    I go to jio outlet for sim card they told me proof of identity required aadhar card my aadhar card is another state other proofs are same state like voter id, ration card, pan card, they told that only aadhar same state only take other document are they dos`t take i didn't understand only aadhar card is valid proof other documents are not valid why

      I received e-notice from rcom for an ongoing dispute of 4g migrated bill which is unresolved and yet i have been asked to pay the amount which is decided by rcom. The reference number given on e-mail is [t[protected]bhs010z2805375]
      Caf no[protected], mdn no [protected]
      From may 2016, rcom sent mails regarding upgradation from cdma to 4g wherein it clearly stated that no change in your current data plan rentals & benefits. It was stated on rcom home page that 10gb free data will be available if customer migrates to 4g. I migrated to 4g post confirmation from rcom customer care via livechat medium that my plan will not change on 30th june 2016, received wipod on 12th july 2016. Suddenly, it stopped functioning from 07th august 2016. I called customer care on 08th august 2016 and was informed that my existing plan (10gb unlimited i. E. Ncplus10gbul_799) was not only discontinued but also it was amended to 4g_1100_5gb without my consent and my datacard services are suspended from 07th august 2016. I asked the agent to raise a complaint regarding this billing dispute but she refused to do so.
      I mailed my complaint to datacard. [protected]@relianceada.com on 08th august 2016; to [protected]@relianceada.com and [protected]@relianceada.com on 09th august 2016; to rcomappelateauthority. [protected]@relianceada.com on 11th august 2016; to netconnect. [protected]@relianceada.com on 12th august 2016.
      Finally, after 9 days i. E. On 18th august 2016, i received acknowledgement from [protected]@relianceada.com. No explanation was given for the delayed response. I was told that rcom has the right to amend the plan at any time. I replied them on 19th august 2016 and asked whether "customer consent" is not required when you amend his regular plan? This question still remained unanswered. As i didn't receive any reply for 10 days, i ask for termination of connection on 01st september 2016.
      On 02nd september 2016, i received service request id:[protected] and to be resolve latest by 12:03 am on september 16, 2016. It was mentioned: "the monthly rental is applicable as long as the services of your number are active. The services of your number will be suspended within 7 days. You will receive a call from us within 7 days to process your request." i asked him to check my original mail where it was written that my number was suspended since 07th august 2016 without any communication.
      On 14th september 2016, i received another mail stating that "service request id:[protected] raised on 9/2/2016 at 12:04:08 am. It would be addressed by 9/17/2016. The services of your number will be suspended within 7 days. You will receive a call from us within 7 days to process your request."
      I replied on 15th september 2016, i still haven't received any answer from any reliance executive to my basic question mentioned in my earlier mails -
      I would also like to know whether "customer consent" is not required when you amend his regular plan? Can reliance amend anyone's plan anytime without even asking the customer's permission? Or is the amendment process suggests that there is no need to get the customer consent before you make any amendments in his data plan & benefits? If so, why is it written in every bill that i received from reliance that "no charges will be levied for any services without your explicit consent."?
      Post this i have not received any mail from rcom replying my query. And on 03rd october 2016, they sent me enotice dated 01st october 2016 asking me to pay outstanding amount of rs. 3651. I have no idea how they reach to this amount?
      This is a case of harassing customer by asking him to pay the amount without any clarification, communication by threatening him with enotice which is sent by reli. Zen. [protected]@gmail.com.

        I received call person say I'm work to compalint board. He ask to bank deatils to refund my balance than I not share my deatils than he is mis behaviour and mis language.
        I don't face these problem ...

        I received my balance that 30 rupes but balance redeem is 40.. so i think 10rupes is commission on reliance communication..
        Why? Aganist you give 10 rupes extra aganist reddem my wrong balance it do sad ...if concern that my alternative no. Is [protected]

          I had taken the sim card last month and in this month i am unable to make calls from it and even cannot receive messages to it. It says to reach customer care. Why does this thing happened. I asked a shopkeeper he asked me to submit the documents again at the customer care. If so how did you activated my sim last month and why its not working now. Please solve my problem as early as possible so that i can use my sim in a normal way.

            Porting request
            My mobile no. Bearing to reliance communications co. Is [protected].
            I had given a porting request to them on 30.09.2016.
            Received the same and immediately gone for porting process to jio network.
            The entire process was done by jio ekyc sim activation process (Aadhar card) at reliance digital express mini - shop no. 7, 85, prince anwar shah road, city high building, kolkata, west bengal 700033.

            Till date i have not received any acknowledgement sms from jio network.

            I tried to contact reliance communications and jio network in past few days, without getting any positive reply.

            I request you kindly look into the concern instruct whoever (Reliance communication or jio network) to do the needful immediately.

                  I bought the jio sim on 30.9.2016. As on today the sim is not activated and showing no service and emergency calls only. I'm using redmi note 4G. it's a 4g mobile. My order num is NO00000EAX9N. How long I'll wait for activation?

                    I am customer of reliance Jio and Lyf mobile. When I calling my Jio sim to another network response always getting server busy.
                    MY mobile no is [protected]. I have online recharged for the data pack for 1 GB 3G data and Rs 150 for talktime on 25 September 2016. However, the data pack did not activated even after 12 hours and the talktime of Rs 150 was deducted for the usage of data services.
                    I took a Jio sim under Jio welcome offer. My phone supports 4G. But the network is very slow. It is just like 2G.
                    My jio is taking very long time for activation
                    I am waiting for 25 days

                      This is pallav kumar holding a post paid connection of reliance communication with mobile number [protected]. This complain is in regard with wrong billing even the service has not been provided properly. I took connection dated 18/09/2016, since date i keep on complaing to customer care in this regard. Company person closes my complain without resolving the issue by saying in your area "only 2g network is there". Company has given me the 3g postpaid connection.
                      Complain:-1.
                      If company has no 3 g network in this area than why has he provided me the said connection because of which i cant be able to use their internet with that speed which company has promised me at the time of connection.
                      2. Sir since this is postpaid connection, a proper billing is to be claimed by the company and i would be liable to pay on due date which i m complaining why i should pay that? I m being cheated by the company and being a awaken consumer i m complaining to u and hoping that u will consider this in consumer intrest.

                        1. No out going call is being allowing.
                        Always a voice massage appeared "all line of this rout is busy, please try after some time" my number has been activated since 15 days but i hardly made a call more than 4/5 in total count. But the inbuilt offer is unlimited out going call with buying lyf mobile. Jio complain helpline (198), jio general help line helpline (199), lyf care ([protected]) are just for consumer harassment, there is no one for receiving call from customer.
                        2. They are not giving any 4g service. It seems the speed is less than 2g. Maximum times"no internet connection", "request time out" massage appeared. Other time is very very slow... And irritating. But first 2 day after activation it was quite satisfactory.

                        I have just on question why a company of repute like reliance have been started such cheating business.

                          Last last two day ago 60 rs debit from my reliance communication mobile no.[protected], but i did not activate any service. Reliance communication automatically activate the service without information and cut the charge any time, this happen many time with me. I talk to customer care, but not proper response. They said again & again for call due to technically problem, now customer care are saying refund will not be reflect after 24 hours.

                            Broadband subscriber of reliance in lohia nagar Ghaziabad.
                            No service provided in the last 35 days. I have 10 complaints registered with their customer service and 1 with appelate authority.
                            Numerous times I have registered complaints however, they just don't care.

                            When you register a complaint with the customer service, they close the complaint without solving. They don't even bother to talk to the customer if the service has been resumed or not.
                            Fed up of calling them with no help. They don't even call to check the problem and in the last 6 months not a single technician visited home to check the complaint.
                            They don't seem to care, I don't know what to do. Hope someone will look into the matter and do something about it.

                            It was not resolved. How can you write so bluntly on behalf of the customer that the complaint has been resolved as per your satisfaction. It is not my satisfaction it is your satisfaction when you didn't even bother to call.

                            I went to store to get a Jio sim after generating the code but the store owner said that the code is already redeemed. I have not shared my code with anyone.
                            so please stop whoever using my barcode [protected] and deactivate the sim.

                            Reliance JIO is not activating for the already distributed SIMs. I have a Inactive SIM for almost 25 days now.
                            They are still distributing SIMs.
                            Even the Reliance Digital stores response is not satisfactory when approached regarding the activation.

                            Reliance JIO should activate the already distributed SIM rather distributing any new SIMs.

                              I have been facing issues of fraudulent and being cheated with reliance communications with their so called wipod (Datacard) internet connections. I had bought their data card around 6 months ago with a fixed plan of rs.900/month for 40gb data plan. Within 3 months they disconnected the device stating it will be upgraded to 4g but for that i have to buy a new device for a discounted offer and i will be getting the same benefits or plan, but i had to still buy the new device for an additional rs.2000. Now all of a sudden for the last one week they have disconnected my connection without any intimation and when i called up the customer care, they said they did disconnect since i did not make the payment of rs.5, 250 for which the bill was not yet generated, i did not get any intimation like a message or a email, and why did my bill go so high, because my plan was changed to rs.450 per month for 2gb without my notice or approval and they say it is auto approved plan. I was still in the assumption of my old plan of rs.900/month. I mean they don't inform their customers anything, they don't need the customers approval for any modification made to customer's account, this is completely surprising. Last but not the least, i cannot raise this issue with any of their managers or team leads and they cannot disconnect my connection as well, as i have been listed as defaulter. I mean without any notification, how could they make me a defaulter. Please assist.

                              When I complaint about it to the retailer he misbehaved with me and said nothing could be done.

                                    I had a very horrible experience with reliance customer care team and verification team.

                                    Strongly recommend no never!

                                    In this digital age, they are rudely saying, need 5 days for restoring services.

                                    Hi,

                                    I took your post paid connection 6 months back and the number is 808xxxxxxx. After satisfied transaction with reliance, i choose to go for one more post paid connection and the number is premium paid, 808xxxxxxx. The address proof for both the connection is same.

                                    My horrible experience started since yesterday. My new number services were not activated even after 3 days. On contacting your team my services were activated.

                                    Within some hours of activation, i got a message that my address verification is negative?

                                    Astonishing fact, this is the second connection in the same address, how is it possible for verification becoming negative?

                                    Your verification executive has submitted a report that my house was locked? Please note i stay in apartment and am the president of my apartment association. We have security at the gate. ‎nobody has visited my residence and report submitted is fake and fraud.

                                    My services have been deactivated without informing me. Am completely repenting for choosing reliance.

                                    Please guide and monitor your verification team, ensure my services are restored immediately!

                                    This will be stored as reference document in case there is no solution from your end.

                                        Waited for jio sim outside reliance digital express store and got the process done. Order number is no00000fu6qw

                                        I was told sim will start in 24 hrs, its more than 24 hrs jio sim not activated, also store manager says, server is down so wait for more 24 hrs. Is this a new way to irritate people.

                                        I have been chasing to get jio sim since 5sept. I also have the token i'd, but then finally managed to got it on 2nd october.
