The dongle number [protected] was given to me by your dealer in kolkata krishna telecom, 72/2 sarat bose road -700025 after taking advance rs.300/- on 25th. August 2016. Unfortunately it never worked & showed connection failed. On enquiring i learnt that the service was suspended and i immediately told them to stop the service & refund money. But nothing happened and i am still getting bill for no-service. The first bill as per advice of the dealer i paid rs.80/- (Under protest). Whenever i tried to complain through[protected] they were telling it was invalid number & i could not proceed. This is highly unfair & disturbing peace as i am a senior citizen lady. Please take immediate action & stop billing & also refund the amounts paid to you for getting no service.

I have bought 1 JIOFI from reliance store with sim card. My jio no. is[protected].during sell they are telling through JIOFI yuo can talk but I noticed it is not possible to talk so I called customer care but they gave worth less customer care support with no solution. still I cant call.
the promises made by jio are fake. no calling from jio fi.

I have already informed that since we are very old senior citizens with physical constraints, it will not be possible to visit outside. While your dealer's representatives came to us for collection of Rs.300/- and other documents for handing over the sim, please tell them to come to us instead of our visiting them.
Also we do not require any further assistance as we do not need any service from Reliance. My communication mobile no. is [protected].

I applied for the reliance jio sim i got coupon code and when so went to reliance digital store at my place they said that coupon code is already redeemed and i personally not given the coupon code to any one and i asked what the problem is they said it's already used

    I am rashmi dahake my prepaid no is [protected] as soon as i recharge my account any service get activated last time my balance was deducted for luvtips no refundation from customer care 30 rs was deducted and i didn't received no bonus balance of 20 which was on offer of new sim activation now on 10/10/2016 i recharged with 150rs and stv service activated itself balance deducted 155 rs and no support from reliance care technical problem call after 2 hours it is really very inconvenient and soon it will be 24 hours and then sorry we cant refund your money.
    The customer service of reliance is very misleading.

    Please help in resolving my issue!!

      logo chutya banane ke liye aapne ye aisi srvice shuru ki hai aisa feel hota hai...
      help line no. pe cal krte hai to...cal nhi lgta, agar cal lga to koi cal rececive nhi krta,

        Hi,
        I have been using reliance datacard service since more than 5 years.
        Kindly find my details as below:

        I have had a datacard for many years and have had lots of issues with it.
        I had to close the connection due to poor and no service and connectivity and unacceptible service.
        However, the connection was then upgraded to 4g and i was charged for a new dongle, rs.1500. At the time of purchase, i was informed that i would continue the same plan with no change i. E 10gb unlimited but my price would increase to rs.900. I agreed to it and then later realised that my plan was downgraded to 5g limited.
        My connection was stopped as 5 gb was exausted and i did not have internet for more than half of the month.
        When we called the customer care, they did not give us right information. They said that i had agreed to 5gb and that is not tre. They cheated me by telling me that i would get the same package.
        I had to go to the store and was told that my bill for the month of july would only be rs.57 as it was suspended due to the upgrade to 4g. This was the pro-rata charge.
        Now when i check the bill, it shows rs 3500. And also the following month, i was again not able to use the internet as i had exausted the allowance of 5gb.
        This isnt right as i was wrongly informed about 10gb unlimited otherwise i would not have activated the 4g. I had then contacted reliance customer care to deactivate my service, they said it would be done on a verbal confirmation. I stopped using my service. But the followin month i received a bill again. Then i realised that they have not disconnected my account but have charged me.
        I am not willing to pay rs 3500 as my account was suspended due to 4g upgrade. I am willing to pay only for the month i used it and for the prorata amount of rs 57. Thats total of rs 957.
        This is a cheat company as this is the 2nd time i have been going through this. First time they had sent me 2 sim cards home with my name and told me that i had to pay them for the same.
        Kindly look into he same and get this resolved.

          I have recently purchased reliance sim, that mobile having 25 paisa offer, today i had made one 3g pack for 42 rs, after making that recharge the call rate cutter is not working they have provided new rate cutter as1.5 paisa per second. They explains that was combo pack, the rate cutter will not work, the worst logic, there is no option available to deactivate that pack, worst network 3g internet also not available,
          Bt the good thing is i will throw this sim after balance empty, don't choose reliance, airtel & bsnl are always better. Bsnl never cheats, airtel solve the complaints in first call.in reliance there is no care. They need money money money.

            Why?

              Network problem is very high. Network fluctuations are very high near my area.
              I Submitted my application for Jio sim 1 month back, and I have got a message that the received application that order number is N0000009U4XV. still I have not get any messages from the side of Reliance Jio. Please inform me the exact detail of the application.
              My home area is very poor network & internet speed very slow speed
              I am not getting relaince jio sim in bolpur west bengal because my aadhar card is of jharkhand state.As i know that aadhar card is valid in all state of india because aadhar card consider as one identity in one nation.

              I got the jio sim at September 8 2016, it almost 25 days now the sim is not activated yet. Also the customer service of jio is worst. I have asked distributors many time. When the number will activate but there is no responce... I feel like cheated.. My jio number [protected]

                My datacard number is [protected] and made a disconnection request on aug last week. This was not addressed properly and was totally mishandled. Now there is a bill generated for 734 rupees stating that my plan was changed to 1100.
                My question is why did you change my plan to 1100 when i have made a surrendering request and i need to have a answer to this question else i will not be paying your bills. This is worst service from the company and poor customer care support.

                I disconnected my data card last month and outstanding bill came for rs 1068 and my monthly rental is 316. Reliance Communication is cheating there customers. My data card is terminated and they dont inform me about outstanding bill and take legal action without intimating me.
                When my data is off no single calls connects.whe data is on it comes online and makes 1 or 2 calls

                Though Reliance Jio SIM is available free of cost, Reliance Mobile Store at Bhupen Bose Avenue, SHYAMBAZAR, Kolkata demanding Rs. 350 for that otherwise a handset is to be purchased from the store.On 3rd Oct at 1.55 p.m the store refused me to supply the SIM without payment though I hv a registration no. and aadhar card.
                My problem is a call drop & net is not properly working I'll calling more time to& one time connect is my call another network
                I went get my Jio SIM but it was informed that out of state addressed aadhar not accepted. As a defence personnel we have to be away from our home state.. this makes defence personnel ineligible for ur SIM . Kindly help defence personnel..

                  My name is kuldeepsinh rathod and i am from rajkot gujarat. My user id is[protected].

                  Reliance is a big company i expect a logical response from you and not a sorry because i have already heard tons of it from the company.

                  My problem is that my connection was down for around 18 days out of 30 with the same problem of dlc being down. Out of which from 9 to 19 sept and 5 to 10 october 2016 it was completely nonfunctional. Does it sound tolerable to you if your company would not function due to the internet for these many days and due to the same problem? Also in middle of the days not mentioned above there are already 3 complaints filed that assures me fix in 24 to 48 hrs.
                  Where should i go with this problem? Let me clear your misconception that even after dialing 50 times in the nodal office (Higher authority’s no. Given by you[protected] the call is always diverted to the customer care. Another issue is that even after forwarding the complaint from the call centre to higher authority the solution is not found! Where should i go now?
                  My question is is there any responsible person over there? If my complaint was under the eye of any higher authority why isn’t it solved yet? What should i make of it? Is there anyone who can fix this problem (In a period of time) that had been so long not fixed after my complaints?

                  Sir I m from azamgarh. I submitted my coupne code for jio sim in jio center. They ask me for the coupne... But after some day it is showing my coupne is used. They get the sim on my coupne and they also use my imei for sim. Reliance do not giving me any support also.

                    i am agree this offer but company are not complete their offer yet...
                    company give me 3 month 3G data in I GB
                    and 2 Month call rate is 10 p/m for local and 30 p/m...
                    so i want this facility if company given me 4 days before ...

                    otherwise i want to quit this service ...solve my problem as soon as possible ...

                      I had postpaid connection of reliance data card and got below sms even after closing the connection.

                      "After repeated follow up you failed to pay Rs. 2936.3 videCaf[protected] Legal Notice Issued.Contact Reliance on [protected] foranyqueries"

                      They deactivated my data card by saying that your service has been migrated to reliance 4G (i never asked to switch over to 4G). And I called them to close my services, still they are generating bills every month and forcing me to pay. This is illegal thing they are doing with me... I want to raise my concern over them.

                        I am using Reliance for 2 years, I was forced to upgrade from Reliance Pro data card to Wi-Pod (4G upgrade) and my data card number is [protected]. When I inquire about the plans from Reliance communication, Tambaram, Chennai they said there will be no changes in the plan and will be carry forward to Wi-Pod (this information is provided on June last week). Then I purchased the Wi-Pod on 3-July-2016, now they have switched the plan from Rs.1143 (including tax) 40GB unlimited plan to Rs.799 10GB unlimited plan and I do not know when did they change this plan (I am not communicated via email or call). To my surprise, I got the email from Reliance ask me to pay Rs. 4887.00. I tried to contact Reliance customer care but unable to reach them. Now I am getting threatening calls from Reliance collection center guys to make the payment. And they are not ready what I would like to explain. I am afraid what to do now please help as soon as possible.

                            I'm using reliance for the past 5years, my no is [protected]. Last time i recharched an amount of ₹60 which is special offer pack with the talktime of 70, but i did not get the exact amount of offer pack, instead i get the normal benefit of only 49₹. I have complaint many times to the customer care people but they did not properly consider my complaint and take it it as the silly thing and i have worried very much about taking my money so kindly consider my complaint as one of the problem and in future don't give strugglels to any other person by providing the wrong information about special offer pack and cheating the customer s. Writing with burning of my heart.

                              Dear sir,

                              I am being chased up for payment of data card number [protected]. I have made the full and final payment of the data card and the details has been sent to reliance on jul 16th 2016. (Please refer trailing mail).

                              I was advised to do so by the customer care representative mr. Rajkumar parmar & i have the recording of the call.

                              I have not used the 4g services which was thrust upon me without my consent - and i have not bought the 4g data card separately.

                              Reliance is calling me from [protected] 2 times a day - and they put the call in infinite vrs loop "all our customer care executive are busy and please call us after some time"

                              I am not liable to pay a single rupee to reliance - and they are still raising invoice against my name.

                                For the last two months i have paid 6900 rs.. For using 17 gb totally.. Would you believe it.. But thats the price you pay after choosing rcom as your internet service provider.. I chose rcom two years before even though my friends warned of choosing reliance.. I had chosen because i needed a larger data plan.. Rcom was providing 40gb at 999rs.. While they market it you would get upto 16mbps, in reality the average speed would be 100-150kbps during peak hours and around 1mbps after midnight.. Still i persisted with reliance.. I never complained them.. Until the painful last two month bills i have got.. Firstly, they promised me, that i would be retained with the same amount of data and tariff after migrating to 4g reliance.. Which means my old [protected]@999.. Which anyway at the back of mind, i thought it would be impossible for reliance to contain.. But atleast i was expecting an affordable plan.. Finally the plan was a meagre 5gb at 1100.. And without any notification, they had changed over me to this plan.. Only at the end of that month did i got the mail about this.. At that month i had already used 7gb which was over the limit.. That month bill was 2045rs.. Which means i have paid over 1000 rs for the extraa gbs.. I was heartstruck.. The next month i had used 10 gbs.. This month it was 4800.. Shocked to see this.. Being a middle class family member, this is really hard for me.. But i have paid the bill now after debts from my friend.. For 5 gbs i have paid 3800 rs... Do u believe this.. Yes you got to.. Now that i have called them to close my account.. This is really bad than the credit cards.. This is such a poor experience with reliance.. Even with customer care, they never respond calmly.. They communicate like, they dont really want us to be their long time customers.. And i read that mr. Anil ambani has crores of debt with rcom.. And he has found out how to make this into a profitable ones.. Like sucking the blood out of spines from a hard earned middle class family.. I will never trust with reliance in my life hereaftee.. Even with mukesh's jio.. I write this with immense pain at heart.. People reading this think twice before choosing rcom..

                                  Anyway that is reminder we are erase a consumer court against that issues along shop keeper name & your stupid staff also which you appointed for time pass WITHOUT REVIEW A WORK PROFILE.

                                      I'm reliance datacard customer and my datacard no is [protected].

                                      I was using this datacard approximately around a year and I'm happy with the service and my plan was 10GB unlimited and bill amount was Rs 680 later your company has converted it into 4g plan and they told me everything thing will remain same monthly bill and data will be same as it was in CDMA previously.

                                      But for this month October i got bill of Rs 1517 when I called customer care they are not able to explain why I got more bill even when I talked with senior executive she also not able to solve my problem and they told me talk or send email to you. They told me to pay this bill then only they will raise my Complaint otherwise they will not raise my complaint.

                                      I was not aware that reliance has changed the plan they converted the unlimited plan to limited I didn't got any message or call form your side. Without intimating costumer if company is going to change plan I'm not going to pay this extra bill as I'm fully unsatisfied with your services and and the type of staff which u have they not able customer problem then what's the use of customer care.
