My number is [protected], it was a cdma connection, recently it was transferred to 4g gsm, I was having a monthly plan of rs.1300 with 50%discount on rental, in this plan data and calling were unlimited, now the plan has changed to Rs.1300 with capping on calls and Data, this plan was changed without giving and intimation and also they didn't provided and details about this plan, so they have charged me for my heavy data usage and after making complaints wrong information was given to me when I made my first complaint and also said me to change plan when the dispute is resolved, after making many complaints waiver of rs.1000 was given,
My complaint is regarding your discussion to activate the new plan without giving any intimation or information, so why should I make the payment as my dispute isn't resolved, I do love you to pay my bill but I don't ove you to make payment of the false bill,
I will make the payment of Rs. 750, as this was my amount in all bills, so I request you to look in the matter and revert me soon.
