Sinec 29th of july when i recharged my netconnect+ dongal, i am not able to connect it to the network. It gives me error saying "the connection was terminated by remote computer before it could be completed." i have trying to get it resolved with the customer care, but each time they give me the same flat answer "this is happening due to 4g upgrade" after the failed attempts to restore it by asking to connect it to a different usb port, re-installation of the software, troubleshooting etc. However, if 4g upgrade was the cause for this, it should have happened for each and every netconnect+ dongal. I also have another netconnect+ dongal which works perfectly fine. While this concerned one does not work at all despite being used from the same location, and laptop.
Now, they have done something to not let us reach the customer care of reliance itself. Each time i opt for the option to speak to the customer care the call terminates.
Please help me with this. My recharge is due for expire within 3 weeks and i do not want my money wasted just to see the error message each time i attempt to connect. If my connection cannot be helped to restore, please refund my money. And i would be happy to stop using reliance services forever.
