This to inform u that i have received a call frm Reliance to get free upgraded 4G sim as I am using 3 G SIM right now, when i reached there at Reliance Franchisee store, Minto Road, , New Delhii. The store has asked me to pay Rs 50 for getting 4 G SIM . however customer care of Reliance had earlier promised me to provide sim at free of cost. Unfortunately the store has not given me any receipt against the payment. This is totally unfair and unwarranted. So the concerned company is requested to take action against the franchisee. If no action is taken on my complaint, the case will be forwarded to the Public Grievances Commission, New Delhi. This to request you to please respond to my complaint within 02 days.

    Staying at ghodapdev, near cotton green and working in jaslok hospital on first floor at home as well as in office i dont get even single network point, for what i have to pay rs 1, 092/- if there is no use for me ?
    i have complaint so many times to provider reguarding network issue but no use!
    some time it comes but ones in a week

      Since August-Sept, 2016 there is no connection. Called customer service repeatedly. Despite repeated pleas connection was not restored. Finally, we were told that Reliance has disconnected all 3G connections. No intimation to us. We asked to disconnect. Now they send bill for a non-existent connection telling legal action will be taken.What should be done

        I have been using a landline 32933370 for the past several years.in july reliance communications launched 4g and did away with cdma numbers. As a result i was asked to change my connection from cdma to gsm. They suggested i go in for a 4g connection for my landline and suggested a bill plan of rs 299.
        However despite not using the phone for any calls the bill amount was rs 750. On questioning them about the bill they said that it was rs 750 rental. I told them that i did not want the connection. As it was a new connection they told me that it could not be disconnected before 90 days and asked me to wait for 3 months till 17th october 2016. On 18th october2016 i paid the bill and asked them to disconnect the line. The customer care executive said that it can't be disconnected and the bill for the same will be generated month on month. I 'm extremely upset and want this connection to be cancelled as soon as possible. Reliance cannot force me to use their product when i don't want it. If my issue is not resolved i will take action against them.

          Hi,

          Reliance no. [protected]

          My orgininal dataplan is monthly 1144 /- rs with unlimited data.

          August month they charged 5088 rs. instead of 1144 /- bill and also connection get disconnected.

          I sent mail regarding the issue / called several times informed above issue.

          Finally sent mail to relieance customer care to deactivate the above number. (no one reply to this mail / none of cusomter executive reply to questions).

          But again they ask me to pay bill for september without activation.

                Hello!
                I want to lodge a complain about reliance communication.
                I was using a 3G dongle for advance rental plan for ₹1350/- for three months.
                After that three months they should have charges another ₹1350/- for next three months as advance rental plan for activation but instead they just billed me ₹1905/- extra so whats the point of having a advance rental plan then.
                If I have opted for a advance rental plan for three months then my services should be barred after completion of three months but relaince just continued the plan and charged me ₹1905/-.
                I didn't even get a intimation that your advance rental period is over and now you are being charged extra.
                So my point is if relaince would have given me a intimation regarding this I would have paid another three months advance rental with no issues.
                Now they are threatening me with legal notices.
                I don't know what I have done wrong.

                    I have applied for reliance 4G ([protected]) upgrade on 2nd Jul'16 and got the hotspot delivered on 5th July. However its not been activated since then in spite of number attempts to reach your customer care and informed 2 times to activate the 4G datacard.
                    Also, my existing 2G card stopped working from 6th July and I dont have any internet connectivity since then in home. There seems to be no customer service to help the customers who believe in your product and upgraded it. And no information when my 4G will be activated, your customer card gives all false promises of activating the same day when you call but nothing seems to be working.
                    Let me if you activate this 4G hotspot and also I am not going to pay the bill for this month since you have not provided any connection since 6th July.
                    Revert to me with some actionable details.
                    Called Reliance Customer care[protected] Fifteen (15 times) from 12-Jul-2016 to inquire and gave termination request due to poor response and not activating my 4G service and deactivating my 2G existing service but the customer care rep has not taken the request but given false service Id (forgotten) to me
                    Inspite of sending the Termination mail, they are still sending the bill and sending from Collection Dep to pay the bill for which I have not used the service and untill today no one responded to my mail since 02 Jul 2016. I have sent mail to Reliance appellatea office, Nodal office, customer care, sovereignservice except to Mr. Anil Ambani who's mail Id was not available with me.

                      I got connection of reliance 4G, 5 GB per month.                         From the month of july to august 2016 I was not getting the network for datacard. I contacted nearby Reliance showroom and they told that they are upgrading the network to 4G. I received the bill for Rs 356 for the month of july and I paid. Again in august I received bill for rs 693 for not using the data card, I went to the showroom and clarified they told the usage is NIL you need not pay the amount. Then I disconnected the datacard. In spite of disconnecting I was getting SMS for due. Again & again I enquired about the amount charged in the showroom and confirmed that there is no bill pending and it might be by mistake. Later I contacted customer care and explained the issue. they told that it is the service bill I had to pay for august rs 693. The service charge is rs 356 as I had paid in july, how come rs 693.and I came to know that Reliance has changed our plan to 4G without our knowledge which is not fair. Customer care informed that it is the issue of billing section and informed to contact billing section.
                        Kindly review the issue and let us know the solution as early as possible. Awaiting for your positive response.

                        Billing Cycle (June 26 JULY 26 )- Bill Payed RS 356 Dated 10th Aug2016

                        Starting Month of JULY there was frequest disconnection and not able use the internet properly and this was informed to the local reliance office @ maraimalainagar

                        July - we have revisited 2times informed the reliance office
                        Aug - 1st week revisited reliance office and said the issue

                        the answer said was there are migrating to 4g and very soon you will get the internet access
                        but still i was not able to use the internet

                        Later the Bill was generated for Rs Aug 693 - why?

                        usualley i will get the bill for Rs 356 (Base on the usage), again we went to the reliance office said about the Billing issue and Internet

                        The Reliance Team representative said that this is account problem and this will be resolved soon
                        we said if the issue is not resolved then i will go for disconnection
                        then later again we got the Bill on SEP 3rd for Rs700.

                        My question to the reliance team is internet not working and bill generated for the month of JULY-AUG is 693 but the actual bill is 356 for internet not working

                        in spite of internet not working for the past two months for which i allready payed 356 for the month (June 26 - JULY 26)

                        kindly recorrect with correct bill Amount to close the issue.

                          I Ashutosh Kumar, purchase reliance 3G wifi donge No- [protected]. In the month of Aug i personally informed to reliance wave world on 10th Aug that terminate my service, he told ok. After that a message came regarding bill payment bill amount Rs 791.00, again i called in reliance customer care on 22 Aug regarding termination of service they also told ok i terminate your service, again a message came Rs 1054.00. Again i called to customer care and asked that bill amount she told that this is the month of Aug and Sep. I briefed all that story, she told you have to pay and that i have paid all amount. I want to know that why its happen once i informed for terminate my service then why its continue and shot out my excess bill amount.

                              I was using Reliance Dongle with a monthly rental of 490, but later in april2016 due to signal issues in my area reliance dongal was not working, so i dropped email to relaince care to stop the service and informed then that i am clearing my due balance . i received call from reliace care in may 2016 where i informed the CCexecutive that i am not using this dongle so please stop the services also, as i have deposited 500rs advance so adjust the same amount with my bill.
                              But company kept on charging me and now i am being threatening by call and emails to pay the bill for the services which i have not used.
                              I would need to know when i formed the company well in advance to stop the payments then why i am receiving call.

                                  I had issues during reliance move to 4g. My plan from 10gb was changed to 2gb without authorisation and my service was disconnected. Repeated calls to customer service got nowhere since I had paid the bill of 680 then I asked for my connection to be terminated then. I did this twice. Customer service confirmed cancelation. After two months I am still being billed and the executives keep calling and asking me to pay around 2k as they don't seem to have a recording of my cancellation request. I've got repeated calls harassing me. They expect me to pay for a service that I disconnected 2 months back. Now my details have been shared with collections and I get 3 calls everyday even though no one resolved my issue with the connection. They didn't even process cancellation.

                                      Maine 30sept2016 reliance ka post paid sim purchase Kiya tha. Mob. N. [protected]. Reliance office Him palace Nehru colony Dehradun se. Mera sim activate hone ke 3-4 days tak Chala uske baad inhone mere address verification ke liye bina mujhe inform kiye Kisi ko bheja tha mere address par. Main duty par tha, isliye main mil nhi paya apne ghar par. Unhone bina koi information diye Mera connection barred kr diya . Aur maine office me nhi ise kholne ki request ki but kuchh nhi hua. Ek week tak wait Karne ke bad bhi kuchh nhi hua. Maine pareshan hokar dusari company ka sim purchase Kar liya. Aur sim ko maine terminate Karne ke liye customer Care par aur R com ke office me bhi kayi bar bol Chuka Hun. But koi solution nhi huya hai abhi tak. Mera Rs.218 ka bill bhi bana hai aur maine Rs.300 advance bhi diya hua hai. Main chahta Hun ki Mera bill isi me se adjust Kar diya jaye aur ye connection band Kar diya jaye.

                                        Connection is registered on the name of sanjay garg.
                                        I have been complaining from a long time against reliance communications.
                                        I realised that i am using the worst network reliance.
                                        I am just informing you that i am going to file a complaint in TRAI against reliance communications as there was no response of my previous complaints.
                                        My connection is not working from around a week.
                                        It happens twice in a month that i have to complaint against it.
                                        Recently i complained four days ago.
                                        Now i think i should prefer airtel.
                                        I will never recommend reliance
                                        Although all the reliance broadband connections in my society will be terminated...
