With reference to service request no.[protected] registered on 13th
November 2016 regarding less validity given to me as a result my
Balance has exhausted very fast. It was totally a wrong deduction, so
I registered the complain on the same date i. E. 13.11.2016. My tariff
Was 30p/min but due to less validity given i was charged 1.2p/sec. I

Hum yahan central armed police force (Cisf) ki duty krte hai... Aur total 50 log honge jo sab reliance use krna chahte hai... N yahan gail company me bhi network ki bajah se koi reliance use nahi krta.. So please, jald se jald iss area me network problen solve kre... Thnks

No . i am not satisfied . i have not got any benefits of rechrging rupees 97 ..and Mr.dharmendar singh (Officer ) and Mr Jitendra Vishwakarma ..are giving me suggession to go and ask in consumer forum about the benefits and also telling me to put your sim card off for 3 months so sim will be discontinue further ..i was not hoping for such responce from your senior officers of reliance customer care..really feeling ashamed o[censored]sing Reliance...

I called the customer care to get info to transfer from postpaid to prepaid. & the senior executive named chaudhri sumit said that our company cannot transfer your pospaid number to prepaid.
Network breaks many times in a day. I saw network but my number showed outof reachable to caller.
I have started another number for calls & all stuff. & i want this number turned on prepaid so i can receive...

I am using reliance GSM connection. My cell no is [protected]. Balance is getting deducted from account frequently without any subscription.
In spite of doing promo recharge its not deducting according to the promo rate.But I am not able to contact customer care representative. The most frustrating thing is that after dialing so many number you are saying thanks for calling to reliance.

Have been to reliance customer care store near bahadur pura today at 5pm.. The person who is there at store to address the queries was behaving so rude, unprofessional and in illiterate way. And when i asked above solving my concern, he ordered to walk out of store and yelled by saying will not do anything. This kept me for a surprise how illiterate folks can be kept to address customers queries??

I have a complaint of deducting my balance again and again..and on your customer care no. 198 and *333 there is no any option provided to complain our problems. this time again there is a deduction of Rs 5 from my mobile no. My datacard number is [protected]. I am using the datacard for the past one year since from cdma. Recently after your migrration from cdma to gsm, my plan was changed without my knowledge.

In regard to your marking to complaint (made on october 08, 2008) as resolved, i've got an invoice without adjustment of:

1. waiver of 27 days period of interrupted service from reliance broadband, &
2. late payment charges of inr 100.55 (already paid)

Further, previous dues of inr 100 has been added to the bill (i don't know why???). seems reliance doesn't possess accounting team who could do their jobs...

I purchased 4G dongle two months before in that time I'm in 24gb scheme 3g I asked this will continue in 4g or it will change?in store they replied same scheme will continue but after I use upto 8gb bill came 5600rs I asked they say ur scheme changed to 5gb but no intimation given to me through email or sms. i want to bring in your kind notice that Rs fifty (50) has been deducted today dated 16/09/2016 from my mobile amount Rs 93.00 . i approach to reliance customer care and reliance customer adjective told me that i made a international call at about 9.43 am .Neither i made any call at any number nor made any international call in past till date .this happen occurred 2nd time at the same no and complaint has been made to reliance...

When i called customer care (198) and asked they were telling like different different answers.
Even though i had paid my bill expect the data plan on 27th october 2016.
"today my outgoing facility was bared".

On various occasions I have been charged with very high rates as compared to the quantum of call duration.
I have mailed the issue to reliance but still got no response nor refund.
In one case call duration was 1mins 1seconds and amount deducted was 11rs.
40secs 3.48 rs and so on.
It mostly happens when you have sufficient balance and you don't use.

Even after mailing to reliance the [censored] happened...
