I am a reliance gsm user of delhi circle, i was given offer of 10 gb 3g data at rs 123, but when i recharged my delhi prepaid mobile no [protected], i got only 1.5 gb data, when i complained against it., they assured me to solve it within 4 days but it has been 5 days but still i dont get my data till now, when i contacted them they only reply that wait for some more time, these 5 days for data is more then enough, help me to get my data balance

    Hi, i have purchased new 4g wipod for rs 2600, e earlier i was using reliance 3 dongle for last 6years. My aug month bill is 3250. Earlier my bill was rs 300 and i was getting 5 gb high speed and thereafter unlimited for whole month. Reliance has done cheating with me since they haven't informed me of the new plan. I will not going to pay this bill and i will shift to other company plan. Do whatever you want to do... U cheaters...

      I have been using reliance cdma land phone for more than 8 years, phone no. [protected]. on june 2016 reliance store officials (sreelakshmi communications, kouser complex, caltex, kannur) advised me to remit amount of rs.2000/- to get a new land phone for continuing landline connection with the same no. that i have been using, as reliance is replacing cdma services by gsm. they even told me that the cost of new phone will be deducted in upcoming bill by rs.100/- in every month. i got the new phone only on july 1 even though i remitted amount in june. now my problem is, new gsm phone is not activated till this day, and they sent 2 bills (bill no[protected] &[protected] without providing any service to me. and they have not deducted the cost of phone in either of these bills, as promised

        I was using reliance 3g plan with 40 gb unlimited with rs 999 rental. I received 4g sim card through courier from reliance asking me to upgrade to 4g and asking me buy the 4g wipod and no where mentioned about plan

        When i contacted the customer service ustomer care and enquired about the plan they said that the existing 40gb plan will carry forward and the 40gb unlimited plan with rs999 rental.

        Yesterday i revived an email stating my billed amount is 7500 then i called customer care and the rep said for ne they have activated 700 plan for 3gb. Bit it was not informed to me. This has been done without my confirmation

        When asked how the plan was changed without my confirmation, they say that they have discontinued the old cdma plans and the current plan is a default one based on my usage, asli said my plan is 999 excluding tax and i have used 7gb worth of 5900 + 1600 tax. I have askd them to raise a waiver request. But it's still on hold.

          This is the mail i sent to reliance through email:

          We have moved from the 3g to the 4g connection.in the month of july we received a pop-up asking us to move to 4g. Filled the form. A week later the 4g pod arrived through post. Paid the amount. The 3g was disconnected. The 4g did not work. Tried reliance customer care. As usual no response, busy, when a person showed up was told to contact the service centre. Went over to the service centre. Was told that i needed to recharge the 4g connection since there was zero balance. Asked what happened to the 3g balance. Was told that was no more. The 3g n the balance in it was history. Paid up for prepaid 4g. Was told that it was updated and that i would be able to connect successfully to 4g. Returned home n switched on the wi - pod. Got a message that it was connected. Tried getting on to the net. Did not work. Called the service centre. Was asked to go over and meet them with the wi-pod. Went over. Was told that there was a problem and that they had sent an email to fix it. Was told that it would be done in two days. Still not fixed. Went over again to check. Was told that it would take another week. Its 2 weeks now. Nothing fixed. The service centre is helpless n has given up all hope of it being fixed. Was given a few numbers and told to call them to fix it. Called all the numbers given. The only automated reply that one gets is "thank u for calling reliance customer care".
          What is to be done? Whom else do we contact? Are the ambani's living a luxurious life by cheating the common people? Not worth it. I[censored] do service for people, do good service otherwise it is better to earn money by begging than by cheating. Reliance u r a rogue company!
          This needs to be fixed. I have already had to get another connection from 'idea' since reliance was cheating. Idea managed to give me my connection in 2 hrs. Why has reliance become a third rated company? Pathetic!
          Fix the issue!

            Hi all,

            I was using reliance 3g (40gb for 1140. R. S) for past 1 year. The net speed is very slow (Promised speed :- 2 mbs and i got :- 0.1mbs) so i applied connection termination but they keep on calling and asked me to change to 4g so that the speed will get increase and my same plan will continue.

            I payed 1599 rupee and brought that dongle and started using it after 1 week the speed was too slow again. When i asked them they are saying my plan get changed (I. E) (5gb for 3500. R. S) without any notification.

            If i am not going to get my plan back i ll raise complaint where ever possible and if nothing works.

When i tried to contact them, they are very irresponsible doesnt even care to repky to my calls. How is it fair that i had payed for the product and not yet received it even after a month time.                 I am a reliance wipod user, i have been using 3g dongle at a rate of 1000rs for 40gb and when they changed to 4g it was informed that there will not be any change in plan for next six months. Based on this information i bought the new 4g device. After first month i received a bill of rs 9375/-. When i contact them they informed that they have changed the plan and they are not ready to talk much about it. My customer no is [protected] and bill date is august 18. I need the plan back and a wavier in the old bill.

                    I've been using reliance data card for 1yr my plan is 999 40gb.
                    Last month reliance people called me and said about the 4g upgrade and asked me to purchase 4g device. I enquired about the plan they said it's the same tariff only the service is upgrading to 4g.
                    And they said if i upgrade i would get 10gb data as early offer.
                    After so many calls they convinced me to purchase.
                    I trusted and ordered it for 890rs i got the device and 4g sim.
                    On 7th aug 2016 reliance roll out 4g in my area and i got message about this. I was using for about 1 week, then the speed came down, i called the customer care and enquired.
                    Then only they are informing me that the tariff has changed and my plan is 3gb for 700rs.
                    And i shouted at them and asked for disconnection.

                    When i got the bill for that month i was shocked, they gave me a bill for 3900rs.
                    My usage was around 13gb and after that it went to the fup speed.
                    I got 10gb offer data +3gb data 13gb
                    And they gave me a bill for 3900rs.
                    This is totally cheating by reliance. Never buy reliance its full of fraud.
                    I didn't get a single call, sms or even mail about the change in tariff.

                    Convincing customers to purchase your product and changing tariffs without the knowledge of customers and sending high bills. This is called cheating customers. No 1 cheating network reliance communication.

                    This is the same issue i am facing bro. did they provide any clarification.
                    Reliance is bloody frauds.
                    They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have disconnected the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the disconnection by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY .I am going to expose this fraud through media .

                      On my reliance no [protected], they have simply deducted from my main balance more than rs 200 or rs 300, i don't know for what they deducted. This is not the 1st time. They keep on repeating this. Really i got fed of reliance. Neither i have used data pack or any pack that will cost me this much. Please rectify this and do the needful. Its a very callous attitude from reliance communications

                        My data card card plan has been change without my knowledge and without any intimation. Customer care is not responding to my call they are disconnecting my call. I am mentally very disappointed and cant able to concentrate on my works. My plan is 999 for 40 gb unlimited and bill came for rs 5044. I am just a common man and cannot able to pay this much amount that you have charged your own without my info. I write to customer care and after nodal officer regarding this issue there is no reply. Customer care executive told me that reliance communication had the right to change there customers plan by time to time.

                        Beware of reliance communication. They will change your current plan any time.

Before switching to 4g, i asked to customer care and your sodala, jaipur store that my plan that was of rs. 999 would be continued in 4g or i will have to do sonething for it? Both said u need not to do anything, ur plan would be same.
                            After 2 days my net was disconnected and when i asked to customer care they said that u'll hav to pay rs. 2000 in addition to ur bill (Rs. 1138.00). Bcoz ur plan has been automatically changed. Since 2 o' clock, i am continuously talking to ur customer care executives (Vikas, roshni etc). When i forced them numerous times to transfer the call to senoirs then one of supervisors (Female, didnt tel her name) convinced me that you submit ur bill (Rs. 1138.00) and ur net will be continued and rest rs 2000 will be waived off as this is our (Company) error.
                            Then i submitted rs 1200 against bill bt my net was nt continued. Then i talked to vikas and he said u'll receive a call till 8pm. Bt i didnt. Again i called and talked to one of supervisors mr. Shubhanker and he said that ur due amount is rs. 3300.00/-. Suddenly u increased the amount and my net is not working since 2pm.

                            So kindly tell me whose mistake is this? This is entirely ur company mistake and u are responsible for it.

                            There is no one to listen and act against it. Why r u making fool o[censored]r valuable customers. Is this ur plan to earn money and make profit from customers who are believing you and purchasing ur wi-fi and connection.

                            If there is any one to take action on it, kindly look into this matter and waive off the amount and continue my connection.

                              On 5th of august i visited your reliance footprint shop and bought a lotto sport sandal that costs rs. 2000 (Approx). I was pleased with it the whole of 3 days but on the fourth day, the stitch came out due to which i was without a footwear for the whole day. I was in a marriage function. It was a bright sunny day. The stitches are of obviously of very poor quality. This was in udupi.

                              Year back i had visited the reliance digital showroom at the forum fiza mall, mangalore. I had bought a dell inspiron 15 5000 series by paying rs. 55, 000. It's a huge amount for us but i thought, "i am in reliance". Within a month, i was surprised to know that it started giving a huge stuff of problems to me. It was the worst experience for me as i had to create a lot of java programs.. A dealer in reliance, i think, was fooling us everytime i went there. We used to go there every month and give rs. 500 as service charge. Is this the technology of "reliance"? The dealer always told us, "product quality purely depends on luck!!" great!

                                I was using reliance pro 3 from past 2 years, and i got a mail to upgrade to 4g as they are terminating cdma services, and made some promises that no change in data plan before upgrading my old plan is (Rs. 999, 40gb unlimited) but after upgrading, they changed plan to rs.900, 5gb data).

                                I need my old plan back as you promised on upgrading time.

                                  I was having reliance 3g data card, reliance in order to shift it's services to 4g, stopped services of 3g without seeking permission of customers . And compelled us to purchase 4g wipod to continue service. No option of continuation in 3g given. Therefore, I purchased 4g wipod in the month of May 2016, the reliance Webster employee informed that original rental plan of rs.1500 (truely Unlimited Plan) will continue and there will not be any increase in monthly rental. After knowing the cruel intention of reliance i immediately discontinued the connection.While discontinuing they said your bill amount is 1028 because some amount was waived off as last month during up gradation dongle was not working at all.But when I got the bill that was 3520.00 after disconnection request i haven't used dongle.I asked them that how come my bill is this much they said that billing department will call me.Uptill now they didn't called me and again they send me this month bill i.e. 285rps. I am not going to pay any bills I am having all Call recordings of your call center.I am having mail also in which you had sent me that no extra charges will be deducted. If you want me to pay bill give me my real amount I will pay without any problem.On the very first month you had generated this much bill.Really harassing people we are doing so much hard work to earn money and you guys do fraud and earn money.Worst service I have ever experienced.I will not Use any Reliance product for lifetime.Please check the image below.

                                    I had reliance 3g data card, reliance in order to shift it's services to 4g, stopped services of 3g without seeking permission of customers. And compelled us to purchase 4g wipod worth around rs.2700 to continue service. No option of continuation in 3g given. Therefore, i purchased 4g wipod in the month of may 2016, the reliance webster employee informed that original rental plan of rs.400 will continue and there will not be any increase in monthly rental. For 2 mnths we paid bills but 4g service not started. After one month of starting 4g service, the connection was again stopped, i tried to find the reason for it they told now your rental plan is rs.1100 5gb which is fully utilised hence service stopped. My original plan was of rs.400 unlimited, how reliance community without customer permission can change the plan and compelling them to buy 4g wipod. The company is totally harassing the customers and eating their hard earned money.

                                      I was using rs.999 - data 40gb plan
                                      I was told after 4g upgrade plan will remain same.
                                      After i spent money on buying 4g device and migrated to 4g.
                                      My plan was changed to rs.900 - data 5gb.
                                      And on top of that, they have disconnected my services now when i consumed 6gb as reliance people say i have to pay first rs.1700 then only they will resume services.

                                      This is fraud totally.
                                      Ambani is just filling his pockets with all this duped money.

                                        Hi, my reliance 4g data card number was [protected]. Without my knowledge my 4g data card plan has been changed by reliance. Previously i used reliance 3g wi-pod, i paid rs.650 monthly for the data card changers, suddenly reliance asked us to change the data card and told that old data card will not work for use. So we bought the new data card by paying a huge amount. At that time, they confirmed that we will have the existing plan for the new wi-pod which we bought. But now they have changed the reliance the plan without my knowledge and i didn't even receive any sms or email regarding this. They are actually giving wrong information and making people to spend their money. They are really cheating people. I dont know how trai accepted this kind of rules. I now suspect that trai employees are too scammed with reliance and approved this kind of activities.
