I complained to customer care they register complain. With 4 Days of solving gurrantee but still they didnt solve my issue and still i didnt get my data. Help m to get my data.     I recharged my delhi reliance gsm no mobile no [protected] with rs 10 on 24 august, but after just 1 hour reliance deducted rs 6 wrongly but i didnt use any promotional service, but i got a message from reliance for activation of ndtvglamshamservice, this is wrond deduction by reliance, i want my refund back, and want to deactivate this service, my contact no is [protected],

      I have raised so many request throught mail and also to the reliance customer care to disconnect my reliance net-connect... But there are not taking any request, instead there are keeping my call on hold for more than 20 mins and by automatically my call is getting disconnected

      I seriously donot understant why these people are behaving like this
      Just to disconnect the service...

I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call ...Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY

        Hi,

        I have been reliance user for past 2 years. Due to their recent 4g migration i am not getting signal for my reliance netconnect dongle. For the past 2 months, i am paying bill even though not using properly. I believe past month i have used 1gb and this month i have used 500mb around. But they always send the full bill amount. Also on the past month itself, they started migrating to 4g i believe. Due to this around 20 days i didn't have internet. This month totally null. All the office work got abruptly stopped. They didn't care about these and all. Why should they care if whatever happens to their customers. Totally money minded ones. If we use we can pay the bill why should we pay the bill for not using the facility itself. For this, they don't even intimate any message saying this will be taken care or waive any amount for their action. Such a totally irresponsible customer care they have.

        I have mailed the details to their official mail id which is given in reliance netconnect website itself. No one responded... Or the when ever we try to reach customer care recorded voice say they are handling other customers calls. I don't know who they are handling or are they getting so much customer complaints per day which leads some calls unattended. Today i reached them and raised this issue to waive the amount and cut the connection. They say only one request they can handle at a time. :- (Totally frustrated with the service and lost hope in reliance products itself. Don't know whether my money come back or they cut the connection. But requesting everyone don't pay the money until your request is responded.

          I got a call for post paid connection of reliance gsm with unlimited free outgoing std & local calls, plan worth 599. I asked many times whether the offer you are providing is true or fake? Preethi (+91-[protected]/ [protected]) assured me that 599 plan is unlimited free outgoing plan for std & local calls.
          Based on that i taken a sim (No - +91- [protected]). I got a bill of around 1000 rs. I called customer care for the information. They told me, there is no such unlimited std plan for 599 and moreover some other plan is active on your no. I raised a complaint to disconnect my connection and take action against preethi. After that i stopped using reliance no. But still i am getting bills every month. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

            Sir i have a problem for my bill my problem starts on 26july where a call from company come for not porting my sim they make a adjument and offer me 10 gb data for not leaving reliance so i take a offer after 2-3 days i came to know that i didn’t get the data so i make a compain in applain in applet authority complain num in which i get my resolution on 4august with this msg.

            Dear reliance customer with ref to your sr[protected] gb promo will be activated wef[protected] and will be valid for 21 days only.

            So i start using the data on 16aug i came to know that there is inly 4gb data i again make a complain in applet authority so they said yes sir u got ur data i just generate a complain i[censored]r n theni ask to him sir should i use the data or not he said yes sir u can so i started using it but niether my complain was solve instead my unbilled amount reach to the limit company gave me so my service were block by the company when my bill generate i came to know that company said no sir u have yo pay as u cab see in the msg there is no such mention of partition of data so kindly adjust my bill so i can use the service again

              I made a payment of 141rs on 21st Aug at 11.56PM online via freecharge but its not showing paid when called customer service they are not ready to take any complaint and the response was very pathetic. Reliance customer service sucks, they said to call back after 3 days and last the last day of the payment is 26th AUG, please check and reply.

              Also i emailed the complained to email address [protected]@relianceada.com, what they did was send me a duplicate bill, what BS is this.

                They change my plan with false commitment, thats why my last month bill goes too high.
                Every month my bill was near about Rs. 450 to Rs. 500, but due to my plan change with false commitment its goes up-to Rs. 2700/- which is not acceptable. I called him couple of time to customer care but they didn't resolve my query.

                  My reliance data card no is [protected]. It is not working since last 4 monhts due to damage condition. I have bought another data card no.[protected] and using it. When i try to close my previous data card [protected] the customer care people told me to wait till 4g roll out and apply for new 4g data card for the damage data card at a very low price since i am using it more than 3 years. I have applied for 4g data card for both numbers and received the same. But activation is not done for [protected] because of august 2016 bill raised and the amount payable is 1519/=. My repeated attempts to waive the bill goes in vain. Your company people send me a message that they will start legal action to recover the dues. But on 23.8.16 i have paid the the amount rs.1519/=. Because i need the 4g connection for my no.[protected]. I request you to refund the amount after checking my payment history and data usage. I have not use a single mb for the data card [protected] for the last 4 months. I am also a share holder of reliance communication which you please note and do the needful

                    Reliance wipod plan no. [protected] was changed without informing me. My advanced 1yr rental plan converted into normal plan for which i raised an issue and since then my net connection has been deactivated by them in july 2016. Then to they have charged me for july and aug 16 bill. So i requested to disconnect my ac on 23rd aug2016. They are asking for the payment for the period for which my wipod was not even working. Billing cycle for august would end on 13 sept. Then also they are asking for full amount against my pro-rata argument.

                      1. Reliance recharge i did on aug 6th
                      144 500 mb 3g data+ all local/std [protected]@1p sec 28 123.22
                      2. Reliance recharge i made on aug 22nd
                      139 unlimited local calls to relaince numbers. Validity 90 days. Local landline calls at base tariff 90 120.86

                      As per pack 2 which i recharged, reliance to reliance calls must be free for next 90 days. But that is not working.
                      Talked to customer service.
                      Their response is since i recharged 144 pack earlier, and its validity is till sep 3rd. My recharge of 139 pack will not work till that time.

                      So for 10 days though i have taken the package of 139, i need to pay extra money as call will be charged as per package 144
                      Even 144 3g pack never worked. Asked customer service to deactivate 144 pack as net for them is not working in hyderabad city also.

                        I t is very much unfortunate to say that how musch poor service I am getting from Reliance as I am a new customer.

                        I wanted to to change my plan from 450 movinet to 475 moviet by calling your [censored]ing customer care yesterday.

                        But your [censored]ing executives tried to activating my desired plan online through MCCD but failed several times as confirmed form them.

                        Your online activation always sucks when any online activation request comes up.

                        Please fix all these cramps from your ends asasp.

                          Dear sir/madam,

                          I availed your 3g service with my existing plan of 999/month. You upgraded the network to 4g and changed my plan without any prior notice!

                          You changed my plan from 999/month to 1100/month which just offers 5gb data usage! I applied for unlimited connection before 4g was upgraded and during up gradation process, i did not commit to any other plan nor you had any plans listed during that time.

                          So now you are charging me without my consent and approval to change my plan. This is unfair and unethical. I am ready to pay you my normal rental of 999 plus taxes, but not the one where you manipulated my plan without any prior notice or my consent.

                          Please look into this matter and take action at the earliest!

                          They all are lying. 5 differnt person saying 5 different thinngs. The store guy also lied and told you will be unlimited plan, the sales guy also and now they changed the plan to 3 GB and disconnected my internet.                             Hi my name is bryoni d'cruz. I have this number with three for almost 9 years, and have never defaulted in any of my payments, and have always been paying my bills always before the due date. I received a bill of -147, and called on 2 august to confirm my bill amount and was told that i don't have to pay anything and that i'm in credit. I then receive a call on 17 august to tell me i have an outstanding balance of 638 pending to be paid. I did inform them of the bill i received and the confirmation call i made on 2 august. The advisor named salma khan, then tells me i received an incorrect bill and i should pay for the outstanding balance on the account. I informed them it's not my fault if they've sent me the wrong bill, and informed them i want a waiver of 50% of the bill. The advisor then says that at they'll waive the late payment (Which i'm not even entitled to), and also waive 50% of the bill. I now receive a bill of rupees 1293.89, where not only have they not waived 50% but also added the late fee. I'm looking out for a waiver of the 50% of the first bill, without the lat fees included.

                              Dear sir, we have forward a complaint that our phones are not working on 12 aug 2016. We have been continuously calling on[protected] and have talked with ms. Rajeshree, mr vinay, mr vinayak, mr deepak, mr. Shanshank and they have all promised that your phones will be working by evening today, but has not happened. We have three lines[protected]/32 and[protected] and we are travel agents and a huge loss have incurred to us due to the non working of phones.                                   I r k b gangadhar my dongle no is [protected] for Internet in reliance communication for 1 year but I want to cancel the connection . I already paid up to date but they are charging more and also without my permission they changed plan to 900 rupees monthly . And not responding when asked to cancel please kindly help for cancelation and not apply extra charges as soon as possible.

I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call ...Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY

                                      My data card number is [protected] and i am using cdma reliance dongle since 5 years with 40gb plan at rs. 999. During 4g migration, rcom promised that they will keep the plan and rentals unchanged for existing postpaid customers but after 4g upgrade i am getting only 5gb data at rs. 1100. Also i am not getting the promised speed as well.

                                      Same issue with me. No notice and info's and I didn't pay the bill amount and they disconnected the service, that also without any sort of notice. Now its better to change to some other service providers since Reliance is just useless just like their customer service people. Its pathetic service from Reliance.

                                        I unfortunately bought the reliance data card bearing no.[protected] and it never worked nearly for 20 days initially and after making many complaints the reliance team corrected it and it too worked for around 70mb, i made the payment for it.
                                        The the people paid by reliance and holding degree in law are trying to intimidate me by sending sms. Three things,
                                        1. The no. [protected] never worked and bill raised by reliance team was reversed and after explaining them that no service was provided.
                                        2. Now reliance team is trying to intimidate me for paying the bill for the subsequent two months for these two months also no service was provided, this can be very well checked by you
                                        3. No one from reliance or through your agent took signature in the application or agreement for this datacard number:[protected] and bogusly signed with some among them. I have made many complaints and never got response from your team.
                                        Hope, being the telecommunication giant, my concern will be attended by reversing bills claimed for service not provided data card [protected]
                                        If you want i will provide all complaint numbers registered against this datacard no.[protected]
