Hello,

About 3 months back I received a call from Reliance office in bhashaweshwar nagar, Bangalore.

They offered me a postpaid connection with free calls for just Rs 199 per month, and I accepted it.

An executive came to my place to take all necessary documents and gave me a SIM . I paid him Rs 199 too.

I was informed that my SIM would be activated within 24 hrs. Its been 2 weeks now and still my SIM is not activated. And nobody is answering my calls anymore.

Please check all the details given below and get the SIM activated or give me a refund of Rs 199.

I managed to get the personal email of one of their employees ([protected]@gmail.com) and she told me that the their officials are fraud and that I can post a complaint.

She also gave me their office address.

    One sudden day a executive of reliance called me and offered me for a sim card for free of cost. only the security money to be paid for the sim. and i have paid 500 rupees. that executive told me that if there will be any problem with the address verification then the service for the sim card will be stopped. That's why i was very careful about this issue. one day i got a message that the address verification has been failed though i didn't get any call from any of the reliance executive. now suddenly one day my outgoing services has been stopped as well as my internet services. from yesterday onward my incoming has been stopped and it is saying (if anyone is calling) that the dallied number is incorrect. i have called that reliance executive for several times but that lady is saying that she is feeling bad for this situation but not taking any action. still now none of the reliance address verification executive has called me nor they have came to my house for any kind of verification. may i know what kind of customer harassment is this? Please it's a request to take necessary step for this company. And I want my service back within a day.

    I lost my phone and sim card so i want to deactivate my sim card please do so as soon as possible
    I converted my 3g post apid connection to 4g lte around back 6days but it is not working. There are not show any tower signal.

      Dear Sir,

      I had a connection which stopped working when you were upgrading to 4g. For 2 months I suffered and paid my bills even when I couldn't use net. I had to go for alternate connection as a backup. After calling consumer care repeatedly (avg call hold time 20 min each time) I was told that if I don't upgrade then I can't use your services anymore to which I told them I would like to discontinue...

      Now am getting this mail as below of going to Lok Aadalat... This is HARASSMENT and does not suit the dignity and stature of Reliance.

      Also am not sure if this whether is a prank as the below mail is from some Gmail id. If it's Reliance or some Govt body then why use a public mail server and not Gov or Reliance id?

      Always my phone balance get deducted without any reason and also no customer care number is available. This is really ridiculous, I m going to port this number to some good service provider who are not cheater like reliance.
      Worst service in tumakur not active on 10 days above every time same reason no power biggest worst in the word in tumakur

      I want to inform you that, i have a reliance connection which is recently port from idea network ([protected]) . but there is no network, only showing NO SERVICE. IM damn frustrated many times i called in customer care but no action taken by reliance. bad bad bad network. pls dont choos reliance ever.

        I had lost my sim card balance two times for intelgamesub 21 type auto renewal service which was not activated by me.

        Still i request for refund and close it. But your customer care executive officer - mamta, jasmin would not take care about it i have also one call with one another guy.

I got call from Reliance Consumer Service, Center-Mumbai. Then I got my Service Request No. 251744030 and finally got Balance refund to my SIM in 6 hours as per message confirmation on my SIM number.         I got one call from HARDEEP and also two messages regarding call and problem.

        But finally problem is not resolved. it will take 6 hours for solution.

        I wish asap my problem should be resolved by Relience Service or Technical team.

          Sir / madam,
          I would like to draw your attention to the billing problem faced by me since oct 2016:
          1. I am a senior citizen retired from private limited company. I selected reliance data card because it is reliance which provided service to common man on the street at the time when mobile service was considered to be white elephant, by late mr. Dhurubhai ambani. I had been enjoying your service since july 2014 with 2g service. I opted for a scheme of rs.599 with 6gb of data usage and the last bill including service tax came to rs.685/-. Though your 2g service was awfully bad, i had been paying bills regularly. My reliance data card no. [protected]

          2.in the month of sept. 2016, i received an sms on 03.09.2016 stating that my service has been migrated to another service plan with 3gb data usage rs.700 plan and i have to contact customer care service for any other details. I hope you will understand that the customer has to be given a choice to choose the service that is suitable to him (Affordability) and he should be given sufficient time to plan for his suitable plan and the toggle and other requirements. At present the fees payable for data services are coming down, i do not understand why they are increasing my bill amount. When i visited reliance store they informed me that i have to buy new 3g toggle and sim card. I requested reliance store to discontinue my service as all the customers are going to 4g service and why should i go to 3g and to 4g replacing toggle every time. The store person told me to contact the customer care service for discontinuing my service. And i received a bill for rs.805/- (All inclusive) in sept 2016 unit consumed - nil and another bill for rs.216/- for oct 2016. Unit consumed - nil. My earlier bill for aug 16 was rs.371/-

          3. I send mails to customer care service to discontinue my service and as per reliance manual of practice, customer can send mails to discontinue his service to customer care service and every mail has to be docketed and to be replied. Though i had send three mails, not a single mail was replied by reliance customer care service

          4. I am getting threatening calls from recovery section that i have to pay all the bills raised against me though i have not consumed any units for which details are available in the bill. When i informed them that i have written to customer care service to discontinue my service they informed that they will initiate legal action and legal notice is on the way etc.

          5. I have given details of bills received by me for the last three months.
          Aug 16 - 2g service - 371.00
          Sept 16 - 3g service - 805.00
          Nov16 - 4g datavoice_cn - 221.00
          Please inform me why there is huge fluctuations in the billing.

          Can you please look into this tangle and help me to resolve this issue and to come out of this hurdle which is disturbing me as i was enjoying trouble free service from reliance since 2014. This is harassment and does not suit the dignity and stature of reliance. Please inform me on the following:

          1. Has my service been discontinued and if so from which date. Will i be assured that no further billing will come from reliance and no harassment will be faced by me before i decide for the dues. There are numerous complaints that reliance do not disconnect the service and keep raising bills subsequently in the consumer forum.

          2. Is it fair on the part of reliance to force a customer to avail a service without informing him of various schemes available and the toggle replacements etc. And without his consent.

          3. Is it fair on the part of reliance customer care to ignore mails send by customer without replying and sending bills and threaten them with legal action etc.

          I am looking forward for a reply from you. I am also marking copy of this grievance to ministry of consumer affairs and to trai as i am not sure of outcome from reliance as on date.

            Hello,

            My number is [protected]. From last two days i am unable to receive the OTP from any online portal. Even i am not getting any kind of OTP from banks also. For this i called to my bank then said everything is ok there, you should talk with service provider. So i called to reliance call center they said you should talk with your bank. I am very much frustrated with reliance now.

            Is there anyone who can resolve my problem.

                Hi, I have ported my contact no [protected] from Aircel to Reliance, i got a call Reliance care for verification she said to handover my original id and and address proof to landlord but I refused because its in legal to handover my original id and address proof. i said u can visit on my communication address for verification but i will not available i you want to meet with me on mailing address so u can visit on Sunday because i have a job then she barred my calling and net connection then i called to customer care he said visit reliance care for re documentation i visited at there she arrange to re verification for sunday 06/11/2016 but its not done still now i am getting very irritation my contact no still working.

                        Reliance is one of the worst service provider.Time and again they will deduct some random charges .This time They have deducted 200 rs from my account.My balance on 2nd nov in main balance was 212 rs.when I checked on 4th nov my balance became 12 rs in main balance.i have got promo balance also around 400rs.When I have given mail to reliance customer care they have replied that for calls i made charges got deducted.1st of all I hardly made call worth 15-20 rs.2nd thing is whatever calls I am making charges are getting deducted from promo balance.For your information if promo balance is present Then for calls made charges deducts from promotional balance.Then where my 200 rs has gone.please provide me satisfactory response don't mislead the customer saying for calls i made charge got deducted.if that's the case please provide me detail on which no I made call so my 200 rs over or got deducted.Really very pathetic service from reliance.

                                I had a connection which stopped working when you were upgrading to 4g. For 2 months I suffered and paid my bills even when I could use net. I had to go for alternate connection as a backup. After calling consumer care repeatedly (avg call hold time 20 min each time) I was told that if I don't upgrade then I can't use your services anymore to which I told them I would like to discontinue...

                                  I received call from Reliance People, asking for my new address, so as to send 4g simcard against 2g sim what I have. After checking whether its not fraud, I told them My address... But the simcard havent reached since those 15 days.
                                  Reliance network is so bad that even changing towers while on road gets you "call dropped'. I am frustated with this call drop problem.
                                  Collaboration with TATA Docomo is just for call & Sms and not for data.
                                  They say, they have collaboration for data too, but my mobile never connects to aircel.
                                  At my native in Rajasthan, there is no reliance network, but still I am with reliance because of the plan I have, but If the call drop and network connectivity problems are not solved, we cant stay with you for longer, as many better options with may be higher charges are available.

                                      My internet connection is not working since last one month. Complaint ID :[protected]. On repeating complaints, all i am being said is : Your complaint is in process. What process you do which takes 1 month of time?

                                      All i know is EDP is down. Technical team is so much powerful that they are not providing time line to even Gujarat Nodal officer Sudhir Bhaduri.Strange.

                                      Guys, never go for reliance connections because once it goes down, nobody is there to here you. Today, i've called for society meeting and we are planning to leave all the reliance connections and opt for another provider.

                                      Note for Reliance :

                                      If you reply to this post, don't be stupid. Have some shame, some level of sense and dont write XYZ WILL CONTACT YOU DIRECTLY, TEAM IS WORKING, WILL BE RESOLVED AT THE EARLIEST ETC. I dont want any of your useless communication and reply only if you have solid reason. For timepass, use social media.

                                        Today I recharged my reliance number for ₹50 and after few minutes I automatically got subscribed to Video54646Sub60 service and total amount of my balance got deducted. This has happened several times before too. Pls help
                                        I don't subscribe any value added package but R-COM cut my balance form my account because they say I am subscribe a vallu added pack .I am lose above R's 300
