Respected sir/madam,
My reliance cell no. is [protected] (kolkata circle). now i am in
Gujarat. on 14th september, 2016 reliance cell company deduct
Rs.31 from my main phone balance. previous my cell phone main balance is rs.72.13 but now it is rs.41.63. this is 2nd time i complain because reliance company not respond for my 1st complain. i am not use any service for which the balance was deduct. also reliance company not take my phone call. so my humble request to you kindly take action to refund me those deducted money. please rectify this matter by which this type of thing not happen in future. if you want to contact with me via phone, my local phone no.       Dear sir
      I am very unsatisfied with the employe you put in the bhatinda xpress mini store.. It been 1 month i am in line everyday he says come tomorrow and suddenly one day he 1st he punished me by tell me to stand under sun for 1 hour that is a physical torcher. Then he said adhar card is not enough then he asked me to bring friends from local he kept torchering is it because i am from Northeast? I asked his name to inform police but he was so rude he said he will close the store.. I thought i should complaint before doing FIR. Why do you guys have to punish us so much to give a sim? Please revert my mail and provide me the name of that employe he was wearing turban i think he is punjabi..

      Nothing resolved.. I got a call from a guy he said he is from reliance then he said come to the store we will short it out. When i went to the store i said i complained about rudness. They said they know nothing. And i asked the name of the guy.. His name is Raman. He was not present. Then i asked for the sim again then he can't give me sim. What is it? Do i look like a fool? Called me then they don't know me why they are wasting my time? How much money they want as a bribe to give me a free sim. Whats going on and who marked this issue resolved? Its not resolved now i have to face more torture right just to get a sim? Just help me with and tell me how to file a case.. Please

      Got the sim but they are not punching or submitting my form.. I haven't got order confirmation sms. This guys are crap.. When i call they says technical issue and all its been 10days.. Do you want money?

        Went 9 to 10 times to get the jio sim, but the store owner is so bad in behaviour that every time he giving excuses like sim is not available, server is down, come aftet some time. He keep telling the people that we don't have sim card and to get the sim come at 9 am. When we approach there the store is closed. And after opening the store he told all cards are sold out. and hi ask money for sim

          I am reliance broadband user.my user id is[protected].connection is registered at the name of mr.sanjay garg.I am complaining 4th time.My connection is not working from 3 days and i am facing frequent disconnections from 1 month.Last month i complained almost 12 times then they resolved my error.Now its happening again.i am done with this.This is not expected from reliance communications.Just answer me can you resolve my issue permanently or i will terminate my connection and will prefer to use airtel broadband.I[censored] cant resolve the error just close the connection.

            I have port my number from idea to reliance gsm (my no. [protected]) as one of the customer care executive visited my office and gave the details that reliance has brought the connection with unlimited calls and internet. later on when the number get activated the customer care told us there is no such plan with reliance its like some local and std minutes are free, which was the first mis commitment done by them. then i requested them to discontinue the services of this no and i dont want to continue the plan and they forced me to retain this number for minimum 3 months and only after that i can go for pre pad conversion.
            Now i am getting regular calls from reliance to pay the bill amount which was actually not to be charged as i havent used it. also, they have imposed 3 months more bill and late charges on it which i will not pay now.

            Reliance is a cheater and now they are harassing their customer by sending the legal notice at my residence.

            Pls help!!

            Sir, again this morning i got a call from a lawyer from Tis hazari court Delhi, who forced me to pay the due bill and otherwise they would dislinked / deactivate all my ID proofs like Adhar Card, Votor Card & Passports. Is this the the way to threaten the people the name of the Person was AMAN KUMAR - DUTY IN CHARGE and he called me from - [protected] and giving me a threatening calls, Being a female i cannot accept all that and he told me that he would be reaching my home if i will not pay the bill. I have email which i have sent to reliance in Aug where i have written that u want to discontinue the number and want my no back and till date they people are harassing me and also not giving my number back.

            In spite of settling all the actual dues for which I was liable and even after convincing all the officials from various departments who called me up with my facts, after 4 months I am still receiving calls but now from their lawyers who are claiming that their client have sued me for non payment of dues (Rs. 1841/- the amount which I am not liable to pay).

            Words like legal cases and court of law is really frightening especially for those who belong to ordinary middle class family. Same holds true for my father as well, who wants me to make the payment and avoid such complexities and unnecessary harassment. Even he thinks that this is not correct but then at the end of the day its better to pay than get into such trouble.
            But I feel that now there are forums where such grievances can be addressed and that is why I am here. Its not about the quantum of money involved but about honesty. Why should anyone pay the amount for which he is not liable and above that how can you sue him for that? One has to raise his voice against arm twisting especially when big and reputed companies like Reliance are involved in such incidents at grass root level. I hope I will get a solution or path to find one soon with your help.

            Sir, They called me again and given me a warning to pay the bill otherwise they will block my all ID cards and sent legal notice against me at my home address.

            Being i female i dont want to get into all dis trouble.
            I had purchased reliance jio dongle wi-fi in ajmer reliance market .they provide me a sim with this device and ask me sim started within one day but next day i approach reliance jio market it is suitetd at makadwali road ajmer but there are not a proper response and till date my wi fi sim not statrted today is 4 day without activated my wi fi sim.

              From the last two weeks, Rs 5 is deducting daily from my main account .
              I complained several times with Customer care executive but each time I receive the same response "Call after two hours" & then they block my number to talk with executive. I also complained regarding this on web portal but still no response. No value added service is activated on my number.
              So, I am posting here to get some help.
              I will port my number to some other ISP if my problem doesn't gets resolved.

                On seeing your ad on Mini Wi Pod, in the Reliance Energy Bill in August 2015, I was impressed and purchased one on August 30, 2015 with a special offer for one year, for unlimited usage.

                From inception the network was very poor and I could not make use of it. In spite of numerous complaints I was getting the same reply from your customer services department that there were network issues in my area and they were working on it. I could'nt use even two GBs per month and that too after struggling and wasting a lot of time trying to surf the net and using the e-mail.

                To make matters worse, in July I began receiving messages that CDMA is being discontinued and I would have to purchase a 4G Wi-Fi device to enable to use the internet. I couldnt even use the internet after that although I had paid for use of internet till 30th August 2016.

                So I was compelled to purchase the 4G Wifi device for Rs.899/-. The advertisement also said that I would get 10GB of 4g data free with this offer.

                To my surprise, in August, I received a bill for the period 14 July to 13 August. As this is absurd, I asked for discontinuing service on 29th August (Ref.[protected] which has not been acted on till date. I have sent numerous e-mails to which I have not received any reply.

                I have again sent another request for discontinuing service today (Ref[protected] and also regarding the 10GB free data and am awaiting reply.

                    I am using there sim card from the last 4 years but due to my lots of busy schedule I have make my number postpaid they have taken 300 INR extra due security fund and ask me that this fund is refundable on first I got a bill around 700 INR i think that may be I have use a lot this month that's why the billl is come but next month the process will same and after 6 month means today when I am going to port my number they ask me to pay 1150 INR infact doesn't deduct the 300 INR too in these when I ask him the reason there vendors replied me that they have deduct the fund after 3 months bills which litrally this company is too much costly performance wise they are weak there services is too weak infact there customer care don't know how to behave with there customers I am really frustated by this fake company charges and never going to use there services anymore also ask the other mobile users too to change there number and use other sim as they people are lier

                      My internet was not working from 13 of july to 31st august. The issue was that the ethernet adapter was not blinking. i lodge a complaint on 13th of july and specifically asked them to communicate with call before closing my ticket.
                      but they closed the ticket without doing so . then i contacted the the local reliance technical person to resolve the issue but after tons of cal he visted home resolved the issue by stating that monkey has damaged the wire and he has applied the tape to it . But next day internet again stopped working. then i again started the whole process and the end result was same.
                      i paid the whole bill of july even though after 13 it was not working but i will not pay for August month. The issue was resolved on 1st of september.
                      i communicate with them via to request a weeaver for august month as i have not used the serveice for continous of 2 days. they refused to give whole weaver satateing that the complain was not continous.
                      i mailed them regarding the matter but there was no solution. they provided me the waviver for 3 days but i want for whole august as i was not ablle to use internet properly from 13th july.

                      i have call logs of me and reliance technical person
                      mail communication with reliance .

                      i am willing to pay for the service i have used but not when i the service was not working.

                      as mentioned in complain i was requested for call back . I haven't received any call back thus i was not aware that my complain was closed. and the issue was not resolved just simply marking as an unresolved issue as resolved issue will not resolve it .
                      the wire was damage wich was repaired on 1st September. how can you resolve that . please provide explanation for that.

                      please read the mail properly and take a follow up on previous conversation . The issue was that i was not able to use your services from 13july to 1sep thus i am not going to may for august month.
                      We are have this converstaion from pass 1 week . if not granted i am going to the consumer court as
                      1) i requested for call you never called after issue has been resolved
                      2) even though the issue was not resolved you marked it as resolved
                      3) your techinal person picks my call once in 20 calls
                      4) his own words were "monkey ha ruptured the cable i have fixed with tape" but next day issue still persist.

                      on the basis of above points and records of complain id and call i will file consumer complaint

                          Hi Reliance Communication
                          I was using Wi-Pod of reliance [protected] from past year. Previous it was (10GB morning and 10GB night) for 599 plan. Now reliance upgrade the device with same plan will applicable after upgrade. I was taken the new device of Rs. 899. After 4g upgrade without informing me my plan got changed to 1GB for 1100.
                          Now Reliance have billed so high as per overdue the usage “how usages are increased due to service was very poor after up gradation. They send the bill amount for 1888 Jul16 and Aug 1325/-. Now I have few questions here.
                          1. While upgrading the 3G to 4G reliance people told me that same plan ((10GB morning and 10GB night) for 599) will applicable even in 4G. Because of that plan only i upgraded to 4G. Why you are not informed at that time like plan may be will change after upgrade.
                          2. Before changing my plan at least you should call or mgs or mail me that about to change plan. Did you informed me about the plan change? i asked customer care the same they told reliance send mail regarding the plan change. i didn't received any mail or mgs regarding this plan change. Do you have any proof please attach me.
                          3. After 4G upgraded the internet services very poor (only single week it was working fine)
                          This is ridiculous as after repeatedly asking whether the upgrade was a mandate I was told that it is not so and it is only to enjoy a better service. In these calls I was also told that I will be able to use my service uninterrupted even if I do not upgrade to 4G.
                          It is highly unacceptable that a telecom giant such as RELIANCE has such poor attention to customer service and is indulging in such unfair practices to force its upgrade on the customers.
                          This is seriously pathetic and mentally upset. So I went for disconnection to their retail store and they are not taking the disconnection request. After that I have complaint against high bill but customer care was not taken care relating with bill so I forwarded request for disconnection the services and I don't think we are going with reliance communication in future.

                          Kindly provide an authenticate amount for settlement otherwise I will go with for legal process further settlement and also disconnect services immediately.

                          Still issue is not resolved, Again received same bill on Rs 3038, As per you executive called me that service is already terminated and Reliance will send revise bill. but after received we received as nothing Reliance done on complaint.

                          Again we are asking same please provide authenticate amount which we need to be paid. Now we don't option have to complaint on TRAI against reliance.

                          They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call & billing section will call us daily for paying the bill generated after deactivation .Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY

                          Thousands of poor people are being harassed and cheated by Reliance . We should unite and move together against this FRAUD COMPANY .

                              I took broadband connection in sector C Aliganj, Lucknow -226024 and gave a check of Rs 1490 to the sales person on[protected].

                              The connection was refused by company due to Box issue and cheque payment was deducted.

                              Its been 4 months I have not received my refund. I am continuously following them on mail and phone but they give replies like they will provide as soon as possible. The sales person left job and changed his number. I am completely fed up this service.

                                I terminated my connection with reliance broadband subscriber id[protected] registered in name Kasif Shaikh and i had a quaterly plan for which i used to pay in advance. I placed a request to terminate my connection on 30th april and in the next 10 days on 10th may my connection was terminated. Their executive told me to pay the generated bill as even if i am going to terminate my connection and i will get a refund once my connection is terminated but its been four months and i am still waiting for it. First they told me to wait 45-60 days after termination, then they told me to wait another 60 daysfor the escalation period and still after numerous mails and false hope on phone calls i still haven't received any mail or call regarding my refund amount which on call they even agree to have more than 1900.. I am fed up of their false hopes and i want my money as soon as possible

                                  I have been using Reliance cdma form last 7 years but unfortunately cdma services stoped and my number transfer into gsm 4g when I ask abt plan they said ur 397 plan is same and has unlimited local and std and data is 5gb 4g after few months my plan automatically changed that to without my information or informing me they billed me of 3600/-rs.
                                  From last 15days im going to ur store to sought out this matter and have complaint on 198 so many time no one is giving proper answer.
                                  My incoming are also barred this is my business number and it is affecting my business now.

                                    I used Reliance Modem and My Number is : [protected]

                                    I bought this modem at Ambattur, chennai, Reliance office . From the start date i faced lot of issued and i give complained also . But complaint till not rectified .

                                    So i planned to disconnect my modem, for that i pay full payment for my bill no :[protected], and also i paid additional Rs 150 for disconnect as per your staff told to me .

                                    I got one call from Reliance to active my modem back, so that i give 1Gb plan for you . Use this plan if you ok will continue . Plan : Sr[protected] . NCPLUS1GB-175 W.E.F 29.06.2016

                                    Till July 5th only my modem was worked and after that till its not worked .

                                    Again i face same issued and i give complaint for Disconnect on[protected] .

                                    My plan is Rs 175 but i received bill amount is 270 Rs( Bill No :[protected] . I called and informed regarding this to the customer care but no one is solving my problem .

                                    I am ready to pay my bill but i want correct bill not extra amount bill .

                                        This is my one of multiple complaints, which shows how Reliance does fraud. Every time they deduct main balance on using internet and never return money. This is the way they earn money.

                                        Reliance has deducted my 77 rs for using internet(Mentioning it clearly that I was having valid data pack) on my number-[protected]. I had registered Complaint number[protected] on 17th Sep'16. the person who registered my complaint has validated that yes your 77 rs had ben deducted and then registered the complaint. After 24 hrs. my complaint was closed and they said balance can not be refunded. When I retried calling customer care I have observed 3 worst responses.

                                        1-They never attend your call again if they come to know that you are enquiring about your unresolved complaint. When I switch to connect my call to customer care person, it automatically cuts after a beep. How stupid way not to refund money and keep on doing fraud.
                                        .
                                        2-Then I called from another number([protected]) and surprisingly my call was connected to customer person (Which validates the first 1st worst response), and the person on other side says yes it is closed and we can't refund money. I asked him why, he said call after 24 hrs. He was not having any answer. If they keep record, please check how poorly they communicate which shows the level of service they provide.

                                        3-I called again and escalated the matter, then the person says that I don't know why they can't refund (Apne kuch to kiya hi hoga), I was laughing at that moment, that this is the competency of service provider? He said mam its mention here that can't refund.

                                        Now the question comes, what is the knowledge of that person who had registered my complaint, who he has validated that yes my balance is deducted. I want my 77rs to be reimbursed right away. I will keep on posting to social media and will escalate matter. I am about to switch my network to Airtel. Learn from Airtel how to provide service and what is customer satisfaction and learn from reliance how to earn money from customer's main balance.
