I am Smita Pandey. I was using reliance GSM mobile pre-paid SIM card connection. But, today I lost my reliance GSM(nokia 625 handset) at somewhere. Could you please immediately block my Mobile no. [protected]. Please update me once you blocked it.

Please block it as soon as possible as some may misuse it.That sim card was not on my name it was in the name of my ex colleague Srikanth.For amy query please call on the number given below.

    I purchased a reliance high speed wi pod mini in feb 2016 at Reliance Mobile Store - (No 995 A Flat No 5 Ground Floor, 11th Main Road 2nd Avenue, Anna Nagar, Chennai - 600040, Opposite To Santhosh super market )and have attached a copy of the welcome letter.
    I continued to use your service till july or august 2016 when you stopped your service after introduction of the 4G service .I did not request for 4 g service as it was very expensive and was inadequate for my use. I continued to pay my bill even after you stopped service as i i was unable to visit your store to close the account.
    I visited the same store on 5th October 2016 and requested for closure of the account.I submitted the necessary papers and gave the request a copy of which i have enclosed as attachment.I paid the uptodate bill of Rs 346 in the store a copy of this acknowledgement has been enclosed.I received the termination ID which i have enclosed and enquired if i need to do anything else. I was ensured the process was complete.
    I received a bill for Rs3 on 20/10/2016 on enquiry in the mobile store i was asked to ignore it.
    subsequently on the 20th of December i received a bill for Rs 486 for a 4G service i had never requested for .I have made 5 visits to the store but they dont seem to have settled the issue.the last visit 3 days ago a request for bill waiver has been sent .The lady informed me that subsequent to this she will send the request for closure.
    Iam unable to understand why the account was not deactivated on request on the 5th of October

    how can a 4G service be activated with out my request that to after i have requested termination
    this amounts to harassement of the customer
    I request that you set right the issue immediately and permanently close the account at the earliest.
    My busy schedule does not permit me to make repeated visits to the store so please do help

      बैधता 28 दिन। रिलायंस 3g अाप ग्राहकों पूरा ज्ञान दे। पूरा बात संदेश में लिख कर भेजने कि कृपा करे। मेरे तरह से को ओर न इस अधूरा संदेश का शिकार न हो।

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        This letter is regarding your customer care executive's disgust behaviour, i regret to write so but one of your reliance service executive has misbehaved & talked in so rude manner with me, which was the worst experience of my life with any service provider. your customer care address "A-17 Ground Floor, 60 Foota Road, Pul Pehladpur, New Delhi-110014".
        I would like to let you know the subject matter.

        I am Naveen Negi an Airtel Customer presently, Yesterday i got a call through your customer care for a port request, i accepted that offer was suitable for me so i applied for the port & gave 299 rs as activation charge. but today at 1:45 p.m. i got a call through the person named Mr. Kuldeep from [protected], he began with making an argument with me. you can check the recording of that particular time as an evidence.

        Kindly take some action against him, because Reliance is known for its best customer dealings & best customer services. but unfortunately the person like Mr. Kuldeep are losing the goodwill of your company in the mind of the prospective customer. I personally appreciate your services and your offer but due to the bad dealing with one of your service executive, i am going back to airtel because at least they serve the best to their customer & talk in a decent manner.

          I have recharge from freecharge site, accordingly on recharge of Rs. 65 the consumer will get full talk time i.e Rs. 65 having validity unlimited time. but i had not get the same according to pronouncement. solve the matter in priority basis. tranparancy should be maintained in on line payment system. for the faulty system of reliance consumers might be suffered too.
          who shall responsible for the moneytary loss of consumers.

            Sir,
            I have just port/converted my bsnl connection (No. [protected]) to reliance postpaid rs399/- plan and my bsnl sim disconnected on 28/12/2016 night. Now i dont get my new reliance sim card yet and i am in trouble, there is no fair reply from the customer executive who have collected my documents and upc code on 20/12/16 and her mob no is [protected]
            I am your regular customer and i already have three (3) reliance post paid connections. Now i have receiving poor service from reliance. Now i dont have no ideas for what can i do and the no is very important for me.
            Therefore it is requested that please get action and deliver my sim card at earliest please.

            finally i got my sim with Rs.100/- on 31/12/16. Reliance provide post paid plan of Rs499/- instead of Rs 399/-
            Very poor service from reliance. I have three post paid connection with reliance and now i want to quit all three services from reliance.

              I am using a group scheme mobile M.no[protected] with post paid connection .

              Yesterday I recd an sms stating that Outgoing call facility has been barred.

              So, from 30.12.2016 I am unable to contact any one even by sms.
              I am in Chennai my company is in Pune and for any query reg payment you can take up with them directly. I am in a different location and by barring the facility my work is disrupted and I dont have any other contact no to contact or inform any one.

              So I request you to restore the outgoing facility at the earliest.

                        I have raised a request to terminate my connection with Service Request ID[protected] on 19th Dec, 2016. Still no action has been taken. I have also left the residing place. Everytime I ask the customer care they say your request has been raised to relevant team but still no one has called me till now. This has been my worst experience of customer support. I am fed up writing the mails and calling everytime.

                          Currently I am in roaming.
                          I have a one month roaming pack activated in my no. [protected].
                          I had more than ₹200 balance in the above number
                          But since yesterday my balance have been deducted fully I don't have even 1 rupee balance left however I haven't used any such service which might incurr charges.
                          Neither I have done that much telephonic conversation to get that much balance deducted.kindly look into the matter and reimburse my amount.
                          Moreover I have been repeatedly stating that I am not able to contact the customer care service but there has been no action.
                          As a result of such repeated inconvenience I might have to terminate my subscription to the usage of reliance gsm service.

                            Sir my reliance gsm number is [protected]. Today i recharged my phone with 149 unlimited calls plan after reading your article (http://www.rcom.co.in/Rcom/aboutus/news/pdf/press-release/2016/RELIANCE_COMMUNI... which clearly says the offer is for every reliance gsm user with no hidden conditions.149 rupees has been deducted from my a/c and your rude yelling customer care people indirectly said calling customer care wont help and in order to get more help you need to make effort to get your money back.i have been a loyal customer to reliance and have been using your services since couple of years.plzz dont cheat ur loyal customers, revert back or just refund my 149 rupees.

                              Hi,

                              I have forwarded my request through email to cancel the service "Cancel this number [protected] [T[protected]RWS010Z3408259]" on November.

                              But, they are not cancelling and forcing me to chose different price plan. I made it clear multiple times but still not cancelling the service and I am keep paying for the service which I don't use.

                              One of the appellate officer stated that he will cancel the service without fail and gave me the confirmation number[protected]. I have requested him multiple times to cancel the service and send me the confirmation. But nothing has been happened.

                              I have paid all my dues to ensure at least now the account gets cancelled. But again they say like it will take additional seven days to cancel. Which is highly not tolerable.

                              Please please cancel the number and I don't want to pay anymore.

                                Getting threatening by phone & SMS - legal action due to non payment
                                I am getting regular irritating CALLS from RELIANCE EXECUTIVE.

                                SMS message getting as :
                                " Dear Customer we are initiating legal action due to non payment of Rs 972 for reliance number [protected].

                                Legal Notice From below number :
                                Mr. Suraj : [protected]

                                Getting threatening Call from : [protected]

                                I don't know why i am getting this message & legal notice in my residence .
                                After taking the connection I never got a mail regarding bill to mail ID.

                                I have lots of issues from the very first day when I took the connection.
                                LIKE:
                                SERVICE PROBLEM : INTERN ATE WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY EVEN SINGLE PAGE GOOGLE WAS NOT OPENED.for these issues I already informed lots of times but unfortunately I dint any response from reliance's side.

                                Bill Issues : I already paid more amount according to generated bill when I took the plan, when I asked for adjustment the reliance executive was dint adjusted.

                                Most of the time I have to called to the reliance executive and have to draft mail to the reliance regarding my bill & service & payment.But unfortunately I dint get any proper response till now from reliance side and from the reliance executive. I dont have any documentation in my mail regarding the bill or the payment due date. So, I am not getting for what you all are sending a legal notice to me.

                                Suddenly I am getting all those SMS, CALLS & LEGAL NOTICE to may residence. After all these when I called to the customer care they told that they dont have any idea regarding this issue.

                                And they are doing mental harassment to me.
                                Very bad behavior.
                                Threatening

                                If I dont have any documents with me how can I will pay?????
                                If some executive dont call me regarding bill how can I know that I have to pay & when?????

                                kindly check and resolve it. Please take strict action against these type of people who send these type of threatening sms & legal documentation and disgrace Reliance name.

I want to change this from Postpaid to prepaid I was visit to your reliance care Store for the same But Store executive denied to process the same . And say it will take 15 days to complete this process. And As per phone call with tele executive this process will take only 24 Hours. Store executive also told to submit 950 /- to disconnect this no. but my actual outstanding amount is 756/- till[protected].Please take necessary action against store executive & convert my no. from Postpaid to prepaid.                                     I bought a Reliance sim on 28th November 2016 with a plan of Rs.149 which included unlimited local/ Std calls valid for a month. The scheme was told to last for six months and every month a recharge of Rs. 149 had to be made to keep the scheme working on the number. I went to the reliance center, got a recharge done still my number is not working. Self help number shows correct last recharge details but my number isn't working.I called the customer care number several times, got no response, keeps the customers waiting for more than an hour and ultimately we have to keep the phone down. On 28th December one of your employee responded to the call and he said that this is not the number for complaints, he gave me another number and when i dialed it, it was an incorrect number. On 29th December, I got to know that the company has raised the value of the scheme to Rs. 152, i got another recharge done for Rs.30 and now it says"Service not Available on your number". Your company is just fooling its customers, cheating the whole country, such a bad response to complaints, inefficient work and policies.This is what you provide. Your employees are doing a great job by tarnishing your company's name, cheating people and making money.

                                      This is regarding he non-payment to us for the reliance DLC ( digital looping Carrier) placed at our premises.
                                      According to the aggrement made with Reliance, a payment of 2500Rs. has to be made every 10th of the month by Reliance Communications.
                                      The payment has been pending for the last 6-7 months and no intimation has given to us regarding why this has been pending.

                                        I had registered complaint with reliance broadband on 16th feb 2016, complaint number is[protected]. Again on 24th feb i registered one more complained number[protected]. Even after regular complaints reliance broadband didn't start so i told them to deactivate my account immediately.

                                        Payments for february month was made in advance. As broadband was not working after 16th feb i should get refund for 15 days. But instead these looser are asking for march month payment.

                                        They are continuously harassing me by sending threatening message of legal procedure.

                                        This is how you treat your customers!!!
