Sinec 29th of july when i recharged my netconnect+ dongal, i am not able to connect it to the network. It gives me error saying "the connection was terminated by remote computer before it could be completed." i have trying to get it resolved with the customer care, but each time they give me the same flat answer "this is happening due to 4g upgrade" after the failed attempts to restore it by asking to connect it to a different usb port, re-installation of the software, troubleshooting etc. However, if 4g upgrade was the cause for this, it should have happened for each and every netconnect+ dongal. I also have another netconnect+ dongal which works perfectly fine. While this concerned one does not work at all despite being used from the same location, and laptop.

Now, they have done something to not let us reach the customer care of reliance itself. Each time i opt for the option to speak to the customer care the call terminates.

Please help me with this. My recharge is due for expire within 3 weeks and i do not want my money wasted just to see the error message each time i attempt to connect. If my connection cannot be helped to restore, please refund my money. And i would be happy to stop using reliance services forever.

    I bought a reliance wipod in dec 2015 and paid the full amount upfront, number: [protected]. Now they are saying cdma services have been discontinued and you are upgraded to 4g were there is a capping of 5 gb. But earlier i had an unlimited plan. I dont want 4 g coz my usage is around 20gb. Than why should i pay for extra 15 gb. I dont want 4g. Also, the internet has stopped working from last 3 weeks. Pathetic service provided by reliance. No resolution provided by the customer care nor the reliance store from were i bhought this crap.

    Please refund back my remaining money. Never ever going to buy anything from relinace. Got to know, they are big time scammers.

      My reliance gsm no [protected] ... my plan was changed without any prior notice from freedom 350 to rg smart399 ... no confirmation was sent to me ... my bills have increased and to top with it service quality got poor ... i will not be paying any excess charges so kindly change my plan to freedom350 or waive off current charges as no prior message or confirmation was given to me ... and you cant chane plan without my consent ...

        Reliance keeps on deducting balance of people and same issue had been faced by me. Many times it keeps on deducting a certain amount from my account. It has been a total of nearly about 200rs.that was deducted 2 days back and calling customer care is of no use. I submitted my complain through Reliance's app 'Instacare'. I recieved a message saying your balance was deducted for using TIBCO. I don't know what this tibco is and I didn't use any such service.

              Dear sir

              I have purchase a new sim on 29-7-16.at that time i have a balance of 20 rupees in it with 1 GB 3 G data.i used this for internet surfing most of time.Last and the only call i have made to your customer support team for taking help of internet issue.which solved immediately.
              But today i have found that my balance gone to 4 ruppes.i have asked to customer care why this deduction in my account as i have not call to any one.they said some services are activated on my sim.But i did not get any message or intimation for this deduction and i have not taken any service from you.then why this deduction is happen without taking my permission.i used this sim at night and it remains switch off whole day.
              After explaining all this to customer care they denied to take the complain and they transfer my call to their superior where i have wait 19 min in line but no one respond.
              Tell me is this the way you handle with your customer??

                    I bought a new reliance sim([protected]) on 26th June in a temporary stall by reliance, Electronic city, Bangalore. As per the banner or plans they displayed to sell the sim card are below

                    Talktime - 120rs/6months(20rs each month)
                    local/Std calls - 30p/min for 6 months
                    Data 1GB-every month for 6 months

                    So they sell the simcard like anything and almost 500-1000 sim cards are sold in half day
                    But now when I activated the sim, my plan is below
                    Talktime : 0p
                    local/std calls : 1.50/min
                    Data : No

                    Now, I never go reliance in future and I will not use the sim anymore. I need the proper explanation from reliance why they are cheated the customers in such a way.

                      I had cdma dongle of rcom since 6+ yrs. They sent me 5 emails that my old plan will continue if i get their new wipod 4g dongle. They also reversed bill of june because they could not start 4g. Now in july they are asking 2858 from me saying that my reversed bill of june is cancelled and i have to now pay for that with 50% discount + my plan is changed to 1100rs 5gb. I am literally shocked. My old plan was 799/- 10gb. They did not inform us about plan change and took u turn so drastically on plan and reversal of bill. I am feeling very much cheated now and want to raise to as much higher level as possible.

                      It's been 10 days no reply... shocking sluggishness in RCOM..

                      Another week passed and no reply yet from any of you. You have sent me new bill of 2300/-. PLease do not do mockery of yourself by sending inflated bills. I WILL PAY ONLY AS PER MY OLD PLAN. Till then do not expect me to pay such inflated charges to you. It's common thing that you have done this billing fraud with all of your old customers. Please send me revised amount after calculating as per old plan and I will pay accordingly. I WILL NOT PAY YOUR FAT and UNETHICAL BILLS.

                      In June you waived off our bills.
                      In July it would be 799/-.
                      In Aug you deactivated my service abruptly on 6th Aug so there will be barely any charge of Aug.

                        Have been suffering from the poor services of reliance gsm since 10 days. My SMS services has been barred . And I have been calling customer care and lodged complaints multiple times to resolve the problem.But my problem has not been resolved.
                        Visited 3 Reliance communications centres till now. Everyone of these centres assured that the problem will be resolved in next 12 hours. And I received the message stating that"your problem has been resolvexd and sms service has been activated and you can send SMS now". But still I am not able to send SMS.
                        Now from past two days I am not able to contact customer care agent on 198, *333 services. The Tele auto service will tell "to talk to our customer care agent press 9 instead of directing my call, some recorded message they will play and call disconnects by itsef.System is not at all directing my call to custt care agent so that I can talk with them. They have looped so that everytime I try to call them I should not get connected to agent people
                        This is very pathetic and shamefull on part of RELIANCE.
                        Hope my concern would be directed to responsible authority so that I get rid off this headache.

                        Already lodged complaint on the said link 3 days before. But till date no reply from reliance. Want to know that how long will it take for Reliance to solve the problem. This is such an careless attitude from reliance towards there customers.
                        No response from reliance whatsoever.
                        Looks like reliance doesn't care of there customers.

                          My reliance mobile no. [protected] facing quite some issues with unauthorized balance deduction.

                          Upon calling to customer care they only assumed that customer themselves activated the value added service.

                          Kindly note that i do not and never looked for a useless value added services from you and have got this reliance to call and to surf internet.

                          If you are not able to provile minimum level of service i will have to opt for mnp to get what i want and deserve.

                          Kindly refund all the amount that reliance deducted from last few days.

                          If you fail to do so i have to write same complain in social media and have to circulate in my network.

                            Representative of reliance company spoke with disrespect for not paying the bill money, as i informed payment will be made by this month, as i had personnel problem, he went to a extent of asking what is the personnel problem with a disrespectful tone. representative Name Santhosh as told by him and the number i got the call from [protected]. I am very disappointed how a such reputed company hire such uncivilized person. this guy who i mentioned was no less than a category of 'goonda"or a Thug.

                              I am using Reliance GSM since last 6 months, I have ported my number to reliance from other network providers, But the problem is i don't get signals in my Mobile. I have already made complain 4-5 times regarding this issue. But they do not respond the same. In my Office which is in Cyber Hub phase 2, the signal strength becomes Zero. Neither i get mobile signals at my office nor at my home.
                              Instead of signal bars Mobile shows No Service or Emergency Calls only.
                              I am fed up of this service. Please took some serious steps towards this problem.

                                I dont understand why you are elongating the process of termination. I first mailed for termination on 26th July 2016.I got the SRN[protected]. You called me on 31st July 2016 and suggested to terminate the no.of post paid and continue with prepaid and pay Rs 165. When I went to pay the amount understand that you have cunningly resolved the issue as if I am continuing the said no.Again after irritating conversation you gave me a SRN[protected] telling that within seven days it will be terminated. Surprisingly and interestingly you came into the picture for the first time informing me to terminate the no. on 16th of august 2016. During these days I have to pay the amount i.e. you will collect money by cheating a customer.I am not using your data card for sure.
                                I like to know how can a company like you engage in cheating money for Rs50 .
                                The phone call is recorded is for my record.
                                I will not pay single penny if you don't terminate the number by today. I still request you to terminate the number and I will pay the amount as of now.
                                If it is delayed I will not pay single penny. I am ready to face the consequence.I need to prove my point before the court.

                                  For the past one week i have been facing your horrible service consequences which are as follows
                                  1-I did a top up of Rs 111 twice and Rs 222 once despite having data balance my talk time balance got deducted which has costed me more than rs 500

                                  These things have happened before also including which has costed me loss of over rs 1000.

                                  Reliance is famous for their pathetic services as always and whenever you call them they always ask you to call after two hours because of server issue.
                                  Even if you are patient enough to call them thousand times they always say we are sorry for in convenience caused but they can't provide the balance lost

                                    My husband and I have been getting several prank calls and stupid messages from the number [protected]. This number is a reliance number in the Tamil Nadu circle. The calls are after midnight, almost everyday for the last one week. Either please let us know the name and address of the person, so we can take some action, or make sure the number is blocked with immediate effect. Thank you.

                                      Getting annoying messages in bulk saying "Last SMS charge" from Reliance even upto 20 messages continuously while no message sent by me. However no amount is cut but the repeated messages are annoying. I have tried all the options I could get in messaging.

                                      Please if I can get any help to disable these messages from Reliance or other sources.

                                        Hello,

                                        I having lot of trouble working with your broadband service. Every month bloody every month i have issues with my internet where it is down for atleast 2 to 3 days.

                                        Couple of days back i have submitted complaint to you through the live chat. I didn't get the complaint number as the again your broadband got disconnected. This time i didn't even tried calling your stupid call center as its of no use...In exact word useless are filled in there.

                                        Now the worst problem, i am facing with my connection is as belows:

                                        1] internet was goes down in day time from 10:00 am to 6: pm.
                                        2] somehow, i get the connection in the evening which is very very damn slow. It takes more then 5 mins to load google.Com on a webbrowser.
                                        3] the verst and funniest thing is when i try to browse the site http://www.speedtest.net/ it takes 10 min to load the site. After which when i run the speed test it show download speed as 2.05 mbps and upload speed shows 0 mbps.

                                        Please note that while submitting this complaint and i have also copied this complaint to consumercourt.

                                        This is a humble request to fix this problem for once and all.
