My connection not working since 1 month and 10 days i pay all my bills at time i have called many of senior excutive my compaint at 10th of september was closed as even it is notresloved so i opened new compaint at 26th september i requested for termination many a times so that i can get my refund of 900rs and with deposit because if the connection probelms with u guys but since i have requested for termination many a times i didnt got any call back and now i am asked to pay my bill so that the connection works and i get the funds why i should pay the bill as i am asking refund from you guys atleast all the time new reasons are coming and now i didt got any resposne and timm now the connection is not working earlier the reason fir not working was that a wire problems now the reason is due to overdue bill my customer id[protected] customer name nisha. Now i want my refund of 900rs with the depsoit cash at my home i[censored] can otherwise i have no hope with reliance anymore i wasted a lot of time to call the senior my call was beeen kept for wait for an hours but then to waited too long to here that to pay the bill again.     Dear sir/madam,

    I downloaded myjio app and requested the jio sim, after submitting my aadhar card, i was congratulated with a coupon code and was asked to go to the nearest reliance digital store to pickup my jio sim. At store, based on my aadhaar number my details were fetched, my phone number was entered, thumb takena, the coupon code was scaned to my surprise i was told that my coupon was already redeemed, although this is my first time at pickup the jio sim. When i asked who redeemed my coupon and to cancel my request and the corresponding jio sim if issued the reliance representative was not helpful. Instead he advised me to download myjio app on a different phone and request again. I do not have another phone to request again so i uninstalled myjio and reinstalled on my phone but the app comes up congratulating me with the same jio sim coupon code. I am stuck really hard, please advise how to get a jio sim for my phone.

    Dear Sir,

    At the Reliance Digital Store at Sabza Colony, Hyderabad after taking my thumb print using my Aadhaar number I was told my Jio SIM coupon was already redeemed although I got that coupon on the same day. When I asked who redeemed my coupon and to cancel the Jio SIM if already issued (I fear someone may have got the Jio SIM using my Aadhaar details, although I did not share my info with anybody), the Reliance Digital representative was not helpful. Now I a stuck with no Jio SIM and that same coupon code. Please help me solve this issue soon. I would appreciate your help.

      Problem Background
      My connection didn't worked for the period beggining from August 02, 2016 to August 28, 2016 (i.e. for 27 days). I have made many complaints about the pboblem details of some are mentioned below:

      On August 07, 2016 - Complaint ID No.[protected];
      On August 16, 2016 - Complaint ID No.[protected];
      On August 23, 2016 - Interaction ID No. [protected] (interaction with executive named Prathamesh)

      eachtime i was assured of the any of the below mentioned promises/resolutions:

      1. Problem will get within 24 hours;
      2. Technitian will visit my place;
      3. There is a server issue which will resolve automatically within 2-3 days.

      but nothing happened, and when technitian visited he just did the speed test and ran away without resolving the problem or even informing. Despite many calls to technitian personally either he didn't replied or said he'll come to see to the issue once again which he didn't. In the meanwhile i was tossed with a timely invoice which i paid after the my connection got resumed i.e. after August 29, 2016.

      The payment is on advance basis, it means that i've already paid for the 27 days i was not served for on which i was adviced that they'll adjust this in next invoice as waiver.

      On Oct 06, 2016 they have again suspended my connection due to non payment of late payment fee of only INR 100.55. Which i got to know when i called on Oct 07, 2016 night.

      Today (i.e. on Oct 08, 2016) after a request of promise to pay they have resumed my conncetion on the condition that i have to pay INR 100.55 within 24 hrs to avail continued service.

      My questions:

      1. Why should i pay for 27 day for which i wasn't served?
      2. Why should i pay late payment charges as late payment occured due to fault of ISP as it was their fault that my connection was not working?

      Solutions seeked for:

      Please provide me a waiver of
      1. 27 days service charges in the next bill (as mine is a quarterly plan);
      2. waiver of late payment charges of INR 100.55 in the same subsequent bill.

      I hope i have well summed my problems and solutions requested thereon and will look forward to redressal of this issue from your end soon.

      In regard to your marking to problem as solved, I've got an invoice without adjustment of:

      1. Waiver of 27 days period of interrupted service from Reliance Broadband, &
      2. Late payment charges of INR 100.55 (already paid)

      Further, previous dues of INR 100 has been added to the bill (i don't know why???). Seems Reliance doesn't possess accounting team who could do their jobs without harassing the customers.

      For your ready reference, I am attaching the invoice received from Reliance Broadband which seeks aforementioned adjustments.

      Please instrument the necessary adjustments and send a revised invoice.

      Looking forward to a resolution from your side.

            I recharged rs 100 and rs 45 balance was deducted next day. When i called to customer care, they said that this balance was deducted for caller tune service and i downloaded the jago maa jago song. But reality is that i did not downloaded any song or activated any vas services. These are their system fault and i have been charged for rs 45 which is a valuable money for me.
            Now i am trying to call customer care executive for further information but this call can't be connect any as they blocked my number (I think).
            Is there any way to get my balance rs 45???

              I have been using the reliance from past 7 years and now some how reliance changed my number due to your upgrade

              My number was [protected] name shahid khan when reliance upgraded to 4g i got the bill of of 2100 i have made them complaint they said 300 they will waiver this was august and they said after this u will only be able to use your allowed data and it will get hard stop i said ok and i paid 2100.in july after my usages was over my internet was hard stopped on 01 july and my billing date was 09th sep i called them again they said its hard stooped and then i said ok so for 10 days i unable to use internet in september they have sent me the billing of 40000 and said u have used extra i said u told me i will not able to use more then my usages how can i used this time they said they don't know that and i asked them to close my number they have closed my number now i want to you make my billing correction correct so i can pay that bill its still pending after they have terminated my number even after that i have got new number of reliance i always referrer reliance this is my current number witch iam using [protected] name shahid khan.. I would request you to make the correction in the billing of sep [protected] so i can pay that i have made complaint your request number is[protected] for billing complaint.

              They said it will get fixed but till now i haven't got any call or anything till now please fix this

                Dear Team

                I am using reliance data card from Nov-15, and my plan is 699 per month. I was paying my bill on regular basis. In the month of July I got a call saying that my data card should be upgraded to 4G with existing plan and CDMA services gonna stop. I paid 900 rupees and purchased 4G LITE dongle and as usual I got my august month bill it was 710 and I paid it.

                I was using the data card and suddenly my services got barred. I called customer care service they that my plan got changed automatically to 250 rs without prior intimation to me. And I have exceeded my credit limit and they have said they barred my services.

                I clearly told them that I don't want to continue the service terminate it. They have me unrealistic reasons and they did not terminate only. And this month I got a saying that I need to pay 1400 rupees and my bill due date is 13th Oct. They started to call me from 1st of Oct itself without sharing the bill details after continues follow up. They have sent me the bill, in which it is clearly mentioned as my credit limit it self is 1200 and the total bill amount was 3200. I checked with them they said that it is been waived off. I asked for the updated bill and no response from them.

                Can you please check and help me resolving this issue and I don't want to continue the services with them help me in deactivating the services also.

                  Several reminders send to reliance company and asked to stop my connection reliance connection for 3g - [protected],

                  Reliance company was stopped 03 g service in earlier (Or an before july 2016).

                  Now thy demanding the bill on my 3g - [protected] connection.

                  Since june 2016 on wards my 3g - [protected] was not connecting inter net and i have paid june month bill also.

                  I told reliance who ever contact me over phone to mail me my net connection log details. But they least bother given me mail.

                  Here with request you to kindly look this matter to how they raised the bill on my connection which 03 g services stopped parmentally. Why they not able to given me my inter net usage in fair data.

                    I have reliance prepaid gsm sim from himachal pradesh. But that sim is registered to vinod (Shopkeeper). Presently i am in bangalore, i wants same no.in bangalore. The reliance sim service provider told me first u convert this no. To postpaid, after one month it will be convert to prepaid. I had paid rs 300 and he give me new reliance postpaid sim. He told this no will be activate within one week. But 4 month past. No is not activated. He is also not picking phone. And not sit in shop also. I am never see that cheep person

                      I'm rhushal prashant bhasharkar from nagpur. I got a mail yesterday from cro. [protected]@gmail.com explaining me to confront at pune court for non payment issues. I bought a relaince net plus usb device 2 to 3 years back and booked a plan for 599 or 499 unlimited data. Instead of which i got some other pack activated on my account. I payed increased bill for 2 months and then discontinued the service since they did not change the data plan. After which they sent me an outstanding bill amount of rs 1300, when i contacted local reliance office and told them that i already had discontinued the service they asked me to pay almost half the amount for cancellation. They sent a recovery agent named sarthak to my home and i was unwilling made to pay him rs 700.
                      Now after paying all the bill two years have passed and am still getting these mails.

                      I expect to get a reply providing me the direction of what shall i do now.
                      I am attaching the screenshot of the mail. I don't have the receipts of the bills now as i lost them.

                          I have went to the reliance store in chennai broadway for more than 5 to 6 times as per their assurance that they will give new jio sim card, whenever we go and ask they will either say server issue or sim card no stock, not only for sim if you go to buy anything in store they will not even give proper response.

                          I'm really surprised how reliance is having such a incompetent staffs for their stores.

                          Highly appreciated if someone take any action against the staffs

                          If you want Jio sim card there is nearby reacharge shop has selling 24/7 with immediate activation, but they charge rs:300, if money doesn't matter please go and get from them instead of wasting time in reliance store

                              I want to cancel a reliance no and went to nearest store at velachery(Sai Communications) the employees over there doesn't know to speak with customers always they are showing rude behaviour. They had registered a complaint on cancelling that Sim, they dialled to another customer care service member and that lady in the call is not ready to listen to my query she was continuously insisting on what she is saying and she forced me to listen to her. Somehow I managed and asked her to cancel my no. Next day I got a call from +[protected] number and it was from customer care. This time it was a guy he never allowed me to talk, he was blabbering something and he doesn't care about my concern. I was saying I'm not getting signal he is keep on saying you will get signal blah blah...When I insisted in cancelling the no he cut the call(very poor behaviour) . I don't understand what these people are thinking do customers don't have basic knowledge what they are doing or they think all are illiterate. They should be trained 1st to speak with customers.

                                    I got jio sim from jio center & jio sim activated the same time but till date not getting the welcome offer from jio. I have tried many time to call customer care for that problem and after several attempts call connected to customer care they people said within 48 hours your problem will be solved. After 48 hours again customer care asked all information about mobile imei no. & serial no. And said your problem will be solved within 48 hours... Again. My complaint no. Is sr00000206jq. Please help me sir.

                                    Note: now days jio center owners sell the sim by black to retailers and retailers are asking for money about 400/- to 600/- rupees. Really mera desh badal raha hai aur 420 ke taraf badh raha hai.

                                      I've googled the address provided in the email and cross checked with customer care and on the reliance web site. The address is mentioned is incorrect and fake. Also the point to note is that the email id of the sender is not an official email id of lok adalat.
                                      The actual date of receiving the email is 4th Oct 2016, whereas the date mentioned in the mail is 7/9/2016.

                                      Proves that the details of the customers are stolen and misused. Strict action needs to be taken on it.

                                      This is a standard EXTROTION practice from the ADA group to make up its LOSSES.
                                      How can emails of Pune Suburban District Legal Services Authority be sent from email id of Reliance people? Even the contact number is of reliance.
                                      Pune Suburban District Legal Services Authority should send emails from its OWN email ids and contact number of the authority should be provided.
                                      This is just to scare people into making payment coz most think that why take hassle for few thousand rs.
                                      Similarly earlier RELIANCE was calling people claiming that the caller is so n so lawyer from Delhi Tis Hazari Court. Another was of arm twisting people to pay.
                                      Even after termination requests numbers are NOT terminated for many days and then company asks for RENTAL + LATE PENALTY +Other charges and makes a bill of 500 into 2500!!
                                      Legal action should be initiated against collection dept of Reliance for trying to EXTORT money by pretending to be Tiz Hazari (Delhi) Lawyers or some Legal Authority.
                                      NOTE: NO LOK ADALAT or COURT would send notice by email. And if at they do it has to be an officuial email id ([protected]@nic.in or something like that) and NOT cro.[protected]@gmail.com
