Myself nitu singh having the two numbers [protected], [protected] in which reliance had deducted 55 rs from the no [protected], had alerted me through the msg, that lover zone is activated, but i called seven times to the customer care regarding this, it is helpless, he asked i cant do anything.
with my another no [protected], reliance had deducted 70 rs, with not any adequte reason, same process is repeated, no any suitable answer is with them.
i doesnt understand reliance having the monopoly against for deducting the aunthroize balance from the customer.
kindly look this matter urgently.and kindly revert me back on my no [protected], so that i can move forward with this matter, in the consumer court.

    My reliance no is [protected]. i have recieved a message from reliance on 10/10/2016, that you have successfully subscribrd to ADPAYStrmgMlySubs service for 10 days. And Rs. 30 has been deducted from my main balance neither any option choosen by me nor subscribed any service by me from reliance. Regarding this i have contacted to reliance several times customer care to refund my amount there was no response given by reliance . every time it said "thank you calling to reliance". This problem has been occured second time within one month on this no. it indicates very shameful and callous attitude of reliance towards its valuable customer. Now i therefore requested to reliance to refund my deducted amount as soon as possible to remain a truth and faith on reliance. And i expect that this problem should not occur in future.

      This is in continuation of my previous mail dt.18.1016 regarding the above subject.
      After getting call from no.[protected] at around 10.52am, I have been allotted 350mb data and not 1gb as offered by the co. through smsno*129#. The lady who made the call promised an additional 150 mb data, I am yet to receive the same.

      This is nothing but to hoodwink and lure the customer to get involved in the so called OFFER .My humble request to the customer is not to get trapped in this way by a co. as big as RELIANCE whose founder is hon'ble Dhirubhai Ambani.
      I am deeply disappointed .

        I got a mail to pay an outstanding amount of 3200 from some reliance webstore or else i have to appear before lok adalat.this was really shocking for me as i have stopped using reliance many months back. when i my net stopped working i went to a nearby store to complain about the issue and i was told that i have to take a new dongle and pay just 999 for it and i will get high speed data.he told me that the previous dongle wont work from now on, it was very unprofessional on their part not to inform us about the same so i told to discontinue my plan from now on and i paid that months bill of 842 and discontinued my plan.now i am getting this mail which is really disturbing after being such a loyal customer of reliance.

          Hi,

          i have used Reliance Pro 3 wifi data card and lost it some 6 months back. I reported the same to the customer care officials. They said they will deactivate. But i received the bill for the month. I thought they did not take my request and paid the bill amount even though i dint use the data. i again called up customer care and reported the same. they again said they will forward it to the concerned department and get it resolved. but then again i received the bill for the next month as well. So to stop it i paid the bill and called up customer care to stop the bill payment. they said without a service request we cannot resolve it. So i requested them to raise the request. they said they have raised and i will receive a message of the request number. but nothing happened and i received the bill for the month. I have paid bill for 2 months without using the data card. So this time i left as such because they are collecting money for the service i m not using. Then i received calls saying i dint pay the bill. i communicated that i have lost and asked the customer care to raise a service request to deactivate the data card and no one did the same. when i contacted them why they havnt deactivated, they are saying there is no request raised. and from then on they repeatedly called me to pay the bills. i asked them to send the data usage i have used for the month they are asking me to pay. they did not send that as well. the customer care executives were also very mean in dealing with this. what is the mistake i did? why should i pay for the service i have not used. and i have reported the same many times. you can even verify the data usage of my number (given below). Finally now i m asked to come to egmore court on 22/10/16 and lok adalat summon copy is sent to my address. Is this anather way reliance is trying to earn by scaring people? I have not done any mistake here. i have not used the data and paid the amount like a fool. why should i again pay?
          just because reliance executives did not take up my request?. It is them who did the mistake. i have even mailed them to take action and there was no response for the same. Kindly take appropriate action and hel me get relieved from this.

          hi, I m still getting calls and messages that i m supposed to pay Rs.906. Yesterday i received a call from [protected] to pay the bill.They as forcing to pay the bill even though i have explained them the same thing again and again, even though i have been telling them that i have lost my datacard and raised a complaint and solved it. please take appropriate action and solve this once and for all. I m really frustrated with this for more than 7 months. Please send a confirmation mail that you have stopped the connection. It would really be helpful. This is really my worst experience with Reliance.

                  I am a user of reliance broadband my user id is[protected],
                  i am just irritated with the company reliance.I kept on complaining again and again but there is no permanent resolution.Everytime when i make a complaint they call me back and after that the connection work for 2 or 3 days.This is my last complaint after that if the problem will continue then i will take an action against the company.

                  Just terminate my connection
                  i have been waiting for four days for a technician visit at my place.
                  But none of the technician visited.
                  Reliance communications is not doing anything to resolve my issue.
                  I am unable to access to internet from past four days.
                  My connection is dead from four days.

                    On 13, 14 September, contacted by Mktg. Exec. Ms. Mansi ([protected])for better services in less payment to my mobile [protected] by Reliance. She advised to provide 2 photograph, a copy of Aadhar Card and Rs.300/- against 4G Sim.
                    On 14-9-16 Mr. Shiv ([protected]) approached from Reliance. I handed over required docs. and Rs.300/- against receipt No.CIL 10903 with a 4G/LTE Sim No.[protected]R.
                    On 18-9-16 received call from [protected] who advised me to Port my No. and send details. I Ported and sent detail as Port Code DD679314 dt.18/9 with availability upto 04/10/16 by SMS to Caller & Ms.Mansi .
                    On 21-9 & 03-10-16 Email sent to gic.[protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@ relianceada.com but reply not received.
                    On 25, 27 Sep & 1st October spoken to Ms. Mansi but nothing happened.
                    On 04-10 Email sent to both addressee to refund Rs.300/- and take back their Sim, but reply not received.
                    On 11 & 15-10 I tried to lodge my complaint but it was not registered due to some reason.

                    Dear Sir.
                    I was contacted from [protected] on 19-10-16 at about 1130 Hrs. I am sorry, she was totally unknown about my complaint.
                    She was not known that the company has sold me a 4G Sim for Rs.300/-(which is not in practice by the other company) for a new connection on PORT from Aircel. Connection is not provided after informing the PORT details and several request on phone.
                    I feel cheated for buying a sim for Rs.300/- which is of no use.
                    Now what is the solution ???

                    There is no progress on my complain. No one contacted me to inform that Rs.300/- paid by me will be refunded and the SIM provided will be taken back.
                    Instead I was contacted from No.[protected], [protected] (Mktg Exec from Delhi) Ms. Mansi, requesting me to Port again from Airtel and this time there will be no problem, but it is not acceptable as my present problem with Reliance is not sorted out. Other than Ms. Mansi no one has behaved in a well manor with me.
                    Yesterday on 24/10 i got a call from [protected] at about 8 pm. since I was boarding a train I requested to call after 2 hrs. He called me at about 10pm but only informed that he is from Reliance, Mumbai and disconnected. I tried to contact him twice at the same time but no one pickup the phone.
                    I will again request to please sort out the problem and refund my money.

                      Billing plan changed without customer concern
                      I have been using the reliance data card from last 5 months While converting from cdma to 4g, rcom promised through mails that tariff plans wont be changed. On that promise i have purchased wipod. But without my concern or information billing plan changed from unlimited 999 rs plan to thier default cheating plan.

                      Now i want my money back for the wipod. Now for closing the connection they want me pay money. I haven't asked to change the plan. So how can you expect me to pay the bill.

                      I Want to change my Network Provider. Currently I am using Reliance Postpaid Connection. I Want to change it with Vodafone Prepaid with same number.                         I m using reliance dongle ([protected]) sathya n, yasara. [protected]@gmail.com for past 5 years, and paying my bill regularly, but when they switch 3g to 4g then only the problem starts, when customer care people called me and informed your same plan rs.999 unlimited plain will exist in 4g so dont bother about that, u have to buy our new 4g dongle, and your old data will not able use in future, so i purchased for rs.2500 new dongle.
                        While using 4g dongle, tower is not even coming and not able work itself, i dint even use the modem itself, but they send the billing for 3 months.
                        Aug month 17 i raised a complaint, they told your plan was changed
                        Without a intimation they changed my plan to rs. 700 3gb alone, i m not able to tolerate this. how without informing the customer you can change the plan... i m the core customer of reliance communications, but you are send messages that you will create a complaint on non payments of legal & cibil proceedings...

                          I beg to state that I have call from my mobile phone ( mobile phone

                          ) on dated 11.10.2016 at 05:42 PM .
                          The call duration was 01:45 minutes .
                          But, the call charge deducted by the Reliance Co. is Rs. 2.625 .
                          My mobile phone call charge rate is Rs. 0.25 per minutes .
                          So, as per condition, the call charge may deduct by the Reliance Co. Rs. 0.50 .
                          But, the Reliance Co. deducted extra Rs. 2.125 .
                          I have complaint this matter to the Reliance Co. Customer Care on dated 11.10.2016 .
                          Madam of the Reliance Co. Customer Care called me on dated 12.10.2016 at 12:00PM from phone no. :- [protected] and she talk with me misbehave .
                          Kindly, take necessary action against madam of the Reliance Co. Customer Care for her misbehave and also take necessary action for refund this deducted extra money Rs. 2.125 by the Reliance Co. as early as possible .

                                Hello, i am using reliance cdma service more than 10 year, but from last 2 – 3 month they close cdma services in our circle so i replaced my sim to reliance 4g. I wait for aprox 2 moths that their network will upgraded but still getting problem with 2g handset. I tried with nokia, samsung, micromax, and lg 2g hand set but some of them getting restart after inserting this new sim.
                                Today (17th oct, 2017) i insert it in a 4g supported smartphone and i get network after searching manually and call to customer care 198 at 2;45pm approx 20 min and talk with 2 support persons, one of them name "kironmoy", they told me directly that i need a 4g hand set for this sim, if they are correct that means your website is wrong, as i get link http://www.rcom.co.in/Rcom/personal/4G/
                                Please check question “will my handset support 4g or will it be compatible on my existing cdma handset or in any gsm 2g/3g handset? How can i know my 4g handset specification?
                                You won't be able to use your 4g ready smart sim in your current cdma handset but some cdma dual sim handset, also support 4g. Request you to get your handset compatibility checked from your dealer.
                                You will be able to use reliance 4g ready smart sim in any gsm 2g/3g handset. Also, on gsm 2g handset you will get 2g speed, whereas on gsm 3g handset you will get 3g speed.”
                                If this is right then your support team is wrong and they misguide me.
                                This is my more than 10 years old cdma mobile no. I never get this type of problem, i never aspect this type of support and service from “reliance communications” - http://www.rcom.co.in

                                  I have purchased a new sim no - [protected] from reliance call center situated at prem nagar, ambala city. They verified my address, but not found & put nagative fi, they disconnected my outgoing call. And now they have send me 10 days invoice of rs. 134.
                                  I want to know if they disconnected my outgoing call how can they generate my 10 days invoice. This is fake work done by that office. I talked to mr. Jagdish, but he misbehaved with me.
                                  So pls take some action against him & staff. They are not able to handle a customer. Many times they have not picked my calls.

                                    My Datacard number is [protected] . Have been using it for past 3 years. Recently there was an upgrade to 4g & was promised that I can continue with old plan . Old plan is 24GB(999/month) . But when I used the new datacard, within 10 days it stopped working .Customer care informed me that 5gb limit is over . Decided to close the card, but now there are billing me 6500 . I was informed that once data pack is over, there is no topup & have to wait till next billing cycle. So there is no way I could have used extra . But getting call from the same number, customer care used to call me .Was blackmailed in to paying half the amount . Cant go more unethical then this. Hats off to Rcom .Is this the way you treat your loyal customers then god help new ones . Only weapon you have is lawyer notice and intimidating that it will be a waste of time . What we have is social media and public forums .. You dont have great plans least you could do is dont be unethical . Dont expect any solution.Just my 5 cents.

                                      Company has an offer in which you can download simply save application and invest in mutual fund via that app.
                                      I downloaded app and invested few rs in mutual fund and i checked that how much return i am getting frequently. It came under my notice that company is showing 20% return but when i check money to withdraw app is showing just 10-15 rs of increase i draw attention of reliance for that but company is not at all answering till now they have raised same complaint thrice without taking my concent they are just spending time and just saying we will make things okay for you soon my profit came to 8 percent from 20% so i lost 12% already and they have not solved it even today

                                        I have been paying the monthly bill on time however there has been a rs 100 refund which i was to get from reliance communication instead of the refund i am being charged everymonth rs 100 as late fees since they can refund the amount only once in a quarter is what i was told. please help waive this off and activate my phone line.
