2)waiver was not provided till now for June and July Months(Internet is not working due to migration of CDMA to 4G)
3)with out intimation and confirmation, Net Plan was changed .

They told that wavier was given for two months and no need to pay bill, Reliance only will give balance 550Rs .

    Sir, i want to attract your attention towards my problem that date 16/09/2016 i got a msg from reliance on my mob. no [protected] that your are successfully subscribed the video 56426 60 for 30 days.and Rs.60 was deducted from my main balance account but i had not subcribed it. In this regard i have complaint to customer care 198 many times but every time they said that there was some technical problem in server and called them after 2 hours. And after two hours when we called them every time our phone was disconnected by customer care. One time there was very rude and shameful behavier from customer care executive. finally our complaint was registered by customer care on 18/09/2016 with comp. no.[protected]. but we are not refunded till now.

      In March 2016 Reliance customer care called me and told me that the old data dongle would be disconnected and constant internet msgs were sent to me to buy the new WiFi dongle as the services on my old dongle would be discontinued as of 30th march. I purchased hte new dongle at Rs. 2000+ with the add on 4G sim that was sent to me. It took 3 weeks for them to activate the card as the 4G services were not active in Maharashtra zone. I was told that once it was activated i would be intimated. I lost 2 months of internet use and wasn't able to use anything. On repeated calling the reliance tech team, they told me that my old dongle was supposedly disconnected, however, if i wanted i could pay a charge and recharge the dongle at the nearest store and reuse it. I told them i didn't want that, and to disconnect hte dongle. I was told they will send me a conf. email for hte same, whcih i haven't received. In the assumptiont hat my new dongle was working I assumed that the old dongle was discontinued. However, ever since April, i was getting bills on the old no. and the postpaid charge of Rs700 that was being added as a payment. I refused to pay it as reliance did not disconnect the old dongle and added on the charges to my new no. They called me about 3 times and all 3 times i told them that i would not make the payments. They have added on the charges and now have suspended my new dongle as well. Their cust. serv. has not recorded my conv. on disconnection adn state there is no initmation for the same. I am fedup with Reliance, adn they need to pay me Rs.2000 for hte new dongle. I have made my last bill charges, but refuse to pay the extra charges as i have not used any data on that no. and it is their oversight and mistake for not disconnecting or initmating me about the same. I would like to raise charges of harassment and the fact that i have not been able to us the internet for over 2 months. I am so disgusted with their incompetence and services. They are the worst service providers to home users.

      They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call & billing section will call us daily for paying the bill generated after deactivation .Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY

      Thousands of poor people are being harassed and cheated by Reliance . We should unite and move together against this FRAUD COMPANY .

        On or before 22 Aug 2016, I have receive a call for port my number in reliance, after telephonic discussion I am send my porting code DD576568 with all document.

        After dew days two Reliance – SIM (SIM No[protected] & SIM No[protected] was received against my porting code but still both are not activate and my mobile number [protected] (Aircel) was disconnect / deactivate.

        Now I am face a problem because my mobile number – [protected] is not working last 15 days. Reliance store and customer care center not support in this case. So you are requested to please solve my problem and send a valied SIM.

          Forced to migrate from NC+ Rs.999+Taxes truly unlimited pack to 3GB FUP @ Rs.700+Taxes.

          Was promised to be migrated to 25GB FUP but was duped into 3GB FUP on 4G without and proper communication.

          FUP did not work and I was charged Rs 3955 and services barred. Forced to pay Rs. 3955 to earn that bills were inflated since the FUP did not work.

          Still fighting for a refund and Termination of Services.

          Relaince 4G is a true Fraud acting against TRAI Norms. TRAI must intervene and resolve this dispute not only for me for all the 70, 000+ customer for who have been a vistim of this 4G scandal by relaince

            Hi,
            This is after utter frustration that I am writing to you regarding my repeated requests for termination of connection that have met deaf ears for the last six months. I have been made to go from one office to another and also made to pay monthly rentals and my termination request is deliberately stretched from one billing cycle to the next. I also want to bring to your notice that I had bluntly refused at one point to be made a victim of such exploitation by paying bills for services I have not used, but I was threatened with a possible legal recourse.
            This is extremely unethical, since I happen to be the victim here, not reliance communications.
            Nevertheless, I have cleared all my payments as of this day and I want immediate termination of this connection. In case this is not heeded, I shall turn to the consumer court for relief. I demand that my termination request for the number- [protected](registered under name of Rohit pabreja) be brought into proceedings immediately.

                  I Have marked many complaint against the poor network service and irresponsibility of customer care. Also billing issue. Since from july 26th 2016, I have complained against the 3G data and poor gsm network connectivity issue. but there was no action taken. I have made a request for plan change, but that was not taken. Now my both incoming and outgoing is barred. I wrote many E-mail and reminder, till there is no acknowledge even. I have proof of E-mail. Please take action and help me out. Atleast release my mobile number for mobile portability.

                      We have two dongles of reliance communication cdma service.
                      The company has stopped cdma services. And still sending us the bill.
                      When we enquired to their call centre they told us that they are giving us the bill for 4g. However we never have applied for 4g services.
                      We have never given any permission written or verbal which may imply that we want to use their 4g services.

                        I have a Reliance CDMA Number with no.[protected]. This was taken with unlimited plan Local/STD Rs.499/- scheme. I would like to close my Reliance Number and i logged a report to customer care close my number they have taken my request and they told me that it will close within 15 Days after 15 days i have call customer care to ask about my status they told my that sir your sim will not close because you have not receive our call but i have not receive any call from reliance again i call to reliance executive they told me that i have send this mail to our concern department it will close within 48 hours right now my sim is activate and daily my amount is exceed
                        I have already call Customer care Executive 13 times regarding this to reliance customer care id including Mr.Anil Ambani email id and TRAI id for terminating my Reliance sim immediately I request you to terminate this number immediately and other wise confirm. I have attach picture of that which is close without intimate me or without taken any action

                          I am customer of reliance communication ltd providing unlimited data rental plan forr one year activated on 20 nov 2015 this means no rent for one year for data wi pod . now they have changed plan from unlimited data to limited data plan without consent and billing arbitarily . inspite of repitedly telling for reversal of bill they are sending bill arbitarily and not deactiveting plan .

                              I closed my reliance datacard account([protected]) on August 18 2016 from Reliance Store Adyar, Chennai. I have an bill for that.
                              But they closed my account after 1 month from the submitted date and asking Rs 1445 /- to pay now.. They are generating some demand notice and sending . Is this their collection department tactics ? I am totally unsatisfied with their network. I have an postpaid mobile no also from Reliance. Can you please help me to clear this ?

                              They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call & billing section will call us daily for paying the bill generated after deactivation .Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY

                              Thousands of poor people are being harassed and cheated by Reliance . We should unite and move together against this FRAUD COMPANY .

                                I applied for the reliance jio sim i got coupon code and when so went to reliance digital store at my place they said that coupon code is already redeemed and i personally not given the coupon code to any one and i asked what the problem is they said they don't know and they don't even care i asked its your job to answer us hland he said they are getting paid tois to sell electronic not for distributing sims and suggested me very gently to contact costumar care its happed last week since then i contacting jio costumar care but they not responding i tried through phone, email and twitter surprisingly in twitter every complaint been answered besides this coupon redeemed complaints i just want to know is some one taken sim on my coupon code or its problem with boo service

Without solving my complain they close my complain... The company position is so poor that it is not able to provide device to the customer and when my complain will solve. We don't know.                                       I was using the Wi fi connection fine with CDMA. My data usage is low and i never faced any issues with over usage of data.

                                      Since about a month Reliance forcefully upgraded the dongle to 4G
                                      Since then i am facing severe issues with data limit. 3 GB of data gets expired almost in 5 days. I cannot understand when the same plan used to last entire month earlier how come the data is expired so soon after migrating to 4G.

                                      On top of that they simply disconnect the connection once data limit is crossed. There is no option to buy top up plans or extend the usage. There is also no option to downgrade speed and continue using the internet for rest of the billing cycle.

                                      Pathetic service as i am clueless why the data expires so soon and i am bound to stay without a connection after the data expires and till next billing cycle.

                                      Looking out for options and will have to discontinue the services soon.

                                        My reliance cell no. Is [protected] (Kolkata circle). Now i am in
                                        Gujarat. On 14th september, 2016 reliance cell company deduct
                                        Rs.31 from my main phone balance. Previous my cell phone main balance is rs.72.13 but now it is rs.41.63. Also on 19th september, 2016 again deduct rs.30. This is 3rd time i complain because reliance company not respond for my 1st complain. I am not use any service for which the balance was deduct. Also reliance company not take my phone call. So my humble request to you kindly take action to refund me those deducted money. Please rectify this matter by which this type of thing not happen in future.
