Hello,
I have a complaint of deducting my balance again and again. This time again there is a deduction of Rs 15 from my mobile no. [protected] and Rs 10 from mobile no. [protected] in between 20 november 2016 to 23 november 2016 even I have not activated any VAS or anything else..
So, kindly refund my deducted amount as soon as possible and also call me on this no regarding this quiry..

    Dear sir,
    Myself kumar ranjan having the no [protected] had given my no for porting in airtel on 24th oct 2016, after that on 28 th of oct 2016, i visited kanke road, ranchi reliance outlet, where one of the ladies empoly was there, i asked her to kindly tell me the outsatnding amount of this no, she told me that around 60 rs was there, i didnt have to pay the money, after that i go from there, she transfer my no to any other person, after that in late night one of the empoly had inform that i am going to block the no, because your no had given to someone. (This is the major mistake had done by reliance outlet, kanke road, ranchi), after this my porting process was not processed due to this reason only,
    Today i visited the outlet and i asked that after your mistake i have to purchase the sim at the cost of 100 rs, again i asked that y have to pay the outstanding amount whatever is there till porting because no blocking, outgoing baring is totally unauthorized without the customer concern,
    I asked the person that kindly pay the outstanding amount agianst this no, but it only paying 100 rs but my total expenditure is 350 (250 till porting+ 100 rs sim purchased from patna)
    He denied and tell (Go to consumer court, dekh lange tumhe jo karna hai kar lo)
    Shamless job by reliance.
    If y take action then well, after that i can move forward with this issue. My alternate no is [protected], [protected].

      Hi my dongle [protected] and it's CDMA technology.Your CDMA technology has been stopped on august according to you customer care, but after stopping I didn't get 4 g sim, even your store people and customer care executive didn't provide also didn't provide me.But without activation sim card am getting bill for last two month bill.How can I pay even I didn't get the sim card this is absolutely cheating..kindly provide proper solution meanwhile in august and September I called your askcustomer care to take surrender request several times even they didn't take.i have taken voice record of all the call.

        Hi Sir/Madam,

        I am also victim of reliance data card. (False promise on 4G plans plan change without intimation / sending excess bill amount / no response on service complaints / reliance threatening by messages)

        GREATEST WORRY! Reliance Customer Care ([protected]@relianceada.co, [protected]@relianceada.com and reli.zen.[protected]@gmail.com) and Reliance Appellate Authority are not even acknowledging the complaints sent via EMAIL? Why? To avoid litigation?

        Before upgrading to 4g we were told that the plan will remain same, there will be no change in current data plan rentals & benefits. Please see attached image for proof, I also have e-mail confirming that there will be no change in plan. Still reliance have changed the plan without informing me and sent incorrect bill (this is the reason I have decided to terminate reliance connection). If a customer is using postpaid plan he has right to take permission or information of any plan changes. No Call, SMS or Alert was sent. As a result like many postpaid users I have received bill in the range of 2500 as my UNLIMITED plan ([protected]@599) was changed to LIMITED plan without informing. Not only this, my services have been stopped until I pay the bill.

        Also, connection which stopped working when reliance was upgrading to 4g. For 2 months I suffered and paid my bills even when I couldn't use net. I had to go for alternate connection as a backup. After calling consumer care repeatedly (avg call hold time 20 min each time)

        Now am getting mail of going to Lok Aadalat and Pre-Litigation No LK/OCT16/Z8OCT105008... This is HARASSMENT and causing me so much of inconvenience, because of this my personal life is getting affected and this behaviour does not suit the dignity and stature of Reliance.

        Please can someone look into this matter and take strict action against Reliance as there are thousands of consumer complaints registered against reliance.

          Hi,

          Tapas Chatterjee & my reliance no. Is[protected]. I am not using any vas facility service and not near future. But as per balance notification my account balance deducted rs. 21. And this is not once, this is done regularly. Which is frustrating. Repay back my balance, because this is not for once that has happened.

          Even you unsubscribe, nothing happens.

          Generally sms received "you have been successfully subscribed to intelgamesub21 service for 7 days. To un-subscribe sms unsub 4043 to 155223 (Toll free).

          I am not subscribe any vas services or not activated.
          Please reply as soon as possible.

          The INTELGAMES service was deactivated but there was no refund. It deducted nearly 40/-.Rs from my balance.

            Dear Sir,
            I applied for the porting my number [protected] from Vodafone to Reliance with the great hope that I'll get the better offer and services from Reliance.
            But what I faced is so frustrating and very hard to explain.

            I applied for the porting a month ago, It was ported out from Vodafone on 18th November 2016 and not yet ported to Reliance. (Ideally it should be ported in the new network after 2 hours of port out of old network)

            I applied for this with one of the Reliance store in Delhi, paid 300 Rs for the same ( contact number of store : [protected]) and made several calls to resolve my problem. Instead of resolving they are abusing me.

            This has already passed 6 days, my number and money both gone. I was using this number ([protected]) at any places and i am totally helpless.

            Requesting you to please help me here to get my number back.

              I am having Reliance 3 G Connection vide no-[protected]. Since the time my reliance connect changed to 3G connection . Till the time I am facing the connectivity problem.

              We visit your reliance communication centre Ph-5 Mohali.But no proper solution we got til date.
              I also called many time to your customer care no.[protected]. But they committed to me that Engineer will visit my home to check the Dongal.
              also commit to convert the plan to 450 Rs with 200 waiver against billing.
              All these commitment are totally in air.

              I would like to request you if you are not able to give me ur service than pls disconnect my connection. As the circumstances warned me to avoid unnecessary payments to you as no services I am getting now fr you.

              so it is requested to you kindly disconnect the connection.

                  My self Lijith MV. My broadband connection is not working for 15 days and i have complained regarding this more than 10 times and when ever i call them they told me your problem will be resolved in 24 hours and they generate different complaint no for one problem.
                  2 days after complaining, Avery time they send me a same message
                  "YOUR PROBLEM HAS BEEN PROCESSED .THANK YOU FOR BEING WITH RELIANCE". But till now my problem didn't resolve
                  (complaint no they generated this month[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected], [protected],[protected], CNM[protected]),

                  Last month also more than 15 days my broadband connection didn't work but i paid full month payment.
                  Now they are asking me to pay this month's bill without resolving my problem.

                      On 13th Nov, 2016 I topped up my mobile no. [protected] with Rs200 voucher and I got main balance of Rs210.however on 15th nov, 2016.I got a msg that my balance has been reduced to Rs93 unreasonably when I had made no calls and no services were activated on my no.
                      After that I made several complaints to your customer care but they didn't give a positive response.Now i request you to look into the matter and refund my entire balance failing which I will lodge a complain in the consumer forum.

                        My self Narendra Nanvani. i have a number [protected] which is fromTELENOR i m go for MNP to RCOM
                        but from your site i get wrong information from your DSA ([protected]). They describe me wrong scheme which is not provide by your company.
                        Once they send me a card but it was not convert in MNP. Then again i send msg for MNP but till today i don't get Reliance SIM.
                        So, i want to know what scheme will be provide by you i[censored] send me another card

                        I don't know that how it is possible if i have no SIM card from reliance and i m not register this and also not verify from your site.
                        How bill can generate.

                        Till today nobody can communicate with me for this problem.
                        Please check this problem from your site an give me satisfaction replay.

                            I have been using the Reliance data card [protected] since 2012 & now I am not using this sine Sep 2016. I had called the your data card toll free number during second week of September 2016 asking them to disconnect the service from September & the person who had attended to the call had ensured that the above mentioned data card number would be discontinued.

                            I am really amazed to receive the bill for the service which, I have not availed.

                            I would once again, request you to kindly deactivate the service & reverse the previous bill raised.

                              I'm reliance customer from last 7-8 years and and also gave reliance sim to our family members but now I don't want to go with your services due to balance deduction issues that I faced from last two months.

                              I have complained too many times but not get a proper solutions and not refunded any amount from your side. I lost about 100-150 rs in last 2 months with every big recharge so I want my whole balance amount that you deducted
                              with a stupid reason "You have started a Bla-Bla services in your mobile so amount was deducted "

                                This is to inform you that i Ravendra kushwaha badly cheated by Reliance communication, I terminated my connection in month of July 2016 (proof attached) and device (equipment ) also collected by the reliance team on 4th of August 2016 (Proof attached) but still they are sending the Bills to me and forcing me to pay the bill otherwise i will face legal notice. Last month also they called me and said pay 1813 rs otherwise they will send the legal notice that i paid (proof attached) that was illegal or force fully collected by me from reliance. Now they are not replying on my emails at all.

                                Now it is my humble request to look into this matter, They harassed me badly, looking for justice.

                                  My broadband connection is not working from more than 30 days and i have complained regarding it more than 7 times and evertime i call them they escalate the request to high priority even asked them to terminate the connection but there is no response from reliance team.
                                  I am facing a huge loss of my work due to no internet connection.

                                      I'd like to escalate the issue of my pending refund from Reliance Communication for my Reliance mobile.

                                      I had a Reliance Postpaid connection, I got it converted to prepaid by paying all my dues. However, my bill was also deducted from my credit card as I had set my Reliance bill for auto deduction.

                                      I have raised the concern with the customer care and escalated it further but not yet received any update.

                                      Please can you take action to get this resolved at the earliest.

                                        I have call to my relative two times with mobile number [protected]. This number is varanasi district bsnl number. Call duration 118 sec date[protected] at 21:59hrs and second call duration 119 sec date[protected] at 09:32hrs company deducted balance of rs 200 for both call means my 400rs desucted for 4 minutes call. I have complained for 200 rs two incidents with complaint number[protected] and[protected] they so not refund my balance and said the deduction is right. So please check my complain and try to return my 400rs balance as soon as possible.
