I have repeatedly requested your reliance customer care and bill desk groups not to bill for my urban phone no [protected], which i was using since 2006. Now i understand, that urban phones are not yet converted to spectrum 4g. Hence my phone [protected] is blocked for more than 50 days. Your staff will never reply. If they bill for august 2016, i feel utter disgust about reliance communications. It should not happen under your administration. Kindly take up the issue. Otherwise, it will force me to take up with trai, consumer forum also write to all newspapers. Kindly help, also solicit your kind help, in giving me utility code used for ecs debit system used, in my case, it is state bank of india, br 03286, 2nd block jayanagar bangalore 560004. Bank has asked for utility code no used to debit through ecs.
Chairman sir is very considerate. I do not think, the staff negligence will continue. Kindly help sir. The customer is my wife 65 years and i t k krishnaswamy am 72 years.

Fault lyes with Reliance and not Customer. Hence Bill should not be Raised for August 2006. Further ECS debit should not be made.
