I have deposited security of Rs.300 at the time of port my number [protected] from Vodafone to Reliance to your executive visited my office. But today I get message from Reliance that security deposit of Rs.300 has not been received against your number [protected]. Pls deposit.

I called your customer care he told he can't do anything, call that execute who visited me, now I don't have his contact number and why I take his contact number because is your responsibility to take care of your executive if he is fraud or not.

So please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
If not able to resolved I"ll port to other network.

    I have terminated the connection in 24-Sep-16 and after the termination I am billed with rs 636. Also while termination I had to pay Rs837. Actually my plan was Rs 250 and they have changed to some other plan without my confirmation. When I checked with Reliance outlet, I got the info that the connection is not terminated yet.
    I want to get terminated my connection without paying the amount billed after my termination on 24-Sep-16
    Also reimburse the extra money paid due to plan change made without my confirmation.

      Internet is not working since from 25-10-16 and I have complain about this on the same day.
      Online people have given 24 hours of time but till the date Internet( Broadband ) is not working. Not a single person came to check the problems.

      After 19 Days,
      26-10-16 to 14-10-16 My Reliance net connection Problem was resolved.
      Now I am asking for waiver of that Amount from the bill that this much days I have not utilized My Internet .

      I got response for this complain as per " Process " they are not able to give Waiver.

      I have not utilized Internet for this 19 days then why they are deny for Waiver. Even I am not asking More for my harassment I am fair Enough for "My Right"

        My dongle no. Was [protected].
        Someone from reliance support reply to my email, i don't want the legal team to call me 100 times to make payment, first check the usage when you send me email for increased price and when bill is generated and then after 3gb o[censored]sage you disconnected the connection and i never used it. Make some sense and support the customer else in a few years you will not be in business. Mark the word.

        They made outstading balange of rs 3983 and then disconnected the connection.
        Now their legal team without any sense or knowledge are daily harrassing. They don't know how to speak, just asking give money give money.

        First thing you lied and sold the dongle which i am throwing in dustbin because of this rude behaviour of reliance.
        Second your team lied to continue the unlimited plan for 25 gb 4g without any increase in price.
        Again in between you upgraded and generated the bill of 2000 and something where i used only 10 gb internet.
        After i told to adjust the billing to 1149, you guys only offer 100 or 200 adjustment and created bill which is not acceptable.
        Then you charged for 3gb next month and generated the bill again.
        After i told i don't want to use, you keep telling pay first then you will disconnect the connection.
        Now i don't want to use and you keep on calling daily for payment.
        Don't you have anything else to do.?

        It is not resolved. Your team is lying or you are lying. Between your legal team is worst. They sending notice to me again and again, yet your support team are not providing information about usage or cheating they have done. Shame on you.
        Today evening..a unknown number called me and harassment me..i don't know about him but he know me..give my details information to blackmailing me.this number is [protected].please action about it.

I received Maturity Advice and I paid Rs.1311 as Total fulfillment Payments via Check No. 732192 of ICICI bank which was debited from my ICICI bank account on July 15, 2016.             I have 3g plan postpaid. i dont understand why i get roaming on my phone even when at home. i have 3g pack but always get 2g speed. many times calls are blocked. i had complained previously also but no action was taken. even customer care keeps calls on hold for long time. till now worst service.

                      As We recd this your message on our mobile that Pay Rs.186.3 due on you’re a/c by 28/10/2016 to avoid late payment charges, I already wrote to customer care that the every time payment updated in your system is too late.

                        They are also calling daily and harrassing me too. They overcharged the amount without notifying and updated the pricing in website after they generated the bill. Kindly some one take action against them.

                          I am a new Reliance Gsm Postpaid National MNP customer who comes from Vodafone Postpaid Network.
                          I had port-out my Vodafone network numbers to Reliance network.
                          Now my problem is, after port-in i am not able to receive incoming SMS from Banks (OTP & Balance Messages).
                          I am Receiving other non bank messages also partly. And outgoing sms is also working partly with only few other networks.
                          There is no problem in incoming and outgoing calls.
                          I visited many times in Reliance Store Changed sim again and registered complain for the same but after more than 5 days no solution from them.

                            The executive of reliance called me when i started procedure for porting to another network, and tell me that u don't change your network as they will give me good plan with benefits. she told me plan as per given below

                            monthly rent - 149
                            free calls - 400 minutes after that it will cost 0.30 rs. per call
                            free data - 1gb of 3G data and after that unlimited 2G data

                            so i am impressed with it and told her to activate this plan on my number on 27th day of Oct, 2016.
                            but today i got message that " your account usage is high plz pay rs. 981.38 to enjoy uninterrupted services." then i called costumer care regarding this massage they told me that you have only 50 mb of data free after that u will have charge of rs. 4 per one mb, thats why u got that bill when i tell them about plan i known to by there executive they refuse to tell me anything about if as bill is not generated

                            plz do something with this as i m middle class person and cant afford to pay such huge amount.

                            still i didn"t get any type of response from reliance communications. and now my out going facility is also barred by them. they are telling that without payment of bill they will not start my out going facility. why should i pay the bill when they charged me this bill amount fraudulently. now i have to port my no. to another service provider as no action has been taken against this fraud, and without any mistake i m facing lots of problems .

                              I tookthis connection during month of April 2016 for Rs 1000 and reliance upgraded their services from 3G to 4G elite no one asked me to get buy new dongle to continue their services during the month of Jul 2016 net work signal was disconnected afterwards walk into their store & informed to buy free 4G SIM & go to online to know about new dongle price & surprised they offered worth of 3600, i had informed them that i cannot spend to my new dongle, hence asked to close the services if they cannot provide the services, during month of Jul 2016 net work signal was disconnected, again i called up to the customer care about closing the services they confirmed it will be closed and asked to pay the outstanding bill, so i denied to pay for Aug 2016 Since my new dongle worth of 1000 rs not even used more than 3 months so take back & detect by Aug 2016 month outstanding without getting services from Reliance we suffered lot. Even for cancellation request :[protected] &[protected] raised.

                              I thought the services has been closed, i wouldn't get further statement since the services already disconnected but again they sent me statement for Oct 2016 without providing single, i had called up many times to the customer support and sent so many (15 times) emails for the clarification, so far i didn't get single response from their end, only the bill payment and collection team asking me to make the payment for the unused services and now threatening that will send legal notice, so far my transactions are very clear i have been maintaining good financial transaction but they didn't provide the services but asking me to pay is unfair.

                              If reliance forwarded my profile for non payment for issue, kindly do not accept it, because if they had provided the services i would be happily cleared the payment.

                              I have the same complaint. My dongle no. is [protected].
                              Someone from reliance support reply to my email, i don't want the legal team to call me 100 times to make payment, first check the usage when you send me email for increased price and when bill is generated and then after 3gb o[censored]sage you disconnected the connection and I never used it. Make some sense and support the customer else in a few years you will not be in business. Mark the word.
                              Thanks for your response & resolved the issue..Hope in future i will not get any call from your side regarding payment pending.

                                local representatives of ADAG Ahmedabad Prahladnagar Mr. Jaimesh Bhatt does not respond after personally calling him. The complaints are totally ignored. My complaint No. is[protected].

                                I am really not happy with the services provided by the company.

                                Please get my complaint cleared on immediate basis else I would now be forced to take out the connection. Already there are many connections who tend to be taken out due to this lethargy in services.

                                    i am anup choudhary from jaipur, using realiance gsm sim card with no. [protected].

                                    on dated 4 NOV 16at 10o clock approximate my balance was 30 inr . at 12 am they deducted my all money, i raised the compaint and after one day they refund my money and on the same they deduct it back .

                                    on dates 6 nov 16 i recharged with rs 150 at 11.32 pm .and on 8 NOV 16 they again deduct my all money by saying i have used internet, at the same time i was having 945 mbs left in internet balance,

                                    this reliance people cheat every time by doing this . cheap class greedy people .

                                      Very Annoying services received from Reliance.

                                      I have been marking emails to stop my VAS services which I have mentioned in my trail mail however again I have been charged more than Rs200/- for VAS services which I had requested to be stopped.

                                      Also when I back tracked my Rental plan which was earlier Rs350/- per month has changed to Rs399/- per month without intimation.

                                      Would request to track from when I have been charged Rs50/- extra for Monthly Rental & reverse the same with service tax levied on it. I have attached 2 bills in which you will be able to check the change in Monthly rental amount.

                                        Respected Sir,
                                        I am a postpaid user of 3G reliance mobile and tiring to PORT my mobile 3G GSM mobile number ([protected]) from Andhra Pradesh Circle to Delhi Circle from 15.10.2016 but facing lot of problem. I have submitted all the document as per instruction of your Reliance Mobile store, Ekta Communication, Shop No. 2, Devi Palace, Oppsite Raj Cinema, Prem Nagar, Sector 13, Delhi Road, Gurgaon, Haryana 122001 on 15.10.2016.

                                        My existing sim got deactivated at 12:28 AM on 21.10.2016 but after activation of new sim, I am not able to do any outgoing call and also not able to use Incoming, Outgoing and internet facility since 21.102016

                                        I talked to customer care (198 and *222) and Reliance Mobile Store, Ekta Communication, Sector 13, Delhi Road, Gurgaon, Haryana 122001 for several time but I am not getting any solution.

                                        I have visited Reliance Mobile store, Ekta Communication, Shop No. 2, Devi Palace, Oppsite Raj Cinema, Prem Nagar, Sector 13, Delhi Road, Gurgaon, Haryana 122001 store on 29 Oct 2016 on 5:00 PM and 31 Oct 2016, 7:00 PM but it was close. Then, again visited on 05.11.2016, 3:00 PM shop was open and briefed the problem and requested to re submission of my documents and completed the any formalities required. Your Sr. Executive (Ms. Smita) told the no additional documents are required and we have completed all the formalities and forwarded your documents and complain to concerned department.
                                        Then I talked to Appellate Authority number [protected] on same date i.e. 05.11.2016, 3:30 PM and briefed my problem and my complain number is[protected] then he assured me that It will we reactivated with 48 hrs in any case.

                                        Then I waited till 08.11.2016, 6:00 PM and talked to customer care number 198 and *222 several time but they are telling that due to technical issue we can't help you. Then again visited Reliance Mobile store, Ekta Communication, Shop No. 2, Devi Palace, Oppsite Raj Cinema, Prem Nagar, Sector 13, Delhi Road, Gurgaon, Haryana 122001 store on 08 Nov., 2016 on 7:00 PM but situation is same.
                                        In your Email dated 27 Oct asked me to furnish following detail, which is as follows:

                                        1. Date and time of submission: 15.10.2016 and 10:30 A.M.

                                        I am a reliance customer from from 2003 with my CDMA number [protected] and I using this number [protected] since 2013. Reliance being such a reputed company, why I am not getting any solution.
