My reliance gsm no. Is [protected]. Company deduct balancy withiut knowing me. Start any vas servious. When call customer care the dont respond. And company start vas after deactive it and charg again and again. Recently they deduct my 30 rupees for xyz vas servious and block my no. So i can not call custumer care. They block my number. They said sir cant access your account call later and after three days they said sir we dont have any record....

I have received following email from a person claiming to represent reliance, please confirm is this authorized by reliance or is a scam.

From yesterday im not able to make any outgoing calls from my reliance number. And i called 198 several times, finally it connected, they said u they took my complaint and within 12hrs my problem will be rectified and i can make outgoing calls. But still now im not able to make any calls and i didnt get any confirmation message from reliance. Please atleast send the status of the complaint. So it will be helpful....

My reliance prepaid no has zero network in my area from last 15 days. My complaint no is[protected].

Well when my cdma net connection was upgraded to 4g gsm connection, it said the 10gb data would be free for the first month.

The 4g internet serveries started on 7/7/16 and after that i checked at one of the reliance stores up to when the free units are applicable, he reply was up to 18/8/16.

I have received a bill of rs.3500 and as per the customer service they say 1100 is towards the normal rental that includes...

I just got message before a month that reliance communication will launch 4g. But suddenly after that my number [protected] closed. It is my important business contact number. Lots my customer saying they are trying hard but unable to contact me which caused huge business loss for me. I think it will be better to go consumer forum against this with loss claim. These all things are really unexpected. They don't value their nor they value that...

I was broad band user wide no[protected]. My broadband & landline was not working from 10/07/2016. I complaint it to resolve the problem to the costumer care so many time but fail to solve my problem.
Then i told to costumer care if you can not provide me the regular services then disconnect it. Because you are not provide me regular services properly, every month i was paying full amount but the servise was not...

I purchased in feb 2016, a reliance wipod connection with a plan of 600 rs for 10 gb high-speed unlimited plan. However as mentioned by the reliance executive latter in july that cdma services are going to be closed by the company and we need to upgrade to 4g network as they are offering a free upgrade and gave me a sim.
As i was facing connectivity issues for more than 10 days in june and july and i still paid the bills...

Reliance wi-fi data card plan change with notificationa after 4g update and now i got a bill amount 2845/-

Care that the cdma device will stop working after first week of august and we have to upgrade to 4g sim and new 4g wipod to have uninterrupted connection. I had 31rs main balance yesterday. Out of this i had subscribed for 9rs internet pack for 200mb. After that my main balance was 22rs.

At evening, i checked that my main balance of 22rs was deducted. Then i also checked my data balance. 3.78mb was available.

I paid 1770/- on feb 23rd 2016 for broadband connection but technical team came for installation said it is possible to install connection in this area.
So i asked for refund but still not received.

After 5 months i. E. One month back i got call from the reliance that i will get refund cheque in 7 days but not received yet..

Kindly do the needful as rs 48/- and rs 26/- has been deducted from my main balance and i have called the customer care regarding the same buy every time customer care executive says system is upgrading and complaint is forwarded and you will get your balance but nothing happened.

I am a reliance gsm user of delhi circle, i was given offer of 10 gb 3g data at rs 123, but when i recharged my delhi prepaid mobile no [protected], i got only 1.5 gb data, when i complained against it., they assured me to solve it within 4 days but it has been 5 days but still i dont get my data till now, when i contacted them they only reply that wait for some more time, these 5 days for data is more then enough, help me to get my data balance...

Hi, i have purchased new 4g wipod for rs 2600, e earlier i was using reliance 3 dongle for last 6years. My aug month bill is 3250. Earlier my bill was rs 300 and i was getting 5 gb high speed and thereafter unlimited for whole month. Reliance has done cheating with me since they haven't informed me of the new plan. I was using reliance 3g plan with 40 gb unlimited with rs 999 rental. I received 4g sim card through courier from reliance asking me to upgrade to 4g and asking me buy the 4g wipod and no where mentioned about plan

When i contacted the customer service ustomer care and enquired about the plan they said that the existing 40gb plan will carry forward and the 40gb unlimited plan with rs999 rental.

Hi all,

I was using reliance 3g (40gb for 1140. R. S) for past 1 year. The net speed is very slow (Promised speed :- 2 mbs and i got :- 0.1mbs) so i applied connection termination but they keep on calling and asked me to change to 4g so that the speed will get increase and my same plan will continue.

I payed 1599 rupee and brought that dongle and started using it after 1 week the speed was too slow again. When...

I ordered 4g wipod on their website on 06/07/2016, but it has not yet reached me, when i tried to contact customer care, they said to contact newtel customer care.
