I don't know how come somebody use my barcode even I didn't share with anyone and now not able to regenerate it.How could someone use my IMEI number
Plese try to look into it.It's serious issue and try to get barcode for me.
I would like to bring this serious issue to Mr.
AMBANI.When you can not secure a Barcode generated out of individual's mobile how would you gain the trust of customers and secure their other data ..

    I have a very old vf number and a newly acquired jio. I have set the default sim for sms as jio. My otp for banking accounts, irctc or for any other such otp based transactions are not being delivered for my vf number.

    But after changing my registered mobile to jio number the otp is being generated and delivered to my mobile.

    Serious action should be taken in this regard immediately on jio which trying to monopolise things illegally and forcing customers to share the jio number to all otp related actions.

My Call rate plan STD or Local Call ia 50 Paisa per Minute, but as first reliance company is change my plan is 60 paisa per minute then after Rs. 1.20/- per minute activate through reliance company without my knowledge.Today I have contract to customer but not response.

      My reliance number is [protected]
      I was using cdma services for 699 plan. they said they upgraded to 4g with the same plan. usually my bill will be 740 (699 plan + taxes). but for last month, i got more than 1683 bill. so i decided to cancel my connection. hence i raised a cancel request.
      Now they are asking me to pay 1683/- bill.
      They disabled the login itself. how can i pay?

      I was a loyal customer of reliance. since the bill was way too much, i decided to cancel.
      Now i'm getting a message...

        Who lied to all there customers for their 4G Wipod launch with numerous calls stating

        existing plans won't change
        10 GB free data for first month
        Rs. 899 cost of wipod would be adjusted over 3 month

        Post which they changed plan without customer signoff, billed clients on plans unauthorized by customers.

        Who closed customer care so customers could not reach them to discuss this issue nor close their accounts.

        Against whom victims have filed petition with Dot Trai...and yet they shamelessly continue to be unreasonable.

        Who are fine to loose clients but want their fraud billed monies.

        We the consumers/victims are not fools to appreciate your fraud as an operator we condemn your dirty actions.

        As a service provider you were expected to be transparent on your plans/cost before inducing customers to buy Wipods, your telecallers were not meant to blatantly lie on calls.

        By this notice I call upon you to refund the amount of excess paid, details have been emailed to your appellate, collection team is copied, within 3 days from the date of receipt of this notice. To avoid any legal actions in near future request you to clear the dues.

          My subscriber id[protected] I have Reliance communications wireline broadband.

          My Plan is - Thunder 699 of 2 mbps. But I am receiving net speed less than 1 mbps just like Thunder 599 plan.

          So this is a complete cheating and fraud as they were not able to provide me a 2 mbps plan despite of I paid for that.

          I request them to refund my Rs. 2011.

          As shown in pictures I have uploaded, Despite of complaining daily regarding slow speed, they put complain in solved status every time even though complaint isn't solved.

          When I tell them my complaint hasn't solved They give fake reply that your router is not working, even though my router is completely fine, not only that -nobody came into my home to check the same, they say our technician will come, but they never came in all this complaints.

          I have attached photos of messages and email. Kindly check it.

          This is clearly fraud and cheating and fraud as they are not able to provide service for which I paid for.

          I have also attached Speedtest result.

          It is still not resolved ! Senior Ma'am told me that their personnel visit my home still haven't yet visited, If you cant solve this complaint, return my 2011 rs otherwise I have to go Consumer court, Thank you.

But as per balance notification my account balance deducted rs21 on october 8 and renewed itself on october 10. If you are not added back my balance that i move to the consumer forum, because that type of problem facing many-many times.

                  Recently i received a message stating that i have been subscribed to "adpaystrmgmlysubs". the message i received was as follows :
                  You have been successfully subscribed to adpaystrmgmlysubs service for 30 days.to un-subscribe sms unsub 3672 to 155223(toll free).
                  I can completely assure that no such value added service was subscribed by me. due to this service i lost about rs 100.
                  I hope you will look into the problem and probably provide me with a full refund.

                      I had purchased Reliance dongle. Dongle no [protected] I has subscribed to 1 GB per month for life offer by paying Rs.3000 on December 2014
                      I had subscribed for Rs.3000 Scheme wherein I had assured 1 GB data per month for life.
                      Since two months I am not able to Browse.
                      I am getting message that not able to connect to computer.
                      Can you please rectify the problem & reactivate my dongle

                        Now they are asking me to pay 1149/- bill.
                        They disabled the login itself. how can i pay?
                        I also tried using paytm like sites. nothing is useful.

                        I was a loyal customer of reliance. since the bill was way too much, i decided to cancel.
                        Now i'm getting a message for demand notice. but i couldn't pay through any ways.

                            Netconnect bills sent without service

                            I was using reliance netconnect dongle and internet service for CDMA was closed in Bangalore from 7th July 2016 and there was no service / signal after 7th July.

                            I have NOT migrated to new 4G, also NOT taken any SIM.

                            After service was stopped I called customer care several times to close my account - there was no response at all for several days, it just went to queue and waiting for several hours. I also sent mail to immediately deactivate and close account and to send me final bill for clearing - even here there was no response.

                            I received bill for July and on august 5th I HAVE PAID that as the final bill . But still I started getting bill for which there was no service at all.

                            Visited reliance store and they refused to take requests for account closure and asked to call customer care.

                            After few days when customer care received calls, they refused to take closure request stating reasons like ' termination team not available', ' application down' etc ..many times.

                            When a particular service is closed and there is no service and customer has not taken any SIM and NOT migrated to new service, why is the monthly bills getting generated and sent to customer ?

                            Please note, I have already cleared the final bill in August after your service was closed in July .

                            My netconnect number [protected] was closed through termination request ID SR#[protected] .

                            But still I am getting calls and notice mails to pay the amount

                            please take a complaint for Bill waiver for month when there was no service / signal and close all related communications for this account .

                              Today (11/10/16) ythey auto credited 90 rs.. Firstly when inquired with customer care i asked them why are crediting without the authorization of the customer towards reliance live i had never activated such services, and looting us. He told me dont use such abrupt language such as looting. I told them i will tell thi i had never activated such services when asked they told it cannt be returned back as it was activated. I never activated such service. I[censored] are not returning back the money. When asked they told it cannt be returned back as it was activated. I never activated such services. When inquired with customercare twice, they put the call on hold for minutes and never turn up. When asked they told it cannt be returned back as it was activated. I never activated such services.

                                ) today, ie, on dated 11.10.2016 at 05:42 pm. the call duration is
                                01:45 minutes. but, the reliance co. call charge deducted rs. 2.625. my mobile phone call charge rate is rs. 0.25 per minutes. so, as per condition, the call charge may deduct by the reliance co. rs. 0.50. but, the reliance co. deducted extra rs. 2.125.
                                Kindly, take necessary action against the reliance co. for refund this deducted extra money rs. 2.125 by the reliance co. as early as possible.

                                  I had reliance netconnect data card ([protected]) for the past 8 years. On june 2016, reliance announced that they will upgrade from cdma to 4g, i subscribed for 4g simcard. I received it in a week and got it registered at webstore by june last week…waiting for 4g services to activate. Suddenly, my data card stopped working on 7th july 2016. I called customer care for continously 2 days... Simultaneously, wrote email to customer care and there was no response. On 3rd day i called again and thankfully this time i was told that they deactivated cdma services without any prior notice and without activating 4g. I was shocked and angry.

                                  As i am a self employed person working from home on internet, my work stopped with no net…. I went to webstore, i was told that i need to buy 4g new dongle imdlty at higher rate of rs. 1500/- instead of rs. 800/- bcoz i was late to buy a dongle in june and now company has increased price in july month. (Till june it was at rs. 800 – in july, they increase 4g dongle to rs. 1500/-). So, i refused. I felt, i am cheated. Why did reliance not call or send email to me with prior notice of de-activating cdma? Why did reliance not inform to me in advance with a deadline to buy 4g dongle? Why did reliance keep me in dark for so many days?

                                  I suffered for 17 days with no net…lost work…. Lost my commitment to my client of delivering work on time. Hence suffered loss. On 22nd july, i bought services of another provider. I called reliance care to de-activate my no. Imdetely. Instead they sent bill for july-2016. I wrote back imdtly that i will not pay till you de-activate my no. They said i should go to reliance webstore. Month passed again, and they sent me bill for august with overdue amount and penalty. I was shocked.

                                  I went to webstore in september to ask them for reason for not de-activating my no.. They asked me to make the full payment. I said i will pay only for the july month which i have used for and not after that. They refused. I came back home. After few days, they sent one person at my residence asking for payment, i said i will pay only for july which i am bound to not after that. I kept receiving calls and sms. Again on 9th october 2016, i got bill with overdue amount of rs. 2456/-.

                                  Today i got a legal notice by mail from an advocate to pay rs. 2456/- within 4 days or face legal action.

                                  This is simply wrong…. Shame on reliance..

                                  I want to ask reliance and consumer court that why should i pay for un-usage service?

                                  Why should i pay for reliance’s wrong and untimely decision to de-activate cdma services without activating 4g services?

                                  Why should i pay for reliance’s greed for charging more money for 4g dongle (June @ rs. 899/- and in july @ 1500)?

                                  Why should i pay for reliance’s unprofessional way of communicating with consumers?

                                  Why should i pay for in-efficiency and extremely poor services of reliance customer care when i called them when they de-activated cdma without any prior notice failing which i lost my work and clients?

                                  Why should i pay for the stress that i suffered during those 17 days with no net due to which i had no work? Why???

                                  I am surprised to see that when we call customer care for any services or action, their speed of reacting is either slow or not satisfactory, but when they want to take action against consumers for bill collection, they are so quick and prompt..

                                  I have read several similar cases logged by reliance customers. Reliance seems to be creating a menace in the public by threatening them so openly. The government should intervene and put a stop to this harassment that they are creating. (Eg. The nos. Mentioned in the legal notice in the mail are not answered even after my 20 attempts - dixiti: - [protected] |

                                  To end with my complaint, i stand to my truth that i shall not pay a penny more that what i am liable for (Only for july month)?? No matter even i have to face any consequence, i am ready but i will not give away my hardearn money to wrong doings of reliance...

                                  I bought a JIO-FI and submitted the KYC on 8th of Sept'. On the 15th of Sept' 2016, I received a SMS with the order no: NO 000008O1MI. And haven't received any SMSs till today.
                                  I visited the store where I submitted my the KYC docs, but they asked me to apply fresh, as they lost the docs. Applied fresh on 26th Sept, but no SMSs yet. Do something!
                                  I was deactivated the NDTVPLAYSUB21 pack on 28th sep2016. But after they(rcom) debited Rs.14 from my account for the deactivated NDTVPLAYSUB on 3rd oct2016. I spoke with Customer Care on 5th oct2016 they won't response and they won't refund my amount.

                                  Who lied to all there customers for their 4G Wipod launch with numerous calls stating

                                  existing plans won't change
                                  10 GB free data for first month
                                  Rs. 899 cost of wipod would be adjusted over 3 month

                                  Post which they changed plan without customer signoff, billed clients on plans unauthorized by customers.

                                  Who closed customer care so customers could not reach them to discuss this issue nor close their accounts.

                                  Against whom victims have filed petition with Dot Trai...and yet they shamelessly continue to be unreasonable.

                                  Who are fine to loose clients but want their fraud billed monies.

                                  We the consumers/victims are not fools to appreciate your fraud as an operator we condemn your dirty actions.

                                  As a service provider you were expected to be transparent on your plans/cost before inducing customers to buy Wipods, your telecallers were not meant to blatantly lie on calls.

                                  By this notice I call upon you to refund the amount of excess paid, details have been emailed to your appellate, collection team is copied, within 3 days from the date of receipt of this notice. To avoid any legal actions in near future request you to clear the dues.

                                        On each outgoing call they said you don't have sufficient balance. But I have the balance and rechaged again. Still the same problem facing badly.I call to customer care no 198 daily from last 5 days and they gives the reply that your complaint is registered and you got the solution within 2 hours. Sometimes they said there is technical issues so wait till the issue sorted out. Even they tell lie that you changed the slot of sim after disconnecting the call your sim will work normally.But don't... please sort it as soon as possible...My name is Mukund no is [protected]/[protected]
