About money deducted without any reason

My balance around RS 105 has been deducted without any message or call from my mobile no [protected] (reliance GSM prepaid) on 14-sep 2016.In this regard I tried to lodge complaint in customer care but they had only one answer that the system is on updation and no record is showning so that complaint couldnot be lodged. Activation of jio sim card

I have purchased jio reliance mobile sim card no. [protected] on 03/09/2016 from the delar at Shanipar, Pune. The requisite documents such as copy of Aadhar card & photograph is also submitted. Like any other failed transaction, it was understood that the amount will be credited back to the bank account. And hence kept trying to recharge owing to the urgency for balance update on the sim before travel. On calling customer care, they assured refund of the money and requested for all transaction details to be sent over mail - which was done....

I have been using the Reliance dongle [protected] from last one year. They frauded for 4g and they sent me bill for 3145. and now they are asking me to pay 1715. My usage was for unlimited and these guys cheated and they gave only 5GB 4G without prior notice. Now they are sending me warning emails to pay bills. I am not paying the bill. I also raised 2 requests to terminate the connection and they are giving false everytime....
