Dear sirs,

My data card was not working from july and i have raised numerous complaints on 21/7/2016, 8th sept 2016 and sept 21st sept 2016. The last mail was returned undelivered to me saying: router. Database disk quota exceeded. You have not bothered to reply or even acknowledge my mails. So many times i have visited your franchaisees at porur and they have failed to give me a 4g connection. Inspite of the knowledge that without 4g the data card will not work, you were going on raising the bills for non working of the data card. At last i made a complaint on 23/9/2016 under complaint no.[protected] for permenant disconnection. I have so far not received any communication from you towards permenant disconnection. At this juncture you have raised another bill no.[protected] for the period from[protected] to[protected] for 1137/- for which i am forced pay to your agent ace business under receipt no. 27625 dt[protected], after you threaten me to issue an advocate notice by sms. All the facts shows that you are not update in the customer care services and the aim is to harass people. Being a senior citizen of over 70 years i am forced to suffer a lot of mental agony between july and upto now.

I do not expect any reply or acknowledgement of this mail. If you are really at customer service satisfaction, you should return me the payment of rs. 1137/- being charged for non working of the above data card.

    I have been scammed by one of reliance employee from bangalore who taken money from me in against of providing the reliance customer support call center project.. His name is nikhil and his email address he gave was [protected]@rcom.com. He has given the agreement which has below mention address and the reliance logo.

    As per i know he is working in below mention address

            My reliance number [protected] and relationship number[protected].
            I already request this post paid connection to close. But they have generate the bill for every month and send the r legal message for every day. I bought a new 3g reliance device and use only 3 to 4 months. Then it is all upgrading reliance 4g. So my reliance 3g device not working then how can i pay bill. They give one year warrenty card but now it is useless. And they disconnect the internet and generate the bill for next month.

              My reliance number is [protected], customer name:mohamed hassan ali and i have been asked to pay rs.2389. Previously it was 620 rupees alone which itself was generated despite deactivating the number. Earlier it was 4500 rupees bill amount when we migrated to 4g from cdma and after complaing in the online through grahak seva and other sites i got my bill changes to 690 rupees unfortunately i also complained to the nodal officer of rcom tamil nadu who seems to be very rude and he replied me saying that the reliance communication has the right to change the plan and everything without informing and asked me to pay 1700 rupees along with the 620 rupees. They are threatening with legal notices and cases if i dont pay the balance amount. When i called the customer care asking for support they are saying that the number is of reliance communication but the owner is not me. They saying there is no balance from my side and on the other side the nodal officer and it team is asking me to pay. I have attached some details

                Jio service are very bad.my sim got activated in 20days.. after making more then 18 compliant nothing happened and at last it got activated but calls are not connecting.. today I went to the store of jio ..store is in barnala road, bhatinda, punjab. Its an authentic reliance store. The manager name is hemant arora.. he insulted my girlfriend.. infront of me.. he was very rude and insulted us.. I want justice. Why reliance have to keep rude employees..

                    New data card is not connection & disconnected from rcom
                    Dear sir/madam,

                    I am guru, i have got a reliance data card one year back (Net connect – reliance no : [protected]), last 2 months i am not able to connect to internet. We have paid all the bills till july 2016.

                    From customer care they have asked to migrate from 3g to 4g. We told, we do not want to migrate, we have just a year back only got a new data card. So we are not interested to go for new connection and any new plans.

                    From 01 aug 2016 onwards the data card is not connecting to internet. We have asked customer care, they have asked us to check with nearby reliance store.

                    We went to reliance store and asked them to fix it, so we can connect to internet. They responded that, this data card will not work anymore, you have to buy a new data card and go for new plan.

                    And they told that, if you are not buying & migrating to new plan for 4g you will automatically got disconnected form reliance netconnect network. And also it got disconnected and cancelled reliance datacard accounts.

                    But we are getting bills for un-agreed plan for new mobile 4g sim and new monthly charge.

                    Concerns :

                    1. We have got the data card one year back – why it is not supporting the existing plan for existing customer. (It is new one)
                    2. We are getting bills for not used connection for aug 2016 & sep 2016

                    We need :

                    For point 1 : we have got the data card for rs 1, 800/- a year back. Please refund the amount against the data card.
                    We are not able to connect internet for 2 months for that you have to pay compensation.

                    For point 2: for suspended account we are getting bills for that we are getting calls from reliance customer care asking for money to pay. :

                    1. Without our agreement – you have disconnected the connection – we need compensation for that and
                    2. Calling and giving trouble to us for that you have to pay for compensation.

                      Internet not working from september starting and they are sending bills. I had complained and also mailed them discontinuation request in sept itself and now they are saying bills would be sent because discontinuation is not done.

                        I had ported my no [protected] from voda to rim and my voda sim got deactivated last night but rim sim is not activated and this is really very frustrating and iam not at all happy with this kind of service i called up rim customer care 5 time but they just said that due to server down error they are not able to help. And because of that iam not able to call anyone and not even able to receive any calls.
                        It is more then 3 days and i still did not the sim please dont use rim they have the worst services

                        i had ported my no [protected] from voda to RIM and my Voda sim got deactivated on 22 Oct 2016 but Rim sim is not activated and this is really very frustrating and iam not at all happy with this kind of service i called up RIM customer care 5 time but they just said that due to server down error they are not able to help. and because of that iam not able to call anyone and not even able to receive any calls.

                        now i call the person whom i bought that sim (Orintes solution) as they told me on phone they just said that they cant do anything and iam free to do what i want and after that no one is picking my phone screen short is attached for all contacts whom i talked. it is more then 10 days i am without my sim still waiting i right so many mails got 1 call who said that i get my sim soon but 7 days is over but i got nothing pathetic service i have ever seen. i paid 300 rs and got nothing accept frustration and rest of the things cant described.

                          The customer support Representative-two females in Annanagar-Reliance mobile store are use less. These two females do not know how to speak with customer. They show their rude face to customer if a customer ask any query.
                          I went two times and did not get proper update. Then I contacted CSR through phone service and got the detail.
                          They do not have good mannes. no patient, no good knowledge about the product.
                          I stay in annanagar. I had problem in my dongle as the system got closed. they did not provide any info, they are not kind enough to speak also. Instead they blindly and roughly said to contact nungambakkam branch.

                          The higher officials should take action against them. Because of these two females, I am trying to avoid reliance service . Ans I am trying to take some other internet service provider.

                            There was a message of subscription of ndtvglam on my number [protected] without my concern. And there is a deduction of ₹30 from maon account.
                            I called to custmer care support centre but didnt get help from them as they were saying that it has been subscribed from my side and i didnt subscribed this.

                            My SIM card registration has failed. All these days My M.P SIM card was under active state till 19/10 and I have recd. sms also . But now I am getting this Msg as SIM CArd registration failed. My let me know the genuine reason for it and suggest what alternate can be done to get my SIM registration with the same number.

                              My Reliance data card number is [protected]. I took connection in Feb 16 end. The service was very bad. Every month I had to complain regarding speed. whenever we contact customer care the only thing which they will suggest is to change mode. Any how I continued with the service. I was paying each month bill on time also.

                              For full July 16 month speed was very pathetic. I used only 10 GB of data. When enquired with customer care they said due to network up gradation speed issue is there. When I enquired regarding bill they said bill will come according to usage. But when I received the bill it was of full amount. I called customer care but no one had solution. I wrote mail to them but no one responded. In august (18) they closed down there CDMA services without informing.

                              For August month also no speed was there and was not able to use the data and still they sent bill. I wrote them but none of my mails were replied. In October they are sending messages that legal action will be taken for non payment of bill. You are not responding to my mails, not resolving my bill issues and sending me messages for legal action.

                              Is this your customer centricity? Even mails to your appellate authority has not been answered.
                              I barely used my device for six months only. Will you refund me the device cost?
                              Instead of threatning with legal recourse why dont you respond to my mails regarding bill issues?

                              Seeing your response consider myself lucky that i didnt fellin your 4G upgradation scheming.
                              Still I am ready to settle the bill once and for all provided you send me revised bill for July 16 (of 10GB) and August 16

                              Hope they respond and my issue is resolved.

                              Their collection team called me and sent me a mail asking me to pay specific amount calling it full and final settlement amount on 28th of October. If amount is paid then i had to tell the payment receipt number to them. Once payment is made then the mail which they sent me can be treated as no due certificate. I paid and shared the receipt number with them

                              On 28th of october i got a mail from acebs.[protected]@gmail.com for full and final settlement of the pending bill amount. I paid the amount mentioned in the mail. It also stated that after payment mail can be treated as no due certificate.

                              Since i paid the mentioned amount No further amount is due on my account and my connection is also terminated.

                              With this all my payment issues are solved.

                              I have been recieving violent threats from a person claiming to be acting on behalf of Reliance Communications. This persons name is Gayathri. She is calling me from [protected] and is writing from acebs.[protected]@gmail.com (Please note this is a personal mail id without any reference to Reliance communications).
                              She claims to be part of a team of advocates called Aravindan, residing at 14, Venkatesan Street, T Nagar, Chennai 600 017.
                              She is writing several threatening messages everyday and calls me with an intention to extort money in the pretext of outstanding charges that I owe to Reliance.
                              My subscription information is as follows :

                              The services on this account were terminated in September of 2016 and all the outstanding dues were settled with this service provider with due acknowledgement. I have evidences suggesting that all outstanding dues were settled and no further dues are owed to this company.
                              However this person calls me and messages me everyday without any solicitation claiming that she is representing Reliance and is extorting money through threats.
                              I have filed a criminal complaint with my local police station against this collection agent. The local inspector called the collection agent whose name is Murugan for fraudulently misappropriating my money. He has switched off the mobile and has refused to answer further calls from the police station.

                              I have currently sought the help of Tamilnadu Cybercell for action against this Advocate team and if they are in fact representing Reliance, then I will be seeking punitive damages from Reliance COmmunications.

                              Kindly advise me how to proceed in this matter. I will be producing all my evidences in the Consumer court. I have also sought the help of Consumer and Civic Action Group Chennai for proceeding legally against the aforesaid individuals and Company.

                                Hello sir
                                I have been calling customer care from morning related to problem of my out going call is not going inspite of balance in mobile. Even my balance is not showing if i check it on *367# but if i send message on 55333 to get my balance detail it show balance in my account. But i can't make any call nor i can do message to. I m facing this problem seen from tomorrow but inspite of calling again and again i have not receive any kind of solution against my complaint. Your executive are just saying they can't help now due to server problem. They keep my call on hold but no one and it and then again transfer my call to ivr after holding call for long time this is really disappointing behavior of your customer care executive. Hope you slove out my problem as soon as possible.

                                  I had registered a request for closure of wireless landline number:[protected]. I had been informed that the check would be sent via post within 90 days. It's been more than that period and I haven't still received the amount.

                                  I also visited the reliance store from where I had filed the request clearing all dues. They said that the amount is transferred on 9th September. Could you please look into this matter and provide me additional details as to in which account have you transferred the money? I would appreciate if you could communicate via call.

                                      My number is [protected], it was a cdma connection, recently it was transferred to 4g gsm, I was having a monthly plan of rs.1300 with 50%discount on rental, in this plan data and calling were unlimited, now the plan has changed to Rs.1300 with capping on calls and Data, this plan was changed without giving and intimation and also they didn't provided and details about this plan, so they have charged me for my heavy data usage and after making complaints wrong information was given to me when I made my first complaint and also said me to change plan when the dispute is resolved, after making many complaints waiver of rs.1000 was given,

                                      My complaint is regarding your discussion to activate the new plan without giving any intimation or information, so why should I make the payment as my dispute isn't resolved, I do love you to pay my bill but I don't ove you to make payment of the false bill,

                                      I will make the payment of Rs. 750, as this was my amount in all bills, so I request you to look in the matter and revert me soon.

                                        As i am regular user of Reliance Communication and my mobile number is [protected]. I have taken postpaid plan of monthly rental of rs.599/- including net connect rental of rs.99/-. I am using this postpaid plan from 5 to 6 years. But in the month of august even though the bill did not generated they got suspended my outgoing calls and incoming and when i inquired about this to costumer care i came to know that my monthly bill is of rs.6434.59.
                                        As i am frequent user of reliance i asked to waiver of extra amount which was not used but costumer care replied that you should pay this bill first then only we can adjust this bill in your next bill.
                                        This is not the proper way to give service to the customer as i am regular costumer of Reliance Communication.
