I called the customer care to get info to transfer from postpaid to prepaid. & the senior executive named chaudhri sumit said that our company cannot transfer your pospaid number to prepaid.
Network breaks many times in a day. I saw network but my number showed outof reachable to caller.

Unprofessional behaviour

Have been to reliance customer care store near bahadur pura today at 5pm.. The person who is there at store to address the queries was behaving so rude, unprofessional and in illiterate way. And when i asked above solving my concern, he ordered to walk out of store and yelled by saying will not do anything. This kept me for a surprise how illiterate folks can be kept to address customers queries??

4G data wrong bill

Even though i had paid my bill expect the data plan on 27th october 2016.
"today my outgoing facility was bared".
Now my humble request is less the dataplan amount and penalties in my bill and provide the outgoing facility to my number.

I am complaining regarding very high deduction of call charges

On various occasions I have been charged with very high rates as compared to the quantum of call duration.
I have mailed the issue to reliance but still got no response nor refund.
In one case call duration was 1mins 1seconds and amount deducted was 11rs.
40secs 3.48 rs and so on.
It mostly happens when you have sufficient balance and you don't use.

Even after mailing to reliance the [censored] happened...
