I have already raised a compliant which was not resolved and I'm submitting this compliant once again on Reliance, I'm still receiving calls from reliance communications and the issue is not yet resolved. They have called me and said that there is legal notice issued. I'm getting threatening calls from Reliance.
Sir i hav a reliance no. [protected] but usme mai jab v balance dalwata hu mera balance baar baar kisi na kisi bahane bina inform kiye kaat liya jata hai jiske karan mujhe badi paresani ho rahi hai.
to mai kya karu koi upay bataye anyatha mai apna no port karwa lunga.
This time reliance network is very bad .

no incoming call receive
continues i have 1 month prob

plz sole this problem
I have made complin to reliance customer care for closure of my postpaid no but i have no satIsfied till date

    I have submitted the request in reliance broadband site to get the new connection and i got the call from one of the sale person then i paid the initial amount of 1500 plus dd charge to the person came and collected in my home. the amount was paid on[protected]. i asked the sale person when i will get the connection he said you will get in another 2 or 3 days but this is not was is happened. on almost every week i followed him and asking the connection status, he always says you will get next day and telling there is some technical issue. so i waited some more days. after almost a month he gave only wireline that didn't have any functional connection.

    finally after two months, he says there is no feasibility, so we can't give connection. i'm completely dis-pointed after following to get the connection almost two months, he said you will get refund in DD in another 10 days on September but still now i didn't get any refund, it is almost three month from when i paid the amount.

    if there is not feasibility then why they are getting the money before.

    please fix the issue and provide the connection or give refund ASAP.

    And the is no proper response or any action taken towards the complaints, i almost gave 5 to 6 complaints to reliance customer care. they simple saying go and raise the complaint in nungambakkam branch other wise you will loss your money, this is not accepted answer from reputed service provider.

    I was not get any response after i posted the details to the link shared by Reliance Communications Customer Care's(above comments).

    is there any progress on this?
    I m Using reliance no. [protected].
    I hd registered so many times of complaint about the network and bad Data Services but I did not get any kind of solution only a single bar has been showing in networks and whn I try to use Deta. It's not connecting even my data is on
    In reliance GSM my total recharge balance is Deduct without any reason..
    Amount : 80 rs..
    So, I request u to plz solve my complain in any ways...????

        Use of abusive language by customer care representative near Jaipur area.Name of the CC representative is Virender designated as senior representative. Company frequently does wrong deductions from the balance without usage of any value added services by me. The company does neither send messages prior to deduction clearing the cause nor does return the balance on calling the customer care executive.These deductions amid calls have lead to call drop many a times, this has led me to incur much loss. Moreover on calling the customer care the executives talk in a very vague manner an d do not give a satisfactory reply and put the call on hold for a long time, therby wasting my time and vigour. Moreover the executives are so much vaguely proud of themselves that even on warning them against an action by the consumer court, the are not feared rather make derogatory remarks against the honorary consumer court.
        Thereby i request the court to intervene and solve the matter as soon as possible and refund my balance and other losses so far and warn the company from doing any such further acts.I also request the court to take a stern action against the representative VIRENDER.

              I am from lucknow, i am using reliance broadband for the past few years, i have not had any broadband for the past one week, i register a complaint and it solved without notifying me or getting any notification by me.

              Today i received a call from the local office who informed me that my issue cannot be resolved before 31st october as all technicchian have gone on leave, i have been consistently registering complaints from[protected] and no one was sent to my house to look into it, the customer service has been unhelpful and at times quite rude, the nodal office is always rude i have had horrendous experience with them, their attitude has reached to a point of harassment, i wish reliance cared about customers as much as they claimed, i have lost all hope and now just hoping somebody would look into it here

                I have been using the reliance sim [protected] for some months now and i am really facing the balance deduction problems regularly. Today morning i received a text message, "you have been successfully subscribed to intelgamesub21 service for 7 days. To un-subscribe sms unsub 4043 to 155223 (Toll free)."
                But i don't have a clue how it got activated as i did nothing. And woosh 21rs. Deducted without my request for service.
                This is really a bad move by reliance to deduct money like that as if i am not paying them enough. I strongly want to change my telecom provided if i don't get my balance back.

                  First of all i was forced to purchase a reliance postpaid sim by repeated phone calls from reliance people, a person named arundathi used to call me. She informed me that the plan charges per month will be 499rs and every month they are making me to pay a sum of 800rs from past 6 months as we are not much well off i have to strugle to pay 800rs every month

                  I tried for porting the sim to idea from past three months its not proceeding, even cancellation is not possible itseems

                  How to deal with this, im really confused

                  If i call service centre they will speak to me very rudelly

                    This complaint i am making against reliance communications ltd. regarding my billing details for the month of october'2016, first of all i want to inform one thing that last month i went to a reliance communication office situated at dhangu road, pathankot to get my reliance postpaid number converted to prepaid but as there was alott of rush going on for the purchase of jio connection, one of the staff member denied and said that i will be converted after december, and when i said that i want to disconnect this connection that staff member said that throw away the sim card in a very rude way. after that i have not used the sim card and purchased another connection.

                    And now when i sent a mail to the customer care to convert my sim from postpaid to prepaid they are again and again giving a foolish answer that jio is a separate entity as i am saying to convert my reliance communications postpaid connection to reliance communications prepaid one.

                    And when the bill of october month arrived i was shocked to see that without using the sim card they have charged me 500/- rs extra and o[censored]sing r-world services, i want to know how come any can use r-world without inserting the sim card in mobile. and when i mailed this concern to the customer care then i got a reply from rajeshree raut that the bill amount bis correct and it cannot be waived off. i want to know the date & time when these services were used without inserting the sim card.

                    Solution to my complaint is that bill for the month of oct and nov should be waived off as i have not used any services.

                      I am really upset with reliance gsm prepaid. I did a topup of rs 220 for my main balance and rs 79 for data, both via paypal. Paypal clearly stated that i can get 500 mb 2g data for rs 79. But that didnot happen and both rs 220 and rs 79 went into my main balance and because of this my whole balance became zero last Sunday as i was charged from my main balance for using internet. It was not my fault that the 2g data pack didnot get activated. So, i really hope that i can get my 299 rs back in my main balance. My phone number is [protected]. My name is Sudhir Damani.

                        The reliance 10 GB/month 3G dongle plan was converted to 2GB 4G plan in Aug-Sept 2016 without any intimation to me, neither by mail, text message or by voice call. The customer service people also have been least co-operative! The girl didn't let me know why my dongle wasn't getting connected and said maybe I've used up all the data.
                        My bill for Sept has hence come more than double of what I used to pay and for so less data!!
                        Why was I not intimated? This is not the way to conduct business!

                        I am not willing to pay more than I've used. I've been treated unfairly and I want a fair resolution of the issue.

                            My name is Jayesh and Mobile no. is [protected]. I got two messages "You have been successfully subscribed to Video54646Sub60 service for 30 days.To un-subscribe SMS Unsub 4033 to 155223(Toll Free)." and "You have been successfully subscribed to LDRSubSub30 service for 9 days.To un-subscribe SMS Unsub 4035 to 155223(Toll Free)." and an amount of Rs. 60 and Rs.18 respectively has been deducted from my account which I did not request nor did I replied to any of such messages. But amount of 60 + 18 has been deducted. For this I called at 198 and *333 and executive deactivated my service but not refund my money. I tried to register complaint at "reliance insta care app" but it is not being registered. I called nodal office but they said amount is non refundable and when i asked them what type of service it is and what i will get from this service they said they don’t have any information about this. So they neither return money nor do they know anything about service. Earlier also I faced this type of problem without any confirmation service activated and balance deducted. This is my final warning and if my request is unresolved this time as well I will port out of the reliance and move to consumer forum and TRAI for this complaint.

                            Hope i will get refund soon and other people not face this type of trouble.

                            Thank you my complaint is resolved.
                            My name is Manishand Mobile no. is [protected]. I got a message a "You have been successfully subscribed to LDRSubSub30 service for 15 days.To un-subscribe SMS Unsub 4035 to 155223(Toll Free)." and an amount of Rs. 30 has been deducted from my account which I did not request nor did I replied to any of such messages. But amount of 30 has been deducted. For this I called at 198 and *333 and executive dont have any information. I tried to register complaint at "reliance insta care app" but it is not being registered. I called nodal office but they said amount is non refundable and when i asked them what type of service it is and what i will get from this service they said they don’t have any information about this. So they neither return money nor do they know anything about service. Earlier also I faced this type of problem without any confirmation service activated and balance deducted. This is my final warning and if my request is unresolved this time as well I will port out of the reliance and move to consumer forum and TRAI for this complaint.

                            Hope I will get refund soon and not face this type of problem in future.

                                I ported my mobile from vodafone to relaince.
                                I got message from both operator regarding poring switch on 27-oct-2016 11:30pm. Yesterday night my vodafone sim deactivated, but still my reliance new sim not showing any signal.
                                I went to the relaince store 2 times and made multiple call, still my problem not resolved. There is always a excuse regarding server not working.
                                Kindly resolve my issue asap.

                                    I am a customer of reliance broadband Internet .my postpaid connection number [protected] and user name saroja ammal. my Internet connection is not working on[protected]. I have register complaint number[protected]. till today it's not working. I have called to nodal officer also. They said that technician called you and inform you regarding the issue. But the real fact, no one call me and inform me. Now they said that complaint is closed by the technician advice. I am a law student. I will file a case in consumer court against the reliance company if it not solve today.

                                      Sir/madam,

                                      My reliance dongle (reliance number [protected]) which was not used for the last 2-3 months. i did raise a ticket with your customer support team. they have stated that twice that technical team will check and revert.in addition to this they have stated that this has been allocated to the technical team.

                                      This happened on 31st august, 2016 at 20:18 hrs (ist). the customer care call went for 11 minutes and 50 seconds. i did followup calls on 02nd september (called twice), 06th september, and 07th september, 2016 (called thrice). i can furnish the exact call timings if you require.

                                      Since i was not getting positive and encouraging reply from your customer support team, i have decided to visit the local store in arakkonam from which i have bought my dongle.

                                      When i have checked with your local reliance store, i have been communicated that my dongle is obsolete and i need to buy a new dongle.

                                      When i have requested to get the new dongle and the salesman stated that reliance cdma offers are over and your dongle is no use and you can throw it away and i need to buy a new dongle at a price of inr 3200. he had stated that if iam looking for any offers/assistance i need to visit your chennai office.

                                      Immediately i have personally visited your chennai regional office to check whether any steps can be taken to address this.

                                      I have received the same kind of reply there as well.

                                      Iam shocked the kind of attitude shown to the customer at your stores irrespective of the locations.

                                      In addition to this after communicating my personal number i have been getting threatening calls to make the payment on the other number, which is used by mom who is at the age of 70.

                                      I have been getting calls/mails stating that i will sued for non payment of the bill.

                                      Kindly clarify the following points

                                      1. without upgrading/buying/using a new dongle, do i need to pay the monthly rent which i continued to pay earlier?
                                      2. when i have checked with your store, i was informed that i should have applied/upgraded to cdma which was missed inadvertently.
                                      3. do i need to pay without availing your service?

                                      Today, I have received a call on the other number which is used by my mother([protected]) and I have to make the payment today. And the person had stated that she is calling from Madras High Court and her name is Anitha and she has her office in Chamber No 22.As per her, Reliance had already served summons to me and I need to make the payment today. I have stated that Iam in my hometown and I cannot make payment today. Immediately she had stated that If don't do this local police will reach me and see what happens and disconnected the call. Then I have called her from my number and stated that I will meet her on Monday. I have not received any summons from Reliance through post.Can somebody explains what the collection process with Reliance is and why Iam threatened? Being a public forum, Iam not sharing her mobile number. Please clarify the reason behind this threatening calls

                                      I have received a call on 29th October, 2016 at 11:46 AM and reiterated that I need to pay the bill for the period in which I have not used/activated CDMA service.I have received this call from[protected]

                                      In addition to this I was messaged to apply for a 4G dongle and I need to get it activated.

                                      Even for termination of the connection, I need to pay the outstanding amount.

                                      I have clearly stated in the mail that my dongle was not working and I was asked to pay the rental for the dongle which is obsolete. And I have lodged a complaint on 31st august, 2016 at 20:18 hrs (IST) and the customer care call went for 11 minutes and 50 seconds. i did follow-up calls on 02nd September (called twice), 06th September and 07th September, 2016 (called thrice). i can furnish the exact call timings if you require.

                                      If Iam using 4G dongle and I refuse to pay the rental, you have every right to do so.

                                      She was stating that I need to pay the rental even though Iam not using the dongle.

                                      I have clearly stated that, please reach me on my cellphone number anything pertaining to this issue. Despite of this, we have received a call on the other number.

                                      The call was generated from[protected] at 12:02 PM on 31st October, 2016 and the caller was again asking to make the payment.

                                      Here are my queries:

                                      1.I have not updated/bought a new dongle, despite of that do I need to pay?
                                      2.I have clearly stated that Iam not using your service, still for termination of connection do I need to pay?
                                      3.When the calls will stop coming to the other number which is used by my mother?
                                      4.Iam getting two different messages on two different cellphones, which one I need to believe/trust?

                                        મારું નામ સગરી શબ્બીર એહમદ નુર અહેમદ છે. મે થોડા દિવસો પહેલા રિલાયંસ પોસ્ટપેડ કનેક્સન લીધું હતું. જેનું નબંર ૯૯૯૮૨૯૧૨૧૧ છે.જે મે રિલાયંસ મારેકેટિગ એજ્નંટ પાસે થી લીધું હતું . જે મારા પાસે થી ૪૦૦ રૂપિયા ડિપોઝીટ ના કહીને લઈ ગયો હતો . પછી મને રિલાયંસ માં સર્વિસ બરાબર ન મળતાં મે કમ્પ્લેન કરી કસ્ટમર કેર માં પંરતુ મારી પરોબ્લમ સોલ થઈ નહી. અને ના છુટકે મારે MNP કરાવવી પડી. આઈડિયા માં . મે મારું રિલાયંસ નું મારુ બિલ જે લાસ્ટ બીલ રૂ . ૧૨૫૦ હતું તે બિલ ચુકવી દીધું હતું. અને પછી આઈડિયા માં નંંબર MNP માટે આપ્યું હતું. આઈડિયા માં MNP ની પ્રક્રિયા માં ૨૦ દિવસ થઈ ગયા હતા. જેના લીધે રિલાયંસ નું ૨૦ દિવસ નું બીલ બની ગયું હતું . રૂ. ૪૭૭ નું અને મારી ડિપોઝીટ પણ રિલાયંંસ માં જમા જ હતી . મને એવું કે ડિપોઝીટ માથી તે નાંણા કપાઈ જશે . પરંંતુ જે રિલાંંયન્સ નો એક્ઝેટિવ આયો હતો મારી પાસે તેણે તે ડિપોઝીટ જમાંં નથી કરાઈ. જેના લીધે મને તકલીફ પડી . મે જયારે એને ફોન કરયો એણે મને જવાબ આલ્યો નહી. અને વ્યવસ્થીત રીતે વાત નથી.
                                        તો હુંં એ જાણવા માગું છુંં કે તમે લોકો અમને આવી રીતે કનેકશન આપીને પૈસા લુટો છો. શું ? તે એક્ઝિટવ નું મારી પાસે ક્યાંથી આયો હતો તેનું મારી પાસે એડ્રેસ નથી. ફકત મોબાઈલ નંબર છે. મો. ૭૮૭૮૩૨૩૩૦૮ આ એનું નંબર છે. તમે આ નંબર ઉપર યોગ્ય પગલાં લો. અને મારી ડિપોઝીટ મને પાછી મળે એવું ન્યાય કરો.
