Starting Month of JULY there was frequest disconnection and not able use the internet properly and this was informed to the local reliance office @ maraimalainagar
July - we have revisited 2times informed the reliance office
Aug - 1st week revisited reliance office and said the issue
the answer said was there are migrating to 4g and very soon you will get the internet access
but still i was not able to use the internet
Later the Bill was generated for Rs Aug 693 - why?
usualley i will get the bill for Rs 356 (Base on the usage), again we went to the reliance office said about the Billing issue and Internet
The Reliance Team representative said that this is account problem and this will be resolved soon
we said if the issue is not resolved then i will go for disconnection
then later again we got the Bill on SEP 3rd for Rs700.
My question to the reliance team is internet not working and bill generated for the month of JULY-AUG is 693 but the actual bill is 356 for internet not working
in spite of internet not working for the past two months for which i allready payed 356 for the month (June 26 - JULY 26)
kindly recorrect with correct bill Amount to close the issue.
