so i s the plan and when i asked him whether could be used in roaming, he is not clear and told to check myself.
                    So again i called the customer care and clearly told him that i am in chennai and in roaming and using the sim and asked whether if i will recharge will 501 plan the outgoing calls will be free or not.
                    he told no problem, i could use it anywhere and i will get the outgoing call free benefit.
                    So i made a recharge of 501 around 8.30 pm and when i made call to my friend the balance started to cut from my main balance.

                    So in next day morning i called the customer care again and miss reshma begam spoke and told first the outgoing will not be free during roaming. then i informed that the guy previous night told. she told okay she will correct it and money will not be deducted.

                    Again i tried to make call to my friend again money got deducted from the main balance. so again i called her and she told no outgoing calls are not free and only incoming free during roaming.

                    i told i want solution for that she told she will connect with the higher official and transferred after 15 min also no one took the call. this happened two times and then i chatted with the customer care live chat service with nisha, she told only apology for the inconvenience caused and the action will be taken on the customer care service person.

                    i told her that i want the refund to my mobikwik account from which i recharged or you give the equivalent talk time value for 500 rs, as i could not use the plan and due to wrong guidance of the customer care i had recharged. she told the service request no[protected] is registered and within 48 hrs the request will be solved.

                    After 48 hrs nothing happened. i again chatted today 28.12.16 then also again same story of apology and strict action on customer care person. i want the monetary benefit, i cannot loss 500 rs due to their negligence. she didnt agree. so i am complaining here.

                    i want the solution of refund of 501 to my account or providing of the 500 rs talk time to my account. i something to be cut for the 4 days usage of plan also no problem on pro rata basis the balance to be refunded

                      I am a proud subscriber of Reliance postpaid (Originally CDMA but now 4G-GSM technology) for over 10 years. Though I experienced network related problems whe I used your CDMA technology and SIM, the services in my Plan (Local, STD & ISD calls/SMS etc) were working. After your forcibly thrusted this 4G-GSM because Reliance was forced by TRAI to wind up the CDMA support, Most of the time the tower indication on my mobile screen is "TATA DOCOMO-RELIANCE" and "RELAINCE 4G" at other times.
                      When the tower shows "RELAINCE 4G" I am able to use my connection effectively for (Local, STD & ISD calls/SMS etc) . IT works fine. On the contrary when tower shows "TATA DOCOMO-RELIANCE" I am able to make only Local and STD calls, I AM UNABLE TO MAKE ISD CALLS I HAVE A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF RS 2000/- WITH YOUR COMPANY AS ON DATE). I GET THE MSG -"PLEASE CHK THE NO. YOU HAVE DIALED".
                      FURTHER, I AM UNABLE TO CALL RELIANCE HELP LINE OR COMPLAINT HELP LINE (*333 AND 198).i HAVE REGISTERED A COMPLAINT (REQUEST NO.[protected]. THE ISSUE IS STILL PENDING. YOUR EXECUTIVES HAVE STEALTHILY AND CLANDESTINELY TREATED THIS ISSUE AS CLOSED OUT OF COWARDICE AND NEGLIGENCE.
                      I WILL BE FORCED TO COMPLAIN WITH BOTH TRAI AND STATE/DISTRICT CONSUMER REDRESSAL COMMISIONS IF THE ACTUAL PROBLEM IS NOT RESOLVED TO MY SATISFACTION

                        Hi Team,

                        For your kind info, I bought Reliance CDMA 3G connection. One fine day in Aug' 2016, the connection was shutdown successfully, I have cleared all my bills that I have utilized in 3G. I have explained the same many times to Customer care and Billing executives. Nobody has taken step to stop this auto generated bill process. Computer might not aware about my connection status that I have applied only for 3G connection. As of now I’m getting the auto generated bills. I didn't apply 4G connection with Reliance Communications and I didn't buy any SIM card for 4G, Data Card as well.

                        Kindly consider this as a request and understand my situation stop auto generating these emails.


                        Note" I have spoken many times to Customer care Executives, all recordings are with me that. The bills shall not be generated in future. However the bills are generating every time.

                          Very embarrassing services provided by your postpaid team that I was using your postpaid connection in Chennai,

                          To which I discontinued last in August with help of Reliance Store Ayanavaram, Chennai and at that time store executive told me that we have an offer that u need not to pay your due amount if you are going to discontinue your data card, after 3-4 days I got another message for due amount again I visited to store and ask to executive why this happening again and again, same reply given by the executive and he shown me a list of those no. which are in offer and not to pay any due amount, I forcibly tried to give money to executive for my data card but he refuse to take money and he confirmed that no problem come in future but still I am receiving Bill amount with notification for legal action I tried to contact o store but they are not responding my call…

                            This is further to my complain on 24/12/2016, I have received call from customer care and requested to submit documents at any near by Reliance store for my disconnected mobile no. [protected].
                            For the same i have visited twice to your store Maruti Communication in Yusuf Sarai New Delhi, but they are not ready to accept my document and asked me to contact the agency who sold sim card to me. Regrading the same many times I have contacted Delhi Appellate Authority and appreciate their support but my problem remain same. My number service is disconnected.

                            After all this when I contacted the agency who collected documents initially and sold sim card to me, they say if any mail comes from TSM than only they can help.

                            Its my kind request, please help me to solve my problem.

                            I am under abnormal mental pressure, hope you will understand my situation.

                              I just received a SMS saying that I subscribed for INTELGAMESUB21 for 7 days.
                              and I'm 100% sure that I haven't subscribed for any such thing.
                              and what about the balance that got deducted?!
                              how am I gonna get my balance back
                              and after reading other complaints in this forum it appears to me that it has become very common to receive such SMS
                              also it saddens me to notice that even after receiving such complaints you haven't looked into it

                                    I got a call from reliance sim sales girl to port my mob from another comaany sim to theres. But i opt for new sim with ₹399 plan they agreed and hey send representative o my house for₹300 dposit for si and id proof and they gave the deails of the sim and i agreedand it was friday hey said ur connection will b ready by monday and it was on tuesday morning and there representative was here for address verification and its successful and after 3 days the send sms ur address verification is not success ful and thy called the person eho gave me sim theteis no response and after 2 days one lady called me and said you are a housewife so we will not approve change the sim in your husband name so isit clause is ther that housewife should not own a sim next day morning my sim is dead so how can they disconnect being a housewife is it a crime?

                                      I had asked for landline and broadband termination on 16th dec 2016 and got a confirmation call after 2 days that i confirmed to them my connection must be terminated befiore new billing cycle starts.

                                      They had not terminated my connection and telling me lies that i had told them my connection should not be terminated yet.

                                      So this time i sent them an email and asked them to terminate my connection and these idiot and liars people still not terminating my connection and asking me to pay rent for the service which i had declined beforehand not to be used.

                                        I had ported my number from Airtel postpaid to reliance. My number is [protected], I had opted for RS. 399 plan but I was allotted RS 499 plan.
                                        The guy who came to pick my documents, charged me three hundred rupees and told me it will be refunded back in first bill. I have his id proof as well as bill with me.
                                        But what got me startled is the fact that my incoming and outgoing are barred for no reason, no one has a clear idea why is it blocked I contacted costumer care as well as I visited reliance customer care center.
                                        I will be filing a harassment case if the problem is not resolved ASAP. My number is currently barred. I will update if anything happens afterward.
