I purchased CDMA Datacard([protected]) of Reliance in Feb 2016. In July, they migrated my no. to 4G without consent and changed plan from 499 Rs to 1100Rs without informing. Earlier they were sending mails that plan and benefit will not get changed in 4G and suddenly they changed monthly rental from 499 to 1100 without informing. I have purchased jio reliance mobile sim card no. [protected] on 03/09/2016 from the delar at Shanipar, Pune. The requisite documents such as copy of Aadhar card & photograph is also submitted. However sim card is not activated till date i.e. 14/09/2016. The dealer is unable to state the reason forn the same. Sir, it is requested to kindly activicate my sim card at the earliest....

While trying to recharge the reliance world international sim, the transaction kept failing. Like any other failed transaction, it was understood that the amount will be credited back to the bank account. And hence kept trying to recharge owing to the urgency for balance update on the sim before travel. On calling customer care, they assured refund of the money and requested for all transaction details to be sent over mail - which was done....

My dongle has stopped working all of sudden since june'2016 and i came to know that it is in suspended state due to migration. Hence i had planned to terminate my existing dongle plan.

I had been trying following up with customer care more than 10 times. But there are no response from the termination team as customer care has given me a confirmation on the same all the times when i had called them.

I had complained in customer care on dated 8th September for my out going massaging not working. several times from that day have called customer care and every day they have confirmed for tomorrow 2 pm clearance. But till today have not resumed the massaging service. Really this is un-acceptable, every month generating Falls bill and also getting everyday calls from collection team for pay your due amount. I don’t know is that the process.

I have been using the Reliance dongle [protected] from last one year. They frauded for 4g and they sent me bill for 3145. and now they are asking me to pay 1715. My usage was for unlimited and these guys cheated and they gave only 5GB 4G without prior notice. Now they are sending me warning emails to pay bills. I am not paying the bill. I also raised 2 requests to terminate the connection and they are giving false everytime....

There is no service on phone as well as of internet at my place. I have launched the complaint about the same on customer care but no action has been taken yet.

This is to inform you that I got frustrated with the wrong billing amount charged against my postpaid no -[protected].

From Last 3 months, I am getting bill of more than 1000 Rs, however my plan is of 599 Rs which gives 4000 minutes calling and 2g data unlimited.

I am only using this connection for call purpose and that too is not high. Its very much within 4000 mins limit. After including...

Pls tell me how come without my permission, my data plan from inr 500/- has been escalated to 2200/- per month.
I am amazed that a company as big as yours has no processes or protocols to follow.

I will not pay this amount unless the excess charges are reversed and until this is resolved and my data card doesn’t work i will not pay the rental as well....

I had a reliance connection subscription id: [protected], can no.[protected], which is in termination process since july 21, 2016 and the connection is still not terminated and everyday customer care execute call me for payments although i do not have any kind of dues left. This is what reliance treat their customers for their sufferings and decision of terminating the services.

Gujarat. Today i. E, on 14th september, 2016 reliance cell company deduct
