By 14th oct 2015 i had met with an accident and hospitalized till 4th nov 2015. 5th nov 2015 i had discharged from cmc hospital, vellore. It wan an major accident.

By the month of nov 2015 end i have requested reliance communication people to change my plan from post paid to pre paid. Suddenly telly caller person called me and said need not switch over to prepaid and we have a good scheme for one year. I said already i am sick. So, i do not need but, he has convinced me and said, you have to pay only rs.500 once in a year and as per usage we will charge you. This scheme if for one year only. I too accepted. Till july there was no issue and suddenly by 6th aug your mobile connection has deactivated because of high usage and you have to pay rs. 1657. Mobile got disconnected. When i was trying with other number to their customer care the message will come on english and tamil but when i was trying with that no ([protected]) the message will come in hindi. I do not know hindi because i am tamilian. After deactivation by 6th aug 2016 it was rs. 1657 but when the statement comes the amount becomes 2177. I do wondered and shocked.

My bill amount normally comes only rs.13, rs.0 and rs.1.68. The maximum amount comes in the of dec 2015 was rs. 60.

In the statement they mentioned for data usage they charged r. 1850 +. I am using rs. 1000 lg mobile and even i do not know how to use data in mobile. Not only that. They have given rs.112 discount also. I do not know why?

My mails sent f from my end but, there is no reply from their end. One fine morning reply came from them. It was stating i have to pay this much money.

Kindly help me out on this regard.

    I'm the reliance pro3 data card user for the past 4 years. I have lost the network connectivity since last week without proper intimation.
    I have been asked to pay and order a new 4G dongle, also I have to get a 4G sim from reliance showroom which is not possible from my end.Because I have bought this pro3 dongle a year back I cant afford to pay again for a new dongle.

    Hence I tried to reach reliance customer care for disconnect request but no proper response still.

    And from last Monday on wards IVR call itself not reachable

    They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call ...Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY

      This is to draw your kind attention that, I have been using Reliance Data Card since Oct 2012.
      I had been using Reliance Netconnect Plan: NCPLUS5GB_600 in which maximum charged amount was Rs. 690/- per month. Thereafter, on getting several calls/messages from Reliance and based on their confirmation that my plan will remain intact and would get 10 GB data, then I purchased 4G WiFi device and continued with its services.
      But when I received bill (attached) I got to know that my plan has been switched to 4G_1100_5GB. I would like to know, why this plan was changed to current one with a change in monthly rental and extra usage charges without any confirmation/intimation to user over mails/messages/calls.

      I have logged a ticket no.[protected] for the same, for which I haven’t got satisfactory response threatening user if not pay the bill will lead to legal notice/action.
      Would request to look in this matter and get this issue resolved, as I am liable to pay not more than Rs. 690/- for the current generated bill attached, having due date on 26-Aug-2016.

      As I am not able to use the data service, I have asked Reliance Customer Care to stop the billing process to get user charged for not using the same.

        My Reliance cell no. is [protected](Kolkata Circle). Now I am in Gujarat.Today i.e, on 26th August, 2016 Reliance cell company deduct Re.0.50 from my main phone balance around near 11.48 a.m.Previous my cell phone main balance is Rs.72.13 but now it is Rs.71.63.I am not use any service for which the balance was deduct.So my humble request to you kindly take action to refund me those deducted money.And this is 4th time when Reliance deduct my money, every time company send a message that "Now you can enjoy music masti evergreen dial 5880017 toll-free" and then deduct amount, even i am not dialing this number.So, please rectify this matter by which this type of thing not happen in future.           I have purchased a Reliance WiFi dongle device on November 2016.The device costed me around 1500/- I was using it till last month eventhough the net quality was not so good. Now from 15th August onwards the device stoppef working and when I called the customer service executive they told me like they have stopped CDMA and and I have to purchase another device and for that I have to pay 2800 additional amount. On 15th August, without knowing this I have recharged for 797/-Rs for 28 days and as per customer service executive, this amount also will be lost if I upgrade the device.

          This s highly embarrassing and excruciating. Please help me to resolve this issue

          They have to repay my recharge amount at least.

            They made me to upgrade 4g from pro 3 saying the plans would remain the same and reduced to 3gb per month, and the bloody net was not working during the upgrade process, out of 40used only 4 GB, for tht I need to pay full amount for the bill, customer care is a true, it takes around 55 mins to connect and no proper response . Truly fraud reliance

              I am the reliance customer since last 7 years, i had reliance 350 unlimited plan of 5gb broadband speed and than unlimited 2g speed. The cdma was shut down and i had to purchase the wipod of rs. 2700 and upgrade to 4g. When enquired about the same at the nearest store i was told the same plan would continue whereas, now, the plan has also been changed to a mere 5 gb data usage for the rs.1100, without informing us. And they have neither given an option to switch off to lower speed plans. While words with customer executive on *355 they simply told me that the system update with this information we can not help you.
              Reliance communications is running a huge scam by deceiving people with 4g upgradation.

                I had requested for upc as jio is very costly and they have discontinued my plan of 399 with unlimited calls to any number and converted it to 899 monthly billing. I got the code and gave the same to idea and have received confirmation from idea that the code is invalid. My cell number is [protected]. On talking with the jio customer care they save code is valid. I want to leave reliance. Please help

                  I have been using Reliance Netconnect Dongle (No. [protected]) with 5GB unlimited plan for a monthly rental of Rs.599/-. Two months before closure of CDMA services, I was recommended to upgrade to 4G plan. Before the upgrade of 4G I asked the customer care people about data plans and they clearly told me that it's going to be the same plan that you are using before. And I even got an email from Reliance about the upgrade and plan remaining the same and not to worry about it. I upgraded to 4G and purchased the Wi-Fi pod online. My 4G service got activated on 6 July 2016.

                  The postpaid bill for the period from[protected] to[protected] came to be Rs. – 107/- (negative; after adjustments). So the total bill payable for that cycle came to be Rs. 0 (Zero). However the E-bill for the period from[protected] to[protected] was being shown as Rs. 1970!!!

                  Upon enquiring with the Reliance retailer, I came to know that the monthly rental has been changed abruptly by the company and additional VAS charges have been levied upon. The plan change has not informed me by either mail or SMS. I was assured by Reliance customer care as well as the Reliance Retailer that the same data plan would continue with 5 GB unlimited plan after the upgrade. Even the Reliance 4G SIM voucher as well as the Reliance E-Bill mentions No increase in any item of the tariff for a period of 6 months from the date of enrolment under any tariff plan.

                  Updates:
                  Further upon posting my grievances on consumercomplaints.in as well as social media (read facebook); I received calls from customer care which accepted mistakes in billing on their part and agreed to issue corrected e-bill. I had not received any corrected bill from them, but my 4G data service was terminated abruptly. Additionally, I was informed by mail on 19/8/2016 that my credit limit of Rs. 2400/- had exceeded and I will have to pay Rs. 2789.79/- to continue the interrupted service. This came totally as a flyer as my credit limit had never been exceeded before. Upon visiting the Reliance retailer, I came to know that some adjustments were made and the billed amount is now Rs. 1064/-. I made a payment of Rs. 1070/- against it on 23/8/2016. I still have not got any payment acceptance confirmation from them and service remained terminated. Once again calling customer care; I am being told that I have exhausted 5 GB data and my 4G data connection will start ony on 11th of September 2016. Whoa !!! So when did a 5 GB unlimited connection change into a limited one….and use of bill payment. Feeling being fooled, conned and cheated !!! You lure customers for 4G unlimited data plans and abruptly force them into limited plans without any prior intimation. I don’t see any end to this vicious cycle. This is my last request for redressing my grievances, else will have to approach consumer court.

                  Complaint:
                  The data plan has been abruptly changed from unlimited to limited one without telling me about it. No email or message or call was sent regarding the plan change.

                    I hold a reliance net connect dongle and as a part of 4g upgrade I have upgraded recently. I have below complaints with reliance.

                    1. I had truly unlimited 999 plan. During upgrade to 4G customer care people told there will not be any change in plan. Only on that basis I have upgraded to 4G by buying their WiFi device, but now after finished 20gb data my speed is drastically dropped, and I cannot browse also properly. When I call customer care they only have sorry nothing more.

                    2. And I got a mail recently with some plans telling to change my plan to any of those or else by default some plan will be applied. And the cost of the plans are not attractive, for Rs:1850, 10GB is provided. For Rs:1000, I get 10 GB with other vendor so this is not a good offer to me.

                    3. Reliance customer care is worst, I have seen. When I call the tool free number, it waits till I press my dongle number after that it automatically disconnect saying "Thanks for choosing reliance". This is nonsense. I am fed up calling and finally sending mail.

                    I am not happy with reliance service and their dual tounge telling one thing before migrating and another after migrating.

                      I was previously a customer of Reliance 999 unlimited plan. The CDMA was shut down and I had to purchase the Wipod and upgrade to 4G.                       Apart from change of plan now I find in my account at rcom website that I'm charged with a bill of Rs 2045 for a mere 5 GB 4GB_LTE_Postpaid Plan. I was not even provided the data after 5 GB usage but they have given me a bill without invoice of such a huge amount. In-spite of so many complaints they are still SHAMELESSLY CHEATING their customers with these CHANGE OF PLAN WITHOUT INFORMATION and BILLING FOR UNUSED DATA. FYI I'm not going to pay a rupee for the unused data and of-course, I'm left with none other option than terminating the Reliance Data Connection.
                      They are doing this fraud to everyone.                         This email is regarding a complaint about the due payment amount. I have been a regular customer for
                        reliance and it's been a year I am using this number for.

                        Please check the bill records, we never crossed Rs.1200 and how come it has cross Rs.160, 000.
                        Pathetic service from reliance.

                        Even after raising complaint with the customer service department, I was informed that there's profile
                        setting and the issue will be resolved but unfortunately I didn't receive any resolution.

                        Neither their corporate vendors nor their customer care department has any motive to help customers at
                        the time of need.
                        After 3g conversion to 4G which happened on the month of july, they have not even informed us about change of plan.

                        When we checked we were informed that the plan remains same. Please look into this issue.

Despite of several mails and calls, the executives are least bothered to even call and sort the issue. Besides this, not having it used for past 2 months, i have been getting the postpaid bills demanding to pay the money for past 2 months (June, july) i am continuously contacting and mailing the customer care people to de activate the wi-pod, but i am said that they dont have provision to deactivate the device. And told that only option is to pay 799 and upgrade to 4g.. This is truely very disappointing by a well known company.

                                I was told that by customer care representatives and store members that my netconnect unlimited plan of ₹999 postpaid will continue at 4g speeds after upgradation without any change in plan.
                                But came to know recently that the plan has been changed to 5gb usage only.

                                1. My sim card number was changed on 7-8-16 without my consent and was assigned to a number that i don't have.

                                2. I have been calling your customer care daily at-least 5 times/day since 15days but no proper response except for few. All of them tell me reset or connect to computer n reinstall. And i must have done it nearly 100times.

                                3. Your customer care has disabled me from connecting to the representatives. My call is disconnected after entering my data card number and trying to connect the representative.

                                4. My 3g dongle was off 10 days last month and its off since 7th of this month.

                                5. There is no network signal at all in my place athani, karnataka -591304

                                I want you to waive my bill for this month as i have already paid for the non usage due to network issues.

                                And i had to pay other provider for internet services.

                                the representative said
                                "CANT PROVIDE A REFUND OR UNLIMITED PLAN . WE WILL INTIMATE ABOUT THE NEW PLANS IN FEW DAYS"

                                she didn't assure of refund if didn't like the new plans.

                                They are now forcing us take whatever plans they give.

                                we had an option to move out while 4G upgrade but they told us that plans will continue and now taking a U-turn

                                Rcom 4G Fraud Billing Continues
                                Rcom Appellate Authority did not respond to multiple follow-ups.

                                However, RCom Fraud Bill Generation Team did generate another fake bill.

                                My latest email to Rcom Appellate,

                                Dear Appellate Authority,

                                Is this a joke?

                                Aug-Sep bill was for

                                15784 MB data for Rs. 7366.64
                                I had paid prior to billing Rs.3222

                                Reliance sales guy promises to sell Rs. 899 Wipod and continue service

                                1. 40 GB 999 plan was changed to 5GB post 5 GB 0.05Paise/10 KB
                                2. No refund for the Rs. 899 towards 4G Wipod refund was adjusted
                                3. 10 GB 1 month free data was not adjusted

                                Now an adjusted bill is sent asking for Rs.1831, what did you adjust?

                                Reliance owes me on all 3 counts. My bill ing would not have crossed Rs.999 and Rs. 300 Wipod cost credit should have been adjusted...

                                My bill should have been Rs.699, I've already paid Rs.3222.

                                Reliance needs to refund Rs. 2522

                                    My reliance Pro 3 datacard number is[protected]. Whish was recently upgraded by Reliance Communication as Relaince 4G. And I was using Truly unlimited High Speed plan with Rental Rs. 999/- Taxes.

                                    During 4G Migration company has committed that Plan, Rental and Benefit will remain same while Reliance Pro3 Gets upgraded to reliance 4G.

                                    However after upgrade company just provided me 25 GB unlimied. 25 GB at 4g Speed later it will be 144 kbps. So they changed the plan benefits for temporary period of 18-20 days.

                                    Now I got an email that I will get just 5 GB with Rs 900 Plan permanently.

                                    So, This is unethical behaviour and company misleading the customers - there are many which observing the same situation.

                                    So, I wish to raise a consumer complaint and get the exact benefits of Truly unlimited Rs 999/- Plan with Reliance 4G Upgrade. As committed by company I appreciate RCOM Provide me same rental, benefits and plan which means high speed truly unlimited 4G without any FUP or CAP, same plan as I was having during Reliance Pro 3 Dongle.

                                        I already disconnect my data cards on 13th aug-2015 through telephonic request with reliance customer executive but they are not taken my request and forcefully raise bill after request of disconnect the service in this regard we are also reply day by day through telephonic and mail but they are not take care about this matter. After a long time today some one (M. No-[protected]) call me and blame me your a fault person? How can she slip-up me. And inform me that case will be fill up against me due to not paying the due amount. I am asking the customer care for sending the details of my request on 13th august-2015 which was recorded in their system. I am request to you help me and release a to fair decision about this case. If after clarification of 13th august telephonic records if i am not submitted the my request for disconnect the services, then i can pay this amount. But i can't recieved this records from reliance company.

                                        Note that i am facing a lot of problems in use the services in this regards so many times i was submitted request for solve my problems after they not solve the problems i was paying full amount as per they was raised bill. But when my problems was not solve positive and unable to use the good services from the company then i was decided that this service is not use full must be disconnect as soon as possible, then finally i was disconnect the services on 13th august 2015, kindly see the matter and release me.


                                        This is for your kind information and necessary action please. I am awaiting positive responses and stop this matter with positive result.

                                        Kindly mail us in [email protected] or also resolve sms in 8090003581 in My Contact No.The Company Frequently sms for paying the amount of Rs 951 to avoid Legal action kindly advice me.Reslove the matter as soon as possible 0n 24th Aug-2016 I also contact the reliance customer care exceutive for provide the details but told we are unable to provide any information of you.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I already disconnect my data cards on 13th Aug-2015 through Telephonic Request with Reliance customer executive but they are not taken my request and forcefully raise bill after request of disconnect the service in this regard we are also reply day by day through telephonic and mail but they are not take care about this matter .After a long time today some one (M.No-[protected]) call me and blame me your a fault person ? How can she Slip-up me.and inform me that case will be fill up against me due to not paying the due amount.I am asking the customer care for sending the details of my request on 13th August-2015 which was recorded in their system.I am request to you help me and release a to fair Decision about this case.If after clarification of 13th August Telephonic records if i am not submitted the my request for Disconnect the services, then i can pay this amount.but i can't recieved this records from reliance company.

                                        Note that i am facing a lot of problems in use the services in this regards so many times i was submitted request for solve my problems after they not solve the problems i was paying full amount as per they was raised bill.But when my problems was not solve positive and unable to use the good services from the company then i was decided that this service is not use full must be disconnect as soon as possible, then finally i was disconnect the services on 13th August 2015, kindly see the matter and release me.


                                        This is for your kind information and Necessary action Please .I am awaiting positive responses and stop this matter with positive result.


                                        Today i am received SMS from Reliance to Pay Rs 951 to avoid legal action
                                        They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call ...Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY

                                        Thousands of poor people are being harassed and cheated by Reliance . We should unite and move together against this FRAUD COMPANY .
