I am a post paid customer of reliance and has ported my number a months before.

This is a formal complaint against reliance customer care kolkata. Please find the below points as mentioned.

1) reliance customer never replied to my any mail (4-5 emails) and whenever i ring at 198, they never update me in proper manner. I had word with customer care at multiple instant but never got 1% satisfied...

I was asked to pay the whole bill amount where the network was not available at all and there was no waiver for the same.
