I have terminated my reliance connection and paid full and final payment 295/- on 5/5/2016 but reliance suddenly sent me a new bill today (7/29/2016). Reliance is sending me fake bill as i am no longer using this connection. Please do the needful.

Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Reliance has proved to be the "Biggest fraud network . I also have disconnected the Netconnect number [protected] on 18th June 2016 and confirmed the disconnection by calling Reliance customer care (Call recording available) . I month later they sent me another bill . This is happening to most users . We should publish this in media and expose this fraud company.

    I have disconnected the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the disconnection by calling your customer care (call recording available). today 29th july 2016, i got a bill for the same number. kindly look in to the matter and get it resolved as soon as possible. i will initiate legal action if the issue is not resolved.

      I have got a reliance netconnect plus (wi-fi) connection from the month of march. my reliance connection no [protected]. as i choosed an internet tariff plan of 999 as reliance promised the connection speed of 3mbps but i was able to get only speed about 1.8 to 1.9mbps. i have complained about it to reliance customer care but the problem has not resolved. upon this issue reliance customer care executive was keep on forcing me to buy their newly launched reliance 4g dongle worth of rs.899 in cash as they informed me that their existing connection services will shut down, and also informed me that they will continue their internet services which will remain unchanged after upgadation also, but upgration is not done till date. my other complaint is also about reliance is that they have cheated me by providing me a very slow internet connectivity speed of not even 256kbps from[protected] to till date, and i have complained about this several times to customer care executive, an executive said that due to the 4g upgadation process is progressing, so that i won't get the connectivity speed according to my chosen terrif plan of 3mbps and also said that i won't get more than the speed of 256kbps. then i have asked to the executive's that why should i pay a sum of 999 plus tax for low speed of internet service and they replied me that concession of billing amount will be given for providing low speed so i have agreed for it. so now reliance communication has cheated me by providing low internet speed and also asking me to pay a 999 plus tax about 1143 rupees of bill amount, which they were charging me for 1.8 to 1.9mbps. they did not given any concession of bill amount for providing low speed. so please help me to get justice

        In chennai, at reliance mobile store i have purchased for my lost sim they placed rs.25 /- sim for rs. 100/- sim and they deal wrongly and she treat me rudely and spoke unwanted words .we didn't know the details of the staff, but i have the address, below i have mentioned the address, kindly take proper actions. and i repeat she is not able to deal the customer properly.

          Dear sir,
          This is with regard to my reliance number [protected] which is not in use now. I want to disconnect the number for which i have made several calls to your customer care number. But i am unable to disconnect the number. I am paying its bills regularly even when i am not using it. Now when i am on rest as i am pregnant, i am facing problem to go to your reliance outlet. Reliance must have sent someone to my house if i have to take new connection. But now when i want to disconnect my number, you have come out with this thing. I have paid every single bill on time being good subscriber. I again request you to disconnect my number so that i may not feel more disappoint and mental agony as my hard earned money is wasted in the bills which i am not using.

            I paid for two (2) reliance data card 4g datacard wd670 in early june. Now july 29. But they are not providing the data card or they are not responding to emails. Coustmer care phone number always switch off. The reliance 4g datacard wd670 is scam. They just cheat, do not reply. I have paid for two data cards in advance rs 2699*2= rs 5398. Please provide the resolution.

              My name is bheemesh, from madhugiri. Recently i converted in reliance
              Postpaid sim. ([protected]) before i am using the vodafone,
              Then after i mnp to reliance.

              I purchased the postpaid sim in the month of 4-4-16, only 3 days it has been
              Worked after that there is incoming calls and outgoing calls. I complianed
              Number of times to tumkur relaince stores, and i contected them through
              Phone so many times but there is proper replay. Recently they told that it is not possibel from us. I contact to this number [protected] also in reliance stores. Till now my problem has been not solved sim also not working.
              If we are not using the sim also we have paid bill amount 503 =00 rs.

              I am requesting you solve my problem as early as possibel.
              I am expecting the good responce from and solve my problem.

                I not not able to get any 4g data services, after recharge of 4g 1gb data of rs.255.00 on my no [protected].

                No settings worked on my gionee s plus android version 6, which is updated earlier.

                I have tried all things but nothing happened.

                Very poor service from reliance, no one is reliable in this company.

                They don't have any answers to satisfy their customers.

                  I have two reliance data card [protected] and [protected]. I got a call from reliance and they said the cdma service is going to end last month and they asked me to upgrade to the 4g. Since i was not interested in upgrading i asked them to terminate the connection. Also they said there is charge involved if we upgrade to 4g dongle. What should i do with the old one? Atleast they should replace the dongle free of cost. I clearly have stated them that the i will not pay the bills if it is generated as the service is stopped.

                  So i called again reliance on 23rd july to confirm the termination of my data card connection. One lady ester said they will get back to me with 6pm. I waited for the call whole day. No response.

                  Even if i call reliance customer care now they will say wait in the call and disconnect the call after some time. This is a very bad service from reliance customer care.

                  Please can some once help me deal with my issue to terminate the connection

                    I was using cdma and then they have asked to upgrade to 4g gsm in reliance. I have done same and on 15th june 2016, my 4g gsm sim started working.
                    But in the same month bill some extra amount was added and i have half of the bill for that month and lodged complaint for that extra amount. Regarding this matter, i have lunched comp-lent on your web site, i d. No. 1339538 and i have also comp-lent lunch in reliance gallery regarding excess bill amount. But on your side and reliance gallery side no one can solve my problem. From reliance communication barred. I request to you please solve my problem and reconnect my mobile.

                      I had cdma postpaid connection [protected] using from last 2 years. My cdma connection change to 4g in june-16, it is communicated that free 10gb date is given with conversion which i consumed within billing cycle. The amount is charged for using the data, when i contacted customer care executive they told that i have to deposit the wrongly charged amount then they could reimbursed the amount. Why do i pay when date was free. Kindly in rectification of wrong bill

                        I had purchased reliance 3g wifi connection for 6 months advance rental plan for rs 3400/- for a period of 6 months

                        Months from feb, 2016. all of a sudden on month of july 2016 the said connection was abruptly disconnected without notice. when i called reliace said rcom person from whom i had purchased it he said that i need to compulsorily purchase a 4g wifi connection

                        Paying rs 1200/- extra & take away the 4g dongle returning the existing 3g dongle. further this information regarding 4g extra

                        After migration to 4g you provided default plan for 500 rs for 5 gb data without my notice and reliance didn't informed me about package changes. even after package changes you pepole added more data which i never demanded.

                        From july - 24 2016 there is no signal on my device dongle i have contacted
                        Customer care and they are saying your services is barred with outstanding amount 3746rs. and i have checked the data analysis report for july 24 to 28 where i never used data still i can see there is data used. i have attached
                        Report for data which i never used because my device there is no single and even after that i can see on your site i have used data. this is complete fraud with customer and illegal charges for me. i am not going to pay this amount as its complete fraud and illegal charges assigned to my number. hence i am going to
                        Launch the complaint with consumer court about this fraud data analysis.

                        You can see the attached data trend which not use by me.

                          But in the same month bill some extra amount was added and i have half of the bill for that month and lodged complaint for that extra amount.
                          After that they have given waiver for that extra amount and then i have paid rest of the amount for the that month bill (On 18th july 2016 i have paid). At the same time i got message that your services are barred. From then (18th july 2016) my number is not working.

                          So many time i have written to appelet and visited stores. Customer service guys told they have sent mail to backend team to resume your no. But till now that no is not working.
                          I have done everything what customer care guys suggest.

                          Please logde a complaint on priority basis as this is my primary no.

                            With reference to above mentioned subject, i would like to inform you that i am using reliance post-paid service the details of which are mentioned below:-

                            The recent bill no[protected] dated[protected] generated for the period[protected] to[protected] was of rs. 413/- (Rupees four hundred thirteen only) after inclusion of charges of rs. 100/- (Rupees one hundred only) towards late payment which is highly criticized and i will not pay any such charges due to the below mentioned reasons:-
                            1. The payment was made very much by me on the due date which fell on[protected] in your reliance drop box at shakarpur, laxminagar (Delhi) which is far away from my place.
                            2. If you check my records i am holding this number from past 10 years at least.
                            3. From my past records you would be able to understand that i always make cheque payment since i am not comfortable with online payments and if i drop the cheque on due date it gets cleared after 2 to 3 days and on that you have charged late payment fees.
                            4. I will not pay any such charges as i have made advance payment in the past and reliance did not pay me any advance payment charges or gave any additional benefit for the same.
                            From all the above circumstances and issues faced by me time and again, i would like to port my number to a better service provider having good presence in the market and giving genuine service to the customers. I am also facing network issues on this number and for every call i make or receive i have to literally run from pillar to post to get the network and pay late payment charges for such an efficient and technologically sound service.

                            In past i have generated the porting request twice but the porting was not done by you for some or the other illogical reason which is beyond my understanding and if you check the records i have also made advance payment but it was of no use to me.

                            I would therefore strictly request you to kindly port my number against the porting code which is rd156472 and inform me the total payment to be made by me for closing my records with you.

                            Ps:- i am very much aware about reliance billing system it keeps on generating bill even after total payment is made. Kindly note i will not entertain this in future.

                              Simply the company is snatching money they are like bed bugs simply disturbing and number is [protected] even netconnect + speed upto 3 mbps but am getting only 60 kbps i strongly recommend before going to reliance plz compare other data provider and even am using this connection for close to 5 years but recently they became money suckers they wont care about customers and they care for money only it was totally unsatisfied situation highly initiating poor service no response

                                I have been using their services from last few months, i was informed that i need to pay every month rs599 plus tax, but they send me a bill of around rs900 every months, they are charging for some addition service which i never requested for, they always promised me that they will adjust that amount on my next bill which never happened, and finally they barred my service when it was suppose to be done after 4th of the next month.                                     My name is mohammed sajin. S from kollam, kerala. I have ported my tata docomo sim to reliance 1 month ago. I have selected a plan of rs.249. One day without any prior information, they disconnected my outgoing service saying that they didnt get my data. But i have already given all the necessary data to the provider on the time. Because of their carelessness and insufficiency i suffered by money matters and personal matters as my wife was admitted on hospital for delivery on that time.

                                    Now, i got a bill of rs.339 instead of rs.139, and i called the retail shop manager about the issue. They give me contact of trivandrum circle head mr. Thanzeel's number. I called thanzeel and he treated me like his slave. He delivered abusive languages to me for provoking. He said that i should pay the additional amount if i want the service. I paid the above said additional charge to continue the same. This kind of rude service should get punished. And i hope the early resolution for the same.
