Dear sir,
i would like to inform you i am working as a retailer for mobile recharge at zirakpur pb my demo no is [protected] .last few days we are not regular in work due to some personal problem during this period our sim is also misplaced recently we reactivted the same but balance of our demo is used/or stolen by some one .we try to recover the same at our level but distributor is not ready to cooprate.

I received settlement cheque of 543.35. But cheque issued date is[protected]. But i received on[protected]. U know cheque is valid for 3 months only. So now it is for no use for me.
So i wamt fresh cheque as earlier as possible.

I have raised a request to terminate my connection with Service Request ID[protected] on 19th Dec, 2016. Still no action has been taken. I have also left the residing place. Everytime I ask the customer care they say your request has been raised to relevant team but still no one has called me till now. This has been my worst experience of customer support. I am fed up writing the mails and calling everytime.

This is regarding he non-payment to us for the reliance DLC ( digital looping Carrier) placed at our premises.
According to the aggrement made with Reliance, a payment of 2500Rs. has to be made every 10th of the month by Reliance Communications.
The payment has been pending for the last 6-7 months and no intimation has given to us regarding why this has been pending.
