I am using datacard number : [protected] from reliance communication
As reliance were shutting down cdma network i got call from their executive & they have asked me for up gradation on 4g. they also have send 4g sim card at free of cost.

When i asked to customer care about my exiting plan before migrating to 4g/lte, they said data and plan will be same as before (cdma plan) you just need to buy wi-pod for lte.

So i bought a lte wi-pod. i have unlimited data plan (5 gb day & 5 gb night high speed & after that unlimited average speed) but when 4g/lte started now they have changed my plan from unlimited to limited without information or intimation.

And now they have blocked my data connection saying over usage of data. i have registered complaint (complaint number[protected] in their customer care center on 11th aug.'16 and they said as per tat they will resolve my complaint in 3 working days. but still they not resolve my complaint; every day i called them but not get proper solution.

This is very wrong approach from reliance communication, they lie initially and convince me to buy lte wi-pod and once i bought it you changed plan.

Please look into my case and provide solution.

They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have disconnected the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the disconnection by calling their customer care (Call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number. Fraud management, fraud cutomercare.. Total fraud company. I am going to expose this fraud through media

    Poor Response from customer care
    Like everyone i also changed from 3g to 4G wipod after paying for my second reliance data card.
    Customer care promised for the same data plan from 3G to 4G. but now they informed me that the plan has been changed to 3GB limited only.
    And also my wipod is not even getting signal.
    My complaint number is[protected].
    Just i want to terminate the Data card if i call also the customer number eventually ends while talking.
    Worst customer care from Reliance.
    Why TRAI is not involving in this issue since every one who are using Reliance data card from chennai is facing the same problem as i am.

      I stopped using my reliance 3g (Cdma) datacard once the company announced that they are not going to support 3g any more. And i didn't get migrated to 4g. But, when customer care representative called me, they said that i can have my current plan (2gb for 299/-) in 4g also, if i get migrated by purchasing 4g datacard. But i didn't buy it. And i didn't show any interest to get migrated. Now, my recent bill shows that my datacard number ([protected]) got migrated (Automatically, without even informing me) to 4g and the plan is 5gb at 900/-. I raised a request by calling rcom customer card on 8th aug 2016 requesting bill waiver. And also requested to file a complaint for migrating without informing me. When i called customer card on 19th aug 2016 (Bill due date), they said that no such complaint but the bill waiver request is still pending. And he also said that waiver is pending from back-end team and will be completing in 24 hours. But nothing happened.

        1) i have a postpaid connection of rel comm. Since last 10 yrs. Earlier cdma sub. Converted to gsm.
        2) the co. Is at its descrition changing my internet plans without my consent.
        3) the co. Is not ready to change my connection from postpaid to prepaid.
        4) when i applied for portability to airtel they have rejected my application without giving any reason.

            I musarrat khursheed owner of house no 15/109-110 trilokpuri new delhi 110091 given teress of our house on rent for tower and getting rent regularly till jan 2016. Now i am not getting rent for last seven month due to some local adminisrative issue of trilokpuri local residing people.
            The local people obstract the personnel of relaince and hurdel the service of tower.
            But as contract of aggreement as lanloard our resposibility is only providing taress on rent all obligation regarding tower installing and service would be of relaince. All should taking care by relaince right of the way department.
            Kindly help us otherwise i will take legal action.

            Earlier we had met your person Mr Aamir(Cell no [protected] and Mr Pancham(Cell no: [protected]) they supporting little bit but said your case now looking after by relaince right of the way department, commecial Mr Rajeev Sharda(Cell no [protected]), Only he can start your tower payment.We approach them also.
            Your commercial dept(ROW Department) personel Mr Rajeev Sharda(Cell no [protected]) not co operating for resolving the issue.He demanding a letter from us for removing tower from my terres.
            We are not intrested in removing tower from my terres.
            THIS WAS THE ONLY INCOME OF my family other than my small pension as wedower of central government employee .

              My internet is not working since 4th aug 2016 and i have raised multiple complaint nukbers[protected][protected]. As usual customer service promised a 24 hour tat for resolution. The customer service representative informed me that the ticket is closed. How can any complaint closed with user confirmation is beyond my understanding. This ticket was reopened again and assurance given on a call back and 24 hour resolution tat, again!!!

              I have written to nodal officers @, their telephone lines go unanswered. I have been trying to reach out to nodal officer line @[protected] for past 4 days and no answer. So i believe like everythign else the number published is also false on the rcom website.

              There is no ownership, customer service agents are rude and the last agent i spoke to informed me his supervisor is not available till 3 pm and i should call back after that time to speak to him and even supervisor would give same answer as the agent. This is the level of service agents you are hiring which is quite appalling.

              Reminder 14... Day 16.. Internet still not working.. The only thing that reliance is doing right is sending me ticket numbers and closing them as duplicate ticket... But none of you people are bothered to resolve the actual issue.

              Internet still not working.

              I know this email will be converted to another email with a statement that my inconvenience is regretted and that issue witll be resolved in next 24 hours :)..
              Please tell me there are actual humans reading this email and robots because there should be atleast 1% of collective empathy.

              This is status of 2016

              March - 7 days no connection
              April - 13 days no connection
              May - 8 days no connection
              June - 16 days no connection
              July - 9 days no connection
              August - 15 days no connection.;

              Review the number of times i have called reliance service desk over the course of 5 years that i have been a customer and you will understand my frustration. I am using reliance broadband and datacard, but the only common factor is the standard of service which is getting poorer by the day. Some female from bill collection department starts threatening for delay in bill payment and the language used was absolutely trash. If such calls are recorded at your end, you should play it and ask yourself if this is valid for a customer who has not delayed any bills on 5 years and now doing so because of lack of service. Hope you understand that such harassment would hold in consumer court and not worth anyone’s time/money to pursue this.

              Please let me know if internet is going to be recovered (Ever) for me and what are you doing to ensure that we have 30 days of non-stop service without any interruptions.

                You people have gone in for a 4g upgrade without any proper intimation to customers. One fine day, i just try to connect and find the server is not reachable. I tried calling customer care, nobody answers. I waited for 1 week and later googled and found out about 2g network shutdown. There is lot of misleading information. I have a prepaid balance ([protected]) with 30 gb balance and validity till dec 2016. The automated customer care announcement says you will get unlimited internet access till the end of this validity period if i upgrade to 4g. When i visited the reliance store office, they say no such option is provided. After being a customer for 7 years no i have lost respect for your company. You have misled me to recharge and get my money locked. U are also not providing a carry over if we upgrade to 4g. Please refund my money or provide an alternate carry over option. Disgusted with your service.

                  I was asked to migrate from 3g to 4g services, categorically mentioning in the mail sent to me that the existing data plan will continue. I had to pay additional amount for the new 4g dongle (My old dongle is useless now). The service was started in our circle on 7th july, and for several days the speed was worse than 2g and for some days there was no connection. When i gave a complaint, the problem was not resolved and got a message that the complaint is closed. Also i got a mail that the plan is changed to 5gb limit for rs 900 or so. When i complained about this there was no proper reply. This is nothing short of cheating a consumer, and i came to know that there are several unhappy consumers like me. I have already served a notice to them that i shall take legal action for cheating me with false promotional offer. Request all the consumer who are cheated like me to seek compensation for the loss incurred and harassment subjected to through consumer readdress forum.

                    I had taken reliance wi-pod connection last December, 2015. My wi-pod was not getting connected to internet from last two weeks.When I went to one of the reliance com. outlets, came to know that they have stopped all the CDMA services and now only 4G exist.Now I cannot use my old Wi-pod and only thing possible is to buy a new 4G Wifi-dongle which costs around Rs.2800 and that too for just 2GB of data i need to pay 450 + tax monthly.Earlier I was getting 10 GB Hi-speed data for Rs.600.Now they are telling I need to pay Rs.1800 for getting this plan. This is highly irritating for customers like me.
                    They told I can terminate the connection If I am not interested. That also is not possible because we dont even get connected to their customer service to address this issue. Very poor service.Help me to get out of this problem, please.

                    And please dont use Reliance wi-pod or gsm connection hereby. Their network and service is very very poor!!

                      Amount deducted for shotforbiscsub60 service activation without subscription on 13th august 2016 at around 10.57 a. M, on reliance gsm mobile number [protected].
                      I called on 155223 to deactivate any active value added services but it said that any value added service was not currently active.
                      Please refund me the entire amount deducted.
                      Please find the attachment of the screenshot of the message received from 58787 confirming the wrong subscription. Also find the attachment of the recording made while calling 155223 which says that no service is currently active.
                      I would be highly obliged of if the needful is done at the earliest.

                        Recently, i received a call from a person on aug 10, 2016, number - [protected] and [protected] who said to be from reliance and offered me to port my vodafone postpaid number - [protected] to reliance. I accepted the request as the plan was good. They send a person to pick the documents and rs 300 for security deposit. I provided him all the documents and the amount. On aug 18, 2016, i received a message from reliance that the port request has been accepted and told me to insert the new reliance sim card on aug 19, 2016 between 12:00am to 1:00am and call 59059 for tele-verification. I inserted the sim on the same date and time. But after inserting the sim, the sim card didn't connect to any network. I tried several times, change the preferred network from 2g to 3g to 4g, and connect it to reliance but every time it says "your sim doesn't allow to connect to this network". At the same time, reliance has disabled my vodafone sim also. Now i am dis-connected from reliance and vodafone. This is my business number and i receive 100's of calls daily. I even tried calling reliance customer care services, but every time they told me that they can't do anything about it. I called the same numbers from which i have received calls, but the numbers are switched off.

                        I request you to please activate my sim and allow me to connect as i am very much frustrated by all this. If not possible, then cancel my port request and reinstate back me to vodafone.

                        I have called the above numbers from which I have received calls but they are all switched off from the past 3 days. The unknown person had given me 4G Sim With Sim No[protected], IMSI No - [protected] and No on Sim card is[protected]-1993N
                        The CAF No mentioned on acknowledgment receipt is:[protected]. The sim is of Delhi/NCR Region.
                        I just have been to one of your Mobile store and they have told me a horrible news that might be the person who have sold me the 4G sim may have actually activated the 3G sim; i:e instead of providing me 3G sim he has given me 4G sim and because of which wrong sim has been activated or wrong sim has been provided to me.
                        The Mobile number - [protected] has been with me for more than 15 years and all my business associate has this number. I plead please do somethings as clearly the unknown person had made a fool of me. I am someone who has got struck between Vodafone and Reliance. Please Please take me out and activate the sim which I have provided or please cancel the port request and allow me to go back to Vodafone.

                            I'm every 3day complaint submit here.
                            How can they change my unlimited plan without informing me! Worst response from customer care also! They are not even telling my current plan. Did i invest my money on up-gradation just to get fooled by them! I want nil my bill and old plan.

                              10-12 Days back i was successfully able to port my idea sim(their customer from 4-5 yrs) to reliance . and for 6-7 days it worked fine, then suddenly it just started giving me a sim barred msg everytime i try to call anyone. i called customer care, he was the worst human in my life who talked so badly/nonsense and did'nt ans. anything. So i went to their reliance store(atleast 4-5 times) (from where i ported my sim) and those people took my id photocopies 2-3 times and told me just wait for 3-4 hours daily . now it is my 6th day today. My sim is still off !! And worst thing is i have linked all my mails and accounts to my sim, and now i am not able to check my important mails because they are not activating my sim services !And still my sim is not working !! please do something, There are so many people who are facing the same issue! they are not doing any effort ! please do something as soon as possible i am not able to do anything without my number i.e., [protected]-ported to reliance gsm. and tell them if they can't do that then just let me have my old idea sim!! thank you.

                                Circle). Now i am in gujarat. On 20th august, 2016 reliance cell company deduct re.1 from my main phone balance. Previous my cell phone main balance is rs.72.13 but now it is rs.71.13. I am not use any service for which the balance was deduct.                                   I am a post paid customer of reliance and has ported my number a months before.

                                  This is a formal complaint against reliance customer care kolkata. Please find the below points as mentioned.

                                  1) reliance customer never replied to my any mail (4-5 emails) and whenever i ring at 198, they never update me in proper manner. I had word with customer care at multiple instant but never got 1% satisfied with the way they deal with customer. Customer care agent were not fluent to communicate with customer both in term of language and knowledge.
                                  2) i have raised 4 complaint but none were resolved with proper update i would say no update. Sr are close at backend without letting know the customer any update. When i rang customer care to check the update they were unable to provide me anyth update. Told me they would arrange a call back in 2 hours’ time but till now i have not received any call yet. The below are the sr numbers.

                                  3) when i applied to port my number in reliance website, received a call just next day from reliance customer care name :tanushree
                                  Phone number from where i received call: [protected].
                                  While porting my number reliance executive informed me that there are two unlimited plan in 699 are 599. The plan comes with 699 is 3g, so i preferred that. What was informed me was that there is unlimited outgoing calls in this plan and also that is applicable while roaming both innet and offnet. That was only one reason why i ported to reliance.
                                  4) i have regular call drop while i am in a call. The network is really too bad either it is 2g/3g both. Network all of sudden drop to zero and network comes for 5-10 minutes.
                                  5) i am paying my postpaid bill for 3 g too but can never use that, then why i am paying that and for what reliance is charging me those charges?

                                  Please let me know why reliance is playing with customer this way? Just to get the customer in their bucket reliance is making fake promises. After getting the customer you have changed your attitude completely. This completely in justice and it seems reliance will do anything to get customer that too making false promises.

                                  There has been network issue since I took Reliance SIM at my home address for which the PIN code is 700135.Reliance never rang me to confirm if the issue is resolved or not, simply they close the request sating that the issue is resolved.

                                  This great to know that you are working on my request. Hope you will able to resolve my mentioned problems.
                                  However today I have received a call[protected]Reliance Communications Social Media team, Mumbai).
                                  Who took detail about my network problem. But the Lady asked me 3-4 times same questions such as my handset model etc.However I have not received any SR request number for same.

                                  And it was really very embracing get to know from her that even though she said she is working on my this request she will deal with only one issue even if I have mentioned number of issues in the above complaint .She asked me to post again to get worked on another issue.

                                      I am the resident of bhagwan dass nagar east punjabi bagh new delhi. A tower is installed in beside of my house. There are patients of heart in my family and area for last several months. I am under the care with max delhi hospital.
                                      So my life is going good but at the times because of tower instatalled my problem again and again raises and other people too get involved in this problem.
                                      Tower has two much sound and frequency thats directly affect our brain.

                                        I took the. Reliance postpaid connection in CDMA technology around 8 months back. I took the plan which was 299+service tax rental and unlimited calls free in Maharashtra and Goa except Mumbai. Actually it was the Magic 599 plan but due to the portability it was given in 50% discount rate for 1 year. Recently my CDMA sim converted into the 4G GSM technology. Since last 2 months Reliance charged me false/incorrect roaming charges of Rs. 800 and Rs. 200. I placed the complaints many times even wrote the mails yo the customer care. But they told me that the roaming charges were charged correctly. I did not visit Mumbai or any roaming area since last 2 years. But Reliance charged me the dialed number from home location to home location as a roaming charges. My number is [protected].
