I have reliance sim...yesterday i have check my balance both talktime and data pack, my balance was around 40 rs and dara balance was 8mb then i just using cricbuzz app and just after that i have check my both balance again talktime became zero and data balace still was 2mb left. Can you guys let me know why my talktime balance deduct from my account.

    (Rs 37 recharge successful.Enjoy All STD Mobile calls at 25p min for first 120 mins, post that 55p min, Valid for 28 days Reliance) The plan has not been activated My call rates are normal the plan rates are not on call This is for the 2nd time my plan activation isn't done after getting the message also reliance has taken the amount of the plan bur didn't activate my plan!!!

      This is to get to your immediate attention and action that we are having at least 13 connections of reliance communications in the form of telephone lime lane, lease line etc.. by the name of Siddharth Motors

      Our customer ID are as follows

      2. The following are the other phone numbers

      All the above mentioned lines are not working since the last 11 days right from 1st November 2016 till today

      Reason that we have heard from your people only is that your company has Not paid some light bills it seems

      We have made multiple complaints and have also spoken to the filling people at your end

      Would like to bring to your notice and immediate action that we tried contacting Mr Puri and he told us he will call us back in 2 minutes but he has not called us yet and he is not answering our calls also now..

        I have a reliance gsm sim for more than 8 years and i still wanna continue however i have moved to bangalore from kolkata with a roaming pack of 6 months... It was working fine since yesterday evening until you guys stopped my incoming facility thereby stopping any online transaction.. I am unable to receive any otp and anyone calls me receives an error message that my phone is switched off when i can call everyone except the great customer care number 198... Please fix asap or else i have to escalate it to the highest possible team i can as i need to transfer money to my parent's account who are sick

          You know i'm literally fedup with your operator. It's quiet painful for me to complain again and again for refunding my balance which has been cut by you in the name of vas as i have not activated any such packs. This time i didn't checked my balance so u have deducted 29 rs its great. My name is abhigyan and my number is [protected] and i want immediate refund of 29rs on this number and call me too after returning my balance. I earlier wrote to you but you only refunded 5rs and 29rs is still pending

            I have complained in 24 oct 2016 i. e my internet is not working. i already make a mail several time but still no resolution. now they want that i should pay a bill. how it is possible that if they are not giving us a service and want a bill from customer. please see this issue. i already visited their office 4 nov 2016 but still the problem is remained same.

            You and your team is working i don't think my issue is so big. but still you poor team and worst service in my area. you promised to your customer that it will resolve with in 24 hrs but not its nearly one month. i already in loss and with your sorry can't help me. i think your company is fraud. they make customer fool . i even don't have your ceo mail id. definitely i will forward same issue to him and told that your company is filled with lots of foolish people who even don't know how to treat there customer

Date 10/11/2016 this time my card is not working and not redimme my point this time from stoe give me new relianceone card no. [protected] and tell me call toll free no.in given card. But this toll free no. Printed in card is bogus and not any reply, so transfer my point old card to given new card as soon as possible

                I am a user of reliance sim [protected]. And i have been facing the balance deduction problem regularly. My balance of rs 15 was deducted some minutes ago on the name of the service called intelgamesub21 for 5 days. I don't even know how this service got activated as i didn't requested for it. This really is a headache now. They cut my balance almost every 2nd time i recharge as if i am not paying them enough. I need this balance thats why i recharged and it seems like they don't want me to use this service.
                I am really fed up of this and i will be changing my gsm service provider soon if i am not relieved of all this.

                  Sir, your reliance communications bill dated 24 oct 16 for period[protected] to[protected], bill no[protected] of reliance mob no-[protected] is absolutely baseless. my last payment for this connection was done on 24 may 2016, 3 days after the payment was made, 3g connection was terminated. when i enquired about it in customer care, they had no idea about it. so i went to the reliance store and there i was informed that they have closed all 3g connections and we have to apply for 4g connections. our extra money which i made prepayment before due date 5th june will be adjusted in 4g connection. so i applied foe termination of my connection in the same period. after termination of my connection in june how i am getting the bill. i am not in a position to pay this bill. kindly remitt this money and see that i am not being harassed in future.

                    My balance got deducted rs 42 first and rs 10 later on 11:45 pm for vas services. Even i had not messaged or called for this vas activation.
                    I yried to lodge complaint via 198 but customercare officer is not connected. Then i also tried [protected] to complain but customer officrt didnot connected...
                    So lodge my complaint and refund my balance 58 rs asap and take serious action against your persons whomsoever have done

                      I am using plan 998, when 4g upgrade has happened these guys changed my plan from 998 to 599.in earlier plan, i was having unlimited calls in roaming also. they have changed my plan from 998 to without my intimation and with out any update to me (either call or message).in 599 there are various plan, one of 599 plan has unlimited roaming calls! but still they put on some 599 plan where roaming calls are limited to 4000 min. i have taken the connection just to have roaming calls. now they are charging me 1200 additional to the existing plan i. e. 1800. why should i have to pay this amount. i have been calling then for the past two weeks, they have mentioned that the issue is from their side without my involvement the plan has been changed and mentioned that i will get a call in 24 hours to resolve this but still i did not get a single call till now after giving multiple calls with in 2 weeks time. i have sent a mail to their customer care also still same thing no response.

                      They have barred my outgoing. my profession needs a lot of travel and outgoing calls are important for me. please help me in resolving this.

                        I have a complaint of deducting my balance again and again whenever i recharge my no.. i am getting irritated from your service. and on your customer care no. 198 and *333 there is no any option provided to complain our problems. this time again there is a deduction of rs 5 from my mobile no. [protected] on 10 november 2016 and also rs 10 from mobile no. [protected] on the same day even i have not activated any vas or anything else..

                        U are telling me that my balance is waved but No I haven't got my balance till now. Executive contacted me and told that she will waive my balance in both the no. Provided by me on 11 Nov 2016 complaint but till now I have not got those lost balance in my both the no.

                            Reliance has not solved my problem and has over charged me for their oversight on my account. I have asked them to pay me Rs.4000 for hte losses i have incurred and they keep sending me "legal notices". I want them to solve my query and pay me for hte distress and damage they have caused me.

                            Their customer service has not bothered to call back and solve my query, but keep sending me an overcharge amount, and now send me legal notices via sms'. I am so fedup and now want to raise a consumer complaint against them as they are harrassing me with this situation and will nto solve it.

                              I have recharged rs61 on 31-10-16 but it is not working. For this I complained 2 times but no resolution. So plz refund my money.

                              And when I m dialing 198 the stupid executive always speaking in Kannada though my preferred language is English. They are simply diverting but which is not connecting to any executive.

                                Some months ago, reliance suddenly stopped its 3g connection. because of which my newly purchased 3g dongle became dead. it was of no use. i tried to request for discontinuation of service and ask for replacement of the dongle. but neither of the two could be done. instead they kept the dongle alive for 2 months and started harassing me for 1300rs bill. even they tried to call me in disguise as lawyers from Bangalore. they are not ready to register my complaints for replacement of dongle. its a mental agony from this renowned company.
                                my humble request is to either get paid for the bill and replace the 3g dongle with new 4g dongle or cancel the bill.

                                  We have purchased Reliance Connection 2 weeks before. We gave 1500 rupees to Reliance boy(Rupesh[protected]. I have also attached receipt of 1500 rupees. Rupesh told us 1000 Rs for advance rent and 500 for new Installation.

                                  Reliance technicians came and setup after few days but they didn't install new lines, they attached broadband with my landline[protected] old connection. So, why installation fee 500 was taken?

                                  At the time of installation, technician wont be able to setup the modem and somehow he managed to start and then he said register a complain in Reliance that Modem is not working properly and he left.

                                  After that when we connect to Internet, we will not be able to get proper speed. Customer care says it takes 2 days to update your data in system. Once it is updated, you will get proper speed.

                                  After 30 minutes, we will have to switch off the Reliance Modem and switch on to connect Reliance Portal. I have also attached screenshots of My Plan, Modem Capacity and Actual Internet Speed.

                                  I have got message that your Service Request No. is[protected]. Your request will be resolved in the next24 Hours.
                                  But when I call in customer care for the status they said your request is registered for slow speed not for termination or any other issues. Still these guys are cheating with customer.

                                  And I have to again register a new complain. New Service Request no. is[protected]. And they said It will be resolved in next 2 days.

                                  So, we have lost trust from Reliance and do not want to continue their services.

                                    This has reference to my earlier complain dated 18-10-16 which is removed without settlement. Rs. 300/- paid by me has not refunded as yet.
                                    13/14-9-16 : contacted by Reliance Communication Mktg Executive Ms. Mansi [protected] for better Postpaid plan, best services in less payment.She also advised me to submit copy of Adhar card, a photograph and Rs.300/- for the new Sim.
                                    15-9-16 Mr.Shiv [protected] handed over me a new Sim[protected]
                                    1096717R Reliance 4G/LTE on Pkt IMSI No.[protected] circle : Delhi Pkg Date Aug/2016 and collected all above docs and Rs.300/- cash against receipt No.CIL 10903.
                                    18-9-16 Called from [protected] to PORT from aircel and provide details. I made PORT request and my port code DD679314 of 18-9-16 with availability up to 04-1016 was informed to [protected] by SMS and also to Ms. Mansi.
                                    Also spoken to Ms. Mansi on 25/27-9-16 and 1-10-16 for progress.
                                    21-9-16 Email sent to gic.[protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@relianceada .com but reply not received.
                                    03-1016 Email sent to both addressee regarding progress but no reply.
                                    4-10-16 Email sent to refund Rs.300/- but no reply received
                                    18-10-16 Complain made on ConsumerComplaint.in .
                                    19-10-16 Received a call about 1130 from [protected] and she only asked about my complain as she wanted to confirm.
                                    25-10-16 Sent updated mail on consumer complaint.
                                    02-11-16 Again sent an updated mail on consumer complaint.

                                    Now I request that you kindly refund me Rs.300/- and take back the unactivated Sim which is of no use to me.

A new Sim was provided me for Rs.300/- but your company has not provided me the connection. I am only requesting you to return my Rs.300/- by cash/ cheque /draft or by any means and nothing else.

                                      I got reliance postpaid sim no:[protected]. The network was too bad to make phone calls. Then i complained them through 198 number. After getting the complaint they did not rectify the problem but they are concentrating only on money (bill payment). I asked them to solve the network problem but ...
                                      2 months have passed i make phone calls outside of my residential place since 2 months. I request you to resolve my problem. I cannot pay them untill they provide me proper network connection. Please help me in solving this issue.

                                      The problem remained for a long time. And not a small effort was taken to solve the coverage problem. So in while receiving call i became tempered and burnt my phone. But still you people keep on concentrating for money.
                                      Till now . If you keep on sending me bills I will go to consumer court and i have proofs too.

                                        My self suraj bhan & my reliance no. Is [protected]. I am not using any vas facility service and not near future. But as per balance notification my account balance deducted rs. 21. If you are not added back my balance than i will be moving to the consumer forum, because that type of problem facing many-many times.

                                        Generally sms received "you have been successfully subscribed to intelgamesub21 service for 7 days. To un-subscribe sms unsub 4043 to 155223 (Toll free).

                                        That type deduction regularly.

                                        I am not subscribe any vas services or not activated.
                                        Please reply as soon as possible.

                                        Today I have recharged my account with Rs.200 and I got a lot of messages like below and my account was deducted to 199 and remaining balance in my account is Rs.1 only.

                                        Generally sms received "you have been successfully subscribed to ASKShtfrmtVTSubs50 service for 50 days. To un-subscribe sms unsub 1629 to 155223 (Toll free).

                                        Today, I received 5 types of different message like above and balance got deducted.

                                        I am not subscribe any vas services or not activated.
                                        Please deactivated this VAS services ASAP.
                                        Please reply as soon as possible.

                                        I am really very frustrated this type of message please stop these and put my balance back to my account otherwise we must go to consumer court against this complaints.

                                        This is really very bad to connect to 198 it takes a lot of time to connect, I tried a lot of times today and finally connected to reliance customer care. Reliance executive said, my total balance has been back to my account but when I checked I found there were only Rs, 110 back to my account and Rs. 90 was not credited to my account.
                                        Please tell me what should I do, you are doing fraud with me and forcing me to go to consumer court.
                                        Please put my total balance Rs. 200 to my account.
                                        I have spent a lot of time because of this fraud.
