I had Reliance dongle no [protected], they denied service for all 3G modem due to up gradation to 4G but I am not willing to take, so they cut my data service at august month, but they are generating bill even after cut down service I told them waive the amount for non available time, but they are not reducing, Finally they sent advocate notice for non payment, so I was made to paid the entire amount with penalty. please take necessary action to retreive my last paid amount.

    I am reliance communication service user from madhya pradesh. From around 50 days company repeatedly starts vas service in my mobile and deducts my mobile balance. I call customer care and ask for refund, everytime they assure me that they will never deduct my balance but they do it again everytime. Now, company has stopped my calls to customer care service. Because i keep big amount of balance in my mobile i am not even able to port my mobile number. Reliance has made me so sick that i will never use its service.

      I check *129# for offers.! It showed 151₹ is for 10gb 2G data.. I recharged 151₹ .
      But i got just 512.47mb ..
      I waited for more than 5 hours., still not credited. 😭😭
      Please help me. My money 151₹ waste.???

        I vacated delhi on march 2015 by terminating the connection but they said it was not disconnected.
        Every month am receving bill and am contacting the representative they are saying that it will be terminated once you pay the bill.
        This procedure is repeating every month and am paying bill every month this is almost 2 years now where i paid bill every month beleiving my connection will be teminated.
        Now i am feeling that they are harassing me eating my money freely. Now i decided that i wont pay any bill...

        If there is no solution then provide appellate authority or provide procedure so that i complain to trai

          Hi Team,

          We are really disappointed with reliance broadband services.Our reliance broadband connection is not working since 2nd november 2016 and have raised three tickets[protected],[protected] and [protected] on 6th november, 12th november and 19 november respectively out of which first two was resolved without any resolution.

          We are really not happy with it and its causing inconvinience to us even though we have paid advance payment for the month of November 2016 as well.

          Its been 2 weeks now and nobody visited us at our place to check the connection.

            I gave request on 19th of Nov 2016 to acyivate addon internet pack of 3gb on my postpaid reliance no. [protected]. As per customer care executive and confirmation sms received by me it eas stated same would be activated in 6 hours. I started using internet well after 6hours and now they have put internet surfing and browsing charges on my bill and have not activated the addon pack. This is a case of cheating a customer, miscommitment, distrust and causing huge inconvenience to the customer. I want the Internet pack to be activated asap and charges to be adusted against the addon pack for which the request is given. Hope the matter is solved on priority basis.

              I am compaining here because I contacted the customer care and reliance store many times regarding this issue but I didnt got any kind of response from their part other than to pay the said Bills. I searched in internet on their website for a solution and I mailed to the customer complaint forum of rcom. Even after days there was no any response or replys. So I mailed to their appellate mail id. Still no response and when I try to contact customer care it gets disconnected. The response from nearest reliance store which I contacted was that they are helpless in this matter and if the bill is not paid it will be fined. They can give request for disconnection after I am paying the bill only.

              Real issue:
              When reliance stopped cdma services only for keeping the number(important) I changed the landline number to postpaid gsm as instructed from reliance store.
              And it was informed will be activated in few days. Days passed months passed only bill is coming. No incoming or outgoing services. Each time they asks to wait little more after filing complaints. When the bill came they asked me to pay the bill for further service and I paid some amount. But still no response and they told it is the problem of tower. But all other reliance numbers have no any issues here only my number.And it is checked in every towers but was same.
              Now I asked to disconnect it and I dnt need any more service from them. But they asking to pay the bill of 3 months which is due. Then only it can be disconnected. But am not rwady to loss my money without any use and because of this I suffered many loss as I missed some important calls.
              Only for the purpose of keeping number it continued by postpaid. Now I dont know what to do.

              I want to get refunded the amounts i paid and also want to disconnect the connection. Also am not ready to pay anymore bills for this. Please advice me a fastest solution for this. Will I get any compensation for my loss.

                With reference to service request no.[protected] registered on 13th
                November 2016 regarding less validity given to me as a result my
                Balance has exhausted very fast. It was totally a wrong deduction, so
                I registered the complain on the same date i. E. 13.11.2016. My tariff
                Was 30p/min but due to less validity given i was charged 1.2p/sec. I
                Have following complaint to escalate:-

                1-i talked to your sr. Customer care officer regarding this, he told
                Me one validity is granted you would be given refund on your balance.
                But after resolution i didn't get any refund.

                2- when i got your resolution message on[protected], i talked to your
                Sr. Executive officer raju jha. He didn't refund my money as told
                Earlier by your officer. When i argued for consumer right & told it
                Was totally wrong deduction as you gave me less validity that is why
                My balance exhausted very fast. I also remind about commitment of your
                Previous officer. He told he was not able to view 3 days back
                Transaction so my balance can't be refund. He also showed me path for
                Mnp (Mobile number portability).

                I simply asked in this circumstances who is responsible, why customer
                Is being made scapegoat. I recharged rs. 99 on 12-11-16 & exhausted on
                13-11-16 due to reliance fault not customer fault. They also admit it
                But not refunding my money.

                I request you to look into this matter and do the needful. Also,
                Kindly refund my money at the earliest.

                        I called the customer care to get info to transfer from postpaid to prepaid. & the senior executive named chaudhri sumit said that our company cannot transfer your pospaid number to prepaid.
                        Network breaks many times in a day. I saw network but my number showed outof reachable to caller.
                        I have started another number for calls & all stuff. & i want this number turned on prepaid so i can receive calls & thats why i called for transfer on prepaid so i have not to pay monthly rent, but they are not allowing me & tell that you have to pay bills whether you use or not this card.
                        & they offer 1gb 4g data in my plan which speed is 14 to 15kbps & sometimes less than this speed.

                          I am using reliance GSM connection. My cell no is [protected]. Balance is getting deducted from account frequently without any subscription.
                          In spite of doing promo recharge its not deducting according to the promo rate.But I am not able to contact customer care representative. The most frustrating thing is that after dialing so many number you are saying thanks for calling to reliance.

                          Its really irritating. Please do something otherwise I have to escalate it further.If this continues I will have to close your connection.

                          I hope the issue will be resolved very soon.

                          I have done the recharge of Rs 40, which gives 1 GB 3G net +all call 40ps/min for 28 days.
                          But its not charging as per promo rate.Also the intenet is not working in 2g network area.I am unable to use internet their.Is it only 3g. As per my knowledge 3g pack works in 2g areas also with 2g speed.Can you look into it.

                            I had purchased your wi-pod 4g lte some 2 months back from h r communication, dhantoli, nagpur. Since day one i am having problems with this device, the person at the outlet could not solve the problem so after 8-10 days i asked him to change the devise. Second device hardly i had used for 3-4 days. Due to diwali was engaged in other works. After diwali i myself went to pay the bill (According to plan i am suppose to pay rs. 1400/-) but the person asked me to pay rs. 2200/-. Reliance had not send me any bill nor any email even after phpne they are not sending phone apart from this the number they had given [protected] to call is also switched off from last 3 days. Now they are telling to pay rs. 600/- and use the service. Please rectofy the problem as i think they are cheating on customers.

                              Have been to reliance customer care store near bahadur pura today at 5pm.. The person who is there at store to address the queries was behaving so rude, unprofessional and in illiterate way. And when i asked above solving my concern, he ordered to walk out of store and yelled by saying will not do anything. This kept me for a surprise how illiterate folks can be kept to address customers queries??
                              Such a shame for reliance!!

                                Hello,
                                I have a complaint of deducting my balance again and again..and on your customer care no. 198 and *333 there is no any option provided to complain our problems. this time again there is a deduction of Rs 5 from my mobile no. [protected] on 18 november 2016 and Rs 10 from same number in between 15 november 2016 to 18 november 2016 and also u haven't resolved my previous complain i.e., deduction of Rs 10 from mobile no. [protected] on 10 november 2016..till now i haven't got the balance which got deducted on 10 nov. even i have not activated any vas or anything else..
                                So, kindly refund my deducted amount as soon as possible and also call me on this no regarding this quiry...

                                  Contacted many times customer care and also mailed the complaint details on the mail id given by customer care.
                                  Standard replies by the customer care as follows:-.
                                  1. Your complaint is under process
                                  2. We will escalate for urgent resolution
                                  3. After 10 calls local jaipur office number provided where any rarely picks the call. One gentleman mr arun also keep on assuring the early resolution but no success.
                                  Very strange height of incompetence or third class corporate culture technical team is not able to resolve the issue even after one month

                                    My datacard number is [protected]. I am using the datacard for the past one year since from cdma. Recently after your migrration from cdma to gsm, my plan was changed without my knowledge.

                                    While i enquired your executive they said it was due to migration. After some days i experienced network connectivity issue and while i enquired they said my plan in only 1 gb and after that i can't browse.

                                    To my surprise on the october month bill you have charged rs. 6087/-. After numerous follow up u have waived rs.3767/- and are asking to pay 2320/-.

                                    Now i feel very cheated and it is of no use to continue using your datacard. I will pay rs.2000/- but not a paise above and i need full settlement receipt from you.

                                      In regard to your marking to complaint (made on october 08, 2008) as resolved, i've got an invoice without adjustment of:

                                      1. waiver of 27 days period of interrupted service from reliance broadband, &
                                      2. late payment charges of inr 100.55 (already paid)

                                      Further, previous dues of inr 100 has been added to the bill (i don't know why???). seems reliance doesn't possess accounting team who could do their jobs without harassing the customers.

                                      For your ready reference, i am attaching the invoice received from reliance broadband which seeks aforementioned adjustments.

                                      Please instrument the necessary adjustments and send a revised invoice.

                                      Looking forward to a resolution from your side.

                                        Just now (9.56am on 18.11.2016) i received a call from [protected] and asked me to pay rs.2105.00 otherwise face the legal action. But earlier to this today i received calls from tel no. [protected] at 8.22am on 16.11.2016 and from ph. No. [protected] at 12.40pm again informing me that there is no bill pending. Which is correct. Why u r harassing for undue unjust bill. Communicate correctly what is to be done by me. You are fhooling socila media by telling that it is closed. Bill copy is enclosed for ur reference.
