I have purchased a reliance dongle CDMA now they have shut off their CDMA business and they have converted CDMA into 4g LTE but after conversion they have neither started the service nor they have refunded my recharge which was 3000 RS .since last 10 days their helpline no. Is also out of service. They have promised that they will refund 2287rs as compensation against 3000 RS but till now nothing has been done

    Hello sir i went to mobile shope and asked jio sim and they asked me you have barcode of jio then i said yes i have and they noted that jio barcode in one paper and i went of and said i will take that later and said dont active that barcode and i went to another store and i asked jio sim and they told the process and i said i have barcode and i opened my jio app and it shows redeemed. I didnot take my sim and i think that shope keeper noted my barcode and he saled to others. Sir what should i do how i get my jio sim pls help me sir

      I closed the datacard connection by paying 1281 rps in Reliance office, Nungambakkam, Chennai. There was a 4g upgrade which happened on July and datacard didnt work in its usual speed and was very slow for close to 20 days. They refused to waive off the amount. Hence paid 1281 rps. I was told that, there would be no additional charges. But they keep sending mails and messages asking me to pay 215 rps for cancellation processing.

        This complaint is regarding my. reliance no. [protected], [protected], i have made full & final payment against the both numbers on 5aug2016 in cash of rs 3818/- along with termination request through mail. at the same time i even got a full & final payment confirmation from reliance. now after 2 months i again received due payment invoices of rs. 3962/-.
        Please sort out.
        I will not pay single penny against fraud bills.

          I have received this email for a connection i had closed in 2013. I do not see the point of getting thisnow and would request reliance authorities to refrain from stating blatant lies i. E. "informed time and again" and "duly received by you". The email is as below,

            I used reliance Netconnect+ data card ([protected]) since 2011 as post paid connection. In the month of April 2016 onwards I received continues message and alert received as "change your modam to 4g wi pod with out changing your plan by paying 1800/-". Due to continuous message and alert and also based on their assurance "with out change the plan" i purchased wipod and a 4G sim in the month of June. Then my connection was converted to 4G in the month of August onwards. But only from the bill, i came to aware of that my plan was changed with out my concern.Please solve this. I made many complaint at customer care. but dindn't find any solution.

                I am using Reliance netconnect+ with subscriber No: [protected]. I had purchased 3G wi-pod because I liked the plan of Rs 499 monthly rental for 10 GB of 3G data. Only after few months o[censored]sage, I was informed that I have to switch to 4G connection and pay nearly Rs 1000 for new device. I was not informed when I purchased 3G wi-pod that I might have to purchase new device after few months. I didn't want 4G connection but still I went on to purchase new 4G wi-pod because I liked my monthly rental plan.

                Today, when I called customer care, I got to know that my postpaid tariff plan was changed to Rs 1000 and I will be getting only 5GB of data and my Netconnect+ had got disconnected for exceeding the limit. And I have received a bill of Rs 3308 !!!

                I was not informed that tariff plan will be changing when I was purchasing 4G wi-pod. Through any mode of communication(post, e-mail, phone call or SMS) I was not informed about the change of tariff plan. Prior purchasing of new device, I had called customer care and they had assured that same Rs 499 for 10 GB plan will be continued when I switch to 4G and asked me to buy new device.. As I had not been informed about the change of plan before switching to 4G connection, I request you to not change my tariff plan. If you are not going to change back my plan, I would like to terminate the connection. And want you to waive off all the additional charges which was charged without prior information.

                  Further to reliance company disrupting CDMA service 4 months back, I have NOT on-boarded 4G. But this company has continued to generate bills for my CDMA. The company has STOPPED providing signals for CDMA but company has resorted to sending me bills every month.

                  The company of such repute has been continously harassing customers to pay bill against a CDMA data card for which the company itself stopped sending signals. Such behaviour should be termed as fraud. And courts should punish this company aggressively for cheating customers. Every time I requested the company to terminate my account it has been met with utter disrespect. The call centre executes say that company has rights to bill active account.Every month the company is harassing me with recurrent calls and messages that it will file a case against me in Lokadalat.

                  Also note, This month also I have fully paid the bill amount of 775 on Oct 20. Upon calling call centre. a termination request number provided by call centre representative is[protected].

                  Even still if your company resorts to fraudulent approach of generating bills. such un-ethical business conduct will be challenged in courts

                  CDMA Card #[protected], Termination request provided by call centre[protected].

                  Even after formal termination request with Reliance Voice Support, Request reference #[protected], and even after openly published consumer complaint lodged online here, Reliance company is still continuing to harass by sending me bills even upon termination. This month also reliance company has emailed me on 17-Nov-2016 a bill amount Rs 245. PFA email snapshot.

                  Stop sending bills over terminated services. You can contact me on same number registered for CDMA Card #[protected]. Please stop this unethical business conduct.

                      This is regards with worst service and excess charge on my 4G Dongle Connection No [protected](Reliationship No[protected] and Bill No[protected] by the provide Reliance in chennai at keelkattalai.
                      I have 3G connection initially, but Reliance customer people give me a offer and provide 4G free sim and discounted Dongle along with a service saying i am in my existing plan for one year, i.e PRO3_999_24GBUL billed value is 1082, I had received 4G SIM from Reliance on 25 July2016, for Three month i using 4G at the same plan but on Oct I have not get the internet connect from 3 Oct 2016 to till date, but i had received the bill on 8 Oct 2016 with the value of Rs4364,
                      Without my knowledge, they change the plan to 5GB unlimited.
                      But charged with saying VAS how does Dongle user can avail VAS. i have not given any calls or written forms to change the plan.

                      I feed-up with Reliance. Now i ask them to reply on my mail. they have not give any confirmation or reply to my mail.even appellate authority are not given any written form of communication. Now i plan to sent legal notice too. Please advice . i looking for the issue to resolve.

                        My Reliance data card number is [protected]
                        Reliance customer care harassing me and my wife for paying the fake bill. Everyday Reliance customer call but they don't come with any resolution. For account deactivation I called more than 50 times to Reliance customer care, sent 15 mails and visited 10 times to store as well they are not deactivating my account and asking for bill payment.
                        I was forced to buy 3g dongle from Reliance in Rs 1400/- that also got wasted because of their 4G upgrade.

                        Its a total harassment. I don't know what to do.

                        then also they did not do anything.

                            After 3 months, finally i got a call from customer care from reliance to close my net connection

                            they took service request[protected], and wrong billing request no:[protected]

                            Got a mail from RCOM
                            We acknowledge your email dated October 17, 2016 for your Reliance number [protected] and regret the delay in response.

                            As per telephonic conversation had with you on your alternate contact number [protected] today, regarding billling and sevice termiantion issue and same has been addressed.

                            We regret the inconvenience caused to you and take this as a feedback to improve our services to meet your expectations.

                            As per the details checked, services of your number are suspended due to billing.

                            Regarding Service Termiantion:

                            Your request has been registered vide Service Request ID:[protected] and same will be resolved latest by 11:00 AM November 02, 2016

                            The monthly rental is applicable as long as the services of your number are active. During the suspension of the services, you will not be charged for the monthly rental.

                            The services of your number will be suspended within 7 days. You will receive a call from us within 7 days to process your request.

                            Regarding Billing:

                                I had cancelled Reliance Data card number "[protected]" and Relationship number "[protected]" with no due amount from my side.
                                But after 2 weeks, I have been receiving SMS stating that the amount of 623 is due from my side for the period of 18th Sep to 23rd Sep 2016...
                                There are no due my side. But Reliance is cheating the customer and asking to pay to NON active number.
                                I have got a Inland letter from Reliance stating that legal action will taken ...

                                Please help on this.

                                  This is to inform you that there was a connection of reliance data card no.[protected] relationship no.[protected]. The bill for the same has been paid for the bill period 25.04.2016 to 24.05.2016 for rs.801/- thereafter i have received a message that connection is getting upgraded to 4g hence accordingly i was informed to purchase a of 4g data card amounting for rs.900/- which was purchased by me.

                                  But thereafter there was no connection or activation of the 4g data card. So i had informed to cancel my connection and my request number was [protected]. But i find thereafter you have kept on raising bills for the period 25.05.2016 to 24.06.2016 and 25.06.2016 to 24.07.2016. And you are sending mails and remainders to pay.

                                  This 2 period bills will not be paid by me since it was intimated to cancel the connection because the data card 4g purchased the rate of rs.900/- has been a total waste of money as you have not taken back the data card neither you have activated at that time.

                                  Please help me for this issue to stop billing
