I have had CDMA sim number [protected]. As your direction I got 4g sim for upgrade. But it does not working please upgrade it. I filled format to get wipod Online. The error message came"the page not pound".

    I lost my balance 2 times 1st was 33 and 2nd was 45 rupees when i complained in customer care then always replied that our server is busy please call after some time i was calling continue 1 week still no response so i have desided that i will change my operator but when i send msg for mnp like port my no. But msg do not send every time so why when if i send msg other no. That time msg was send i also complain in customer care now i will go for court if you are not solve my problem. I have all call details and some proof.

      Hello My name is vivek Singh

      i got a dongle for reliance few years ago which never worked properly i was promised a speed o[censored]p to 14.1 mbps how ever when the guy came for a demo
      it showed 5 mbpswhich was fair enough
      i never got speed more than 2mpbs after the first months and then gradually it reduced to less than 1 mbps/ i called customer service a million times and these gusy cant even speak a language i can understand they ask me to speak malayalam tamil and wat not // still fair // they cant understand wat to do they only escalate my complaint // still fair // i never get to hear from any 1 // still fair // i continue with cheap low class network with 100 kbps speed and below but still paying 3g rates // still fair
      i called and spoke to a Member from termination agent since i was fed up //
      he said he will susupend my connection and asked me to get a new 4g device // which i did // got a new sim card went to stores to get t activated called a million people to make it work but since i got my product neither it worked nor they fixed it
      now i was being billed all this time
      ever month i was told sir pay bills it will work
      i fell for this straight 3 months in a row i
      paid bills with out any connectivity, i paid for a device which i never used and will never be able to use

      it still doesnt work // i keep gettnig bills // i keep getting calls and harassed
      please stop robbing me i have alredy paid u more than wat i have used and when i explained it to ur advisor they said its my fault i choose post paid
      am sorry for choosing ur network but please sto it get my connectindisconnected and free me froma ll dues i have paid u enough trut me check ur reords ihave a device that never going to be used or has been used u sold it to me // its a fraud u sacamming me id day light is not fair please dont torture me by those scary and abusive calls please its

        Dear sir,
        Myself kumar ranjan having the no [protected] had given my no for porting in airtel on 24th oct 2016, after that on 28 th of oct 2016, i visited kanke road, ranchi reliance outlet, where one of the ladies empoly was there, i asked her to kindly tell me the outsatnding amount of this no, she told me that around 60 rs was there, i didnt have to pay the money, after that i go from there, she transfer my no to any other person, after that in late night one of the empoly had inform that i am going to block the no, because your no had given to someone. (This is the major mistake had done by reliance outlet, kanke road, ranchi), after this my porting process was not processed due to this reason only,
        Today i visited the outlet and i asked that after your mistake i have to purchase the sim at the cost of 100 rs, again i asked that y have to pay the outstanding amount whatever is there till porting because no blocking, outgoing baring is totally unauthorized without the customer concern,
        I asked the person that kindly pay the outstanding amount agianst this no, but it only paying 100 rs but my total expenditure is 350 (250 till porting+ 100 rs sim purchased from patna)
        He denied and tell (Go to consumer court, dekh lange tumhe jo karna hai kar lo)
        Shamless job by reliance.
        If y take action then well, after that i can move forward with this issue. My alternate no is [protected], [protected].

        if y take action against the such type of reliance store then well and good, otherwise i will move to the court for the compensation, for the mental harassment and unauthorized blocking of my no, because in the blockage time of my no so many call had to do regarding with my business concern, i am accessing those things in which how much loss of money was there with my buisness concern also, either y take action and revert me quickly, so that i can move forward this issue in the honourable court.

          I had a reliance data card no. [protected] but due to non availability of proper service i raised a complaint to customer care, but i didn't get any help from their side.
          After that their was a pending bill of 1594 rs. Of 2 months, in july month i got a call from reliance employee rashi gupta and she told me that i had to pay 695 rs as a settlement of bill and after that they will terminate the no.. She provided the same on mail and i paid the bill on 26 july. Receipt is attached.
          Issue is reliance team didn't terminate the no and after 2 months i got a call from your recovery agents and they forcing me for paying the bill of 980 rs.
          I raised a complaint to your appellate authority but after lot of mail chains didn't get any proper solution.
          My query is, when i had already paid the settlement bill, why your team is forcing me to pay the remaining bill.

            I am using reliance post paid connection for the past 10 years. During recent years, i am getting very annoying messages stating some xyz services are getting activated upon my request.

            I never ever raised any such request through any means. Even after complaining about this to customer care so many times, there are no any changes from their end. Few customer care guys talk in irresponsible way to add fuel into fire.

            No am seriously thinking about leaving from this network as am forced to do so by such wrong behavior by reliance.

                This is regarding reliance postpaid landline.in june 1st week mr. swamy comes home to change the device as reliance was changing to 10 digit so new number and device would be given. all formalities of filling reliance form and taking amount of rs 2000 was done. the device was pathetic hence replaced with another one without a charger. its more than 3 months now but no response from the reliance. when contacted they said that the particular mr swamy left d job and ran away with the amount. despite 50 calls and 10 visits to the reliance office in vimannager pune officials at the office have just been avoiding and asking to meet this person and that person. bottomline all r putting on each others name. the people are samrajit singh, rahul narayane and niti bagade. these people are constantly asking my poor dad who is dealing with all this. he is a senior citizen touching 70yrs of age. they have harassed him mentally and physically as he would sit in t heir office for hours.
                Hell with your pathetic and disgusting service. kindly repay the amount taken for the useless device of rs 2000 along with his conveyances charges of 2000. he has visited the pune office 9 times commuting from alandi road to vimanngar which is long distance.

                    Be aware of reliance postpaid.
                    As i m using reliance 2 postpaid personaly
                    They are troubling me from last few months.
                    1st no is [protected] in this no they are charging 2000 rs incorrect charges for data usage. Which i have not used.
                    Also they had send bill double amt.
                    Which i have allready paid. They has send bill 3000 rs +.
                    After complaint of mine. They reverse 1500 in that bill.
                    That shows reliance is looting lakhs of people by sending more amt bill.
                    But still data charges issue has not yet resolved

                    2nd no [protected] in this no reliance has charge me incorrect international sms. Which i have not sent.
                    Also i have faced zero network for four days. Just because of reliance mistake.
                    As they didn't activate my roaming services from customer support no.
                    I have all 4 days ka recording with me of customer support complaints regards zero network. Just because of reliance i lost my lakhs of ruppes.
                    Very poor services.
                    I want compensation of everything

                    Plz be aware of reliance postpaid.

                        Dear All-Please refer the below mail from reliance dated 20.10.2016, as per this mail, my data card was terminated and currently NO out standing. But as per their 24.10.2016 mail, my bill amount is Rs.801/- How it is possible. Again I can tell that there are No clarity in reliance. Atleast after this mail, reliance people can close this issue otherwise they will push me to take the legal action against them.

                          You have been successfully subscribed to intelgamesub21 service for 7 days. to unsubscribe sms unsub 4042 to 155223

                            I have a reliance netconnect connection [protected]. CDMA services was stopped by Reliance since July but my bill was continuously get generated. I got a call from Reliance demand notice department where I settled my previous dues and balance amount was waived off in Sep month bill. Also I have received an confirmation email from Reliance email id that this is a full & final settlement and after that you will not get any bill generated. Your connection is permanently disconnected. However the termination request was not processed.

                            I have now received a new bill for October cycle and customer care is again asking me to raise a new complain, if the termination has to be processed. It is very annoying that I have to follow all the process from the beginning. I have been never issued any 4G sim and not requested. Please let me know why the connection closure is still not processed. I have a written email proof from Reliance and I will go to consumer court for filing the fraud case. Please support me in get my bill completely waived off and connection termination.

                            I had same issue with my Reliance [protected] CDMA as it has stop in the month of May - Jun 2016, already raised 10 - 15 times for disconnection but still not disconnnected and geeting bills on monthly basis.

                              I am using corporate connection for 18 subscribers but i am not satisfy with the service there is very harashment. they have stopped my all service. i request thm to waiver my bill but there is not any response from last three month. i have already conversation with mr. ajay kumar, mr vikas and jagdeep himachal head but they all never care for it. so i want to change my service provider also

                                I has lodged this complint through this web site on october 12, 2016.

                                I had purchased reliance dongle. Dongle no [protected] i has subscribed to 1 gb per month for life offer by paying rs.3000 on december 2014
                                I had subscribed for rs.3000 scheme wherein i had assured 1 gb data per month for life.
                                Since two months i am not able to browse.
                                I am getting message that not able to connect to computer.
                                Can you please rectify the problem & reactivate my dongle

                                Actually no body from reliance communications called me or attended to the said complaint.

                                This is just cheating the gullible customer

                                I got a call from Mr. Rajashekar from Reliance Communication with Phone Number [protected]. he asked my Debit Card Number why is this info needed to resolve my issue. He was telling Rs.10/- has to be paid as fee. is it true.

                                He asked to resrat the dongle by un installing & re-installing. This I have Done several time.
                                I doubt the customer care centre officials integrity in resolving my issue.

                                  I am using reliance prepaid connection from last 12 years. yesterday i received the display pop up message from your end that (special offer only for you) if i recharge for 15 rupees i will get 1000 mins other network and reliance to reliance local and std unlimited free for 28 days. however i recharged immediately but unable to use that benefit. i called to reliance customer care today and spoke to mr. hitesh. v supervisor, he said there is no such kind of offers and keep me on hold for 25 mins. i really don’t understand why you people are playing around with the customers. please resolve my issue asap.

                                    I have written several mails to reliance customer care on how I have been unnecessarily billed for 4G usage but there seems to be no response from them.

                                    My wi pod dongle stopped working since mid july 2016 and i did not buy the new 4G wi pod. I also requested to terminate my connection but they didnt.

                                    On 18 th october 2016, i received a call from +91 [protected] (10.50 am) and introduced himself as kumar and said that he was callin me from the Reliance legal team.

                                    He told me that I had not paid the bill and I explained him the entire scenario. He then said he would give me a waiver and asked me to pay Rs 300/- and he would cancel the connection.I agreed and paid the amount but as promised he did not send me any cancellation mail.

                                    Today I got a call from +91 [protected]. I missed the call and called the same number at 5.08 pm. They said the same thing again about non payment and I asked for a supervisor to talk to.

                                    Then a lady named Bhavani answered the call and started abusing, calling me a defaulter. She then threatened about legal notice and asked me to come to chennai high court tomorrow!!

                                    Seriously?? Never seen customer care at this level!! Request you to check the call details at the time stamp provided and ensure proper resolution.

                                      They had promised my local & std calls will be unlimited for 2 years.
                                      & after activation service my no was having zero network for 4 days.
                                      Cust support took 4 days to activate my roaming services on my buisness no.
                                      As my plan is covered roaming free. i stay in ulhasnagar its come in maharashtra service. reliance communcation have done very wrong with me.
                                      I have all proofs in my recording which i have communicate with cust support no on 198

                                      But now they have charge me incorrect charges of international sms.

                                      On my [protected] no they are charging wrongly International SMS charges which I have never usesd.

                                        No action taken on my previous complaint. I have raised a complaint on 27-Sep-16 regarding my 3G connection closure as 3G is not offered anymore with Reliance. Also, I received a bill for 4G data plan on September while I have not availed a 4G -sim-card/dongle.
                                        Following the previous complain, termination request has been accepted by customer care and I was asked to raise a waiver request directly from Reliance store. The waiver was successfully posted for September billing cycle. However the termination request was not processed.
                                        I have now received a new bill for October cycle and customer care is again asking me to raise a new complain, if the termination has to be processed. It is very annoying that I have to follow all the process from the beginning. Please let me know why the connection closure is still not processed. I have escalated this issue to Reliance Appellate Authority, however the connection closure was not done.

                                        My issue is still not resolved. I had received a Demand Notice on behalf of Reliance Communications demanding payment for October cycle.
                                        I have clearly stated multiple times to Reliance Customer Care and through this forum that I have no legal obligation towards payment of bill for October - 2016 cycle.

                                        To re-iterate,
                                        1) I have not requested for upgrade to Reliance 4G and I have denied all the calls from Reliance customer care offering the upgrade.
                                        2) My subscription got automatically upgraded to 4G without any intimation.
                                        3) I have requested the termination be closed but it was not complete.
                                        3) I received a revised billing for September - 2016, for 4G plan. Post this, i approached the Reliance store and raised a waiver request. This was processed successfully.
                                        4) I received the billing for October as the termination request didn't complete on time.
                                        5) I had again raised a complaint to waiver the October cycle billing and it was no processed. I have communicated to the Customer Care that I have no obligation to pay this bill.

                                        To go-through each step was painstaking and the issues get resolved only after it is escalated in forums.

                                        Billing generated for Oct-2016 cycle should be waivered and the Demand Notice should be withdrawn. I require a written communication pertaining to both bill payment waiver and demain notice withdrawal.
