I am using Datacard number : [protected] from Reliance Communication
As Reliance were shutting down CDMA network I called them for Up gradation and LTE query
When I was I asked to Customer care before migrating to 4G/LTE, they said Data and Plan will be same as before(CDMA Plan) you just buy Wi-pod for LTE.
So I bought a LTE Wi-pod, But when LTE started now my plan changed from 5GB to 3GB. They changed my plan from 300 (5GB) to 1100(5 GB) without information or intimation.
This is very wrong approach from Reliance communication, They lie initially and convince me to buy LTE Wi-POD and once I bought it you changed plan.
Please look into my case and provide solution.

and Reliance communication send the bill amount is rs 2304.00 /- .

    I am again so much disappointed due to reiterated deduction of my account balance of no.[protected]. It reiterated within week. This deduction made by reliance on 04 Aug illicitly without any proper reason as amount of Rs 25/.This type of deduction is not acceptable at any cost repeating again and again.when I am seeking customer care help then they are reluctant and rudely too in behaviour .when connected with customer care through a call they people are unable to reply properly and they simply disconnecting the call without answering and satisfying for problem .please I request you to refund my deducted balance as soon soon possible and strictly action to be taken against defaulters.

    As well as I am complaining regarding faced problem; reliance communication looking for problems and giving solution but after resolving problem again repeating the incident in case of deduction .they are refunding balance through one hand and again deducting the balance arbitrarily through other hand.I don't understand why they are doing so ; either they want to tantalize me or defaming the name of reliance by doing such a reiterated misdeeds.As per previous complain they refunded as amount of Rs20/- but again deducted Rs10/illicitly. So plz stop this and be with me for convenient not for annoyance. Plz refund my deducted balance recently.

        I am a customer using reliance broadband internet, my user id is[protected] connection registered on the name of sanjay garg, My connection is not working from around a month and i had registered 10 to 12 complaints already but there is no one who can resolve the complaint.I requested technician visit so many times but the technician mr.yogesh([protected]) never visited and when i tried to call him he blocked my mobile number.He always talks rudely.He said that he can not do anything.I registered many complaints by calling reliance customer care but result was none.I request you to take strict action towards the company and the technician mr.yogesh.

              I already did recharge on my number for rate cutter just few days back but still getting message that your rate cutter is over do recharge. what the hell is this. Some days before automatically my balance got empty. i dint know why, no conformation message nothing, just my money gone.                 I got a offer from reliance communication that was a 2gb 3g data pack valid for 7 days in rs87.
                I recharged with rs 87 but I'm not getting the data balance. I checked my last recharge details and it shows recharge of rs 87 but when I check my data balance it shows no data balance in your account. I called the customer service but there is no response from their side. Please help!.

                  I am writing this email to you after the gross act of fraud that has been done towards me.
                  I (Mr. Prasenit Gargvanshi S/O Mr. Daroga Singh) have been using a Reliance CDMA mobile number for last 11 years (Since 2005), the number got suddenly disconnected on 19th July'16 and the status was coming as 'switched off' when someone was calling at it. The number is [protected] (Relaince GSM - UP EAST)

                  I called up Reliance Call Centre but they said that You have ported the number. Although It has come as a sudden surprise to me as I have not given any request for Porting out.

                  Gentlemen in the trail mail from Reliance has helped me but still I am not able to get back my number. I called up Airtel call centre, they said we cant help as your umber has been ported in someone else's name. They are asking me to go to Airtel office in Lucknow. It's not my fault then why I am getting exploited for last 20 days ???
                  What is this, my number and I myself cannot get the information about the fraud that has happened.

                  My since request is to help in getting by number re-activated.. At the same time put a check on pausing such frauds

                      It's a regret to write you, but I am facing problem with the services provided by reliance telecommunication. In my native place Bramhapuri there is no network coverage for Reliance due to which the people of this locality including me going through the network related issue. I have a postpaid connection from last
                      10 months but due to no network coverage the connection is not in any use while my location is bramhapuri. I have to pay the bill for it which is not worth in this situation. And i feel like cheated.
                      I have complaint for the same to customer care, but they give me solution to choose manual network option selection 'Airtel or Idea' but it is also not working.

                      So kindly look after the issue and do the needful on fast track basis, other wise the Reliance Communication network will lost its business in this locality due to no network connectivity.

                        It was not receiving signal and saying emergency calls only.
                        When I went outside of my home then it was receiving signal.
                        When i am at my home i am not able to call important calls also.
                        I have complained several times, but you have not given any importance for my complaint.

                          Over and above the previous complaint launched against Reliance Broadband Ahmedabad now again since two days the net of the entire society which includes 8 connections has been lost.

                          My Broadband ID is :[protected] on name of Alok Mehrotra
                          Complaint Number[protected]
                          Broadband closed since 3rd of August and no resolution till date.

                          Please go through my previous complaint for the same and repeatedly the net of Reliance Broadband goes off and with great difficulty and discomfort starts and again goes off in few days.

                          If the same is not solved we will make sure that all the connections from the entire area are taken to some other service provider.

                              Firstly we registered oir complaint . Then after a day we got a call from customer care centre to listen our problem . We told them all our issues with their services, then they ensured us that they will solve it. Finally they resolved our problem.

                                Dear sir, I was using reliance 3g from last 3 year's but it get bad to worse in terms of speed it is now running on 2g speed .
                                I am not able to play online videos and downloading speed is as low as 8 or 10 kbps please do not fool the customer ...
                                The web pages took more time to open
                                The websites are sometimes unable to open or error occurs ...
                                The speef was low the 3g quality is getting worse ...
                                Please keep the promise you make to us to provide 3g speed not 2g @3g stop fooling us ...

                                  I purchased pre-activated mobile connection of Reliance, available in the market. I was getting more than 10 disturbing sales promotion calls from Reliance and every time I took the call some amount was deducted from my prepaid account. I received SMS" xxx service is activated as per your request" whereas I did not request anything..After I complained to the customer care through email, the disturbing sales promotion calls stopped and I was assured vide their mail dated July 20, 2016 that wrongful deduction would be refunded. But the amount was not refunded.
                                  Subsequently they followed another method o[censored]nauthorized deduction from my prepaid account
                                  I am giving below the sequence {how Reliance has wrongly deducted amounts from my prepaid mobile connection (Mobile No. [protected])}
                                  1. On July 29 evening I received an SMS from Reliance stating “You have been successfully subscribed to HdyGoDDosti Sub7 service for seven days . To unsubscribe SMS Unsub 4024 to 155223(Toll Free)”
                                  Please note that I had not sent any request for the subscription
                                  2. I immediately sent SMS to 4024 to unsubscribe.
                                  3. On checking my account balance I found that Rs 7 was deducted from my prepaid account.
                                  4. After sometime I received another SMS from Reliance stating “You have been successfully subscribed to HdyGoDDosti Sub1 service for 1day . To unsubscribe SMS Unsub 4024 to 155223(Toll Free)”
                                  Please note that I had not sent any request for the subscription also.
                                  5. I immediately sent SMS to 4024 to unsubscribe
                                  6. On checking my account balance I found that Re 1 was deducted from my prepaid account.

                                  I took up the matter with Reliance customer care without any results.

                                    My mobile no is [protected]. reliance gsm, i have recharged 50.00 on 27.7.2016 . using only about 10.00 call.this is my extra mobile using some time .without any product activation my balance is nil today. not in this time, last several times same complained . what can i do now, plz help me return my money, plz check my account, and don't send any company msgs on my mobile

                                      Sir, I have recharged my reliance GSM no. [protected] with Rs. 80 on[protected] and make deducted 9 Rs. for internet 2G 200 MB, and also my promo balance was available. Today my main balance is 17.330 and my promo bal is 19.500. Whenever I call it deducts from promo bal because its validity is till[protected]. For internet i have net pack. So its matter of thinking where my main balance gone cause it is 17.330 if all calls i did were deducted from promo balance. For the same i called customer care 1st time she said my system is not working call after 2 hour, i said to register complaint but she did not register. 2nd time again a lady could not give proper answer and kept call on hold saying it will take time to check but disconnected talking rudely and unnecessary answers. Why customer care always make fool of customer???
                                      They give such a reasons which are baseless always. Govt. should make strict regulations & law for their unfair willingness with customer. Anytime they cut the balance and give reason we dont have info about or you must have use activating bla bla. Disgusting
                                      Please solve the problem., i want to where my balance gone.

                                        dear mr.sandeep chawla,
                                        thx for ur responce,

                                        hope u have understood my concern,
                                        1. already i had paid more than 5500/- for two months bill how ur going to adjust the amount what reliance collected from me when the zero rental scheme over in the month of april and the correct bill generated in the month of april for which i paid 475/- afterr how the bill raised 2500+ so i request u to give the clarification who had decided my monthly plan of 2233 per month ?
                                        2. i called reliance customer care and visited reliance outlet to my surprise there r no plans avble for cdma customers who migrated to gsm and they told very clearly that no plans for cdma and we r waiting for the plans and we r sorry we cant help u and for ur plan 2233 /- the amount is included ur hand set and the 24months schem over and due to system error it is generating the same and secondly the bill generated 475 /- in the month of april is the one when u have not migrated to gsm and the discount of 1875 given is that the handset amount what we generated that was deducted because 24 months scheme is over.
                                        3. pl. let me knwo u have any plan like zero rental in gsm so that i dont want any further tension so that i can make one time payment because my mobile should not get deactivate at any time because of my reason mentioned in the earlier mails. more over lot of pb due to signals and i cant able to use my mobile due to bad signals and net service.

                                        waiting for ur early responce and request u to solve the pb before the bill generates and dont give me tension again to pay the bill which generated by ur system fault and make sure to adjust the amount wht relaince collected from me due to there mistake, and again i request u to send the details how 2233 per month plan allottted to me ?
