Dear Reliance Team,

I registered a complaint Consumer Complaints in month of May 16 after that complaint my service was active for a month & June end, I was facing same problem. I had terminated the connection and made payment also. After 2 months I got a new bill with an amount of Rs. 1417.74/- without using the connection. When I had asked the customer care and I got an answer that even though am terminated the connection I have to pay this amount as full and final settlement. On what basis I had to pay that amount I had no idea. They were forcing me to pay the amount after some time call was stopped. Suddenly executive Mr. Suresh came to my home (absence of me) without any information and taken equipment’s (according to him connection was disconnected) from my mother without any receipt. In fact I also received one mail from RCOMBB.[protected]@relianceada.com,

Dear Customer,

We acknowledge receipt of your request for termination of the service. We apologise for not meeting your expectation this time for the services provided by us.

As requested, termination process is initiated for the subscriber ID [protected]. Kindly note the rental of your service will be stopped from[protected]. Our representative will be visiting you for the collection of the equipment installed by RCOM at your premises for running the services. Please handover the equipment to him.

Kindly also note in the event of non-return of this equipment, you will be charged 1250 in the final bill which will be sent to you after collection of this equipment. Any unbilled usage will also be charged in this bill towards full and final settlement.

The collection of the equipment may take 7-10 days depending on your availability.

After the above mail no communication received from Reliance team. On 24th Oct 16 I received one mail [Reliance bill outstanding Notification Legal Notice] & call from one lady (according to her she was from tis Hazari +[protected] is saying after paying amount of 1541.82/- my dues will be clear or you have to present in Tis Hazari on 29th Oct 16. Even after I made the payment of 1550/-. Today again I received one mail from reliance (Monthly Bill Invoice Number:[protected] that your bill is due.

Now a day Reliance Jio is giving free internet connection to every person and other side troubling their old customers. This kind of mental HARASSMENT does not suit the dignity and stature of Reliance.

Please fix it up this issue on priority basis.

    My name is vikas. My number is [protected] i have a problem regarding my balance deduction, everyday my balance have been deducted from my account for some vas service even though i have not activated it. Last night my balance have been deducted when i have checked there was some msg in my inbox rc-shmaro or some times from the number 56060, although i have not activated any kind of service. Every day i have to call to the customer care to refund my balance, i have also complaint about it to the customer care many times but the problem is not been resolved

    this is to inform that even after my several complaints about my uneven balance deduction the problem is still not beeing resolved .the customer agent had called me and registered my complaint and have assured that it will be resolved soon and no deductions will happen in my account but still it is happening again and again .on[protected] in morning Rs-1 deducted from my account and on the same date at around 10 pm again my balance is deducted, when i told about this my balance is refunded but problem is not being resolved .again on[protected] Rs-5 have been deducted from my account everytime i have to call customer care to refund my balance this is becoming very annoying, i have attached the screenshot of message that comes and automatically my balace is deducted, i want this problem to be reolved immidiately .

      Sir, i want to state that l had taken reliance postpaid from reliance store udhampur near singh axis hotel. I had deposited rs 300 as security money. When i transferred my connection from postpaid to prepaid about 60-70 rs remained in my security money. When i asked for that money they told me that you will have to receive it from jammu through cheque and forbade to return my money in udhampur. My mobile no is [protected].

        Hi, i recently check for call rate plan in reliance gsm website. http://www.rcom.co.in/Rcom/personal/prepaid/PlansandPacks.html?i=IC#
        After check plan i recharge 62 rupies pack they mention 25p/m call rate and 35 rupies talk time benifit. But after rechange i didnt get any talk time or any call rate scheme. Still i am calling at 2rp/m scheme. Even there is no option to talk with customer care i tried all numbers and 198, 123 even toll free. I waste 2hr for calling to customer care but i didnt found any option for talk with customer care. Also in tollfree number they saying wrong input by pressing 9 number for talk. I hate reliance service. Pls do not purchese reliance sim and never trust their scheme. And also costly call rate then other sim.

          After the termination of reliance service, am getting mails regarding payment of amount.
          I am getting calls from reliance and a lady on the other side call is saying after paying a amount of 1000/- my dues will be clear.
          Even after i made the payment of 1000/-
          On 14th novenber, 2016 i received a notice from an advocate, mr. Shadab peerzade, stating:
          I hereby call upon you to pay to my clients, a sum of rs.2617 /-being the outstanding amount, within 4 days on receipt of this notice. You can make this payment at any of our reliance web world/mobile store, failing which my client will be constrained to initiate legal proceedings, criminal as well as civil, against you, before the appropriate court of law. Needless to add that entire proceedings will be at your risk, cost and consequences, which please note.

            I am a reliance customer with a gujarat number and i'm presently using it in mumbai.
            I recently recharged my number with a data combo plan of rs 299 using the reliance instacare app with which i was supposed to get 1gb data and 299min talktime free (I've attached a snapshot of plan details as listed in the app). However after recharge, the 299 free minutes have not been given to me. I spoke to the customer care and they said that free minutes are not applicable outside gujarat circle. This is not written anywhere in the plan details. Infact your plan details explicitly state that no on-net definition is applicable!!
            This is a clear defrauding of the customer and not honoring the promised pack.

            Your customer service associate was clueless about the issue and denied the existence of the data combo pack at all!! She could not provide either any clarification or any solution to the issue!! Subsequently she said that she will check again and call back, which hasn't happened till now!! Please do not assume that the complaint has been resolved just because someone gave a call!! The complaint is to be kept open and pse ensure that it is resolved at the earliest.. just for reference, I am attaching a snapshot of the data combo plan once again..

            Plz disconected my data card number and immediate terminate it number is [protected]. This not working past 3 months but monthly, not forgot the bill sending so please disconct.

              Dear sir / madam,
              I am very much thankful for the 3g services given to me. I have not switched over to 4g nor i have used any data, but my surprise you forcing me through phone & sms to switchover t o4g. Kindly not force me and don't charge me, not threaten me over phone to pay charge for 4g. I opted 3g and used and thanked by paying all bills. Since 3 month i am trying and requesting to close my a/c & baksho ham.

              What a dadagiri your people doing by harassing decent customer??? Wahaaa. They have made me to believe against my perception that this company is not for decent people..

              I have made all efforts to reach the redressal machinery available at various level of the system, but all are no way different to each other. Finally communicate me what is to be done from my side to close this a/c. Now with this it is confirmed me that no one has a power to close the a/c. I took this connection by making one simple telephone call. But i am running pillar to post i, e store to store and all other redressal machinery to get it close the a/c.

              Please close my connection & drop the 4g bill u have unduly charge and harassed.

              Today ( 8.56AM on 18.11.2016) i received a call from[protected] and asked me to pay Rs.2105.00 otherwise face the legal action.But earlier to this today I received calls ON 16.11.2016 from Tel No. [protected] at 8.22Am on 16.11.2016 and from Ph.No. [protected] at 12.40PM again informing me that there is no bill pending.Which is correct.Why u r harassing for undue unjust bill.Communicate correctly what is to be done by me.
              The copy of bill received today for Rs.2105 is enclosed for your reference.You are cheating the social media by giving wrong information (even in machine also it is said to be NIL) NILL bill but acually makig followup daily and harrashing telling O/S is Rs.2105.

                  I am the Prepaid customer of Reliance Communication. My Customer Id is[protected]. I am not getting connection from 29/10/2016 still I paid the amount. I registered my complaint to [protected]@relianceada.com with Ref Complaint No.[protected] on Dtd. 29/10/2016. I sent various mails on everyday but they are not taking any action on my issue. And they are replying with the same mail every time with different names.

                    I had applied for an advance rental plan on Reliance Communications for Rs.11000 which included unlimited 3G internet access. Recently, I get a call from Reliance Customer Service and they ask me to upgrade the SIM to 4G connection and that I will be getting " additional 1GB 4G along with my pre existing plan o[censored]nlimited 3G". I ask them to upgrade my SIM and now they have only provided me with 1GB 4G and post use at a speed of 16kbps (2G). On several complaints to the customer care executives, senior executives, technical department and the authority appellate they have told me they cannot help me. I feel cheated and this has to be reported.

                    An unwanted service "AskVPAudiotalk30Subs service for 30 days" has been activated on my no. and Rs30/- has been charged. Now the customer care is telling that I have requested for that service. It a complete fraud with the consumer.I am completely dissatisfied with service N planning to port all my reliance services.

                      i am anand dubey and i had been checked data offer 151 2g 10 GB data on this number- [protected] and i followed by same recharged but i got only 600 Mb to till date[protected] and
                      then i called to reliance customer-care helpline number then customer care executive picked up my phone and then he told me that his doing transfer my call general account department about this query but it had not happened.
                      so, what's my concern that reliance customer care executive doing miss guided to every people and it's not getting proper solution from reliance communication . so please look and resolve it.

                        My Name is Raaj kumar residing in Tamil Nadu, My reliance mobile number is [protected] and from which I made a call to my friend called Muthuraj and his number is [protected] which is a local Indian Tamil Nadu circle, for this local call the reliance has debited me Indian Rupeers 50/- just for 21 secs, I can provide my call history, To resolve this issue I contacted the 198 complaint number and Mr Selvam Representative for reliance attended the phone and talking harshly and badly to me, he is telling that this is an International call and we won't do refund and used worst words with me, So I asked him to connect to the superior authority, but they made me wait in the call line for more than half an hour, still then they didn't connect me to the superiors,

                          I am a reliance post paid consumer by past 2 year and my relationship no. is[protected].From last 3 month, my bill is wrongly charging. As per my pack freePaid395 i can talk to a reliance no. from local, std or roaming location without any charge. But as per my bill i am charging for a reliance no.([protected]) when i call from roaming location.

                          After complainting to customer care they just saying that the charge is correct.

                          Please suggest me now what i would do?

                              Am a reliance datacard customer for past 4 years .After converting CDMA to 4g I had started getting unethical bills and last month I had terminated the connection.At that time they told me to pay an amount of 2342 rs as full and final settlement and I had paid the amount.But yesterday I got a new bill with an amount of 3790 without using the connection.when I had asked the customer care and I got an answer that even though am terminated the connection I have to pay this amount as full and final settlement.on what basis I have to pay this amount I have no idea.they are forcing me to pay the amount.

                                  Today i m writing all this to inform you about your management and the kind of customer care you guys have, but first a big congratulations to you that atleast your customer-care department started picking up the call again because prior to this i was not even able to connect to them.
                                  but this is so shameful that they don't know how to behave with the customer. I called today in the morning at 6:47am with my number [protected] and spoke with the guy name ANUBHAV and asked him about my problem i facing with my internet data but he spoke with me in very disrespectful way.
                                  I really want you to take strict action against him and keep eye of my problem and arrange a call back

Nd i called 100 tim to service care dey all also busy nd i also wait for 15 to 20 min each nd every call bt dey refused.. Nd my plan was 799 bt dey 499.. Nd speed dey told 1mbps bt i got 00 or 1 kbps... For complaint i using my friend's wifi data.. It's nt reliance dat... Totally waste my money nd time...#$%

                                      I used reliance GSM Sim & from 2-3 month they deduct my money from my main account balance for some video 54646 sub but i never used this services and i also not subscribe this but then also they deducting my money every month ad they never give me satisfactory response. so please take strict action on reliance communication. they not give my complain number also.

                                        Reliance broadband connection was not working from three months i.e. from June - August 2016. I tried to contact the customer care to resolve the issue but no one turned up for three months. After three months one of the reliance technical guy turned up and told that there is a technical issue and it would be resolved and also the bill amount will be waived off. Now from past two months I am getting repeated calls from reliance to pay the outstanding bill amount and have sent me a fradulent notice to appear in lok adalat court Pune. Now none of the executives are responding to my calls. Reliance was stealing electricity from our apartment and society president disconnected all their lines and cables.
