Even after settlement i am getting threatning sms from your company
Had paid settlement amount on 10-sept-2016.

Subject : settlement of outstanding dues.

This is with reference to the discussion you have had with our collection representative in connection with settlement of your above mentioned accounts.

For settlement of your said accounts an amount rs. 1000 /- (One thousand rupees only), (Hereinafter “settlement amount”). Please note that settlement amount has been arrived at after adjusting all relevant charges and the security deposit if any, paid by you to the company.

Upon realization of payment of settlement amount through demand draft /pay order/ cash/ credit card, the outstanding amount in your account shall stand nil. It shall be deemed to be a full & final settlement of your account and thereafter this communication may be treated as “no due certificate”.

This settlement offer is valid for period of (1) day from 10/09/2016 and you are requested to ensure payment during this period. After the expiry of the said period, this offer shall be treated as null and void and the company reserves its right to take such actions.

This is without prejudice to any of our rights whatsoever.in this is your full and final payment

    When reliance migrated from cdma to 4g during august 2016 without any notification to me, they stopped the data service due to non support of reliance cdma device which i bought for rs.1300 from reliance and no response from reliance customer care for many complaints related to non-working of data card during august 2016

    My reliance datacard number [protected] not working from august 2016 after so many customer care complaint no further responses from them so i decided to terminate my connection

    Request id for termination of service :[protected] dated 23rd aug 2016 for my data card [protected] via reliance live chat, no further response from any of this reliance email id (reliance communications, [protected]@relianceada.com, "netconnect. [protected]@relianceada.com", datacard. [protected]@relianceada.com, rcom. [protected]@relianceada.com, rcom. [protected]@relianceebill.com, rcomcollection. [protected]@relianceada.com)

    Again i filed another complaint request id:[protected] for termination & also short closed the bill amount which reliance customer care agreed over the call (bill amount generated with no reliance data service they provided to reliance cdma device [protected] due to 4g migration but they have generated the bill even we requested for termination request id[protected] dated 22nd aug 2016 after some many followed up for 2 weeks of august 2016 with reliance customer care)

    Kindly look into this request id[protected] &[protected]

    Termination the data card connection & short close the bill amount generated without reliance data service provided to cdma reliance device [protected]

      Dear Sir

      My Relaince datacard No:[protected]

      Suddenly in July my services got DC, i called up customer care to resolve the issue to close my connection

      There was no proper response or nobody picks up in customer care

      to my shocks Bills have been generated for the services i dont have month on month till date

      They are harassing using sms and Email like a defaulter without solving my issue

      I was a proud user of RCOM for 6 yrs .feel let down

      Even today receiving threat sms, can somebody help me resolve the issue

      I was using Reliance Data card no -[protected] for past several years
      .
      Suddenly my services got disconnected in July

      I wanted to disconnect the Reliance Data card service.

      I called Reliance customer care service and spoke and requested for data card service disconnection
      When ever call them, either they disconnecting or no response

      For my shock I am getting bills for the service which actually I have not availed.
      I sent several mails requesting to reverse the excess billing and help to resolve
      But I am not getting any response for my mails and enquiries.
      Some automatic mails and SMS are coming to my mobile numbers threatening for legal actions and civil proceedings against me from no [protected]

      RCom is using external agents in last 2 months and treating me like a defaulter like settlements

        Mdn [protected]... What kind of a bill is this??? The charges are all in negative and you are suddenly asking me to pay rs. 833/- and threatening me of late payment charges?? Where are the usage charges??
        What about the previous credit balance of rs.757 /-* where is that gone?? That was supposedly given to me in lieu of the harassment that i faced during your migration to 4g when it became impossible for me to log in to the dongle..

        Your continued emails asking me for the money without any base and a baseless bill without any charges are ridiculous...

        You had sent in my details to a THIRD PARTY RECOVERY AGENCY BEFORE HAVING SETTLED THE FAULT THAT RELIANCE has committed... THIS IS COMPLETE BREACH OF CONSUMER Laws in INDIA
        My generated bar-code say redeemed,

        store manager say you used already code.
        I we have not use code .
        why this problems with jio your e-kyc use another person,
        My number is [protected]. I am a GSM Mumbai customer, recharge with 188 must be call rate 30paise per minute. I got recharge confirmation also. But last day every call is changed me not as per pack. Please check and give my balance back.

            I was using reliance cdma devise before two months. But they have closed the service for cdma due to 4g upgrade. So i ask them to close my data card. But they haven't closed yet and also they are forcing me to pay the bill for last two months.

                My first datacard number: [protected]

                I was using reliance data card since 2012.in early 2016, i have lost my first data card and hence i closed it through reliance customer care. Then purchased a new reliance wipod 3g device in april 2016 which was working till july 2016. Suddenly new wipod device was not working which i have purchased for rs.1600. When i inquired in the reliance center, they have informed that they have completely closed 3g and i need to buy a new device for 4g connection which cost around rs.2500. I do not want to buy a new one and face similar issues and hence in the same spot, i have asked the reliance store person to close the datacard.

                She checked my outstanding balance and informed that outstanding payment is rs.0 and hence closed my card for which i have received a message from reliance on 27th aug 2016.

                Then again in sep 2016 month i have received bill and received few calls as well to pay the bill amount of rs.622. I have clearly explained them over phone and they accepted it as well. Suddenly they have sent some legal notice to my home for which my entire family were shocked.

                How should i face this issue? Kindly advise.

                    In the month of july'16 your service was not there for 15 days due to 4g upgradation. But have raised full month bill of rs.1143/-. I have paid the same without enjoying your services for 15 days.
                    From 18th of july your 3g services resumed but was working with speed 25 kb only. Hence i have used only 3gb data only (As per your reliance home website)

                    From 1st august you have launced 4g, but unfortunately my sim was not activated up to 10th. After 10th i have used only 771 mb of your 4g services. I have your auto message also. Now you have raised a bill for rs.1418 stating that i have used 52gb of 3g data and 780 kb of 4g data which is totally false. The bill raised by you totally incorrect.

                    My plan is 999 unlimited plan. You have not intimated the new tariff or apportioned 4g limit to the the customer. As a customer i have every right to receive informations and notifications.

                    Your customer care no *355 gets disconnected automatically when i choose 4 or 2 to speak to your representative. I was not able to give any service request over relianceada myservices website, since those menus were disabled.

                    I have got this connection only in feb’16 spent about rs.1400 for dongle and again spent rs.1000 for 4g dongle is a total waste since 4g dongle was not working at my home.

                    I have sent mail to you on 11.8.16, subsequently your telecaller called me, discussed in detail. He cancelled the data card connection immediately. And requested me to send separate mail for waiver of the bill amount. Hence i have sent the above mail on 23.8.16. Till now i have not heard anything from you till date.

                    Now am getting daily reminder sms and legal action notices. I have sent several mails to your appellate you have not even responded to a long standing customer like me. I wish to state that i will also go legally.

                    Kindly waive my bill amount and cancel the data card connection.

                    1) i am your 14 years customer, never defaulted single bill in so many years.
                    2) i have paid rs.2500 for 2 dongles which has become total waste.
                    3) i have not used data in july'16 since your network was shutdown completely for 15 days. your people not allowed single paisa waiver, so i have paid full bill amt.
                    4) in the month of aug'16, though 4g was not working at my house, you have raised a false bill for usage of 53gb - rs.1456.
                    5) i have used only 3gb of your data since your network is not working.
                    6) i came to know from store that my plan has been changed. how can you change my plan without my acceptance? you have not sent any communication to me.
                    7) i have sent several emails in this regard. no body has replied and now sent legal notice to me.
                    8) i also have evidences o[censored]sage - auto message received when i called *355.
                    if you want to honor me as 14 years long standing customer, waive this amount immediately and inform me.

                      Though i have written a mail in september 2016 only to close the connection because of the long interrupted service. As the data card was getting updated to 4g in aug the service was suspended without any information and for that suspended service i was charged as well. Still bill is getting generated for this number which is just pathetic.

                      Though I have written a mail in September 2016 only to close the connection because of the long interrupted service. As the data card was getting updated to 4G in Aug the service was suspended without any information and for that suspended service I was charged as well. Still bill is getting generated for this number which is just pathetic.
                      Please refund the amount which I have paid for September and the amount which I have paid for suspended service in August and close the connection immediately.

                        I had generated jio sim coupon code in my newly purchased mobile and then went to Reliance store and stand in the que for more than one hour and the respective person checked my adhar card and take finger print and then scanned the barcode it replied that the number already redeemed by another person how can it possible for that question they had no reply. Simply sitting in the counter and told that come after two days. My entire time for getting the sim wasted if first itself check that barcode we may need not stand in the queue.                             I have been using the reliance from past 7 years and now some how reliance changed my number due to your upgrade

                            My number was [protected] name shahid khan when reliance upgraded to 4g i got the bill of of 2100 i have made them complaint they said 300 they will waiver this was august and they said after this u will only be able to use your allowed data and it will get hard stop i said ok and i paid 2100.in july after my usages was over my internet was hard stopped on 01 july and my billing date was 09th sep i called them again they said its hard stooped and then i said ok so for 10 days i unable to use internet in september they have sent me the billing of 40000 and said u have used extra i said u told me i will not able to use more then my usages how can i used this time they said they don't know that and i asked them to close my number they have closed my number now i want to you make my billing correction correct so i can pay that bill its still pending after they have terminated my number even after that i have got new number of reliance i always referrer reliance this is my current number witch iam using [protected] name shahid khan.. I would request you to make the correction in the billing of sep [protected] so i can pay that i have made complaint your request number is[protected] for billing complaint.

                            They said it will get fixed but till now i haven't got any call or anything till now please fix this

                              I beg to state that I have call from my mobile phone ( mobile phone no. :- [protected] ) to mobile phone ( mobile phone no. :- [protected] ) on dated 11.10.2016 at 05:42 PM .
                              The call duration was 01:45 minutes .
                              But, the call charge deducted Rs. 2.625 .
                              My mobile phone call charge rate is Rs. 0.25 per minutes .
                              So, as per condition, the call charge may deduct by the Reliance Co. Rs. 0.50 .
                              But, The Reliance Co. deducted extra Rs. 2.125 .
                              I have complaint this matter to Reliance Customer Care on dated 11.10.2016 and the Chairman of Reliance Co. on dated 12.10.2016 and 13.10.2016 .
                              Madam of Reliance Customer Care called me on dated 12.10.2016 at 12:00PM from phone no. :- [protected] and she talk with me misbehave .
                              Kindly, take necessary action against madam of Reliance Customer Care for her misbehaviour and take necessary action against the Reliance Co. for refund this deducted extra money Rs. 2.125 as early as possible .

                                Applied for the reliance jio sim i got coupon code and when so went to reliance digital store at my place they said that coupon code is already redeemed and i personally not given the coupon code to any one and i asked what the problem is they said they don't know and they don't even care i asked its your job to answer us hland he said they are getting paid tois to sell electronic not for distributing sims and suggested me very gently to contact costumar care its happed last week since then i contacting jio costumar care but they not responding i tried through phone, email and twitter surprisingly in twitter every complaint been answered besides this coupon redeemed complaints i just want to know is some one taken sim on my coupon code. Please deactivate SIM if already somebody using my coupon code.

                                  My Reliance data card number is [protected]. I have called many times to reliance customer care to terminate my post paid data card due to slow network connection problem. But they said, they will fix it and they offered for lowest monthly payment for 200 for 1 GB/month.. But not at all i got the issue fixed. Then again, i tried many times to terminate the connection by calling customer care. They said due to technical issues, unable to transfer the call to termination department.

                                  Recently they launched 4G connection. So 3 months before when i went to pay the bill at reliance office, they told to me that reliance going to terminate all the 3G connection in that month.

                                  I have not used the internet connection using my 3g dongle, because it won't work at all from my place.

                                  Reliance keeps sending me messages monthly to pay the bill.. Why should i pay this bill? I have not used it! Check your database, Did i used your internet connection ?

                                  Now they asking me to pay RS:393 bill amount.. You guys said, it will get terminate automatically. Then why you are sending me monthly bills?

                                  I can't pay this amount.. I know my reliance account already terminated since i can't even login to my reliance account. So, Please don't call me again to ask for the bill amount..

                                    Myself kumud ranjan having the two numbers [protected], [protected], in which reliance had deducted 20 rs from the no [protected], had alerted me through the msg, that lover zone is activated, but i called seven times to the customer care regarding this, it is helpless, he asked i cant do anything.
                                    with my another no [protected], reliance had deducted 40 rs, with not any adequte reason, same process is repeated, no any suitable answer is with them.
                                    i doesnt understand reliance having rhe monopoly agianst for deducting the aunthroize balance from the customer.
                                    kindly look this matter urgently.and kindly revert me back on my no [protected], so that i can move forward with this matter, in the cosumer court.

                                      My user ID of[protected] on the name of Mr. Alok Mehrotra (Reliance Broadband Ahmedabad Gujarat 380051) is not working fourth time in past four month. Time and again i am forced to complaint to customer care which is having worst management in all the companies. They close the complaint without confirming the concern been solved or not. Below are the customer complaint numbers provided to me (although few complaint numbers have been missed previously)

                                      Complaint launched since 09/10/2016. Technician was to be sent but no one ever comes to solve the complaint neither anyone calls for the concern.

                                      [protected]/10/2016 (Closed without confirming with customer and problem didnt solve)

                                      [protected]/10/2016 (one more complaint number generated which is still open)

                                      Senior officials sitting at ADAG Mr. Jaimesh Bhatt never picks up the call to respond and i am left with no option than to complaint on consumer forum.

                                      If the concern keeps on falling like this I will further need to put the complaint to TRAI and mandate actions.

                                        Hi, my reliance data card number is [protected] and I have raised for an issue regarding plan changes without my knowledge. After posting the issue in consumer complaints, my issue got cleared but a new issue has been raised for me. According to my previous complaint my issue has been resolved, but I have raised the deactivation request on August 22 through email and also through Reliance retail showroom. I also got a call from reliance customer care telling that my 4G sim card will be deactivated within 15 days. But the next day my 4G sim card was deactivated. Later on I was getting bills for this 4G sim number telling me that I need to pay the newly generated bills.

                                        I don't know what for bills has been generated after deactivating my account. for Sep 2016 and Oct 2016 I have got Rs.450 something as the bills.

                                        Right now I cant even login into by reliance portal to check the bill amount and to raise a ticket. Even after resetting the password I couldn't able to login to my account. It seems they are blocking my account.

                                        They have started to cheat in all aspects by generating wrong bills for my deactivated account.
