i want to bring in your kind notice that Rs fifty (50) has been deducted today dated 16/09/2016 from my mobile amount Rs 93.00 . i approach to your customer care .your customer adjective told that i made a international call at about 9.43 am .Neither i made any call at any number nor made any international call in past till date .this happen occurred 2nd time at the same no but no action has been taken by you.as my mobile set dialed details, there is no any call (INTERNATIONAL) made by my current mobile set TODAY AND LAST PAST DAYS. I think that some one hacked my mobile number or cloned the sim card . kindly look in to the matter and trace the number which number call was made from any same cloning number.

    I was using 999 unlimited plan. I was satisfied by the service provided in 3G. I was informed to change it to reliance 4G and said there will not be any changes in plans. So I purchased the new 4g dongle. It took a very long time for the 4G Device to work. Meanwhile, I was asked to pay bill for the non working 3G modem. When I contacted the customer care, they gave wavier. Now again I got a bill of Rs.2504. When I contacted customer care, they said that I have been migrated to some 4G plan. so the bill is more. They said that they have sent a mail regarding the same. I have searched my mail box and I didn't even receive any mails regarding it. Without intimation they have changed my plan and asking me to pay the bill by 23rd September. They have disconnected the services to my number. They also did not provide 10gb free data on migrating as promised. This is the second complaint I'm making regarding this issue. The complaint was answered that the company has already waived the amount and will not wave again. The person who spoke didn't even respect. I wish to waive my bill off. Please do the needful.

I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call & billing section will call us daily for paying the bill generated after deactivation .Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY

    Thousands of poor people are being harassed and cheated by Reliance . We should unite and move together against this FRAUD COMPANY .

      We are extremely disappointed with your service. It's been over a month since we took the broadband service and we have called over 50 times but there is either no response or vague answers from the customer care. Neither the numbers are correct nor the person for the job is available. We have been extremely tired of such behaviour so please we would like you to seriously look in this matter or we will never take the service again.

        I am 72 years old and have been running to get Jio sim at Reliance digital Sector 10 and Reliance digital mini store Ramphal Chowk Sector 7, Dwarka, New Delhi but being told not available. Besides my age I remain thrice a week in hospital since my wife is not well. Don't you think it is cruelty joke of Free Jio Sim especially with me. I am completely frustrated and have lost hope to get JIO SIM. Anyhow you may be having your problems. Thanks

          I am using Reliance CDMA netconnect+ and it is not working from July last week onwards.

          I requested for cancellation for the same on Aug 12th and it got disconnected. But still I got bill for Aug and September month. But there is no service from Aug 12th onward.

          Please let me know why I need to pay the bill.

          Main reason to raise a complaint is, when I call to customer care about the problem to raise the request after listening the problem simply they are disconnecting the call without raising the complaint. Repeated three times, later visited Reliance store but they are asking to call customer care. I crossed checked in August itself whether my number is disconnected or not by calling customer care, they said number disconnected in Aug 25th itself. Surprisingly bill came for September month. What kind of service providing to customer I don't know .
          They are doing this fraud to everyone.             Hello,

            I already submitted the below complaint and to which you replied to submit it in this link using a PC: http://bit.ly/1cmd6ds. I am NOT able to submit anything over there and your support people as pestering me like anything for paying bill. I will move to consumer court if you continue this without taking proper action.

            Original complaint I filed here is below:

            I had a data plan of Rs.675 with 10GB limit when I was using 3G.
            When Relaince upgraded it from 3G to 4G they said they will retain the same plan. Now they have cheated us by changing the data plan to Rs.675 for just 3GB.

            Now they have generated a bill of Rs. 1750 (check the attachment) for the same 3GB plan and asking me to pay the bill. They said I have activated some add-ons which I haven't and once the 3GB limit was over I am not getting internet as well.
            As per the earlier 3G plan, when the data usage exceeds allotted quota, the speed will come down and no other issues was there. Now they just do some random things with Billing.

            ABSOLUTE CHEATING. I HAVE ALREADY CALLED THE CUSTOMER DESK AND ASKED TO DISCONNECT MY SERVICES AS WELL. I WILL NOT PAY THIS TOTALLY NONSENSE BILL AMOUNT THEY HAVE CREATED.

              I'm a long time genuine user of reliance. My reliance data card [protected], stopped working in the month of july it had a very bad connectivity, i was not able to use for almost 15days in the month of june/july because of reliance switing the network to 4g, though i paid that month's bill.

              In the month of augest the service got totally disconnected and i was asked to upgrate to 4g and customer care / outlet persons promised the same plan would be carry forwarded in 4g service aswell. I bought the 4g dongle for 1600rs and after two days i got mail saying my credit limit is exceeded and service is disconnected. I was surprised to see the mail of my plan getting changed without any notice or approval. And i have written a mail / complaint on AUG 19TH, for cancellation of service. But till today the service is not yet cancelled and bills are being generated.

              And no one is bothered to disconnect or terminate the service having complained n-no of times. But only calling to clear the bill amount, also from the above mails you could notice the request to waive off the excess amount claimed and terminate the service.

              My Total Loss = june / july month net not working 750rs
              Cost invested for dongle = 1600rs

              I'm in an loss of 2350rs, but to my disappoinment still bills are getting genereated without any vaive off.

              Yesterday i received a call from one of your customer care from the number ([protected]), the lady spoke very rashly and gave mental tourcher to clear the outstanding bill amount. Failing which it would be sent to legal

              She also agrees with the statement reliance was only not aware of plans getting changed before 4g conversion, hence they have promised the same existing plan to be carried forwarded to all the old customers. She claims But now left with no other option all their old customers have to clear the excess amount of bill, no one can escape from legal / TRAI.

              She says now we are sending it to legal, you as a customer can't do anything (show proof of videos / mails etc) but it would be on our side. You as a customer will get to know when you face the legal consequences.

              I was suprised to hear the open challenge made. I have made the proof of recording of the lady spoke, can share it when required.

              Again, i request you to waive off the entire amount and terminate my service.

                Dear Customer Care Team:
                This is in regards to my connection number: [protected]. With extreme regret and pain I am forced to write this mail to you.

                Following ‘Factual Points’ put the agony and despair I have been through:

                1. Service to my dongle number had abruptly stopped from company side on 25 June, 2016.
                2. I had called up the customer care numbers many number of times to get my service resumed, but in vain. First I was told that my outstanding bill has not been paid; to my surprise my bill date has not yet reached, but the tele-operator advised me to pay the monthly amount which I did anticipating that probably company has changed my bill date/ pay date.
                3. Even after acting on the prompt advice my connection could not be resumed, as advised within 24 hrs. Even later also.

                4. Calling back I get a new response that it is impossible to resume my service till I upgrade to 4G services and get a new device costing @899.
                5. I pleaded that this sudden closure has hampered my work and I have to send important documents, kindly resume it, which went unheard and the call was forwarded to senior to senior. All suggested the same.

                6. Aghast at the state of affairs and the deep inconvenience caused I had to get to some other mode of net surfing in hurry.


                7. Since then I had been receiving numerous calls at all hours for the time period of around 1 month. To all I expressed my unwillingness to upgrade as this was unnecessary financial burden on me, plus the 4g network at my current position of Rae Bareli was under upgrade and hence stalled even for those who decided to upgrade.
                8. Having purchased the 3G Pro Dongle few months back I was not told about the upcoming upgrade and the additional cost that the company would append to me.


                9. During each of my calls I had refrained that I wish that my connection be stopped. I had even gone to your Bargad Chaurah reliance office in Raebareli for assistance to which the guys told me that they cannot help; call customer care.
                10. For all the months till I was in use of reliance net connect service I had paid all my bills on time in a strict regimented manner.


                Questions:
                1. Since my connection was stalled from the side of the company and not me at Reliance’s will and convenience- Why should I pay for the months that I have not been allowed to use the services?
                2. What about professional and financial inconvenience and loss incurred by me by the sudden stalling of service by reliance?


                3. What about the investment that I made in your dongle which is now useless as I cannot connect through it?
                4. As a customer am I supposed to run from pillar to post answering calls and going to helpless center to disconnect my connection?

                I request through you to the company to consider the case and appropriately and disconnect my connection with all the inappropriately raised bills withdrawn with immediate effect.

                I got contacted by some legal cell based in Delhi with regards to the matter above. It was quite intimidating call from them opinionated and judgmental in their own right. I hope as commented from your end, my earlier complaint would have been forwarded by your team and as I said earlier I had mailed to your office and attorney.

                I do not understand why the company needs to be aggressive even in the face of overwhelming evidence of service being withdrawn from your end and not mine.

                Hope that you people would get to the matter at the earliest.

                    I purchased CDMA Datacard([protected]) of Reliance in Feb 2016. In July, they migrated my no. to 4G without consent and changed plan from 499 Rs to 1100Rs without informing. Earlier they were sending mails that plan and benefit will not get changed in 4G and suddenly they changed monthly rental from 499 to 1100 without informing. I went to reliance office on 26th July and they refused to write complaint. I called customer care and they also refused to write any complaint. Then i marked mail to applette authority but of no use.Now, Reliance started calling for bill payment and started torturing and harrassing and threating me with legal action. I do not want to use reliance services and want to recorrect my bill as per 499 as they committed prior to 4G that plan would remain same but they migrated rental. They might have cheated lots of customer with the same techniques. Request you to look into the matter and help me in resolving the issue. It will be a great help for me.Attaching the snap of committment which they did prior launch of 4G and fooled so many customers with this.

                        Yesterday i wrote a complaint against the reliance communications for the reason they deducted my phone balance without any reason of 105 rupees in my phone no. [protected]. after that someone who say that he is a reliance communication customer care representative and says that if i want to back my phone balance then i must be share my BANK ACCOUNTS details with them if i dont share my bank details then they never returns my deducted money . and if i am again registers complaints against to them they never returns money and deactivated my phone no . they called me from these 2 no.these are [protected] and [protected].

                            While trying to recharge the reliance world international sim, the transaction kept failing. Like any other failed transaction, it was understood that the amount will be credited back to the bank account. And hence kept trying to recharge owing to the urgency for balance update on the sim before travel. On calling customer care, they assured refund of the money and requested for all transaction details to be sent over mail - which was done. After few days they came back saying that the amount cannot be credited to the bank account and all of it will be put in the sim as calling balance! Rs. 1500 was put on a sim just 3 days prior to travel end date. Despite repeated requests, they are not willing to refund this amount to bank account.
                            1) they are trying to make money out of failed transactions - which occurred purely because of their flawed systems (The technical issue was confirmed by the call centre agent)
                            2) how do they expect the customer to utilize balance added on a sim card which was taken for a holiday and which is now over?

                            Need a resolution for this with the money being credited back to the bank account.

                              My dongle has stopped working all of sudden since june'2016 and i came to know that it is in suspended state due to migration. Hence i had planned to terminate my existing dongle plan.

                              I had been trying following up with customer care more than 10 times. But there are no response from the termination team as customer care has given me a confirmation on the same all the times when i had called them.

                              Whenever i call them, i would be put on hold by them about an hour and at last they would respond back saying that termination team was unavailable. (Please find the screenshot)

                              And the bill is keep on getting generated without processing my request.

                              I have been keep on sending mails as well for which also there is no response.

                              Whenever i get call from the reliance office, i tell the same and they disconnect the call all of sudden without processing my request.

                              And no request has been raised by customer care till now and they try to keep on generating the bill.

                              Kindly help me to get out of it.

                              And very recently I had got a call from a land line and when I had asked her to provide me her mail id so that I could forward her all the mail chains which I had been sending, she has given me below mail address:

                              When I questioned her why it is of GMAIL domain, not reliance domain, she didnt answer properly and put me ON HOLD and then disconnected.

                              The mistake is from your end and I do have all the proof to take it forward. If you do not withdraw that legal notice, I would take it forward with the consumer court and will ask for the compensation for everything.

                                I had complained in customer care on dated 8th September for my out going massaging not working. several times from that day have called customer care and every day they have confirmed for tomorrow 2 pm clearance. But till today have not resumed the massaging service.                                   Really this is un-acceptable, every month generating Falls bill and also getting everyday calls from collection team for pay your due amount. I don’t know is that the process.

                                  From 4 months before the issues was started, I was unable to connect the data card, if somehow connected there is no network strength as well as speed. I called many times to customer care number and they raised complain request, than I waited 2 to 4 weeks for resolution and I got to know the complaint raised was resolved but still I was facing the same issues and I don’t know how to resolved the issues without any information to me and was also informed me from customer care, there are 4G migration is going on in your area (Bangalore) and you have to wait for 3 months and go to reliance shop and collect the 4G sim but at that time 4G sim itself not available in Bangalore location. Then I really disappointed and I decided to close this connection, because I am professional and many times I need to work from home and cannot wait 3 months. I called customer care three times for closing proposes, Two times I got response that person (Who is taking closing request) is not available now and one time cust-Executive transfer the called to that person (Who is taking closing request) and that person was tried to convince me to wait 3 months or whenever 4G migration will be completed, we will informed you, by this time your connection will be in standby mode, bill will be not generated further no need to pay any monthly bill and please don’t close your connection. This was the commitment I got from customer care. Than why this bill are generating continuously? rally strange and every day called me to pay your due amount and also I have sent three four mail regarding this but no response.

                                    I have been using the Reliance dongle [protected] from last one year. They frauded for 4g and they sent me bill for 3145. and now they are asking me to pay 1715. My usage was for unlimited and these guys cheated and they gave only 5GB 4G without prior notice. Now they are sending me warning emails to pay bills. I am not paying the bill. I also raised 2 requests to terminate the connection and they are giving false everytime.

                                    They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call ...Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY

                                    Thousands of poor people are being harassed and cheated by Reliance . We should unite and move together against this FRAUD COMPANY .

                                      There is no service on phone as well as of internet at my place. I have launched the complaint about the same on customer care but no action has been taken yet.
                                      The problem is there from 7 days.

                                        I am a current user of reliance but my sim card had been lost and trying with the same old plan new sim card but not able to get application for the same.. trying toll free number but some cross connection is coming so on toll free number also not able to connect. toll free number also chargeable but if i go for English option than by default it was coming in kanada and than was not given any option to go to right track. m
                                        my concern is i do not want RELICNE GIO sim card but i m excisting customer from more than 5 years and not getting new simcard for the same old plan
