1st they tortured me then i complained then i got the sim now this Raman guy is taking revenge on me. His name is raman i got his number everytime i call him he says the jio sim will be activated within 12hrs and now its 17days. When i call they never pick up. The customer care says there is incomplete info. This guys from Digital store mini, bhatinda, punjab 151001. Are killing me for a free sim. There names are
Raman
Aman
And Ajay.
I filed complaint 6 times in customer care they do nothing. Some1 help any lawer?

    Dear sir/madam,

    I was using reliance communications 3g network connection services vide data card/dongle no [protected] and cleared the bills on 24.07.2016 even with out using the net services for the past 2 to 3 months with a view that there may be some problem with my laptop.

    Later on somebody from reliance communications called and updated that they have migrated from 3g to 4g services and insisted me to migrate accordingly by paying extra amounts.

    Not agreeing to the above, i had submitted an application on 08.08.2016 for surrendering/cancellation of the said 3g network connection.in response to my application, i had received 2 tele caller verifications from their customer care to verify the cause of my request.

    Thereafter, inspite of my mails to the customer care and enquiries neither the reliance communication authorities concerned update me with the action taken on my application for surrender nor even gives any clarity.

    In turn, instead of cancelling the network work connection as requested for, they started sending me monthly bills and time to time reminders for the outstanding bills and even the threatening calls for legal consequences.

    Thus, i request for kindly help and protection from the harassment.

    Dear Sir,

    Further to my complaint lodged hereinabove and the assurances from Reliance Communications that some one from them shall be in touch with me to resolve the issue, one of their representatives called me at about 6.10 pm on 12.10.2016 from tele No[protected] to verify my concerns and left with an assurance to get back again. But, did not turn up till now and my query is yet to be resolved.

    My concerns explained to the representative of Reliance Commumnications were as follows :-

    (a) My regular monthly bill was Rs.344/-pm and I made the last payment on 24.07.2016,

    (b) I submitted my request for cancellation/surrender of net connection on 08.08.2016 i.e after 15 days from the date of last payment.

    (c) Instead responding to my request for cancellation and collect the reasonable dues, why I have been put into agony by raising baseless bills for Rs 1122/- and threats for consequences, which are against to the provisions consumer protections.

    (d) What are the reasons for this baseless bill of Rs.1122/- and troubling me unncessarily,

    (e) When Reliance Communications were migrated from 3G to 4G, as I did not the services of 4G.

    Hope this mail shall help me in getting the early redressal please.

    An early action shall be appreciable.

      Hello sir/madam,
      My name is mohamed sheik. My contact number is [protected]. I've been using reliance communication wifi datacard as a postpaid internet connection for the past 1 year (Datacard number: [protected]). I wanted to disconnect the services, since i dont want it any more. I've been raising the request to close the connection for past 4 months. But reliance customer care didn't take my request for the past 3 months, saying there is a pending amount in my account. So i paid the bill, but they didn't close it. This repeatedly said for 3 months. On september 21 i called their customer care number and raised a complaint saying that reliance not closing my connection. The complaint number is[protected]. That time also the said i've to paid some balance amount of inr.286. So i paid same in that month itself. They said they'll be sending mail with details of cancellation. Since i didn't receive any mail from reliance communication, i called reliance communication customer care on october7. Now again saying that your connection can't be close until i pay another 700 rupees. This's cheating. How long they take to close the internet connection? Please help me to get rid of this reliance communication connection. Also please justify my loses.

        I am using reliance netconnect from 6 +years, regret for being your customer.
        Reliance netconnect recharged on 26 july 2016 for rs 1500 connection#[protected]

        I am not able to use the datacard.

        I am calling customer care every day they are telling due to 4g migration we are facing this issue.

        If the issue is due to migration, please don’t allow users to recharge online or provide an alternative solution.

        We are working on critical project and i need the connection working.

        Because of reliance migration issue and poor service given by reliance customer care executives – amount recharged is waste.

        From 26 july every day i am calling it’s been more than a week now you people are not giving any resolution.

        I need a immediate action to resolve the issue. Else i will stop using this data card hence forth.

        Steps taken from 26th july but still did not work.

        1. Uninstall netconnect and reinstall

        2. Tried high speed 1x

          My reliance datacard # reliance no. [protected],

          This is to bring to your notice, my datacard has been disconnected and cdma 3g service has been discontinued by reliance as of/ from 31 may 2016 and i am not getting any service and or response from reliance customer care in continuing the service. I am also getting bills for the period where you have disconnected the service and charging for the service which is not provided.

          Request you to restore my cdma connectivity for my datacard at the earliest so that i could continue to use the service.

          I am being continuously harassed by your collection team for the payment for which i have not got the service and being charged to the subscriber. I am willing to settle this once i have my network services restored.

          I have paid rs. 3500 as a one time charge for the datacard/dongle when i subscribed to reliance dataconnect. I am being asked again to pay for the dongle/datacard again if i move over to 4g and buy new datacard at your reliance shop. I have no more money to spend again to buy one more datacard.

          As a reliance subscriber and ril investor, i have never faulted payment or any payment delay and has been a happy and loyal customer. With this in view, please let me know why i should not approach consumer court and ask for addressing subscriber grievances.

          Please treat this as a critical request and quick response.

          Yes customer care reached out to me.

          I am sorry to say, concerns have been heard and asked for time to get back. Nothing has moved.

          I was told that company has taken decision to shutdown CDMA 3G offerings and they have no obligation to inform every subscribers about the company decision other than the notice on website.

          Reliance cc tried to convince me that 4G network would be available across India shortly and I should buy 4G data card by extra payment if I am interested, they are ok if I change to any other service providers.
          Got the jio sim at september 22, 2016, and also recived the below
          sms at the same day, the sim is not activated yet. so please
          activate the sim as soon as posible.

            Surprise to receive this mail. Pls note the following :
            I was using reliance 3g_999 for past 8 months under which fixed rental was 999 rs. I was told by reliance to upgrade to 4g without any information that plans will be changed. Thereafter after 4g conversion i was surprised to receive the bill (Aug-16) of rs 3191 against my regular bill of rs 1149. On checking with reliance customer care i was informed that my plan has been changed and i was surprised to know that i haven’t received any information from reliance. They confirmed that there is no change in the tariff and suddenly they changed the tariff and it ends up with high bill and usage is limited usage of 3gb. This is the very worst customer experience i have ever faced. You people not doing what you are promising to your customers. If you have clearly told about the 4g tariff earlier itself means i would not bought the 4g dongle. Now i bought a new 4g dongle + high bill + limited usage. This is what i got for being a reliance cutomer. I was forced to terminate as there was no response to customer care on my mails. Some credit of rs 400 was given without any basis.
            This is the way reliance is cheating with the customers.

              I bought reliance wi-pod - cdma for 1000 rs on february 2016 with a plan of 1099/month. I used it up-to june 2016.in july reliance migrated my cdma to 4g. I got disconnected with the internet. I called reliance customer care several times which is not reachable most of the times when i got connected to the customer care they asked me to buy a new 4g data card dongle which of 1500 rs to continue the service. I said i cant afford another dongle as i have bought this recently so please disconnect my connection.

              The thing is i didn't made a write of the same. Now its stating me as payment due for 2000rs.

              This is pathetic. Now they have disconnected my service and asking me to pay the due amount by threatening me by local advocates. Their behavior is very worse. They are abusing me.
              How third party people got our details and abusing us?
              I didn't get the internet connection, no tower at all. I am getting bill for my plan amount for two months july 2016 and august 2016. Without any usage how can i pay the bill? My data card number is [protected], i called [protected] to ask about the details, they are telling me we don't have any details about this number. I am really confused. I need help.

After this i'm going to approach court of law for compensation and damages.                   My connection was not working since 17th of july till 25 th of august after several complaints, i decided to terminate that connection... And termination request i registered on 25th august but there is no process from ur side and still bill is generating on 7th of october. I don't find any of my fault here.

                  I am getting the worst services from jio. I am asking the question that is this really 4G I am sure after knowing the speed you will also think about it the speed is as follows: download rate is 3kbps and upload rate is 500bps read it carefully it's 500BPS. So you can see that 2G is better than jio4G. I am really very sad to get this much low speed. Please do something about it.

                  I have take a jio sim by my j5 barcode.
                  But its not working.
                  I cant verify my sim.
                  And its not workinG.
                  I have registered my complaint two times.
                  But it havent sort out yet.
                  I took sim on 22 august.
                  Its been more then a month that my sim is not verified and activated yet.

                  I am getting the worst 4G servic. You will be surprised to know that 2G is really better than Jio 4G. The speed which I am getting is as follows: download rate:3kbps, upload rate:590bps

                    Very unsatisfactory customer service. My mobile no. [protected] Indrajit Singh. I have request to activate Pack of Rs99/ of internet with Plan of Rs495/- and only Plan has been activated. Why Pack was not been activate and other thing i was extra charged for about Rs150/- in last bill cycle from[protected] to[protected]. And in this current cycle from[protected] i have been charged for Rs48/- unwantedly. Reliance service is very bad. Neither customer care excutive activate or neither they give proper infomation. I am going to break thus sim card. Complaint no in which Pack and Plan request is[protected]. Deduct money from last bill Rs150/- and Rs48 in current cycle and Actuvate plan Jalsa 599/- otherwise i am going to break because all the service are very bad very bad.

                        I am having two prepaid and one postpaid mobile no of relaince. I am unable to contact relaince customer care as when i am selecting to talk customer service officer the call is being disconnected. On 05/10/16 i made a call to customer care from mobile no.[protected] in which they informed me that i have a plan in which i will be given 1GB 3G data at Rs 64 .I did the recharge on 5/10/16 in the evening but i got only 150 mb data. Now when i am trying to contact customer care they are unreachable. Last time also when it happened(about three weeks ago) i contacted the customer care and they gave the remaining data the next day .But this time due to no internet data i am having problems.In addition to it i am unable to get any other information from customer care .Before one month i talked to customer care from my relaince postpaid no.[protected]and asked them the process to port the no.to jio.From then onwars i am unable to reach customer care from my postpaid no. and the problem in prepaid no.is arising from last 1 day.
                        Please give me the balance data on my mobile no [protected] as soon as possible and allow me to talk to customer care as soon as possible.

                            Okay so I have no network on my Jio sim that I had got on the 1st of October. Well I have yet to receive network on it let alone it being activated. I tried calling the help lines but they were not answered (I waited for almost an hour) *glares*. Is there any way that my Sim can be activated.? And also I was wondering that twice a message has been sent to me saying that you guys have received a message for new connection. But why are you not acting on it?

                                A. My data card was deactivated 2 months back and i was not informed anything about it. When i checked recently with customercare, i was told that the datacard is deactivated and i have to purchase a 4g datacard after making some payment.
                                (You make hundred calls to customers to remind them when they don't pay the bill. But you don't care to inform when a datacard is inactive)
                                B. Meanwhile, billing is going on as usual when i cant even use the modem!!!
                                C. When i informed customercare about the same, i was told that a waiver will be initiated (Complaint no.[protected]. The sad part is, after waiver, the bill amount was changed from rs.704 to rs.585.
                                D. Reliance changes my datacard plan from rs.599/month to rs.1100/month without my approval!!!
                                E. Now i have been charged another rs.1265 for my inactive datacard. Resulting in total due amount of rs.2050 (585 + 1265 + 100 for late payment fees) (Latest bill attached)
                                F. I have sent more than 10 mails requesting to terminate my connection. No response from reliance till date. (Email proof attached)

                                My questions are:
                                1. Why wasn't i intimated about the deactivation of my datacard? (Through mail or call)
                                2. Why are you billing for an inactive datacard? How do you expect me to pay when i can't use the service?
                                3. Why do you call it 'waiver" when you are still asking us to pay?
                                4. Why are you having a customercare mail id when you don't reply to the customers?
                                5. When will my datacard connection get terminated?
                                6. Is this how you treat a customer who has been paying all the bills regularly for more than 5 years?
                                Worst ever experience!!!

                                I have received 4 calls till date.
                                During every call, the customer care executive asks- "What is the problem?"
                                After asking the complaint, they reply that "I will check with the concerned team and revert back"
                                However, till now no one has reverted back.
                                Marvellous customer service by Reliance.

                                  Still this issue is open after raising it one month back and following this issue for 3 months

                                  After repeat follow up and escalation broadband connection was closed after 1 month. I was informed that all my outstanding balance in nullified and account is closed. Now after closing my reliance broadband connection they have generated bill. When I call the customer care I was informed that service request can't be taken for closed account and the call was disconnected with giving me a proper answer.

                                    My self naresh kushwaha, i moved from vodafone to reliance through mnp, verification done by reliance on 29.09.2016 & i got a massage that my number will be port on 29.09.16 in between 10 pm to 12 pm. But til now my sim is not activated. Ii face network issue, tally verification for sim activation is not done and my number [protected] is closed since 29.09.16.

                                    I have personally visited to reliance store, vashishtha mobile hut, shop no 1086, sector 28-29 chowk, link road, puran enclave, near miglani bakers, old faridabad, faridabad, haryana 121002 but they said they cant do anything because by number is not activated and contact where you purchase your sim. Store person behavior is also as like "i am not doing your work, you can go and do anything that you can".

                                    I am helpless because your so called reliance authorized person mr. Rajan (Mobile no. [protected]) is not responding to my call where i purchase my sim. I have some mobile numbers of that fraud people - [protected], [protected], [protected]

                                    You are requested to look into the matter and activate my sim.

                                      I have bought a new reliance jio sim, but it's more than a week the number is still not activated and concerned shop whom the subscription is given to distribute the sim is very rude to the customer... And do not know to behave and talk to the customer, is this the way you treat your customer, i want an immediate action from your side so that like me no one suffers and get a negative feedback for the reliance communications.
