we are facing lots of problem from reliance communication marigold office specially with account department they are not picking our phone nor they are replaying to the email we have send they not at all supporting us for exp on 11/11/2016 my person had deposit the chq in drop box chq no 8466 still time they have not check at thier end and giving excuses that please give another chq to come out of this problem i have emailed him the bank format to be filled for neft transfer for that also he had not replay these is happing continuity request you to please take some action or give responsibility to another person

    i was terminate my connection in 2- june -2016 and paid all the bills within due date
    from termination to till date i am not received any security refund cheque i was call on customer care toll free number they are given me reliance customer care office address for discussion of above matter
    address is vardhman complex plot no 14, road no 44, pitampura, delhi
    when i was reached on that place no office are exist naibours said to me office are closed from 5 years
    please reply me as soon as possible and solved my problem urgently

        I purchased 4G dongle two months before in that time I'm in 24gb scheme 3g I asked this will continue in 4g or it will change?in store they replied same scheme will continue but after I use upto 8gb bill came 5600rs I asked they say ur scheme changed to 5gb but no intimation given to me through email or sms. Then I asked to customer care they said we will change your bill they send rebill for 630 in that time also I ask here after any problem Will araise they replied nothing u can use 5gb at 1100 rs monthly but again I get issue data connection cancelled due to over due I said last month I solved again y u cancelled my data they said last month your bill weaver balance to pay then only u can use data I spoke to 20 more customer care member's but no use I visited store their also no use last month fully I didn't use my data but this month bill came 1100 total pending 4500 .I used Reliance data for past 3years no problem bill also paid in right time but this last three months I suffered lot due to 4g data worst service idiot's tell wrongly about plans i'm suffering i can't pay for other's mistake give me solution for this problem

          i want to bring in your kind notice that Rs fifty (50) has been deducted today dated 16/09/2016 from my mobile amount Rs 93.00 . i approach to reliance customer care and reliance customer adjective told me that i made a international call at about 9.43 am .Neither i made any call at any number nor made any international call in past till date .this happen occurred 2nd time at the same no and complaint has been made to reliance customer care in this regard.as per my mobile set dialed details, there is no any call (INTERNATIONAL) made by my current mobile set TODAY AND LAST PAST DAYS. I think that some one hacked my mobile number or cloned the sim card . kindly look in to the matter and trace the number which number call was made from any same cloning number. and the same episode repeated again today dated[protected] i.e Rs 100 deducted again from the same mobile no account please tele the iemi no of that phone which iemi no call was made.i think that some one cloned my sim no [protected] .please deactivate all international calls of mobile no [protected] immediately.

            When i called customer care (198) and asked they were telling like different different answers.
            Even though i had paid my bill expect the data plan on 27th october 2016.
            "today my outgoing facility was bared".
            Now my humble request is less the dataplan amount and penalties in my bill and provide the outgoing facility to my number.
            Am using the connection from more than 8 year's onwards.

            Hope you understand my problem.

              On various occasions I have been charged with very high rates as compared to the quantum of call duration.
              I have mailed the issue to reliance but still got no response nor refund.
              In one case call duration was 1mins 1seconds and amount deducted was 11rs.
              40secs 3.48 rs and so on.
              It mostly happens when you have sufficient balance and you don't use.

              Even after mailing to reliance the [censored] happened .

                This is regarding my Reliance Data: [protected] /Relationship :[protected].

                I took took this connection during month of Jan 2016 for Rs 1100 and reliance upgraded their services from 3G to 4G elite during Jun 2016 and asked me to get buy new dongle for Rs:1800 to continue their services, i had informed them that i cannot spend to my new dongle, hence asked to close the services if they cannot provide the services, during month of Jul 2016 net work signal was disconnected, again i called up to the customer care about closing the services they confirmed it will be closed and asked to pay the outstanding bill, so i paid for Aug 2016 without getting services from Reliance.

                I thought the services has been closed, i wouldn't get further statement since the services already disconnected but again they sent me statement for Oct 2016 without providing single, i had called up many times to the customer support and sent so many (15 times) emails for the clarification, so far i didn't get single response from their end, only the bill payment and collection team asking me to make the payment for the unused services and now threatening that my profile has been sent to CIBIL, so far my career i have been maintaining good financial transaction, they didn't provide the services but asking me to pay is unfair.

                If reliance forwarded my profile for non payment for issue, kindly do not accept it, because if they had provided the services i would be happily cleared the payment.

                Here the below mentioned legal letter that i have received from Reliance.

                Sir,
                M/s. Reliance communications Ltd, # 6, Haddows Road, Nungambakkam, Chennai – 600006 (hereinafter referred to as “ our client”) have instructed us to issue the following notice:

                Our client is engaged in the business of providing Telecommunication services to its subscribers. You had approached our client for availing the services provided by our client and on the basis of the information furnished by you and on execution of the requisite documents containing the terms and conditions, our client had issued you the mobile phone service by issuing a Reliance LTE bearing No.[protected] with corresponding account No.[protected]

                One of the important conditions specified by our client for providing the service was the payment of the bills raised by our client by the indicated date in the statement of account/bill in respect of the services availed by you. That towards the value of the services received by you from my client, you are liable to pay a sum of Rs.1639/- to our client. However, having availed the services, you have not paid the said amount to our client and thus the said amounts continue to remain due and outstanding from you to our client. Our client has provided the LTE services to you on the assurances given by you that the bills would be promptly paid by you in respect of the services availed and that on the basis of such representation our client was induced into providing the mobile phone services, in respect of which the bills have been raised by our client.

                That your action of availing the services by misrepresentation and the fact that you have not paid the amounts due despite the various demands made by our client clearly discloses an intent on your part at the inception to defraud our client.

                That your action of availing the services provided by our client on inducement by misrepresentation and your further action of non-payment of the said charges / dues payable to our client amounts to an offence of criminal breach of trust under Sections 415-E and 417 of Indian Penal Code.

                Please take notice that if you do not pay the said sum of Rs.1639/ - to my client within three (3) days from the receipt of this notice, our client would be constrained to initiate appropriate legal proceedings, both civil and criminal against you by holding you responsible for the costs and consequences thereof.

                We would appreciate an early closure of this account as soon as you receive this mail

                    To the manager,

                    I am vijit sharma using your services from 2013 with 699 jalsa plan mobile # [protected] i had a problem with network rest i have not faced any problem till recent time when my number was converted to 4g.

                    I got a call in august regarding service upgrade to 4g with approx. 100 rs hike in the current plan which i refused then in september i got a call again that the sim is upgraded without changing the plan so i said
                    Yes, when i got the there were instruction for activating the 4g sim that i need to call at 1299 & put 19 digit sim number to activate the sim my gsm was deactivated and i inserted the new sim & when i tried to
                    Activate the sim i was unable to activate it i called up the customer service 3 times the same day regarding the same as this is my business number & i cant afford this number to be deactivated they told me that
                    The service will be activated in some time when it did't start i called p again next day on 1299 and had to opt for a plan then the sim was activated.

                    Now the bill amount is 2000 whereas my usage is same which i have been using for the last 3 years. The below mentioned is the summary of this whole mail.

                    A i have been using this number ([protected]) with the same plan

                    B why would i change my plan for a month???

                    C the fault was with the activation of sim on 1299

                    D the usage of the last 3 years and the billing month when the plan was changed to 299 is the same.

                    So kindly consider the above point and wave off the unjustified overbilled amount i have already made the payment for the total amount which was due however would expect you to correct the mistake that has
                    Been done by your back end if not i will be left with no other option to legally proceed with the same also to publish the same to media.

                    At last would like to remind you i have been your customer for last 3 years so please update me with the resolution at the earliest.

                      Sir yours seller had offered me port my no airtel to reliance pospaid ([protected]) connection.. I have all document are submitted... Than only 2 days no is active. Than my no is deactivate. Many time i did complained dealer and 198... But my no is not activate.. Now they are saying i have not allow pospaid connection in your area...                       I Miss Malinki Sur want to state my problem regarding bill payment.
                      I was using Reliance net connection. I paid my last bill on 12th July, 2016. But I moved to New Delhi at that time, and personally went to Reliance Head office, Park street, Kolkata to stop my connection. As, I submitted an application, I donot have any evidence of this. I used my data last on June and I paid for it on July. So, I didn't have any due. I was told that I will get a call from customer care for confirmation. After their call, I confirmed it already. But since July I am getting call repeatedly from Reliance to pay further. They are not ready to confess that I already terminated my connection. I am getting harassed repeatedly since then. Today I received a letter where I am threatened by advocate.
                      So, I need your attention to terminate this matter. It is my humble request to you to look forward and please suggest me how can I get relief from this.

                        Mr. S. Manoharan, vendor code : 370983 - ravi broilers edp (Vendor says that he did not receive rental from 2014, it has been more than two years).

                        Reliance internet box was installed in our place before 6 year (Approx.). No problem of deceiving rent for the 1st 3 years (Rs.500/- per month). After that there is no more payments received till now. I've follow the person in madurai reliance communication office. I have following him for payment for the last 3 year but the response from him is not good. He always says that it will clear in 2 or 3 month. It is the answer i hear for last 3 years. Last time he tells that reliance got merged with aircel therefore the fund can't relieses right now. He told this before 9 month. Now he is not responding my calls. What i can do who i want to contact. I have no faith in any person in madurai.
                        I want my rent for the pending month with interest & my phone call and travelling expenses.

                          Hi, myself Nadeem siddiqui, I'm using 93867****5 prepaid GSM of reliance and and facing lots of problem regarding balance deduction from my account since a year. After repeatedly complaining about this, the problem is still not resolved.Every time customer care executive refunded my amount (as like they are all aware of this scam) and promised that further no amount will deduct from my account. After all these thing my balance again deducted very next of registering the complain.

                          I need a permanent solution or I will go further.

                            I had monthly plan of 790. I requested to change my plan to Quarterly(3 months). on 18th september 2016 at 8:35am. my complain number is[protected]. they sends message that 'your complain is resolved'. but next month company sends monthly bill(of two months). and disconnected Broadband connection. we called on customer care, they said your plan is quarterly. so the question is, why reliance broadband sending monthly bills. and if our plan is quarterly then whey company disconnected our internet?
                            Please try to resolve our complaint as soon as possible.

                                  I complained against you on 2 november
                                  Matter of 26rs deducted for unknown services which was resolved by you and on next day again you deduct 5rs then i again posted the complaint. You refunded 55rs rather then 5rs why you did this that you knows only i answered your when i satisfied or not on you may check this on complaint wall.
                                  But now on 13 november 2016 again you deduct 10rs from main account i tried to call 198 but no response call automatically rejected i was busy that time so leave, then today on 15 november my main account become zero. The balance you deducted is amount of 56rs from main account for unknown service without any notice and it's happened again and again. The fraud on the name of service constantly going on. This is really bad.
                                  Why you don't have control on this activity??
                                  How automatically services activated?
                                  Why you don't inform the customer when you charged for unknown service??
                                  Why you continue bothering me??
                                  Is this your service??
                                  Who started this fraud??
                                  Now better to change your brand name with reliance 420 from reliance.
                                  Because the activity is going on the name of service is big fraud 420.
                                  You should better change with it.
                                  I don't need any kind of bonus just stop this fraud on the name of service. I know its easiest way of earn money. No doubt million o[censored]sers of reliance.
                                  How much you collect in a day by this???

                                    Deposited 10450 for 1 year free plan on 27 august for my mobile number [protected] at sairam communications, bhubaneswar which is a reliance communication authorised outlet but still my bill is generating since last 3 months and while contacting to the cc since 2 months they are always saying simply that they are trying to resolve the issue.

                                    Always my number is getting disconnect due to amount overdue which is refelecting in their system. But for the same i'm not at allliable. Need the bill weiver for the same but no action till now after several mails also.

                                    Need a justice for the same as that is my old number and linked with all bank accounts and cant access my accounts suring any urgency. Also i'm lossing contacts for which i'm getting financial losses.

They have been activating different services without request and deducting different amounts from my balance very frequently. I have called its customer care a number many time. Initially they refunded small amount but after some time they again started deducting in the name of vas/internet services which i never requested for. Every time i call to customer care they pretend that server is down and ask to call after sometime. When i call them again, they claim that i have requested for these services. Please look into this matter and solve the issue.

                                        Dear sir/madam, i am using reliance network dongle from sep -15, bought by rs.2000 (My network number - [protected]) i received call from reliance customer care 19th july 11.30 am. They are claim cdmi to 4g up gradation is compulsory, i have raised about my rs.2000 dongle investment? They are confirmed i can get special offer rs.799 - new dongle by door delivery next 2 days cash on delivery, but i could not received dongle even i have complaint so many times no response (Complaint number ;[protected], aug 1st week my connection automatically disconnected, my actual balance is july - aug = rs.670, due to complaint not resolved i was purposely hold the bill, now they are claiming bill amount rs.1420. I am getting call from reliance communication and they are threatening ([protected]) calling from high court and complaint about me, if i not pay i could arrest. Please take the action even i ready to pay my actual balance if they rectified my complaint.

                                        i could not received issue closed call and as per instruction called your legal dept Ms.Malathi - [protected] not getting proper response and even number is not reaching now and received legal notice from DISTRICT LEGAL SERVICE AUTHORITY BANGALORE URBAN DISTRICT AT BANGALURE, instead to sort it out issue filed in legal mean i am will to face in court . here Rs.1325 is not a matter how you are treating customer and make trouble. ( notice ; instruct to present 28.11.16, but i have received 01.12.16 - postal stamp reference)
