Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Prabhagar, I purchased the relaince Pro data card for Rs.2000 and my plan is 40GB - Rs999/month. (Reliance No : Data card no :
[protected] and [protected]).

I paid all the bills till my usage and due to connectivity issues, i requested for disconnection of my plan. I dont know, why you guys upgraded me to a 4G plan. And more over due to the connectivity issues, i cant able to access the reliance pro datacard for one month, i raised a complaint against it, you guys replied " we will refund you the money". Now its a kind of i paid extra money to reliance for which there is no data used from my side.

However, all of a sudden i got a letter from reliance communication to pay huge bills, for which i didnt use any data. Its quite surprising.
On top of all the miseries we faced because of your poor customer care and service, how come you guys ask to pay bills ?

Of course i paid extra for a month, with out usage. I tried multiple times in reliance store, but no response. Tried multiple times to customer care, but no response.

Please, I need some help badly.

    I received a phone call from a Reliance Communications call centre on the 23rd of October, 2016'. I was offered a postpaid mobile connection with 10 GB of data. Since, I was already on Airtel, the agent from Reliance Communications gave me the option to port my existing phone number from Airtel to Reliance via Mobile Number Portability procedure.

    Before proceeding further, I explicitly mentioned that I have a residence proof (Passport) with J&K address as my current residence in Gurgaon is rented by my housemate (therefore the rent agreement is on his name). I further mentioned that I am available at my residence only on weekends as my office working hours are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm during the weekdays.

    The representative from Reliance assured me that the address verification agent will be sent to my address as per my availability. With this, I agreed to port my number and an agent visited my residence to deliver a Reliance sim card and collect Rs. 300 as a fee. The receipt he gave me contained the contact details of Reliance Customer Care. I was asked to send all the required documents via Whatsapp on +91 [protected], which I immediately did.

    The phone number started working after a couple of days and worked well for 2-3 days. However, from October 29' 2016', the mobile service was blocked. On calling the Reliance Customer Care, I was informed that the number had been blocked on account of negative addres verification. Hence, I was required to visit the nearest Reliance store and submit adress verification documents.

    I searched for the address of nearest Reliance Store from their website. I went to the nearest store in Dwarka, only to find that there was no Reliance Store there. I searched again and went to the second address. There was no store there as well.
    Finally, I went to the third address. Luckily there was a store, but the store executive said that he was unable to provide any sort of assistance.

    Then I called customer care for help. But they kept syaing that I need to go to the nearest Reliance store and submit adress verification documents. I finally went to a reliance store in Gurgaon. This time, the store executive said that the number can be converted into a pre-paid connection. He charged me another Rs. 300 for this. That was on November 12, 2016'.

    Today, more than a month has passed and my mobile services stay suspended. I call Reliance Customer Care every evening. They simply say that they cannot help and that only a reliance store can do the needful.

    The Reliance Customer Care executives say that they have no information about the sales representative/agent who sold me the sim-card.
    If I call the person (+91 [protected]) to whom I sent the documents. he does not respond.
    The Reliance store executive says that Reliance servers are down.

    I have already spent Rs. 600 (direct cost) and endless hours and indirect cost on this mobile connection. I have many more incidences to share in this regard. The problem seems to be never ending. I wrote on all reliance customer care e-mail ID's and even their facebook page. No-one at Reliance seems to be able to resolve the issue.

    I was contacted by Reliance representative on November 29, 2016'. She put my call on hold for about 5 minutes. Then said that I should go to the nearest reliance store. I explained that I have already done that on the 12th of October.

    She then hung up the phone.

    My sincere request to Reliance Care. If you cannot resolve the issue. JUST SAY IT.
    Please don't waste my time.

    It seems like I have to wait for 2 more months to port my number back to Airtel.

      I had accidently made the payment of 13k instead of 1300 for my broadband connection. But when I called reliance communication for reversal of money to my account than they said I either you have to disconnect the connection or keep using it because money will be minus from the account.
      This had been going on for the last 4months but I didn't got money back.
      Now I made the complaint to disconnect my connection & even I got the call from Reliance Mumbai but still they are not disconnecting my services & still they are charging for the services which I don't want anymore.

        Dear Customer Service Team,
        I am having a connection no [protected]. I have submitted a request for cancellation / termination request for above connection at Pul Gate .M.G road, pune centre of reliance on 29th August where I was given a customer complaint no[protected].

        Along with the same I had done a full and final settlement and clearance of bill of 2600/-

        Post the same I have received a verification call in Sept towards the same where I have confirmed that I want to discontinue the connection.

        To my surprise, I find that I am still being billed and my previous request for disconnection has been closed citing customer not being contactable whereas the fact is that I have received a cancellation verification call and have already verified the same.

        Today I have called the call centre and spoke to an office by the same of Sandeep Singh who said that he is taking done a fresh request for cancellation via complaint no[protected].

        This is sheer harassment and cheating of customer by unfairly billing customer even post request for cancellation and full and final settlement.

        Request you to investigate on how the previous request for cancellation dated 29th August was closed citing customer non contacatability whereas the customer has already verified for cancellation.

        Also need a confirmation letter for cancellation along with an apology for harassment else will be forced to raise the issue both with your senior management and with my legal team.

        Request for WAIVER OF ENTIRE BILL and CLOSE THE CONNECTION PERMANENTLY AS Requested on 29 AUG 2016.
        15 Min After paying full and final bill at Reliance Outlet Rs 2600. Received a call from Reliance regarding Bill Payment. I told them i have paid the Entire bill today at your OUTLET. They kept my call on HOLD and after 2 min confirmed YES ENTIRE BILL HAS BEEN PAID and HENCE FORTH I WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY BILL.
        Note - The connection is NOT IN USE FROM MORE THAT TWO MONTH.

        I am STILL RECEIVING BILL From RELIANCE after Having a word with your TEAM. I was told I will receive WAVER and I will NOT NEED TO PAY ANYTHING.

          my connection not terminate in proper given time. maine[protected] connection terminate k liye request de thi. two time call bhi arrange 7 to 9 days me terminate k liye boola tha . but meri service abhi teriminate nhi ki h. 12 days hogye h. maine bill bhi sabhi pay diya tha. agar next time koi bill genrate hota h usko pay nhi karuga.

              To whom it may concern,

              My netconnect+ high-speed broadband connection (Postpaid datacard#[protected] has not been working since june 15, 2016. When i called customer care initially, i was promised several times that the issue will be resolved in a week or 10 days. Following this, i could not reach customer care at all, as the line would get disconnected after entering my details in the ivr.

              When i approached the reliance mobile store on july 21, i was informed that high-speed internet will be provided again only after aug 15. So, i decided to disconnect my connection (Service request id:[protected] on july 21.

              They have passed a partial waiver of rs.500, thereby acknowledging their mistake of not providing the promised high-speed internet data connection.

              However, now, i have been asked to pay an additional bill of rs. 983 without an explanation to terminate services, although high-speed internet service was not delivered since june 15. I have paid my bill until billing cycle may 18 - june 17. Since high-speed internet has not been working since june 15, this is inform that i have already paid all my fair dues to reliance communication. So, please stop your threats via sms and phone calls.

                Sir/mam,

                As per law mobile tower should be at least 90 meter away from the residential area, there is reliance mobile tower in our residential area, it has been long since a reliance mobile tower in our residential area has been consuming peoples health over years. A lot sleep disorders have been dragging people from everyday problems such as concentration problems to major problems such as cancer and diabetes.

                The problem is mostly deteriorating health of people of this area who can't seem to even get an undisturbed sleep and that makes the problems worse. I on behalf of residential and as a residential of the area request you to take action on this tower to move it out of residential area.

By evening yak nhi huaa so i went to gallry they r said i can't call customer care for your query resolve, i[censored] want then i call to f2f, by mere pass reliance s nhi to kahase call kru itni bhi akkal nhi thi usko, bahot req karne pr bhi nhi mana to maine refund dene ki req no fir bhi nhi de rehe hai. Muze an rcom customer care ki police stn me complaint krne jana hoga. Maine 7 times sim active lens me liye mail bhi kiye by ask tak sim activatw nhi huaa aur refund nhi de rahe hai.

                    - i'm david peter,

                    - data card no. [protected] (Reliance wipod)

                    - the device and service is defunct as reliance changed all cdma to 4g. Yet bills are generated and i'm forced to pay for not using the connection. Even after repeated requests raised at the time of payments, the service in my name is not disconnected and i'm still receiving bills and warnings. I was also threatened of my voter's id being void if payment is delayed.

                    - kindly disconnect my service immediately.

                      My mobile balance happened rupees 21.42 on 22 november 16.

                      My mobile balance happened rupees 0.28 on 27 november 16.

                      Rupees 120 deducted from my mobile balance between 12 nov to 22 nov.

                      And rupees 15 deducted from my mobile balance between 24 nov to 27 november.

                      Total rupees 135 (120 + 15) deducted from my mobile balance by mistake of company.

                      So please refund rupees 135 in my mobile balance.

                          I have received my bill for reliance postpaid no. [protected] and I was shocked to see that i was charged for internet even after i had an active add on internet pack on my no. . I don't understand how a mobile co. can cheat a customer like that.I want the same to be waived off at earliest, this has caused me a huge inconvenience. Also my customer care line has been blocked for more than a week and i'm unable to contact the customer care. Poorest service i've ever experienced.Please rectify the same at earliest from your end. and hope the internet charges are waived off ASAP.

                                  I. Kavita Chheda, a customer of reliance
                                  Number :[protected], is unhappy with your services provided.
                                  There is an issue regarding my payment not received or my payment made is not been shown in your system. But I have made my payment and have the receipt with me. My outgoing service has been stopped. In spite of repetitive calls and visit to the near web, the issue isn't solved. I m even charged a penalty without any reason. I am currently facing a lot of inconvenience. The fault is totally on your side. We have made the required payments. We have the bill receipt. Kindly solve the issue urgently. My outgoing service isn't working since 4 days I am currently irrated as the reliance employees are also not cooperative.
                                  I look forward for a postive action and give me reply.

                                    From 2 month internet not working. I wrote email and call. But no reply from reliance. I already sent a mail to terminate a connection. But again no reply. They are not taking it seriously. I complained many times again and again. But no problem sort out by reliance. This is not my first experience. Every month they are sending me bill without any usage. that a totally ridiculousBahut he vahiyat service.

                                      Recently port to reliance and I got trouble
                                      RELIANCE COMMUNICATION company has started me the calling services, and after 2 days they are saying that I can’t able to call / stop my outgoing services because of any silly Verification,
                                      so if verifications failed why you all has started my services from 2 days ..
                                      you all saying this type of nonsense thing after 2 days in midnight when I cant able to go to any service centre and tomorrow is Sunday no services centres are near by me..

                                      what THEY all thinking of ME..
                                      giving offers are ONLY IS THE THINK TO CUSTOMER, full faith and help to the customer as well as AND THEY have very bad network here …
                                      its my request to RELAINCE, don’t do this to others please .
                                      THEY HAD NOT DONE ANY THINK THEY SAID OR PROMISED TO ME .

                                        My self radhakrishana sahu.retielar of central zone thane mumbai manpada.i given a complaint regarding mr.jhon of your coustmer care department.i called up mr.jhon at around 10.10pm 26th-nov-2016 when i said my problem to him he want respond proply and he act smart again i called up coustmer care department and he does the same thing and i never except this kind of pathetic service from your department please need to improve and takes some serious action regarding both the gentalman.
