I did contact with reliance customer care he said your service has stopped due to you didn't upgrade u r data card.
Sir i request to you that reliance has not informed me regarding this before service inerrupt.
So plz sir look into this matter as soon as possible.

    My reliance netconnect number is [protected]. I was bombarded with phone calls and mails to upgrade to 4g services from reliance call centre. I was promised in the mails that my old data plan of monthly rental 500/- (8 gb day + 15 gb night) would continue. I upgraded to 4g after buying the wifi pod online. Reliance have send me a bill on 18.08.2016 of 2700/- for 4g data usage. I came to know after inquiry that reliance has abruptly changed the plan to 3 gb rs. 675/- plan even without informing me and the interesting thing is that my online rcom account shows that my plan is lteboradband8gbday15gbnight500. This company had no blueprint or plan for customer up-gradation to 4g. They are harassing customers with false bills. I came to know after a little online research that all the customers who upgraded to 4g are facing the same issue. I request for speedy resolution of the matter. I have been using reliance for 7 years but never expected that reliance would cheat me like this.

      Have been using reliance 3g dongle since 2015. plan 24gb for rs.999.
      I upgraded it to 4g on receiving mail from reliance communication on 14th june 2016.in the mail it was stated that the 4g wifi pod was being sold at an offer price of rs.899 (no date limit was specified). also it was mentioned that there will be no change in data rental plans or benifits.
      I visited their showroom in tambaram west on july 7th, 2016 and was suprised to know that the price has increased to rs 1599 for 4g wifi pod without any intimation. i also contacted their customer care[protected] on the same day to file a complain. they told me that rs.899 offer is expired, the price of wifi pod was increased to rs.1599. i also enquired about the data rental which they confirmed that there will no change post upgradation.
      Left with no choice, i booked a dongle online for rs.1599.
      4g transition happened on second week of august 2016. i contacted their customer care again to inquire about my plan on 19th august, 2016 after experiencing slow connectivity, i was told that currently i am in 3gb for rs.700 plan and the old plans are not available.
      Complaint: the plan was changed without any intimation even though it was mentioned in the mail that there will be no changes in data rentals. also i paid rs.700 extra for wifi pod since there was no intimation on price change. i want old plan to be active as promised with no change in rental.

      As per the billing details the amount has been nearly 4000. I have been using reliance service since 5years and has never crossed the bill of 600. According to records on 24 July 2016 I have supposed to be downloaded nearly 2gb data on a single day( thats what the bill tells).I want to know in the internet speed reliance provides is it possible to download 2gb data ???????????Reliance employees have the patience to call and ask to pay the bill but they dont have the patience to clarify our issue. I want to know the website through which i have downloaded such huge data. Also it is not acceptable when they call us and use harassing words. especially on women!!!We have recieved numerous calls for paying the bill but NOT RECIEVED A SINGLE CALL TO SOLVE OUR ISSUE.

      I was using reliance CDMA data card postpaid connection since April 2016. Before two months message came to me to upgrade to 4g because CDMA service will be stopped and the company assured that my present plan Rs999 40gb will be continued after upgrade as there is no alternate as CDMA is to be closed. So I upgraded to 4g by purchasing new dongle for Rs 800. Now I got a mail stating that I have to compulsory choose another plan which is very Rs 999 for 5gb. This is cheating. I was happy with my old plan but the company compelled to change to 4g as CDMA is stopping. By propagating false promise. Please look into the issue. The customer care official is not giving correct reply. He placed my call on hold for half an hour then terminated it. This was my last complaint...yesterday reliance official called and confirmed me that my plan will remain same. But today rcom site showing my plan changed and my monthly bill came Rs 1600 which was supposed to came Rs 1148. My my plan showing is 900 5gb. please terminate my connection.

        Reliance given me inflated bill for this month of august 2016. My data consumption was within the limit for this month and 1.5 gb data was remaining to be consumed. They are now saying i have exceeded data consumption limit.in the name of mobile internet they are charging me 800 rs extra. I have got the bill of 2074 rs for this month instead of 1000 + service tax. This is all fraud, resolve my complaint. I will have to launch complaint in consumer court now.

          I lodged complaint 10 days back on 10 august 2016 but they never sorted out my complaint.
          My net is disconnected due to which i am suffering lot of bussiness problem.
          Everyday customer care promise to resolve but no action is taken. Each day they accelerate the raised complaint to their seniors and technical department but none of them works out for me. I m too much irritated and fed up with their ignorant behaviour. When i ask for waver and disconection of net, they tell me waver will not be applied if i ask for disconection.
          They are nt giving connection and above all they are adding late payment chargea on me.

            Finally i got a response from customer care.
            Last month reliance cdma services got upgraded to reliance 4g.
            I was asked to pay the whole bill amount where the network was not available at all and there was no waiver for the same. This month after upgrading they gave surety as the current plan will be changed to 4g as it is in cdma services. I was using 40 gb monthly plan which costs rs.999/- plus tax. But since its 4g anything little bit less would be fine. They asked us to get 4g wifi hotspots at special discount of rs.700/-. I got some signal issue with dongle 2 days back. Since i checked with the customer care they said your plan is changed and you will be given only 3gb. Your 3gb quota has been fully utilized and if you need we will change the plan so that you can enjoy your internet pack. They change the plan as 3gb as monthly plan for 700 for the current data card. While checking the other plans the available plans are 2 gb -500, 3 gb -700, 5gb - 1100, 7gb - 1450, 10gb - 1850. Where were these plans before launch and why all of sudden they are changing these plans. Whereas for this plans why should we getting a new dongle and we can use this as in our current mobile networks where it will cost little much lesser even. They are cheating and playing with people's money. These people are very clever and didn't reveal these offers earlier. Meanwhile in between reliance 4g launch they made a buzz of jio services and pulling in customers. Please stay away from reliance at any cost.

            I then got vexed with the customer care and asked for termination of the data card. They said now 4g services are coming as new so please continue for next 2 months and you will definitely see a better offer.

            Im not sure i want to continue service with you people. You are promoting Reliance Jio at higher level and leaving reliance customers at corner.
            Im using reliance net connect for past 3 years. But on upgrading to 4G i dont feel like i want to continue the service.The 4G bill for last month is 3100. On what basis you people are allocating 3Gb plan and when was it notified to us. when i called customer care regarding the bill amount they are saying that i have been intimated about the 3GB plan and since you used 2GB extra you have been charged that amount.
            You people would have notified us that we have exceeded the data. But you didnt notify us. You people would have notified in mail too. i was shocked to see the message. This was notified when i checked the customer care as i didnt get coverage properly and i was mentioned that the 3 GB limit was exceeded so you are getting slow speed. You people are really cheating. Without usage you people made us to pay bill last month. THis month for using 4GB data we used to pay 3 months bill amount and thus promote reliance Jio unlimited data free all over tamil nadu. Whenever we call for customer care for termination please call us at morning 8 clock or otherwise system is down. you people have these 2 reasons in hand always.

            Thanks for all your service. Im disconnecting and i dont want to pay your bill anyways.

              My mobile no is [protected]. On 4 aug 16 i was done the recharge of 10gb 3g for 359 rs. After using 4gb, the internet is not not working. I complaint the same to 198 complaint cell twice and they also admit the balance of 6gb but no results. And this is very painful to convey you my no is not allowed to connect the customer care. Please do the needful without delay.

                I was using reliance cdma data card (no.[protected]) with 40gb unlimited plan for monthly rental of rs.999. this month reliance closed cdma services, recommended me to upgrade to 4g and purchased modem through online. before purchase, i contacted both customer care and reliance retailer, they assured that data plan will continue with same 40 gb.
                Complaint:
                My modem get activated on 06.08.2016 and when i contacted with customer care, they told me that i am in 3 gb limited plan for rs.700. the plan change has not informed me by either mail or sms. and now they ask me to pay rs.4552.5, which i never knew about. i was never intimated about this. neither did i receive any intimation reg the change in current data plan (40gb for 999).

                This is cheating. please look into the issue and solve it. other wise, terminate my connection and i will move to another network which are giving better service.

                    I am afraid writing this email to you after calling with customer care executive around 10 times.

                    Every time i called customer care i get the response that system is down and i need to call after 2 hrs.

                    This happen every alternate day, i am facing issue with the network in my number where some times no network for my number. I used sim in different mobile but faced the same issue.

                    But when i try to get some support from your executive all the time your system is down and they can't check my details. I called customer care 10 times in last 10 days and finally i can't even talk to customer care as in my last call i requested to talk to manager so seems executive has disabled my number for customer support.

                    This is very bad experience with rcom after using this sim for last 8 years.

                      The total rental which i have chosen was rs. 550.00 + tax 82.50 = rs.632.50. Recently the company told us to upgrade for 4g facility with the same plan. But now we are getting a bill of rs. 2010. Basically i an visually challenged person and i without my knowledge if they increase the amount without even intimating me how can i afford such a big amount. If earlier they have notified me i would have cancelled the network itself. So please do kindly take action and let me know what is going with the plan i selected...                         I checked the offer and recharge my number.
                        The offer is 10GB 3G data for 28 days in 359rs.
                        When i recharged i only get 2GB data.
                        I call customer care they said i get remaining data in 24hrs. But i got nothing. After 24 hrs i am customer care regularly but they are not registering my complain.

                          i am using Reliance Netconnect - data card no.[protected], i have given written compliant to Reliance communication on 19/07/2016 related to data card booting problem and my plan was changed to 999 without my confirmation. Before that, many time i have complaint this issue by orally to reliance but there is no response from their end. For my written complaint, i have not received any replay from the company. But I received legal notification on 19.08.2016 to pay the due of Rs.3000+ or otherwise they will file a cheating case on me.

                          Still my compliant is not solved by they company or no written communication from them. They send legal notification to Pay.Rs.3000+ it really hurt me. i dont know who is cheating. With out using their service how can i pay this.

                            This a request to please look into my matter, I have payed all my bill amount on 24/08/16, and also given a written request with my all documents and photo attached on the same day, for opting to change my service from post paid to prepaid, the staff accepted all my documents and asked me to pay all the due amount, which i have paid and shown them the bill,
                            the staff of RESOLUTION ENTERPRISES, 34 Chowringee Road Kolkata 700 001
                            assured me that it will be changed accordingly,
                            In the mean time i went to recharge my mobile in a local recharge shop, it was found that my sim no [protected] has been terminated and can not be recharged.
                            but to my surprise i am still receiving bills and calls from the Reliance communication, and some advocate calling and threatening me and my wife's mobile no,
                            The above incidence has been mailed on 15/07/16 to Customer service and received an reply from Pratik Shetty Officer Customer, Reliance Communication Limited, on 21/07/16 that my No has been terminated by his verification..
                            Why is the Bill being sent when i am not using any service.

                              I have been using reliance 3g dongle since 2015. Plan 24gb for rs.999.
                              I upgraded it to 4g on receiving mail from reliance communication on 14th june 2016.in the mail it was stated that the 4g wifi pod was being sold at an offer price of rs.899 (No date limit was specified). Also it was mentioned that there will be no change in data rental plans or benifits.
                              I visited their showroom in tambaram west on july 7th, 2016 and was suprised to know that the price has increased to rs 1599 for 4g wifi pod without any intimation. I also contacted their customer care[protected] on the same day to file a complain. They told me that rs.899 offer is expired, the price of wifi pod was increased to rs.1599. I also enquired about the data rental which they confirmed that there will no change post upgradation.
                              Left with no choice, i booked a dongle online for rs.1599.
                              4g transition happened on second week of august 2016. I contacted their customer care again to inquire about my plan on 19th august, 2016 after experiencing slow connectivity, i was told that currently i am in 3gb for rs.700 plan and the old plans are not available.
                              Complaint: the plan was changed without any intimation even though it was mentioned in the mail that there will be no changes in data rentals. Also i paid rs.700 extra for wifi pod since there was no intimation on price change. I want old plan to be active as promised with no change in rental.

                                  On 17/8/2016 i had called customer care & talked to senior floor officer mr rizwan khan and was given complain number[protected] & was told all charges extra will be reversed

                                  Again on on 19/8/2016 my outgoing service was barred i had talked to customer care twice with mr ujwal gahayawat & mr rahuk jhomi i was requested them to transfer my call to senior officer but was told they all are busy & they will contact you but didnt received any call back & was told till 20/08/2016 nobody can activate outgoing call you have to wait

                                    1. Migrated to 4G based on confirmation from reliance that same plan for 3G(40GB-Rs999) will be continued for 4G as well. But without notification, 4G plan changed to 5G-Rs900.

                                    2. Was not having both 3G/4G connectivity, for more than 2 weeks last month, but bill generated without any waiver for non availability during this period.

                                    3. Customer care is for namesake. Not able to speak to customer care even after 10 tries.Call drops after selecting option. Got call from customer care for payment for bill, raised issue for bill waiver and escalation, no action from reliance.

                                    4. Need to terminate account with reliance, as have better alternatives/vendors, providing better service.
                                    reliance 4G speed is pathetic(3G was faster comparatively), after waiting for such a long time for activation and getting Wipod paying extra money. Also, no logic in paying such huge bills for a service which cannot be guaranteed to work every time (disconnects often/pages do not load due to low speed).

                                    Hi Joseph,
                                    I faced the same issue and logged a complaint just now in this portal. If we cancel the connection we are wasting the amount we paid for 4g dongle which will be of no use.

                                    Yes Prakash, but having a 4G dongle, for a 4G service which is totally pathetic is no use. I am already using an alternate vendor.

                                    I was going through the similar complaints and almost every one was facing the same issue like us. i spoke to the customer care morning and they said the old plans are not available. Now i couldnt even connect to customer care again.it disconnects after we press 4 for talking to representative.

                                      I have raised a complaint with the reliance customer care guys on 16th on discussion of 4 hrs. They are me to get the sim and get it activated. I brought the sim and registered it. The registration process was not done for 3 days and asked for a call back from team manager jolina sananders as i have a discussion before with her regarding the 4g sim migration. Later to contact her i tried in all the possible ways. I ave a chat with all the customer care guys on almost wasting my time of 10 hours. Still today i dint receive any call back and no resolution for the complaint raised and none of the guys are responsible. This is the worst customer care services i ever had. And each of the customer care guys say different information. I have every conversation saved with the calls as well. I want to file a complaint against this.

                                        reliance cdma network use kara raha hu.Mein ne 2 years kaa advance rental 17500/- date[protected] ko paid kiya hai.My reliance mobil no :[protected] ..Company close cdma service and not given his 4g service proper, mein bahut pareshan hu.I fail my cdma s3 phone value 27500/-reliance given me 10 gb 4g data. But 1 mahine ke liye diya now closed 4g service and slow my net speed.
                                        Please help me.I have many lose in my bussnes.
