Invalid upc code given by reliance

I had requested for upc as jio is very costly and they have discontinued my plan of 399 with unlimited calls to any number and converted it to 899 monthly billing. I got the code and gave the same to idea and have received confirmation from idea that the code is invalid. My cell number is [protected]. I have been using Reliance Netconnect Dongle (No. [protected]) with 5GB unlimited plan for a monthly rental of Rs.599/-. Two months before closure of CDMA services, I was recommended to upgrade to 4G plan. Before the upgrade of 4G I asked the customer care people about data plans and they clearly told me that it's going to be the same plan that you are using before. I hold a reliance net connect dongle and as a part of 4g upgrade I have upgraded recently. I have below complaints with reliance.

I was previously a customer of Reliance 999 unlimited plan. The CDMA was shut down and I had to purchase the Wipod and upgrade to 4G. When enquired about the same at the nearest store I was told the same plan would continue whereas, now, the plan has also been changed to a mere 5 GB data usage for the same rate, without informing us. Hi,

My reliance Pro 3 datacard number is[protected]. Whish was recently upgraded by Reliance Communication as Relaince 4G. And I was using Truly unlimited High Speed plan with Rental Rs. 999/- Taxes.

During 4G Migration company has committed that Plan, Rental and Benefit will remain same while Reliance Pro3 Gets upgraded to reliance 4G.

However after upgrade company just provided me 25 GB unlimied....

I made a payment of 141rs on 21st Aug at 11.56PM online via freecharge but its not showing paid when called customer service they are not ready to take any complaint and the response was very pathetic. Reliance customer service sucks, they said to call back after 3 days and last the last day of the payment is 26th AUG, please check and reply.
