      I am unable to use my data ([protected])connection for the past 3 months. I have called up customer care at least 5 times. I was told that my bill is pending. I clearly told that I will not pay since my connection was not working for all these months. I was told that bill waiver request is generated & will be resolved in 24 hours every time I called the Toll free no.. The first 4 times I called (with a gap of 10 - 15 days) I got the same answer. Fifth time I called I was told no waiver request was generated till date & it is being generated for the first time and she gave a number[protected]. The last was made around 10 days back till now I have no information.
      I also visited a Reliance mobile store, they were helpless and asked to call Toll no.
      In between I had send a mail for which there was no response. Mail attached below.

      The saddest part of the whole issue is that no one bothered from Reliance about the complaint.

      I got the 4G card & bought WIFI equipment paying Rs1500/-. I couldn't use it event once.

      I have not used the data card because I am unable to get started with the new 4G card. Tried calling the customer care no, but was unable to connect.

      I have cleared the bill till last month.

      With this type of billing I would like to discontinue your service.

        I port my number [protected] to Reliance postpaid at the time of port Reliance store employee told me that at Rs.899 plan with unlimited calling and internet but I got 6000 minutes only so I adjust with this facility but my sim was active on 29 Aug and I got a message on 30 Aug that 500 mb will credited on your account on 1 Sep so I start using internet from 1 Sep but on 9 Sep I got a mail from reliance that your due payment is Rs.838 Rs.409 for internet usage, I contact reliance customer care a person named Atul told me sorry sir 500mb was not credited in your 1 Sep it was created on 9 Sep in your account so you have to pay full bill.
        I told him that this is wrong why should I pay for internet usage It was company's fault I already confirmed from reliance customer care on 1 Sep that is 500 mb is credited in your account you can use it.

          I have complaint many times for broadband not working. They register our complaint but do not react on it. After 24 hours they close complaint without customer confirmation because they say that company always resolve problem in 24 hours. So they close it so that they can say that we have not complints more than 24 hours. My net is off since last 10 days and it occurs in 2 times or three times a month pls suggest

              I beg to state that I have a reliance mobile phone sim card ( no. :-
              [protected] ) and the balance was Rs. 6.52 on dated 15.09.2016 .
              But, the balance is Rs. 0.52 on 16.09.2016.
              I have not call to any body by this mobile phone within 16.09.2016. that is within 24 hours .
              But, Rs. 6.00 deducted from my balance .
              Kindly, take necessary action against the Reliance communications co. for refund this deducted money Rs. 6.00 as early as possible .

              After few minutes of my this complaining a unknown person call me by phone no. [protected] ( Vodafone mobile sim card of New Delhi ) and he want my debit card no. of my bank for refund this deducted money . Kindly, note this phone no. is not customer care of reliance communication .

                I am writing with reference to my internet recharge on number [protected] of Rs. 251 dated on 10th September 2016, but I have not received the service, as the amount has been debited. When I communicated the matter with your customer care executive (Mr. Rahul), he told me that recharged has been done and amount has been debited but you would not get the service and also we can refund the money to you. What the hell is this? If the services have not been activated on that number than refund the amount. This is the simple policy of every service provider. But he refused. When i talked with your supervisor (Mr. Manav), he also told me the same in a rudely manner and also told me you do whatever you want to do, we will not refund your money and also we will not provide you the service.
                What is this? Is this a way to talk to your clients? Why can’t you refund the money to the customer if you are not able to give the service?
                You are just looting the money from the customer by taking the amount and not provide the service to customer, and when the customer asked for his money then your customer care executive talked in the rudely manner and also cut the phone sometimes.
                I am more concerned about my money.
                You are requested to look into the matter and refund the amount to me.

                    I have got a legal FINAL DEMAND LETTER on APRIL 17 2017 ...NOT A SINGLE BIT OF DATA has been used since Mar 2016 and you demand money ...this is nothing but extoration and suitable action possible under law will be taken and any damages will be recovered and borned by you.
                    Also the DEMAND notice comes from a gmail id which is really suspiscious

                      Hi,

                      I had given the request for termination of my broadband connection on 8th August and 11th August and the request no. is as follows :

                      2.[protected]

                      First request got closed automatically by your side and the second request is not yet processed. I even called customer care[protected] times and every time they told me that they will arrange the call or the connection will be terminated with in 7 days but it has been 1 and half month no action has been taken on my request. This is the height of my patience being tested. I even have 10 - 12 phone recordings of my conversations with your customer care officials. So now what should i do either should i go to consumer forum or you people are going to take some action. My subscriber ID is[protected].

                        Saw a offer on insta care app, in which i saw data offer, in which in rs.156, reliance provide 1 gb 3g net, with 30days validity
                        But when i clicked on 7 sep 2016, i got only, 800 mb data, with 13days validity. when i called to 198 then, there is no option for, complaint available.

                        Same type case, i filled before one year ans problem resolved.

                        This time i need resolution and compensation for harassment rs.10000, if problem not resolved then, i go for consumer court because reliance doing this type of wrong practices again and again.

                          Hi, i was used reliance data card number#[protected] & [protected] and made complete payment while de-activate connections.but today i received text to my mobile stating that non-payment of Rs 1843 & Rs 865 respectively.It is impossible to have this bill generation since connecions was already dis-connected.

                          You team will cancel/de-activate connections only after clear the unbilled.else you won't take request to cancel connections.

                          They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call & billing section will call us daily for paying the bill generated after deactivation .Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY

                          Thousands of poor people are being harassed and cheated by Reliance . We should unite and move together against this FRAUD COMPANY .

                            after i placed my previous complaint against reliance communications i was received a call from one person and he talked me like he calling from reliance, the number that he used to call is [protected], he asked me about my net banking details and debit card details, also he asked to register some web site named rbirefund.*** .com, im not revealed the details he asked, but its a thread, take action if you can!!

                              My reliance prepaid mobile number is [protected], today i recharged my number online, while i was visited their web site the shown on detail for 127rs of recharge the benefit is 25p/minute for 84 days. but after i done the recharge by net banking i received a message stated they activated benefit for 30p/minute for 84days which is not matching with the data what they told on their website.
                              Kindly take action, whether they need to provide me the 25p call rate for 84 days, otherwise they need to refund the money

                                Sir,
                                Thanks for your letter. But I would like to inform that this outstanding has been occurred only because of the negligence of customer services, for which I need to get compensated. I also requested for plan change which was not entertained by rcom executives, without any justification. Moreover just CSR throws the balls to other court like visit the nearest showroom who doesn’t even receives the request.
                                I have mailed regarding the discontinuation of service on 23/7 & it has been forwarded by CSR to respective on same day mail attached .But request was taken only after 4 days & simply giving reasons. But when there is a bill payment follow up CSR call to right number only when there is an issue they get incorrect number.
                                Moreover every time it is a usual practice by rcom that request has been taken only after 5-10 days so that rental can be charged from customer. In mail I have provided clearly that termination of service on 24/7 & will not undertake bill payment as I have cleared the bill till date.

                                  Change the bill Plan without Information zero customer satisfaction
                                  My Reliance data card number is [protected].This connection was in cdma as they upgraded cdma services to 4g they asked me to upgrade the connection in 4g and told me that i will be charged according to my previous plan which is 999Rs. I upgraded my connection by purchasing a 4g device of 2700Rs .The device got upgraded i start using it but just after the three days device stop working. I called to customer care number of reliance they told me that your connection is bar due to over usage limit as there is no bill pending from my side.I called reliance appellate authority I told my problem and they started my connection and said it wont stop.after one day it stopped then called them again they said now it wont stop this is repeated daily for 20 days.i call them they said that your bill is around 9000 Rs so we cant start your connection. and they told me about my plan changes.i told them how can you do this without intimation. I told to him that your team told me previously that please upgrade the connection and you will be charged according to cdma plans he said its ok but now you will be charged according to new plan i mean what kind of service is this they are not on their words only some executives say some other things and some say other. one executive asked me to wait for the new bill cycle to start and issue will be resolved in it and my new bill cycle has started i worked only for a day and switched off .i mailed the regional manager rajasthan about issue for 5-6 times but no revert from their side .this is a case of fraud they do not care about customers time and do not know how to talk with customer even appellate authority people are also not responding well. i have registered the case to the state consumer forum still waiting for there reply.
                                  Please help me what to do in this as i am feeling fooled and cheated

One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call & billing section will call us daily for paying the bill generated after deactivation .Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY

                                  Thousands of poor people are being harassed and cheated by Reliance . We should unite and move together against this FRAUD COMPANY .

                                      My number [protected], I was using single and due to 4g upgrade the services were stopped and I called the customer care to disconnect but they compelled me to stay and waited for the bill generation and they told me to pay the bill and come back, I did the same and called customer care to disconnect, they proceeded and after many days I got a call back again compelling me to stay and saying termination is under process, again I got many calls regarding why I am disconnecting but the disconnection was not dine and I got the bill for next month. I also sent a mail to an email.id which custiner service provided to me. Now I have to pay that bill also and get back to them? Pathetic service, I ignored the mail and they called and I told the things happened and they behaved like they wee convinced but each time am getting call from.different people and I am fed up with explaining everything, now again I am getting threatening emails from this pathetic service provider. Now again I got bill for next month and now they are telling me to go reliance office and submit documents again and fill a form and submit it to the office. Now I havre to pay bill for two months which I haven't used because of relqince 4g upgrade and they only stopped the service. What a pathetic service ? Do they give jio free sim.by looting money like this from other sources, this is a case if robbery or looting.

                                        I am totally frustrated by their poor customer service(jio data) First, they take a million years to activate the goddamn jio sim (didn't work for me yet), second the stupid 198 code just keeps me waiting like a dork, third, this is like one of those days when you totally regret doing something, buying the sim in the first place. My email hasn't been verified yet by the useless jio app. I keep trying to contact the consumer support for help in vain. You know what. If I were to rate you outta ten, you would be getting -10/10. Yep, that's how bummed I am at their service.
