On 26 Nov 2016 at 18:27 hrs I received a message on my reliance mobile " You have been successfully subscribed to INTELGAMESUB21 service for 7 days." And the money was deducted from talk time balance. However, i had not requested for any such subscription nor i was asked by the company to activate such service on my phone. Hence this is one kind of fraud with the customer. when i contacted on the customer care number 198, i was informed that the service has been unsubscribed but balance which had been deducted can not be refunded. This is the case where someone from the company at any level cheating the customer by deducting there money for services which are neither requested nor required by the customers.

    I bought reliance wifipod ([protected])for Rs. 1500 in the month of may.
    from the beginning i had the network issue and i made the 6 complaints to solve this issue but no action is taken from reliance. But they keep on claimed the payment for not providing the proper service. 3 months bill is waived off based on my complaints.for august they keep asking to pay of Rs.335 since they closed the 3G service. please take necessary action. i already gave the complaint through complaint portal, but they closed the ticket without resolving the complaint. if this complaint is not solved i have all the evidence for not addressing the network issue. i will got to consumer court to sue you.i keep on getting the message and letters for non payment. stop those nonsense of sending the reminders to me.

      Paid my Reliance Communication postpaid bill of Mobile No. [protected] of Rs.427/- by Reliance Insta Care Mobile App by my Dena Bank Visa Debit Card.I give all necessary details which is required for debit card payment but then "there is error in payment.please try later" screen appears.At that time, Rs.427/- is debited from my Dena Bank Savings Account but payment is not accepted by Reliance Communications because of the error.

      Then I paid Reliance Communication Postpaid bill of [protected] of Rs.427/- by my Paytm Account.At that time Payment of Rs.427/- is successful.

      I herewith attached both Payment Cyber Receipt, my Dena Bank Account Statement from 23/11/2016 for your ready reference.

      I give all details and Transaction Receipt to Reliance Communications but till date after 4 days, there is no reply from Reliance Communications Customer Care Department.

        I have got 5-6 mails that my number got suspended due to non submission of payment against no [protected].

        Please note the following facts related to the same:-

        1. 6 months back I went to Reliance Outlet in sector 44 C, Chandigarh for taking data card connection.
        2. They offered me prepaid connection of 1100/- with 3 months validity with number [protected].
        3. I start getting monthly bills at home after one month which I was not aware of and after the due date was over my data connection got disconnected.
        4. I went to reliance outlet 44-C, (Where the staff knows nothing-how to deal with customer not they know which plan they are giving), they said it was post paid plan but as they already taken in advance and they adjusted the payment in my number [protected] and it started working.
        5. Same process went for 3 months as post paid bill came to me and payment got adjusted thereafter, and in whole process 2 to 4 days time each month got wasted and I could not use my data connection for 2-4 days for every month.
        6. After 3 months they again offered me the same plan and gave me new number [protected] with an assurance that you will not get any problem now onwards.
        7. But same problem came after 1 month and after 2nd month bill generation my payment not adjusted till 22/11/16 evening and my number got suspended.
        8. I went 5-6 times to reliance outlet of sector 44-C for the correction but no one was ready to hear my problem. Every time they say, they are looking for the same and giving excuses.
        9. Now I am not able to use internet pack for last 1 month, who is going to compensate this.
        10. Who is going to compensate for the work which I have suffered and mental harassment which i am facing for the last 6 month.
        11. Now my plan getting expired on 25/11/16 where I have not used the internet for 1 month for which I have already paid the payment in advance and I am getting reminders 5-6 times on mail.
        12. I am very process oriented person and specific about all these and don't like someone reminding for paying bill atleast.

        My Questions:-

        1. Why they are not accepting their mistakes if they have done.
        2. Why it takes 1 month for the corrections which they have to do.
        3. Why so many reminders to be given to them by my personal visits.
        4. Why they have not accepted my written complaint and nor given any receipt of the same.
        5. Is their any control over such outlets and who is taking care of grievances in written form.
        6. What is procedure to get my whole refund of 1100+1100=2200/- for such mental harassment.
        7. What action being taken against sector 44-C reliance outlet in written format and that needs to addressed cc to me.
        8. Instead of accepting mistake, owner said-If I want to shout, then I can...(I have no comments for this...)

        Need point wise reply with positive note else I have to escalate it further.

          I was told that ticket[protected] has been closed and new ticket[protected] has been opened .I dint got any confirmation call how can previous ticket be closed.Please reopen[protected] ticket. My internet problem is not resolved please reopen ticket.

          Today i spoken with bhalchandra jadhav customer executive and he could transfer my call to Floor supervisor mithun sonule
          ao i want to thank him though my problem is not resolved

          Yesterday on 24th Nov at 6:07 and 6:15 my call was taken by srujas gaikwad i had told him on call that my work is suffering and intensity of problem i am facing is higher still he dint transferred my call to floor supervisor .

          Today i confirmed with mithun sonule he told that there is no such process to be followed for transferring the call any body can request for that only hold time will be higher, for which i was ok .

          So effectively srujas took all the measures to ensure that my complain is not resolved and i should get the waiver(if internet is down for 3 days)

          1. he dint arranged any call detail from technician sam can be confirmed from the comments against my call.Thus he ensured that my problem is not resolved

          2. he dint given me number [protected] which he could had done to give me atleast proper contact point

          3.he dint transferred my call to floor supervisor as he was supposed to do on customers request

          as per my understanding customer executive are supposed to resolve the problem and not to ensure that problem is not resolved
          Please raise a complain against srujas gaikwad and convey me the ticket number

          Please let me know if any other information required . All the given points can be identified from the call recordings.

          Please do the need ful, not for complicating but for resolving my problem.

          Hello Team,

          First of all i am really thankful to your team for resolving my issue and starting my internet for my previous complain and reimbursing amount for the number of days my connection was disconnected. That has created faith in your system and with full faith i will like to share my problem where illegal activity could had been done using my account as it may had been hacked by terrorist.

          My problem is stated as below

          Today my reliance internet got disconnected four times in a hour

          user id :[protected]

          1st time : error user name password invalid.Please verify your password

          Though password was correct i got this error so i reset the password by providing correct secret question answer.

          2nd time : error user name password invalid.Please verify your password.I tried to use previous answer from message still dint worked so regenerated password by providing secret question answer.

          Immediately i changed the password by providing the message send through sms. i got successful message on web portal saying that password changed successfully.

          3rd time : error user name password invalid.Please verify your password. I tried to use changed password as i had success message for password change, but hat dint worked. so i provided recent password sent on sms.again i got error message : user name password invalid.Please verify your password. i again reset the password by providing correct password to secret question .

          4th time : error user name password invalid.Please verify your password.i tried to reset the password by providing answer to secret question but this tome even secret question dint worked.This is clear implication of my account being compromised and some one else taken control .

          all this happen within hour..so my network disconnect 4 times within a hour and atlast my account was compromised.

          i was really shattered and afraid that my account can be used by illegal activity or example by terrorist.

          i had called customer care explained whole problem : only resolution given was that we can reset password.

          Dont you all have any steps to ensure customer safety by taking complaint of account being compromised ?

          This resolution was given by Kirti Ratna . He was kind to transfer my call to supervisor

          supervisor mithun sonawle was very kind to give same answer saying that there is no solution to ensure customer account safety or account being hacked.

          Please analyse my case and let me know what exactly has happened .This whole incidence happen from evening 6 to 10 ..(i dont have exact time).

          Please keep this complain as reference if i being inquired for being participating in illegal activity by some one within this time period.

          Please let me know what exactly has happened . Please resolve my problem as i am not able to connect to reliance internet
          no executive has visited yet. today is 9th day without internet .I don't know what iam supposed to do now
          Thank you team for making my internet connection working.Please help me to great waiver as my net connection was not working from 21st Nov to today evening 29th Nov (all together 8 days)

              Dear sir/madam,
              I have bought a new reliance netconnect broadband postpaid connection in the month of may 2016 by buying a modem worth Rs.2100 and opted an unlimited data plan of Rs.599 which therefore will come at a payment of less than Rs.690 including the taxes. That much amount I have to pay each month. It was going smooth for a few months. But, later they said that they are going to upgrade to 4G and so they made my modem unusable i.e there wont be any signal after that. Then they gave a 4G sim for Rs.25 and asked me to use that after this and all. During that period they said that the same plan will continue and if there is any change in plans, they will intimate me. But, without my concern they have changed the plan and have billed me a huge amount of Rs.2500 approx. which I cant manage to pay. I have opted the plan Rs.599 only because I could not pay more than Rs.700 a month. But, they are just cheating me. According to TRAI rules, they should not change the plans for a period of six months without my concern. But, they are saying they have sent me a mail and I have'nt responded to that and so they are doing this cheating process they say. And also, they are coming to home and threatening that they will file a case against me of not paying the dues. So, I have paid Rs.900 for the last two months pending bill of Rs.3500 approx. Then also, they are continuing to send messages to me to pay the dues. I am threatened. Please kindly help me by supporting me with advicing about the TRAI rules about this issue. And also, help me solve this issue.

                  I bought a postpaid connection of reliance wipod dongle in last december 2015. Ever since I bought, I made several requests and complaints since there was no network and no internet connection at all. But still I paid my bill every month without any delay. None of my request and complaints are heared.No body resolved my issue. They closed the issue without resolving it. I was frustrated and asked to deactivate my dongle. Even after deactivating I got bill which I refused to pay.

                  Now On 25th nov, I got a call from a lady saying she is an advocate. She threatened me to pay the pending bill amount of 1200 Rs.

                  I am not in a position to settle the bill amount.Help me in this regard.

                    I did Rs 149 recharge through online recharge from reliance communication website on 24/Nov/2016. At that time they offered Unlimited 2G data for 28 days .
                    On 25/Nov/2016, I am not able to connect internet . So I asked Customer Care about this issue. they told this recharge is not for your number, You just received 300MB data.
                    But when I recharged that time I received message that I received Unlimited 2G data.

                      On 1st october 2016, i made a request over phone to deactivate the services related to the number [protected]. This number was not associated with any 4g. The representative mentioned that within 7 - 15 days my services will be terminated.

                      I never received any confirmation about cancellation. Moreover, i did not even opt for switching over to 4g. However, i have received a bill for the period of 25th september to 24th october 2016 which states the charges billed for 4gdatavoice_mu plan.

                      On online chat with the customer care representatives on 1st november 2016, i got two contradicting responses. One of the reps said that the services have already been cancelled and the bill is for cancellation charges - which the bill clearly does not state so
                      The other rep said that the number got transferred to 4g and i have to pay for the data used - this is not possible because the services on the card got suspended and i have not even purchased any 4g instrument.

                      I am not sure where this will end. Please sort this out.

                          I was using a data card ([protected]) for the past 2 years. Now 4g start price increase in plan, so am not using the data card. I informed customer care to de-activate my data card no : [protected] i requested in july 2016 before generate july 2016 new bill, they said as it will be deactivate in 7 days. So i paid current balance and waiting for confirmation. Till now its not de-activeted, am following reliance customer care for last 2 month, everyone telling as as, sorry, they escalating my request, but there is no process.

                          Now they asking bill amount for last 2 month, even am not using for last 2 month, they confirm that there is no data usage. But said me to pay 2 month due amount rs. 2000 i am already disconnect connection then why pay this amount to without any use?

I was having a 3g sim, reliance customer care asks to take 4g sim forcefully. when I told that I don't want so they told no charges applicably . now my bill is 2217 rs in a month . now they say u have used internet 4g sim so its charges so much. I will not be able to pay so much. for nothing . Hope in One month I will not use so much as I have the internet in office as well at my home . wifi connection . I don't know how this bill came to me.

                                I received a phone call from a Reliance Communications call centre on the 23rd of October, 2016'. I was offered a postpaid mobile connection with 10 GB of data. Since, I was already on Airtel, the agent from Reliance Communications gave me the option to port my existing phone number from Airtel to Reliance via Mobile Number Portability procedure.

                                Before proceeding further, I explicitly mentioned that I have a residence proof (Passport) with J&K address as my current residence in Gurgaon is rented by my housemate (therefore the rent agreement is on his name). I further mentioned that I am available at my residence only on weekends as my office working hours are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm during the weekdays.

                                The representative from Reliance assured me that the address verification agent will be sent to my address as per my availability. With this, I agreed to port my number and an agent visited my residence to deliver a Reliance sim card and collect Rs. 300 as a fee. The receipt he gave me contained the contact details of Reliance Customer Care. I was asked to send all the required documents via Whatsapp on +91 [protected], which I immediately did.

                                The phone number started working after a couple of days and worked well for 2-3 days. However, from October 29' 2016', the mobile service was blocked. On calling the Reliance Customer Care, I was informed that the number had been blocked on account of negative addres verification. Hence, I was required to visit the nearest Reliance store and submit adress verification documents.

                                I searched for the address of nearest Reliance Store from their website. I went to the nearest store in Dwarka, only to find that there was no Reliance Store there. I searched again and went to the second address. There was no store there as well.
                                Finally, I went to the third address. Luckily there was a store, but the store executive said that he was unable to provide any sort of assistance.

                                Then I called customer care for help. But they kept syaing that I need to go to the nearest Reliance store and submit adress verification documents. I finally went to a reliance store in Gurgaon. This time, the store executive said that the number can be converted into a pre-paid connection. He charged me another Rs. 300 for this. That was on November 12, 2016'.

                                Today, more than a month has passed and my mobile services stay suspended. I call Reliance Customer Care every evening. They simply say that they cannot help and that only a reliance store can do the needful.

                                The Reliance Customer Care executives say that they have no information about the sales representative/agent who sold me the sim-card.
                                If I call the person (+91 [protected]) to whom I sent the documents. he does not respond.
                                The Reliance store executive says that Reliance servers are down.

                                I have already spent Rs. 600 (direct cost) and endless hours and indirect cost on this mobile connection. I have many more incidences to share in this regard. The problem seems to be never ending. I wrote on all reliance customer care e-mail ID's and even their facebook page. No-one at Reliance seems to be able to resolve the issue.

                                I was contacted by Reliance representative today. She put my call on hold for about 5 minutes. Then said that I should go to the nearest reliance store. I explained that I have already done that on the 12th of October.

                                She then hung up the phone.

                                My sincere request to Reliance Care. If you cannot resolve the issue. JUST SAY IT.
                                Please don't waste my time.

                                It seems like I have to wait for 2 more months to port my number back to Airtel.
                                This is really hopeless.

                                  I bought Reliance phone a year back. That time I paid all bills on time and then in Novemeber I call reliance company to discontinue my service they told me to put a mail and it will be done([protected]@relianceada.com). That day i first cleared that month bill and then i mailed them a letter to discontinue my service as and also state that if you dont do the needfull on time I will not pay unnecessary bills and all.
                                  They didnt do there work and now after 1 year they are mailing me the legal notice to pay 1 year bill with 18% intrest.
                                  I have submited all the proof to reliance of that mail and recepit then they are mailing me to pay bill and now they will terminet my number.
                                  This is utter BS. Plz look to this matter.

But i didnt requested for any type of subscription. My balance was also deducted after that message. I want the refund for the same amount. This is not the first time i am facing such type of problem. The company deduct balance whenever they want to and subscribe unwanted and non requested services without the consent of coustomer.                                       I bought the reliance Wipod device on Nov'15 from a sales person and he informed that refund is possible.

                                      Now Reliance had closed the CDMA service i.e. Wipod from Aug'16 i.e. within 9 months from the month i bought. What i will do with this device now? It is the closure from Reliance side and they have to take back the device and refund the money which I paid Rs.1600.

                                      I wrote several mails and they are not ready to pay the money back.

                                        I have taken the connection from Reliance(Subscriber ID[protected] in April 2015 and at the time of connection they have told me that one months rentals(Rs799) would be security deposit and one month rental should be paid in advance. I have terminated the connection on 27 Aug 2016, however the amount which has been billed to me after termination was till the period 27 Sept 2016(1 month extra).
                                        Moreover when I asked them to refund the security deposit of Rs799 paid at the time of installation, it has been told to me that it was non refundable installation charges. I have paid all the due amount of reliance and Reliance is not ready to refund the security deposit nor they are ready to adjust one month extra amount billed to me.
                                        Appreciate if you could help me in resolving this issue get the refund of my security deposit as well as one months extra rentals charged to me since it was lot of hassle to deal with reliance.

                                        Could you please let me know as to how can I send across all the correspondence since I am not finding it anywhere.

                                        After so many complaints through all the consumer portals and grievances website, still I am receiving message to pay an amount of Rs1449.93. I told almost more than 15 times in the last 1 months that my connection has been terminated 6 months back but still I have received a legal notice to pay the bill of Rs1449.93. God knows to what extent reliance can harass their customer without any reason.
