I am a reliance wipod user, i have been using 3g dongle at a rate of 1000rs for 40gb and when they changed to 4g it was informed that there will not be any change in plan for next six months. Based on this information i bought the new 4g device. After first month i received a bill of rs 9375/-. Reliance store is asking, pls contact customer care we can not support you, reliance customer care is not registering my complaint, saying that pls wait it will get resolved soon.
With out providing 4g data card & internet service reliance is billing...

I've been using reliance data card for 1yr my plan is 999 40gb.
Last month reliance people called me and said about the 4g upgrade and asked me to purchase 4g device. I enquired about the plan they said it's the same tariff only the service is upgrading to 4g.
And they said if i upgrade i would get 10gb data as early offer.
After so many calls they convinced me to purchase.

On my reliance no [protected], they have simply deducted from my main balance more than rs 200 or rs 300, i don't know for what they deducted. This is not the 1st time. They keep on repeating this. Really i got fed of reliance. Neither i have used data pack or any pack that will cost me this much. Please rectify this and do the needful. Its a very callous attitude from reliance communications...

My data card card plan has been change without my knowledge and without any intimation. Customer care is not responding to my call they are disconnecting my call. I am mentally very disappointed and cant able to concentrate on my works. My plan is 999 for 40 gb unlimited and bill came for rs 5044. I am just a common man and cannot able to pay this much amount that you have charged your own without my info....

I have recharged for Rs.255/- for CDMA Mobile: [protected] and the amount was deducted from my credit card vide operator ref no: [protected]. But the amount was not credited to my a/c, if I called to customer they are giving very negligent answers.

I write to submit that i switched to ur 4g wi-pod when my reliance postpaid data card connection ([protected]) was disconnected. Before switching to 4g, i asked to customer care and your sodala, jaipur store that my plan that was of rs. 999 would be continued in 4g or i will have to do sonething for it? Both said u need not to do anything, ur plan would be same.

On 5th of august i visited your reliance footprint shop and bought a lotto sport sandal that costs rs. 2000 (Approx). I was pleased with it the whole of 3 days but on the fourth day, the stitch came out due to which i was without a footwear for the whole day. I was in a marriage function. It was a bright sunny day. I was using rs.999 - data 40gb plan
I was told after 4g upgrade plan will remain same.
After i spent money on buying 4g device and migrated to 4g.
My plan was changed to rs.900 - data 5gb.
And on top of that, they have disconnected my services now when i consumed 6gb as reliance people say i have to pay first rs.1700 then only they will resume services.

This is fraud totally.

As reliance were shutting down cdma network i got call from their executive & they have asked me for up gradation on 4g. they also have send 4g sim card at free of cost.

When i asked to customer care about my exiting plan before migrating to 4g/lte, they said data and plan will be same as before (cdma plan) you just need to buy wi-pod for lte.

Poor Response from customer care
Like everyone i also changed from 3g to 4G wipod after paying for my second reliance data card.
Customer care promised for the same data plan from 3G to 4G. but now they informed me that the plan has been changed to 3GB limited only.
And also my wipod is not even getting signal.
My complaint number is[protected].
Just i want to terminate the Data card if i call also the customer...

I stopped using my reliance 3g (Cdma) datacard once the company announced that they are not going to support 3g any more. And i didn't get migrated to 4g. But, when customer care representative called me, they said that i can have my current plan (2gb for 299/-) in 4g also, if i get migrated by purchasing 4g datacard. But i didn't buy it. And i didn't show any interest to get migrated. Now, my recent bill shows that my datacard number ([protected])...

1) i have a postpaid connection of rel comm. Since last 10 yrs. Earlier cdma sub. Converted to gsm.
2) the co. Is at its descrition changing my internet plans without my consent.
3) the co. Is not ready to change my connection from postpaid to prepaid.
4) when i applied for portability to airtel they have rejected my application without giving any reason....

I musarrat khursheed owner of house no 15/109-110 trilokpuri new delhi 110091 given teress of our house on rent for tower and getting rent regularly till jan 2016. Now i am not getting rent for last seven month due to some local adminisrative issue of trilokpuri local residing people.
The local people obstract the personnel of relaince and hurdel the service of tower.
