Past 2 weeks - not able to connect internet.

When i contacted the customer care, they are saying that they have stopped the cdma services and hence it will not work anymore and i need to get new 4g sim and migrate to new service... Informed to buy 4g sim and datacard to use this sim (Rs.3000)

I was having data card with number [protected] (unlimited plan with 40gb-chennai) for the last few months. on 08.8.2016 i was activated online the 4g wi-pod myself by switching the wi-pod since the other 3g dongle was not responding and i did not informed by any means by the reliance communications neither by email or even by sms about its activation of 4g, but, in few days it was not working.
I thought that there was network problem....

Reliance cheats customers. I would like to inform you that i am entitled for 1 gb of 3g data every month.

I got the assurance from mail, customer care that there wont be any change in data plan, rental and benefits....

With effect from Jul. 17th, Reliance communications has stopped CDMA telephone service at Mysore. Still in the latest bill rental is charged upto Aug. 14th. When complained about this now the online complaint status tracking is stopped and asking to visit their circle office for correcting the bill. Call centre and helplines not accepting this as a complaint...

I have applied for my num to be port in Reliance on 19/07/16 but still it is not activated, I went to the distributor in paharganj, vaibhav mishra he rudely spoke to me and asked me why you applied in Reliance, I have again applied on 06/08/16 but again same situation, I am 60 yrs old person facing this problem since 1 & half month my number is [protected]....

01 year back i n. V. Sany asi rao was taken reliance data card 300 plane
My connection number is [protected], recently reliance hase stopped 3 g net services. At present my net connection is not working since 02 months. But my bill was not stopped. I dont know how to approach the stop the connection.

I checked on *129# and selected option 3 of super 10 gb data offer of rs. 397=10 gb for 28 days. I got it recharged of 397 on 22 08 2016 and received data pack of only 2.5 gb. But as per the offer on *129# of rs. 397=10 gb for 28 days. I should received 10 gb. Please help asap. I can only see 2.5 gbs of data....

I am using reliance data card since long time, now couple of month before understand that Reliance is upgrading to 4 G and existing dongal will not work, need to buy new one, i dont wanted to buy new dongal - as it was not worth for me.

I have tried calling reliance customer care and calls getting disconnected. Today is 22nd and am trying all these days. But problem is not resolved.

No one is there to guide. And visited reliance digital store also, they are saying they only will take care of jio but not 4g lte wipod issues.
