I was using reliance cdma data card (no.[protected]) with 40gb unlimited plan for monthly rental of rs.999. this month reliance closed cdma services, recommended me to upgrade to 4g and purchased modem through online. before purchase, i contacted both customer care and reliance retailer, they assured that data plan will continue with same 40 gb.

Every time i called customer care i get the response that system is down and i need to call after 2 hrs.

Didn't get the benefit mention in recharge

Regarding 4g wi pod

[protected] using reliance pro from past 1 and half year. My 3g plan is 999 for 40gb. After upgraded for 4g my plan automatically changed to 3 gb for 700 without any information i was totally disappointed for upgrading to reliance 4g.
And speed also not that much good...

Cheating and misinformation about 4g products

With much fun fare reliance informed customer that they will give 4 g service at same rate and plan. I had 3 g 40 gb unlimited plan at 999.00
After migrating within 8 days it stopped working. Becuase the 4 g plan is chargeable after compelition of 3 gb data.
My bill came to 2250.00 i have been told it will be waived.
If plan is to give only 3gb why telling customer that it is for 10 gb.
My post paid plan will...

I have done 3001 lifetime recharge for my CDMA reliance 3 dongle ( [protected]). Reliance has promised life time (up to 2023) credit of 1GB every month. But now migrated to 4G and say this recharge will not work. Despite of calling customer care several times, nobody has reply for it. I have sent several mail to customer care but all are unanswered. Clear cheating, I am one step ahead to file case in consumer court....
