I am using a reliance cdma dongle (Netconnect+) which now known as 4g.
When i have purchased this device the plan was 40gb data unlimited but when the reliance company shutdown the cdma network they have provide gsm of reliance 4g and told me that the plan your 40 gb unlimited will be same, after that my device was disconnected for more than 2 month due to 4g upgradation after that when the 4g has launch in[protected] their was not information provided but my device was active, when i login on http://myservices.relianceada.com/ on[protected] its show that your device is active on[protected] and bill is generating
But[protected] the plan was change to volume.4g_1100_5gb.5gb without informing me.
The comapany has changes the plan without informing me to limited 5gb from 40 gb unlimited
The customer is using this plan due to his old plan which is provided by the reliance company but without customer consent or permission the plan has been changed
If a customer is using postpaid plan he has right to take permission or information of any plan changes
Kindly request reliance company to provide me my old plan and take complain as priority and provide me my resolution.

    Hi,
    I am Sreedhar. I was motivated by Mukhesh Ambani statement in the news and bought a Reliance mobile LYF (water 2 model) on 25th July at Kengeri, Bangalore.

    Since I do not have micro SIM, I could not verify the mobile first 5 days. Later when I got the micro SIMs Reliance JIO and existing SIM, I realized that mobile does not get proper signals. Unable to making and receiving calls. And at the same time and same location my brother's mobile (LYF - model Flame) was working good.

    On 6th day (which is 30th July Saturday) I gave a compliant on mobile. Initially they tried to cover that no issues with the mobile and it is issue with only settings of mobile. Finally they did not take compliant.
    Later I asked them to call their manager. Manager picked up the call and said that he will send the piece to service centre and replace the mobile if it is not good. He also confirmed that mobile replacement will happen on the same day 1st Aug (Monday).

    On Monday 1st August, my wife went to the shop and gave the mobile for their testing. On that day they verified and realized that mobile device was faulty.
    Next day 2nd Aug, I enquired on the mobile, they just updated that mobile was in testing.
    On 3rd Aug again I went and enquired about the mobile, they updated me the same 'mobile was in testing'.

    On 4th Aug I received the call from service centre and updated me that mobile was given for testing on 3rd Aug (What happened on Aug 1st and Aug 2nd and 3rd Aug??). Here we lost the grace period to replace the mobile unit. They would have done this intentionally.

    Now service centre want to replace the H/W parts to rectify the mobile. Since they did not receive the mobile in first 7 days, they will not replace the device. Still we did not get the mobile device.

    Summary:
    First of all this is new mobile and faulty one. we gave a compliant to the shop on the 6th day from the purchase date. They should have taken the compliant and replace the mobile device.

    Because of this I missed all important calls and messages from my kid school and from office. I lost my valuable time to visit this shop to address this issue in all my busy week day schedules.

    There is no proper response and action taken at that branch. This is very much frustrating that there is no value for money we paid.

      Hi Sir

      Please note that i have taken reliance broadband connection in june 2016, from last 20 days internet was not working in my home and the reason which explain by company people is that they are unable to pay rent for server room set up in my area, i called so many times in their customer care but they are not sloving problems as well as they are sending bill for the month, when i said that to waived off the rent because internet is not working from last 20 days they are not replying to us, they problems is they already have our deposits of rs 1, 700 which they can easily forfit if we will try for another company connection .
      It seems very odd that as this co is not able to pay server room rent as well as creating the issue for their customer, I hope you will short out my problems and taking any effective action against this company so that in future they will not create this kind of problems to other customer.

        There is deduction of 27 rs from my main balance of reliance prepaid number [protected] without using internet... Kindly take necessary action... Earlier this same things was happend to me, so many times u they deduct my blc without using any facility.. Its creating great dissatisfaction... I just want to know where my balance have been deducted n y they have deduct my balce without sending any msg to me.

          mene reliance ka android app bhi down load kiya...data account balance show ni ho raha tha.

          complain karne ke baad reliance ki traf se kewal 2 call aayi hai...

          Aaj tak ki sabse poor service reliance ki rahi hai...complain karne ke baad bhi mera reliance customer care se contact nahi ho raha hai...kya kar rahe hai ye reliance service provider.???

          3 month ho gaya hai...3 month se customer care se contact karne ki koshis kar raha hu..

            Dear sir,
            I am using Reliance Operator Sim. I had applied for porting the number from "Reliance Karnataka circle to Reliance Chennai circle". I got the sms that your new sim service has been started on 28th July 2016 from Reliance. They have blocked my old sim service but the before enabling the new sim service they have blocked the old sim service.

            I have gone to reliance store and lodged my complain. But for past 7 days they are not giving response. I have talked to customer care three times. simply they are extending the time but not solving the issues. Due to this i had to bear heavy loss. I have attached screenshots of the SMS which i got from reliance as a proof. Your help in this regard is deeply appreciated

              Hi,

              I would like to tell you that the service which are you providing is worst and the customer executives working in your stores are really worst. I have never seen the executives who speak in such a bad manners with the customers. I have already paid Rs 900 for 4G wipod but four months have already passed but still the 4g wipod is not working. Also, my connection ([protected]) is not working, so why should I pay rent for this. I would also like to draw your attention towards the store which is located in MICO Layout, 7th. Cross Circle, BTM Layout II stage, Near K. C. Das & Canara Bank ATM, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560076, there the executives were not behaved well with the customers. I went to there for getting the solutions but the lady was avoiding me and when i asked her that why she is not giving the answers of my questions then a person (Tameez) came there and started shouting on me. He told me that do whatever you can do we will not provide you any solutions. If you have these type of people then why don't you close your stores. I had a trust in your service that is why I am using reliance from last 6 years but really regretting myself that why i trust you people.

              I am really sorry I don't want to raise my finger on you Mr Ambani but because of these people and the services what you are providing to the customers you are loosing trust and customers. Also, I think if you will not take any action against this then that day is not so far when you loose your brand name which you earned after doing so much hard work.

                  I have converted my number [protected] from idea postpaid to reliance postpaid. But the address verification was not done for my number and i give my document and security money on 22/07/2016. I have call the raised a complaint by calling the customer care. I have been using this number from past 7 years and due to a really bad customer service i might lose the number now. It's all bull shd happened reliance worker is totally dog. They don’t response to the costumer because it's already postpaid. Even you know that number was previously provide by idea. It's pathetic situation and bull service by reliance. Kindly solve my issue. Quick response will appreciated.

                    Dear Sir,

                    My reliance dongle No: [protected]. I was under broadband 10GB night _499 plan for several years. Suddenly 1 fine day Reliance launched 4G on 13/7 in Kolkata about 6 wks later than its initial promise & moved me into Rs 900_4G_5MB plan without prior notice & without my explicit consent within the same bill cycle. This was unethical but still acceptable as reliance billed me upto 12/7 under old plan & from 13/7 to 26/7 under 4G default plan.

                    But then under the default 4G volume based plan from 13/7 to 26/7 they have charged me Rs 683 extra +taxes for 67 hrs 46 min o[censored]sage in addition to additional data usage (for this part I am not raising any dispute).Seems they have also charged for the time o[censored]sage. This is totally wrong.

                    On taking up with customer care they are either not responding or resolving the problem and not giving any satisfactory explanation why they have charged me for time o[censored]sage under a volume based plan.

                    Further due to the inflated & wrong amount, my bill went above the credit limit by Rs 660 & they disconnected the connection on 28th july without intimation. They only send me the bill details about 3 days later.

                    Till now they are not resolving the wrong billing issue. Only asking me to pay the bill to restore connection.

                    Reliance could have throttled my speed due to high billing. But most unethically & cruelly they have suspended my connection when my bill due date is on 13th August. I was not allowed to see, resolve issues if any on the billing.They act like robots without looking into the past payment record of the customer. Now they are neither listening nor understanding. Only singing pay the bill, pay the bill.

                    Don't know who told them that by cheating & intimidating customers & thereafter handling disputes so callously they can retain customers in their most expensive network which till a few months back was the cheapest among the best.

                    Hope Kumbhakarna Reliance would wake up now.

                      Myself kumud ranjan having cell no [protected] had been closed by the reliance on 16th of june, stating that RIM is closed after that i had submitted five times the document for port from RIM to SMART.it asked it will be processed, at that time i having the 30 rs balance, i had reminded that balnce issue also but ishe asked that it takes time to come balance .i waited till todal approx 50 days, but no balnce is credited in my smart no.
                      then i approched relince main office in ranchi, she checked and told me that no balance was there in your account. i was shocked, because i have the msg in which clearly showing that i have the 30 rs balnce in my rim no dated 15/06/2016 of the last day that rim was working.
                      my sincere request to take this matter urgently so that i can get my balnce back, else i have to move for the consumer court so that people must know that how reliance is cheating with customer.my alternate no is [protected]

                        It's not even been a month since I started using reliance. Initially they took around 3 weeks after taking the money to install a connection instead of 3 days. The guy who took money was not picking up the phone and I had to follow several times for that. But finally connection was installed. But since then it's intermittent connectivity issue. Reliance customer care is pathetic when it comes to escalation. Technicians are rude and arrogant and talk without logic who visit to check the connection. When demanded escalation they reliance custome care executive named Namita actually disconnected my phone. Pathetic service.

                          Before march i purchased reliance cdma dongle with plan 305/- 5gb unlimited after some months they stopped their cdma network nd forced to switch on 4g and to use 4g sim you must purchase 4g dongle again cost 2699/-. I purchased that also. Then theybsaid your rental plan will remain same at the end of month they changed my plan to 1100/- 5 gb nd post charge. They charged me around 4000/- approx. And barred my connection. Reliance stores not taking my complaint seriously and customercare centre saying we apologize but your plan has been changed you have to pay in order to continue your service.
                          First old cdma dongle cost 900/- then 4g dongle cost 2699/- and now they are charging more thn my rental plan..
                          Anil ambani and their company making money by fraud and cheating their customers. If you don't have patience to earn thn stop your business and start slaving your elder brother.

                            I want to complain about the invalid balance deduction from my main balance by reliance communications. I had recharged Rs.98 in my reliance number on 1st august 2016, which I use both in mobile as well as in data card (dongle). With this recharge, I got 1 GB Your 3G Fairusage Net balance, which is valid till today, that is, 4th august 2016. I was using this balance smoothly until last night. The problem arose today.
                            This morning, I sent an SMS (Mbal to 55333) to check my data balance & found that there was still 440 MB balance remaining in my fairusage balance, but instead of deducting from 3G fairusage balance, my data balance was being deducted from main balance when I checked my main balance. I had Rs.32 in my main balance until this morning (before connecting to internet from data card) & then I had only Rs.5 in my main balance when I started using internet from my data card this morning, since the data balance was already deducted from my main balance.
                            The problem with reliance is that they have separate numbers for data card and mobile customers. So, if one has to use a sim in both mobile as well as in data card, he faces these kind of problems. And one cannot use
                            Since I had recharged for using internet in my data card, so I contacted the customer care number of data card (*355). After talking to their 4 customer care representatives, the 4th one told me that no balance was deducted from main balance on their end & told me to contact the mobile customer care.
                            When I contacted their mobile customer care (on 198), they told me that my 3G data balance was finished last night at 2 am. That's why they had deducted data balance from my main balance. But as I said, it was showing 440 MB 3G fairusage balance this morning (see pic attached). So when I can see my data balance, why can't they? This is how they fool a customer, by showing false details? This is the third time I am facing this issue. So I decided to file a complaint this time.
                            All I am requesting them is to refund me the balance which they have deducted, or I'll have to move this complaint to higher authorities.

                            I couldn't attach that I had Rs.32 as main balance, because I didn't knew that I will face this problem. When my internet connection in data card was being disconnected after remaining connected for few seconds, & when it happened for 4-5 times continuously, then I checked my main balance.

                              Hello sir,

                              It is to notify you that i am the latest victim of fraudism by reliance communication.
                              I have been using the reliance net connect wipod since january' 2015 with a monthly plan of rs 299 and 5gb plan. After the limit the plan was unlimited but the speed was restricted. Last month i got an sms from reliance customer care to change the existing wipod device with the new 4g wipod device by paying an amount of rs 2699. I purchased the device in july'16 as their was a notice of discontinuing cdma service and starting of 4g gsm service. The problem started when they without intimating changed my plan and charged very high. As per them they have changed my plan from rs 299 per month 5 gb to rs 300 per month 1 gb also with the limited data usage. When i raised my concern about change of plan, they replied with a lie that they have already intimated the users by emails, phone calls and sms, none of these i have received. They are cheating with these strategy to almost all the users.

                                Hello sir,

                                It is to notify you that I am the latest victim of fraudism by Reliance Communication.
                                I have been using the Reliance Net Connect WiPod since january' 2016 with a monthly plan of Rs 599 and 5Gb day and 5Gb night plan. After the limit the plan was unlimited but the speed was restricted. Last month I got an sms from Reliance Customer Care to change the existing WiPod device with the new 4G WiPod device by paying an amount of Rs 899. I purchased the device in April as their was a notice of discontinuing CDMA service and starting of 4G GSM service. After waiting for almost 3 months they started the 4G service with the same existing plan. The problem started when they without intimating changed my plan and charged very high. As per them they have changed my plan from Rs 599 per month to Rs 1100 per month also with the limited data usage. When I raised my concern about change of plan, they replied with a lie that they have already intimated the users by emails, phone calls and sms, none of these I have received. They are cheating with these strategy to almost all the users.
                                Kindly file a complaint against them. I am attaching my first postpaid bill generated by Reliance communications for the period between 12th Jan' 2016 to 27th Jan' 2016 with this mail for the reference of my complaint.

                                  I was using Reliance Wi-Pod([protected], [protected]) since 1 and half year, due to network issue i was not getting proper service then due to 4G up-gradation my number has been suspended on 25th June then i decided to discontinue because poor network and customer support, i visited nearest reliance store on 28th June and asked them to disconnect/stop my both number they took my request successfully and said after 7 days your connection will discontinued. i thought it was successfully disconnected and customer executive lodge my request. But after 40 days reliance again generated my bill and then i tried to contact them on 30th July but i waited almost 1 hours on computer call but that call not transfered to any executive same on 31st July and same repeated on 1st August but after so many call and waiting time finally i get a chance to talk to executive but after listening his word i was shocked he told me that your connection was suspended on 25th June due to documents (LOL i used almost 1 year) and it has been resumed on 27th June without sending me any message or updates then i asked him to transfer this call to manager that executive denied for transfer to managers (I don't understand what going with reliance). That guy denied for any request lodge by me even he was giving me wrong reason for suspend. This is worst experience with Reliance

                                    I have got deducted my 57.87 rs on 1 aug 2016 wrongfullydespite having a data pack. 1st complaint no.[protected] on 1 aug and second complain no.[protected] on 3 aug. i was assured my balance back within 24 hours but now its been 4 days. also i am charged with call rate for cce call. who will pay these all costs. resolve it on earlier.[protected]

                                      I had informed twice to reliance customer care through the phone call for terminate the [protected] Data card internet service connection and the complaint numbers are [protected], [protected]. Till date, The data card not terminate and no response from customer care.

                                      AND

                                      I had sent 20 more mails to rcom.[protected]@relianceada.com for terminate the [protected] Data card internet service connection and till date, no response from them

                                        Few month ago i bought plan for 3001/- whichever will providing me 1gb internet in each month for lifetime. Suddenly that plan has been changed with refund virtual money in my hand. See i reliance, i don't want your virtual money, give me physical money or remain that plan as it is.लोगो को ललचाते हो हमारे मजबूरी का फायदा उठाते हो । पता है तुम्हारे पास करोड़ों रुपए है इसीलिए मैं अकेला कुछ नहि उखाड पाउगा । लेकिन ऐसे money game खेलकर लोगों के खुन पसीने कि कमाई तो मत खा ।
                                        लोगो के cdma के dongal & handset बिना कुछ रिफंड बंद करा दिया । तेरे पास पैसा है कोइ इंसान complaint भी करता तो तेरा कुछ नहि जाता उल्टे उसे कोर्ट कचेरी के चक्कर मे चप्पल घिस जाती
