Before some days my balance had been deducted 30 rupee dt 06, 07, 08 july approximately. I try to customers care and every time answer me that server is down please contact after 2 hours and i try 4 and 5 times but every time same answer and after 3 days answer me that i have no record before 3 days. And yesterday i talk care because my balance again deduct 4 rupees cars answer me i can't reverse your balance. Today i recharge with 75 rupee and my balance deduct 30 rupee. I have been totally disappointed with company. Please reverse my balance and stop all scheme because this is automatically taken by company. If my balance is not reversed i will take next step again company

    My complaint is i wanted to have complete waiver of my bill from 13 jun16 to 27 jul16 due to my below issue:

    I had visited reliance store sai siddhi communication mansarover complex, habibganj rd, bhopal on 13 jun16 regarding my request for porting my no [protected] to other company since i was not receiving porting code on my mobile through sms on 1900, which they said you will not receive it due technical issue after 4 days of my followups because of migration of cdma to 4g i. E. On 17 jun16 then i requested to migrate my no [protected] from post paid to prepaid and they took my request and asked me to clear the bill in advance of next 7 days, which i cleared immediatley by paying rs.1364/- via receipt no [protected]. On the next day i received the call from store that it cannot be migrated to prepaid due to same problem of cdma to 4g problem. I followed almost all the alternate days to the reliance store but my problem of neither porting nor post paid to prepaid was not resolved. I tried at the reliance appelate authority as well on 30 jun16 with interaction id no [protected] and 15 july 16 as [protected] after being problem not solved by store. But after all such frustration visits and call on customer care & applette authority i found that there is a lot of miscommunications at the store data and applete authority. Applette could not see the data of my request on their system my request of porting & postpaid to prepaid on 17th jun16 and many other 10 times i visted store. But finally was able to receive my porting no on 15 jul16. For which i was not responsible.

    I paid total of rs.2100/- without my fault.

    I want this money back along with penalty. I was cheated and felt helpless where should i go for my problem. Also if had not settled my final bill on 20jul16 i may hve to pay more since there is no hereing at reliance.

      I had made payment of rs 917 on 30/06/2016 (at 9.12pm) through my debit card but the reliance showed payment unsuccessful. but still that amount of rs 917 was deducted from my account and transferred to reliance communication. the transaction id generated was c81645561
      And transaction details in my account was: ecom[protected] reliancecomm \

      At 10.25pm i again made payment of rs 917 thru debit card, to which reliance confirmed that payment was successful. again the amount of rs 917 was deducted from my account. so the issue is payment of rs 917 has been deducted two times from my bank account in favour of reliance communication.
      I made a complaint in bank regarding two times payment deducted from my account. after a few days they submitted a report confirming that transaction was successful at both times.
      So i complained on reliance customer care sr no.[protected] for the same on 26/07/2016
      But my complaint was not resolved.
      I have made another complaint sr no.[protected] on 30/07/2016 mentioning my transaction id. of payment. but it seems another two days wait.
      My current bill is also due but i have already excess payment in my last bill of amount rs 917. i will not pay this amount until reliance resolve my issue and adjust my payment.
      This negligence from reliance customer support towards a valued customer is really very disappointing and frustrating. pls look into the matter and do the needful asap.

        Hello,

        I am new customer of reliance gsm mobile services. I have a list of grudges related to customer experience in a short span of time. My experience with rcom so far is really pathetic. I seriously don't want to use and will never suggest anyone to use rcom services.

        Formerly, I recharged with 219 Rs for 2g unlimited services that was overridden by 9 Rs recharge by mistake, rather scarcity of knowledge. Later, I came to know that my balance is zero, then I had a word with customer care executive and as per them some video service got activated(20 Rs) which was never initiated by me. I had 23 Rupees only(i kept for emergency calls) and you deducted my 20 rupees, 3 rupees got vanished as I didn't know my 2g unlimited pack has expired. Then later on I waved off everything and deactivated my video service and activated DND service.

        Yesterday I recharged my mobile with 500rs (talktime) then, I recharged for 359 for 10gb 3g internet(super data offer) as I had a word with your customer executive, they said you can't recharge for 359 from our ussd code(*129#), you can done it by nearest retailer. I did the same. Now I have got 2gb 3g data(expecting 10gb) and again some video services have been activated now for 60 rupees, I don't know the use or meaning of this service and why the hell it gets automatically. I need the transaction I.d or interaction I.d for these services being activated without my concent.

        Sir or whosoever is the concerned person, this is my harden earned money, now I want to know why they are deducting it, I have never recharged or requested for any service. Moreover, when I tried 155223, it says their is no VAS service activated, then why they have deducted 60 rupees plus their 3g service is not 3g. Most of the time, their ussd codes and 198 number don't work. I want my money back and I am tired of trying their numbers and I have mailed them as well but no use.


        Please help and suggest me the possible solution.

            Dear team,
            On behalf of 4g migration from your end, the broadband connection was completely down from july 2nd 2016 till july 23rd 2016 and we are unable to get connected online. Therefore cancel the charges accordingly and provide the revised bill to make payment. I am not willing to pay for the reliance company holidays. The usage of mine is nearly 13gb of 25gb which is rs999. So provide me 50% discount on the bill which i suppose to pay since the network is also down for past 3weeks.

            Waiting for the revision of bill to complete the payment.

              I have been cheated by reliance by upgrading my service to 4g. I purchased a wipod from right kraft solutions (Reliance mobile store) on 4/12/2015 by paying rs.4000. The deal was unlimited data and i don't have to pay for 3 months after which i'll be billed rs.999 plus tax... I was happy with that..
              I received a call from customer service in regards to the 4g upgradation.. I was informed that, the current device will be deactivated soon as they are upgrading the service to 4g. I was forced to purchase the device by paying a discounted price of rs.800 something. Also when i denied they promised me that my plan will remain the same.. Apparently i agreed and fell into the trap. I got the device very quick however the service got activated very late!!!
              Now i received my first bill which was shocking!!! Rs.13479.29!!! Which i'm not going to pay... I'm going to pay as per the initial plan i signed up for... Neither i was informed about the plan nor i agreed for any 4g plan change
              I wish to cancel the service as it is been speedcapped and cannot be used at all.. Please help me... My datacard number is # [protected]. My name is prabha venugopal.

              They are running away from their promises now.

              I am also trapped in the same way. Forced to purchase the 4G Wipod.
              They have promised that we will get the same plan we were using and will get additional 10GB data as bonus for first month.
              Now they are not keeping their promise.

              I think we should file the case in consumer forum.

              Boss, after reading your complain, I called to Relinace customer care to know about the my billing cycle. Like you, I also changed to 4G with purchase of new Wipod at Rs. 800/-. When I checked up with them, I surprised, that they simple told me that your plan is no Rs. 900/-. When I asked them how can they changed without informing us and do you think the customer is fool. She simply told me "Yes". And very rudely told me that I just now informed you that plan has been changed. And you have to pay as per new plan only. I am really shocked to get those reply. When I told her that I will complain to TRAI. She told me what ever you want to do, do it.

                  I would like to arouse my problem regarding reliance broadband service.

                  I am having problem in network from 03 April 2016 till date. I had complained for this inconvenient service so many time but I got no response in return.
                  My Complain no. for landline connection and broadband are[protected] and[protected] respectively. My problem was not sorted and I have been provided with a new complain no. for further inquiry, i.e.[protected] and[protected] respectively.
                  I have talked to some of your staffs Mr. Vikas Dixit (Contact no. [protected]) from Lucknow and Mr. Umesh Singh (Contact no. [protected]) from Varanasi.
                  I have tried my level best so that my problem gets sort out but I didn't got any convenient help regarding my issue. But after sometimes Mrs. Pallavi (Executive) informed me that my connection is started and my issue is solved but that was not yet solved.

                  Kindly do something as soon as possible because I am having too much problem because of the connection as there is no reliance office for complaining or solving customer's issues.

                    We had two more connection of Reliance. [protected] and [protected] which having no any network in month of june and july. It is very difficult for our connectivity.
                    Now bill was dispatched new rental rate change 900 to 1100. it is cannot informed us by any mail or call. How company change rental plan without our confirmation.
                    secondly in old plan data usages is unlimited now it is limited up to 5 gb. If we are contracted by last 4 years with same plan unlimited. How can company change this way and generate new bills.
                    we collect 500 customer of Reliance for this cheating bills. we file petion in consumer forum.
                    We had losses our business due to non connectivity. We visited your web word but they are unable to solve our problem. we can go to Consumer Court forum. No any reply from any of Reliance. It is difficult to communicate with Reliance.

                      I am using Reliance CDMA sim since more than 15 years Number [protected].

                      They have converted our Number from CDMA to GSM 4G card before 2 Month's that time told, with in 15 Days your 4G service will start, that took 2 months. After that they have make advertising call and sms that they will give 10 GB 4G Data free on starting 4G service, just to fool frustrated people.

                      And now when 4G service has start, they are saying this facility is not available on your Number.

                      I have mailed to complain Authority for this, their executive called me and told that I have already used free 10 GB data in 2 Months when their only 2G GSM is working. But they have already charged me in bill the rental Plan of 1.5 GB Data, and in 1 month they have charged me extra also for excess Data usage. Then I can not understand what type of Data I have used and that is also of 4G service.

                      Totally disappointed with them. Literally fooling us.

I lodged the complain for which complaint no.[protected] was allotted to me by Anita one of your customer care executives. I was not provided justification of the issue. I want to know the benefit provided to me with validity and data used by me date wise details so could proceed for legal action because I was cheated by the service provider.                         I got my mobile recharged with 251 for 1 GB data for 28 days validity . but it was expired within one week. I spoke to customer care for which complaint no.[protected] was allotted with a promise that it was wrongly expired so it will be credited in your acct within 3 days. Till date I have not received data. So I want to know the full details of data used by me date wise. Plz look into the matter and intimate the action taken report on my email I'd immediately so the I could go for legal action.

                          Hi - my name is rohini and i am using reliance 3g cdma device [protected], which was working fine and now i am frequently getting calls to upgrade it to 4g and reliance rep says that 3g devices will stop working so we need to buy again a new device. below are the fraudulent statements given by reliance and truly they just misuse customer money and cheat customers very badly.
                          1. i got a call from reliance that now 3g is upgrading to 4g and need to pay rs.899 to get an new device and free sim for 4g. since i am existing customer they confirmed that the device is offered to me at a discounted price of 899.
                          2. first of all my question is whom did the reliance ask to upgrade 3g to 4g, i believe reliance were not asked for up gradation. also they force to take a new device paying rs.899 which is a false promise, as i collected free sim and when i went to reliance store (located opp to jain college basavanagudi near north road, as i had purchased 3g device from the same store) to pay rs.899 and buy a new 4g device but again they told that the new 4g device is available only at the cost of rs.1599. so what does reliance think of?
                          Note: i got many calls saying that i will get a device at rs.899 only along with 1st month bill waived offf that means i will not have to pay any bill for the 1st month after taking the 4g device.
                          3. i then called many times to customer care at[protected],[protected], and after telling all the history that i went though. i was just assured saying that reliance has taken by backend team and i will get a call for the resolution within 24 hours. i did get calls from manoj - [protected], he said that he is from reliance and even he ended up giving me same offer as above.
                          4. as it is not at all fair to ask customer as much they want to charge fo rthe 4g device so i called many times to customer care and always they told that "madam, we have taken your feedback and our team will call you within 24 hrs and resolve your issue". but i dint get a single call till today after i am facing this issue from past over 1 month.
                          5. the customer rep's and manoj (so called reliance rep) always promised me that i will get the device at rs 899 only which is not at all true.
                          6. now i get calls for reminding on the bill payment, but not on the complaints that i have given so many times.
                          Note: whenever i asked for the complaint ref number the customer rep confirmed that there is no such ref number that they can give me. all they confirmed is that i will get a call soon on this. i asked unlesss i get an answer for the issue complained i will not talk on anything else with reliance rep's.

                          Please note i have called costumer care lot many times in past over 1 month and manoj also gave a false promise and misguided always and he never gave right info and later he was not responding at all. please check if this guy is really from reliance. also customer rep said that like me many other customer are complaining, not sure if anyone would have got any answer for their concerns.

                          If i do not get any response from reliance soon, i will post this on social media sites and ask all my frnds to pass this message as much as they can and ensure that no one continues with reliance and i already see many complaints raised on the same issue.

                          I am fed up of calling customer care and repeating the saga again. i got again call this mrng from[protected] and a person named mohan spoke to me and when i started asking him on my concern he disconnected the call and when i called back many times the call is not getting connected at all. this shows how well reliance works with customer though it is customer based company.

                          I always had very bad experience with reliance but i never posted anything like this. but now this is too much they are playing with customers.

                          Reliance is biggest fraudulent co i have ever seen.

                            Please check in to this, Now they have sent a bill of 1000 again, where else I was not even aware that my existing plan has changed where my Roaming was free and at outgoing calls at usual rate .

                            I meant say that I have not got any resolution to my previous complain against Reliance and now again they have sent me a bill of 1000 Rs, and on top they send me sms that your SR No.[protected] has been processed, prior to this i also received another SMS which was before this, YOur SR no[protected].

                            Please check on this priority.

                              This is with reference to the reliance (wi-pod 4g lte) data card ([protected]). there is no connection since last 4 days and i have reported the issue several times to the customer care on[protected] but unfortunately they hangup many times and when the line gets connected they ask me to wait for 24 hrs.

                              First day when i reported the issue the customer care executive told me that my connection is in call barring status and it will be activated within 24 hrs.

                              Second day again i called up to follow up with them they said that the connection has been suspended due to unpaid bill & when i ask them to clarify the same they say that the details of the bill will be forwarded to you via email but unfortunately i didn't receive any bill neither notification from reliance. i requested the customer care executive to raise a service request[protected] for future correspondence.

                              Yesterday again i called up[protected] the executive gave me heart attack by saying that there is an outstanding bill of rs. 4689/- for which the connection has been suspended, i said how come the amount of 4689/- is outstanding? i was supposed to receive a monthly bill of rs. 1143/- inclusive vat which i kept paying every month without delay since last 5, 6 months.

                              This is really a big issue and a serious concern which am reporting to the appellate authority, customer care & datacard support team and will wait for a prompt response with clarifications on my billing issue and the suspension of my connection for which i have lost a big amount for not doing online work since last 4 to 5 days.

                              I need quick response from the management and kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.

                              Am not stupid to pay excess bill amount without any genuine reason neither i got any prior notification from reliance regarding the change in plan.

                              I have attached a snap shot of the 4g plant which clearly says that there is "no change in your current data plan rentals & benefits."

                                We complaint so many time but not sort out our problems we have 6 land line ph our phone no. Is 91 + 0281 +3022110, 3022111, 3022112, 3022113, 3022114, 3022125 we have use in office but continue disturbance and phone ded in two days work and three days not work or disturbance we are very tired for reliance services no one satisfaction answer please check and resolve our problem and thats why we change our office mobile no portability ([protected], [protected])

                                  My name is rahul dass. i was using relaince 3g last from 2 year and i was too happy with services. suddenly they have updated 3g into 4g also i paid for 4g device 800 inr.

                                  Relaince person called me sir please update your device if you want to use internet. i have asked what is charges. he said plan will be same and services will upgrade. i was paying 670 with tax. now they are asking 5700.

                                  Relaince company really kidding my office bill is not coming more then 4000 and they are charing me 5700 for 5gb data. do you really think so i will pay. i have noted all reference number also i have recording in my phone. i ll send the notice to them.

                                  What kind of fraud they are doing. do some ethical thing rather then doing cheating

                                  My name is Roz & I also faced same problem.That's why I am saying Reliance 4g fraud. They charge too much compared to actual plan.

                                  I bought a Reliance Pro 3 Dongal of Rs.2499/- few month back, but few days back my Internet was not working, I booked a complaint then Reliance Care said me that I have to Re-submit my KYC to Reliance Store/Outlet.

                                  When I went to the Reliance Outlet for submit my KYC, the Operator said me that they are upgrading the All CDMA Mobile and Dongals to 4G GSM.

                                  I said that I don't want 4g upgrade, but they return my WIFI dongal and said that Reliance will Discontinue my Dongal any Time and they give me a Blank 4g Sim, and said that I have to Upgrade it, not only Upgrade, I have to also Buy a new WIFI dongal of Rs.[protected], and I have no other alternate.

                                  few month back reliance giving the lots of Ads about CDMA wifi and they also sold, but all buyer of CDMA wifi dongal now Traped into web of Reliance Communication, If reliance is upgrading and going to Discontinue the CDMA then they have to Replace the all WIFI CDMA to 4gm GSM free of cost.

                                  Still Reliance is not working on there network of 2g and 3g, and now they are upgrading into 4g, then how they provide the proper coverage?

                                  Now I am switching, From Reliance to Other faithful Company.
                                  Hi - My name is Rohini and I am using reliance 3G CDMA device [protected], which was working fine and now I am frequently getting calls to upgrade it to 4G and Reliance rep says that 3G devices will stop working so we need to buy again a new device. Below are the fraudulent statements given by reliance and truly they JUST MISUSE customer money and CHEAT customers very badly.
                                  1. I got a call from Reliance that now 3G is upgrading to 4G and need to pay Rs.899 to get an new device and free sim for 4G. since I am existing customer they confirmed that the device is offered to me at a discounted price of 899.
                                  2. First of all my question is whom did the RELIANCE ask to upgrade 3G to 4G, I believe reliance were not asked for up gradation. Also they force to take a new device paying Rs.899 which is a FALSE promise, as i collected free sim and when i went to reliance store (located opp to Jain college Basavanagudi near north road, as I had purchased 3G device from the same store) to pay Rs.899 and buy a new 4G device but again they told that the new 4G device is available only at the cost of Rs.1599. so what does RELIANCE think of?
                                  NOTE: I GOT MANY CALLS SAYING THAT I WILL GET A DEVICE AT RS.899 ONLY ALONG WITH 1ST MONTH BILL WAIVED OFFF THAT MEANS I WILL NOT HAVE TO PAY ANY BILL FOR THE 1ST MONTH AFTER TAKING THE 4G DEVICE.
                                  3. I then called many times to customer care at[protected],[protected], and after telling all the history that i went though. I was just assured saying that reliance has taken by backend team and i will get a call for the resolution within 24 hours. I did get calls from Manoj - [protected], he said that he is from reliance and even he ended up giving me same offer as above.
                                  4. As it is not at all fair to ask customer as much they want to charge fo rthe 4g device so i called many times to customer care and always they told that "madam, we have taken your feedback and our team will call you within 24 hrs and resolve your issue". But i dint get a SINGLE call till today after I am facing this issue from past over 1 month.
                                  5. The customer rep's and Manoj (so called reliance rep) always promised me that I will get the device at Rs 899 only which is not at all true.
                                  6. Now i get calls for reminding on the bill payment, but not on the complaints that I have given so many times.
                                  NOTE: whenever i asked for the complaint ref number the customer rep confirmed that there is no such ref number that they can give me. all they confirmed is that i will get a call soon on this. I asked unlesss I get an answer for the issue complained I will not talk on anything else with reliance rep's.

                                  PLEASE NOTE I HAVE CALLED COSTUMER CARE LOT MANY TIMES IN PAST OVER 1 MONTH AND MANOJ ALSO GAVE A FALSE PROMISE AND MISGUIDED ALWAYS AND HE NEVER GAVE RIGHT INFO AND LATER HE WAS NOT RESPONDING AT ALL. please check if this guy is really from reliance. Also customer rep said that like me many other customer are complaining, not sure if anyone would have got any answer for their concerns.

                                  IF I DO NOT GET ANY RESPONSE FROM RELIANCE SOON, I WILL POST THIS ON SOCIAL MEDIA SITES AND ASK ALL MY FRNDS TO PASS THIS MESSAGE AS MUCH AS THEY CAN and ensure that no one continues with reliance and I already see many complaints raised on the same issue.

                                  I AM FED UP OF CALLING CUSTOMER CARE AND REPEATING THE SAGA AGAIN. i got again call this mrng from[protected] and a person named Mohan spoke to me and when i started asking him on my concern he disconnected the call and when i called back many times the call is not getting connected at all. this shows how well reliance works with customer though it is customer based company.

                                  I always had very bad experience with reliance but I never posted anything like this. but now this is too much they are playing with customers.

                                  RELIANCE IS BIGGEST FRAUDULENT CO I HAVE EVER SEEN.
                                  I am also another victim of Reliance 4g fraud. I want to ask Mr. Ambani that has he ever tried to call reliance customer care. Just try for your whole life and they are always busy. I recharged for Rs. 79 and a message came that all calls from now are at 30p/min. But only message came. Call rate is still 75 p/min. And since last 3 days I am trying to contact customer care executive. I dialled 198, *333 and[protected] and many other nos. On[protected] operators says that " Humare customer care exevutives apse agle 3 min me bat karenge." Almost 1 hour had been passed but their 3 min didn't. And charges for Rs. 75p/min deducted from my balance. Company is a cheater. 2nd thing is that my sim is always in roaming while I live in delhi, sim is purchased from delhi and I am using it in delhi itself. But it always show that it is in roaming. No help from reliance (Reliance 4g fraud). I think that's the way Mr. Ambani's money is increasing day by day. Good way to cheat people and to transfer people's money in your own bank.
                                  Reliance has proved to be the "Biggest fraud network . I also have disconnected the Netconnect number [protected] on 18th June 2016 and confirmed the disconnection by calling Reliance customer care (Call recording available) . I month later they sent me another bill . This is happening to most users . We should publish this in media and expose this fraud company.
                                  It's totally unethical way to upgrade reliance CDMA to 4G. CDMA working fine and not my bill more then 500 rupees now it's turn to above 1200+ it's totally unexpected. don't use reliance. switch to another network. best way. total fraud network after upgrade.

                                    My mobile [protected] recharge with stv 445 on 16th july. as per stv information free for r to r nation wide and thirty minuets free per day to other net works. i have noticed that when i am calling to other net works charging for even a single minute. hence i need to review my call history for mentioned period, kindly provide the same to my email id

                                      Dear sir/madam mere pass reliance gsm sim hai isme every day balance debet hota hai meine customer care call kiya tho unhone bal. refund krne ko mna kr diya aur bola ki 24 hour ho chuke h 20 rupee debet hua. aur mere sath sure se yehi hota aa rha hai h. lagbhag 6 month se mein ye uthpidan sah rha hu. ab meri aas sirf aap se hi h. mein chahta hu ki mera balance rufund ho aur aage se aisa kuuch v n ho.
                                      Reliance company per sakht se sakht action liya jaye.

                                        We are having reliance broadband .

                                        The broadband is inactive since 4 days. Even after continuous complaint for 4 days in customer care through call and mailing the same, the issue is not getting resolved.

                                        Every time we call to customer care, we are provided with same answer. There is no any action against complaint logged.

                                        Worst service. The same issue occurs every two months. It is very frustrating when one is paying the bills regularly. And this company and their customer service not even able to solve a high severity complaint even after 1 week. Neither they are taking any action which is even near to customer satisfaction.
