We called for a connection for a landline and broadband services on 12.8.2016. However due to the long weekend they said nothing could be done and we would be contacted later.
On Monday 15.08.2016 we got a call from Manoj regarding the same and were told he would come on Wednesday and do the needful. On asking he informed us that the connections would be done by Friday or Saturday at the latest.
We requested and asked him also to be transparent about the connection as we needed it urgently. Incase it wasn't possible in the stipulated time then we would opt for another company. To which he assured us prompt service.
Wednesday 17.08.2016 all the formalities and payment was completed and we were told that on Saturday at the latest the connection would be done.
On Saturday we had to make numerous calls to Mr Parvesh ([protected]) which went unanswered.
Finally when we got to speak to him from another number he said that the connection would happen only on Monday 22.08.2016 now. To which we requested where as I think I'm entitled to the service after I've opted to take it and paid for it to please please make sure it happens and is again not postponed. There is a medical emergency in our house due to which this urgency was conveyed.
As expected our calls again went unanswered Today till we called from another number. Now we are told it might take another 2 days. We asked for a seniors number to speak to which he would just not give. Mr Parvesh is insolent and absolutely unhelpful.
Why does Reliance commit if it does not have the means to fulfill.
I am one of the many customers who is dissatisfied and disappointed with your services and the staff.
Kindly return my cheques as you do not have the ability to perform.
I am looking after my seriously medically unwell husband and do not have the time to run behind your unprofessional, rude and ill informed executives.
Extremely disappointed with reliance and more so with the staff employed.

    I'm every 3day complaint submit here.
    How can they change my unlimited plan without informing me! Worst response from customer care also! They are not even telling my current plan. Did i invest my money on up-gradation just to get fooled by them! I want nil my bill and old plan.

      I'm using reliance data card ([protected]) form long back, after 4g upgradation it's not working properly. Past month july fully not worked but i paid full amount. But this month also same issue occurs. It too much of defaculties to do my work.
      I tried to contact customer care past couple of weeks but no one responds. Please do needful action

        01 year back i n. V. Sany asi rao was taken reliance data card 300 plane
        My connection number is [protected], recently reliance hase stopped 3 g net services. At present my net connection is not working since 02 months. But my bill was not stopped. I dont know how to approach the stop the connection.
        Hence i request you to kindly disconnect the service asap as i m not using the datacard anymore

        They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have disconnected the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the disconnection by calling the customer care (call recording available). On 29th july 2016, i got a bill for the same number. i have talked to an advocate and there is no need to pay the bill after disconnection.I am going to initiate legal action against this FRAUD

          I checked on *129# and selected option 3 of super 10 gb data offer of rs. 397=10 gb for 28 days. I got it recharged of 397 on 22 08 2016 and received data pack of only 2.5 gb. But as per the offer on *129# of rs. 397=10 gb for 28 days. I should received 10 gb. Please help asap. I can only see 2.5 gbs of data.

            Dear Sir/ Madam

            I am using reliance data card since long time, now couple of month before understand that Reliance is upgrading to 4 G and existing dongal will not work, need to buy new one, i dont wanted to buy new dongal - as it was not worth for me.
            I clearly informed Reliance customer care on 23rd June 2016 by mail that I am not interested and request to close my account, still they kept charging monthly rental to me. When i contacted customer care on 3rd Aug. 2016, they asked me to clear the balance payment i.e. around 350Rs. and the account will be closed soon. So I make the that payment ( which services I had not used absolutely). Now after this payment I got new bill of Rs. 835/-, when I contacted customer care they said I have to pay this amount this is 4G rental charges - same I have not used ( in fact I don't have 4G dongal).

            I am calling customer care many time to resolved my issue but they are pressuring me to make the payment and their customer care supervisor was suppose to call back in 2hrs, fortunately their is no call from them.

            Requested you to help to close this matter.

              I have raised request wi-pod 4g lte dongle from relianceconnect site and got the same on august 14th 2016.

              I have tried calling reliance customer care and calls getting disconnected. Today is 22nd and am trying all these days. But problem is not resolved.

              No one is there to guide. And visited reliance digital store also, they are saying they only will take care of jio but not 4g lte wipod issues.

              How far its correct. We purchased 4g lte wipod from reliance website only (Paid : 1600/-). And yesterday i got 1400/- montly charge with out activation also.

              Being reputated company reliance should not cheat their customers like this.

                My reliance gsm no. Is [protected]. Company deduct balancy withiut knowing me. Start any vas servious. When call customer care the dont respond. And company start vas after deactive it and charg again and again. Recently they deduct my 30 rupees for xyz vas servious and block my no. So i can not call custumer care. They block my number. They said sir cant access your account call later and after three days they said sir we dont have any record. Now a days the deduct balnce for a vas services and deduct balance whenever i recharged. Twise i deactivate this servies but then i got message that your services is renewed. So i want a permanant solution and my refund also

                    From yesterday im not able to make any outgoing calls from my reliance number. And i called 198 several times, finally it connected, they said u they took my complaint and within 12hrs my problem will be rectified and i can make outgoing calls. But still now im not able to make any calls and i didnt get any confirmation message from reliance. Please atleast send the status of the complaint. So it will be helpful.

                        Well when my cdma net connection was upgraded to 4g gsm connection, it said the 10gb data would be free for the first month.

                        The 4g internet serveries started on 7/7/16 and after that i checked at one of the reliance stores up to when the free units are applicable, he reply was up to 18/8/16.

                        I have received a bill of rs.3500 and as per the customer service they say 1100 is towards the normal rental that includes 5gb of data and the additional charges are towards the extra units consumed.

                        The total data consumed is 9gb out of which 5gb was as per the plan but 10gb was free for the first month and as per me the bill amount should have been 1100 plus the taxes.

                        I have a another reliance connection as well and if my queries are not resolved i will definitely port to another service provider.

                          I just got message before a month that reliance communication will launch 4g. But suddenly after that my number [protected] closed. It is my important business contact number. Lots my customer saying they are trying hard but unable to contact me which caused huge business loss for me. I think it will be better to go consumer forum against this with loss claim. These all things are really unexpected. They don't value their nor they value that how much customer will suffer. My other alternative number [protected].

                            Sir/madam,
                            I was broad band user wide no[protected]. My broadband & landline was not working from 10/07/2016. I complaint it to resolve the problem to the costumer care so many time but fail to solve my problem.
                            Then i told to costumer care if you can not provide me the regular services then disconnect it. Because you are not provide me regular services properly, every month i was paying full amount but the servise was not provided me regular. (Broad band was disconected always 10-12 days every month after complaint to customer care). Now reliance send me a bill for rs. 645/-. I replied that i want to know the period of bill. Whereas the broadband was not working from 10/07/2016 and told to check your details again and send me fresh bill for 4 days of july as per my uses. I have requested earliar to adjust 4days bill from my security, and refund the balance if you can not provide me your service.
                            .
                            The step of disconnection was taken due to failure of services.

                            If reliance provide me good services and wave off the bill from 10th july to till day withought interruption then i will think about to continue it. Otherwise refund my security. It is for your information of reliance services.

                              I purchased in feb 2016, a reliance wipod connection with a plan of 600 rs for 10 gb high-speed unlimited plan. However as mentioned by the reliance executive latter in july that cdma services are going to be closed by the company and we need to upgrade to 4g network as they are offering a free upgrade and gave me a sim.
                              As i was facing connectivity issues for more than 10 days in june and july and i still paid the bills for the subsequent months, i initiated the upgrade however without any intimation or email i believe they changed the plan and now they have sent me a msg for a bill of rs1352. However my agreed plan was 600 for 10 gb and i never knew if there is any change in the plan or rates. Moreover it was a force full way of moving customer from a economical plan to a highrate offers, which i would never take incase they want to sell me. Please help as for the aug month i will not be able to pay any additional amount charged also my wipod which i purchased is now of now use which cost me 800 in feb when i bought.

                                Reliance wi-fi data card plan change with notificationa after 4g update and now i got a bill amount 2845/-
                                I was getting monthly bill of (Rs) 1149.00/- for 40gb plan ([protected]). I got a call from reliance c. Care that the cdma device will stop working after first week of august and we have to upgrade to 4g sim and new 4g wipod to have uninterrupted connection. I was told that this i can continue with the (Rs) 1149.00/- for 40gb plan after the upgrade to 4g.
                                After i bought a sim and used it in a 4g mobile because it will take 10 days for them to deliver the wifi device. I was getting high speeds. I could not call from that sim so i called the customer care and he told we cannot make calls because it a data-card sim. And i received a message that "free unit details for netconnect usage mb - allocated unit-9249.03, unit consumed-248.7, balance unit 9000.33, validity-17/08/2016 23:59:59" i again called the c. Care that my plan has been changed from 40gb to 9gb. The c. Care executive explained u have received a free complimentary 4g offer for 4 days, so i started using it. After the fourth day i called the c. Care to check my data balance it was showing “free unit details for netconnect usage mb - allocated unit-5285.16, unit consumed-577.18, balance unit 4707.98, validity-17/08/2016 23:59:59”.
                                Now the plan changed but to 5gb plan and not to my old 40gb plan. And i got a message that “your unbilled amount as on[protected] is rs.1777.78. You can also check this information & manage your account by dialling our tollfree ussd code *222#”, i got shocked and called the customer care again and they several times.
                                First time they said that there is some problem with billing section it will be sorted out and i asked to talk to a team lead they told that they will put my call in hold and i wait for more than 15 min on hold and they disconnected the call.
                                Econd time i called them and they told that the plan has been changed to 3 gb plan since there is no 3g available now. I asked that how can u people changed without informing they replayed that we have intimated by mail and sms, i told have not received anything intimation bout the change in plan. That executive told the he will put on hold and check the information and same thing happened, i wait for more than 15 min on hold and they disconnected the call.
                                Today (22-jul-2016) i received my online bill and message for the billing period of 18-jul-2016 to 17-aug-2016. “dear customer, bill details for aug'16 of your reliance no. Null-current chrg:rs2844.95; total due:rs2845; due date:05-sep-2016. Reliance”.
                                I was trying to call the c. Care several times and the call gets disconnected every time.
                                I have no other option than filing a complaint in consumer court. “the plan was changed without pre intimation and now i got bills for rs2845/- since they changed the plan. If they have informed me i would have not upgraded to 4g. And i have to cancel my online order (Ifvoddzgz) for wifi device also.

                                Hey all. August 23 afternoon(Day after i posted of complaint) I got a call from reliance CCare and they informed this z regarding the complaint made in this Website. They apologised and said that they had some problem with their billing department so they will revise my charges and get back to me after 3 days. But till now I didn't get any mail r calls. Now I tried to the CCare and the call it's cut.

                                Finally after all this got a Message and call from the Rcom Ccare. "Dear Customer your Datacard [protected] has bill due of Rs.1148. Pls pay to avoid late payment Fee of Rs100 or 2.5% . Pls ignore if paid.RCOM". and i have cancelled the 4G Wipod and got my cash refund. A big Goodbye to RCom. i am not "Marking as Resolved" till my connection get disconnection and i don't know what kind of surprises i still have from RCom. planning to Visit RCom outlet today to cancel my connection. Thank You Team ConsumerComplaints.in.
                                I am also facing the same problem with reliance, previously reliance communicate that we provide 4G plan in same monthly rental of Pro-3(wi-pod), but now they are not. and charged me 2495/-

                                Yes everyone is facing the same issue. They have charged for the period when they weren't providing 3G nor 4G and have not returned the same while they earlier had promised to continue the 3G plan for 4G and are now refusing blankly. They are a big cheats and would remain one. The best thing would be to terminate the services and don't pay a penny in the last month. Let those call you and then you give one back on their face.
                                Worst, Cheaters, such a shame on Reliance. They looted and sold that wipod and now they are billling so much without any notification. LOOSERS

                                  I had 31rs main balance yesterday. Out of this i had subscribed for 9rs internet pack for 200mb. After that my main balance was 22rs.

                                  At evening, i checked that my main balance of 22rs was deducted. Then i also checked my data balance. 3.78mb was available.

                                  When i called to reliance customer care at 198. They told me that balance was deducted for internet uses. Then i told him that data balance is still available of 3.78mb then why main balance was deducted.
                                  After some time they understand my issue and registered my complain. And told me that your will got your balance within 24 balance. Sr no is[protected].

                                  Today i got message that your sr no.[protected] has been resolved. But i have not got my balance. When i called to reliance customer care at 198. They told me that balance is nonrefundable.

                                  Its a fraud and unethical behavior. Please help me. What can i do?

                                        Kindly do the needful as rs 48/- and rs 26/- has been deducted from my main balance and i have called the customer care regarding the same buy every time customer care executive says system is upgrading and complaint is forwarded and you will get your balance but nothing happened.

                                        My no. Is [protected].

                                        Before this also there has been so many deductions unnecessarily and your executive admitted that i have falsely charged. Earlier there were deductions of more than 250/-inr altogether.

                                        Kindly look into it seriously. It is happening everytime.
