From yesterday, I can't make any outgoing calls to other network. When trying to make call I heard "this route is busy".my no is [protected].but reliance outgoing calls are I can made..no incoming problem.sometimes it working.BT many times it says route is busy.
Importantly the 198 customer complaint service also not available. No responsive.

    I am unable to connect the calls from 5 days n u people r nt even responding n nt even cnncting the cls simply saying dial tollfree no *111# n yestrday when i spoke sme1 said to cl at 6.45 til nw my no is nt cnncting to cc wt is this??         My complaint id is[protected].

        From last few days i am really frustrated by your service.

        I am not liking this service which you are providing.

        On 31st dec 2016, i registered the complain. Your man promised me to solve the complain in one day but that didn't happened. I have recorded that call where he has mentioned that.

        I called up again and again for solving my problem but there was no solution to it.

        Your representative visited my hone for solving the problem but even we went off without solving it.

        I am going to file a complaint in consumer court.

        I am feed up of this calling again and again.

        I want a refund for the number of days i was not able to access my net.

        Hope you take some action or else this is the final time i am writing or complaining. Next would be action from my side.

          Hi,

          I registered complaint from last 3 months about my bill and you again and again send me bill o[censored]nwanted charges. Due to your business associate mr. Surya prakash (+91-[protected]) wrong commitment, i paid late my bill for which i told you about the same and you accepted my request for not charging lat fee. I also request you to adjust my 300 out of 1000 rupees security but didn't get positive reply.

          Today you blocked my outgoing call for not pay 200 rupees for which you agreed also. I am so much frustrated by such type of services that you give me and i never expect this type of services from reliance.

          I request you please allow outgoing calls on my number [protected] and also take step to adjust my rest of the security 300 out of 1000 asap.

          I am fully frustrated with your service. Now you stopped my outgoing and incoming both of my number [protected] . If you don't want me as your customer simply say but don't give me such type of services.

          I paid unwanted 138 rupees today and only 64 rupees left out of 202 rupees. Without solving my query you stopped services. Call me or mail me at [protected] or [protected]@gmail.com and resolve my issues if you are able to resolve otherwise this time i will go to other service provider definitely.

            Dear Sir,

            Its very unfortunate that I have to write this complaint to you. But unfortunately I am being forced to disturb you. My company Shankara Infrastructures ported 3 numbers from Vodafone to Reliance hoping to get great service. The relation ship number is as follows:

            However, let aside great service I hardly got satisfied, the numbers wont work on roaming. I had ported other numbers as well. My personal number which is mentioned at the bottom was also ported from Vodafone, so you can understand the level of trust I had in Reliance Mobile services. But since October 2016 I am running after reliance Mobile stores, to get the above 3 numbers converted to Prepaid as my company was to be converted to Pvt Ltd so I had no use of the numbers for a few months. After running for a few weeks they told me to email. Finally in November 2016 I emailed, I was again told to go to Mobile Store, again I got no help and got frustrated and decided to disconnect the numbers, so I emailed back, also I was trying to contact Mr.Rupesh who is your employee who got me ported to Reliance and he was even more upsetting, inhjs reply he is agreeing on a resolution to go to the Police. On the other hand Mobile store people took my request finally but then after 2 weeks they said they cant help as they are unable to connect to Customer care. Then in December, 2016 Mobile Store people ( The outlet at "111, Chittaranjan Avenue, Kolkata") told me to call 198 as they are unable to help. I called on 198. The executive on 198 transferred me to a supervisor. The supervisor named Liti Banik took my complaint. I told her very clearly and you can hear the call recording with your company that I told her to disconnect all the three numbers I had for my company Shankara Infrastructures. She gave me a request id:[protected] stating that its done.

            Now after 7 days as promised I checked and 2 numbers are still active. I called 198 again and to my amazement the executive tells me the request was taken for only one number. Also when I asked for the supervisor he put me on hold and later after approx 8 mins of hold the call got disconnected. I am also being asked to pay for the time I was running to mobile store and emailing and calling customer care.

            Now Sir, Please tell me what choice do I have? Am I paying to be a loyal customer of reliance holding 6 mobile connections with reliance. There was a time when I even made my friends port to reliance and this is the gift I am getting. Sir, Please suggest what I should do as every avenue that I tried to get help from has failed me. i have no hope of getting from any Hierarchy in Reliance Mobile so I had to mail you.

            Hoping for a solution of the problem.

              Hi, i was working in a company called elegant builders as a hr manager and was handling the corporate sim for the employees. Now i have quit that company and joined another company. I still get atleast 10 calls everyday from reliance collection department for no fault of mine. I have given them the contact number of that office and they have the address as well. But still they are torturing me emotionally by calling 10 times everyday and i have to tell them the same damn thing everytime. I want the calls to stop from your customer care immediately else i will be forced to go to the police or file a legal case for repeated calls and disturbance from reliance.

                With reference to the above my broadband internet & telephone not working since 12/12/16 (Cyclone).
                We have also lodged complaint on 16/12/16 (As our electricity & phone connection resumed).
                Till date nobody visited our place but we get a standard reply that cables cut, server problem and almost more than 20 days its not solved.

                I need payment waiver from 12/12/16 onward & sort out the issue.
                If you cant solve the problem please inform us by mail so that we can disconnect the broadband services.

                Am not getting any support neither from the manager mr loganathan nor your customer care.

                We have also mailed to reliance broadband, for that still we have not got any response from them.

                I contacted many times with the reliance customer care every time they gave a standard reply"your complaint is under process of resolution"we are escalating ","you will receive a call from our technical team for visit of technical staff".

                But till date we have not received any call from them.

                Reliance is neither capable to resolve the technical issue not it has guts to tell the customer their inability to serve the customer.

                However they are only capable of issuing the bills regularly.

                Kindly take necessary action and resolve our problem.

                  This is my last attempt to reach out to you to show how pathetic your email customer service people are.

                  You should review the ability of your email customer service team, if you really wish to survive in the industry. But i think after the launch of jio your chances to exist have already become dismal.

                  You email customer service team does everything they can to ensure that the customers are frustrated to the core.

                  Long ago i had disconnected reliance but it is because of one of the sales representatives who contacted me again, pleaded to take back the connection assuring best & quality service i took the connection again.

                  Ever since then reliance customer service team has been harassing me. Yesterday i wrote to them for a waiver for no internet connectivity between 11 dec to 17 dec 2016... Now look at their response :d

                        My no. [protected], last 10 days facing problem in outgoing calls, tower showing full bar but whenever i am calling any number not able to connect. Many time i stucked in problem that time i was not able to call anyone for help due to there bad service, They have excuse for upgrading there services but how much time they need? there custumer service is very very very bad, cant decribe about it, never connect. i want to use many abusive languages for RCom, Riliance Jio has done good job and given good kick and leason to every telecom company.

                          My cell no is [protected]. balance got deducted from my account without any valid reason. One service has been activated by you and the balance has been deducted. Balance was returned on complaint but after few min again its deducted from account. This is really frustrating. Return my money otherwise I have to close your connection Also make sure that it will not be repeated in future.

                            Further to my complain made on 24/12/2016 & 27/12/2016. I must say and appreciate after posting complain on this site I am receiving call from Reliance customer care.
                            All I am requesting Reliance to return my mobile no. ([protected]) back to me that you people have disconnected from more than a week now. I do understand, Reliance people are busy in addressing problem but what is the point if you can't able to solve one.

                            I have submitted my documents to your reliance store Maruti Communication, Yusuf sarai, New Delhi almost three days back. Can you Please tell why my mobile no. is not activated.
                            Its more than two week now you people have ported my number and disconnected my services.
                            You people are the worst service provider in this telecom industry.
                            please solve my problem this time.
                            I really admit I have done a terrible mistake by choosing Reliance Network to port my mobile number. Let me know who would be responsible for physical and financial loss that I am going through because of this?

                              Date of incident : since 15th dec 2016 (Line not working)

                              I have a reliance gsm connection wi-bridge handset am using for the last 06 months. My reliance line is down for over a month now.

                              Previously we have an 08 digit cdma connection 328560 which was changed to gsm by reliance in may 2016 as they were switching over.

                              When i had called to complain on my grievances at customer care the person on duty told us that we were facing trouble because our documents weren't verified, but now am requesting technical staff to restore your line. After 01 minute the line was up and again in a fiction of few minutes the line was down showing "limited service".

                              I have send e-mail to customer care, appellate authority and also received complaint number with assurance of resolving issues in next 72 hours. Several phone calls and e-mail reminders have been sent to them requesting restoration of our line.

                              They don't seem to have in any tower in cit road/park circus / poddopukur where i am having this handset held.

                              Time is passing by but their executives are neither bothered to call us back, be courteous to respond to my repeated email.

                              My complaint number is[protected].

                              I wan't to be compensated for this surely and also their office is not closing down our lines permanently if they cant restore it.

                              This is a mere torture & nothing else sir i must say. My payments have been made on time always and no payment due date has lapsed or any billing payment due to them.

                              Please look into this matter seriously and punish these people at reliance who are horrible at performing their jobs well.

                                I want to terminate my reliance broadband connection as it is not working since october and i have taken new connection. I have raised multiple request since november however no action taken and they keep sending me bill each month. I am fed up with them by following up and same response.

                                I raised connection issue complain in october but no action taken.

                                I raised termination request in november and december at least 5 times but they close it saying i want to continue with service without consulting me. They never called me and whenever they called me i told them to terminate connection. But still nothing happened.

                                Please help me to terminate connection

                                I have no more trust on you guys as you guys are keep giving me excuse for my termination request. It does not make sense as you guys are closing my request and give me reason that i want to continue with service or does not pick up call. Why I keep registering request if I want to continue service? Why are you guys are lieing. Let me know if you do not want to close connection. Why should I pay bill for not working connection and you guys do not want to close it?

                                  or plan me kahi nahi bataya gaya ki last ke 5 dino me R to R hi caling hogi.

                                      Hi, I have requested for porting my vodafone number to reliance. The SIM card was to be sent by courier to me from Mumbai to Pune. Since 10-12 days the SIM card is ported but I did not get the SIM card.
                                      Also, when I enquire about the card to customer care, I got to know that the SIM card is on someone else's name.

                                      When I tried calling the reliance executive who communicated with me for porting request and the reliance offer, they are not even answering my call.
