My relience sim mobile no [protected] is deactivated without any prior information which gives me a lot of problems for my communications.i am shocked with the behaviour of relience like company do thus activity.which creating problems to consumers.
kindly give information why sim is deactivated and i want the same sim to start again without any further delay.

      Reliance communication still not responding to my matter. I need my whole money back if they do not give me there service then they have to denied for connection. But they not did it reliance services man told me that there are very easily connected reliance service so you don't have face any type of problems with us. But when he got money from me after a day he said we have shortage of modem and you have to adjust for a month may be more than one month even they didn't tell us equrate time. Yesterday I talk to him about my connection or back for money he said to me that if you have you modem then we connect your line with in 2 minutes but I you don't have any modem then we can't do any thing. Please it is my request to you sir please send me my money back so that I can choose another service I am in very big trouble my whole work depends on internet these kind of problem make me very big trouble please do work on my application as soon as possible. Thank you

        Time to time vas services activated and amount deducted without my consent in my number [protected] and [protected]. Earlier. 3 g network too poor and worst. I tried to contact with cc but no contact. I fed up and disperate bad activities of reliance company. Solve grievances at once otherwise quite network. Some employees of reliance company are careless, anti reliance users irresponsible insensitive etc etc. Jo jhanbhujhkar reliance users ko pareshan karte hain. Lagta hai reliance ke kuchh employees dusre network se milkar reliance ko barbad and badnam karne me lage rahte hain. Isliye request hai ki mere number se vas services ko atonce deactivate kar amount refund kiya jaye, 3 g network me 100% improve kiya jaye aur customer care se quick baat karne ke liye number diya jaye taki consumers aapna complain turant lodge kra sake.           My data card#[protected].

          I am not getting internet connection since 07th of july and neither you telephonic customer service nor your email support team is responding to my complaint. I have escalated to issue to your appelte team and there was no response from thier end also.

          I am really frustrated with your worst customer service, it is very worst and no action been taken even in the past.

          On 25th july i was able to get hold of one of your customer service executive and i had a worst experience with her, she told that issue will be resolved within 2 hours but she is not ready to give the complaint number and it has been 24 hrs since then and issue is not yet resolved.

          You have poor and worst customer service team, who will be misguiding customers always. I can bet you people on that.

          I also received monthly bill on time, do you think this is bill for not using internet??????

          go ahead and waive off my bill and this is to warn you guys that, i don't want continue your service.

            I was in Delhi and a vodafone customer. But daily call from agents of reliance and attractive offers insist me to port to reliance postpaid in june 2015. i am not from delhi besically, so i did not have any local address proof. But agents insist me to arrange. so, i provide them one of my cousin's address proof and photograph. They had collected documents and money from my flats. They were asking for Rs.300 and said it will added to your account and you will get bill after minus this amount of Rs.300. But it never happened. I called that reliance agency (worship enterprises, uttamnagar, new delhi) and reliance customer care so many times. but nothing happened.then even i used my no ([protected]) and have been paying bill on time.
            suddenly in jan 2016 i came to my native place Bihar sharif in Bihar for 2 to 3 months.and in march 2015 i decided not to go back delhi. so, this is time to terminate the number. i called reliance customer care but it had been not connected for 1 to 2 months.i tried daily 4 to 5 times. i looked for the reliance store. but not a single store in this town.then i did mail to reliance regarding termination of my number. after 4 to 5 days i got reply it will get terminate within 7 days.but nothing happened. oh! reliance customer care is connecting now but from some other number and most of the time they have TECHNICAL PROBLEM. some times i got lucky my self because technical problem has been resolved.but they could not solve my problem because it was prepaid department and i had postpaid number.they could not even transfer my call. In this game of termination of a number, 4 bill cycle has gone. and i had been paying without using.
            one day i connected to customer care, they told me to pay some extra bill and call me after that, i will definitely terminate your number.i paid that amount what he told(i don't remember that amount) right there and call back.this time some other person was on another side and he again said to pay some more money and call after that.
            then i decided not to pay more. but these days i am getting call for bill regularly.and today i got a mail regarding criminal and civil action against me if i do not pay the bill within 5 days.
            is this fare to terminate a number for which i had all ready paid around rs.[protected] without uses.and again i have due of rs.1046 and a threat?

                  my Dongle number is [protected] before I upgraded to 4g I have enquired from the Relianceada that whether the benefit on my Reliance 3 of 1 GB per month by rupees 3001 recharge will continue when I upgrade to 4G or not, to this the customer care replied me by e-mail that I will continue to receive the 1 GB data benefit per mth and my plan would not change, but today I called the Reliance customer care to find out at what date my 1 GB data benefit monthly cycle is due to which they said that this plan is not functional now and I won't be receiving it.

                    Dear Sir, I got a new postpaid connection from Reliance Communication at ANGUL, ODISHA-759122 through mobile number portability service bearing No. [protected], with facilate 1000 minute free talktime and 500 MB 3G data at a cost of Rs. 499/-. The Sim card was activated on dated 19.07.2016, but till date my data service/internet service is not activated after several request/complaints made by me. I had also received 03 Nos of Complaint ID i.e.[protected],[protected],[protected]. Every person of Reliance assured me that my problem will be solved within 48 hours, but till date my problem is as it is. Hence I requested you to take necessary steps to solve my above problem.                       i am really frustrated from the poor services i'm getting from reliance.
                      Few days back i was porting out from reliance, but got a call from them by saying that they will cut down my call rates, But i did not get what promised as i didn't even got cutting cost of a single paisa. then i forwarded a mail to know the status of this issue and there i come to know that no such request was raised.i have attached the screenshot of the same as well.

                      Again i ignored the issue, but after that whenever i did recharged my account, they cut down my balance each time by 5-8 rupee/day.when i call them they only refund the amount deducted in last 24 hours.Around 50-60 rupee has been deducted within last 10-15 days.every day i call them and request to refund the amount.Again whenever i ask the CSA to transfer my call to senior associate, they either put my call on a long infinite hold or simply cut down my calls.i have all the recordings as well.
                      i do not want to change my no.but looking for the better services(at least average) then this.
                      Looking for the positive resolution.

                        I bought a reliance data card with the subscriber number is [protected]. I also recharged it with rs.3001/- which the reliance cheated me saying that i will get 1gb every month until june 2021.
                        Recently i found my data card is not connecting, also when i tried to check with the reliance customer care, they are telling it is invalid number.

                        I request reliance to return my recharge amount of rs.3001/- and the dongle price of rs.1199/- as it is not working as per their promise.

                        Please take appropriate action and do justice in this regard.

                          We have to miss important calls, important messages, important meetings, important relations due to this.

                          Situation was not so before 3 or 4 months. we used to make regular call and receive also.

                          There seems some problem with signals of your nearest tower to us.

                          Pl. note we reside in above bunglow since last 6 years. problem started from last 3 to 4 months.

                          Kindly ask your technical team to look into the matter and solve our problem.

                                I had recharge my reliance gsm with rs. 359 for 10gb 3g data, the massage received when i recharged that you got 2.5gb then another massage saying that you got additional 7.5gb for 28 days. its fine but when i started to use the 3g service the speed was remarkably slow before it i had used 2g service i think it was better as compared to this so called 3g service. my reliance gsm no is [protected]. i had recharged my account on 23rd july around 4pm.
                                I had tried to speak with companies executive they said we don't have update pls try after 2hrs then after the said period i called then again same reply i got after that they barred me from connecting to customer care no 198.
                                Please sort this thing out asap.

                                Problem is like yesterday I recharged my Reliance netconnect with rs499 and I didn't get recharge. Customer care is not taking my complaint they are keeping my call on hold or just disconnecting the call. Please refund my money or recharge the dongle.

                                  I am p m gopalachary p h f, from nellore, andhra pradesh. i am a retired head of the dept. of oriental languages from v r college, nellore.
                                  And ex - rotarian i am one of the users of your company’s data card for approximately four years.
                                  I crossed 70 and running 71st year. i suffer from high sugar level, b p and stent is placed for my heart trouble.
                                  In the month of april i received email and as well phone calls
                                  From customer care service, for up gradation from 3 g to 4g. but as my vision is not co-operating to use computer as before, so i requested them not only for up gradation and also not to provide your service from that day.
                                  Same promotional request i was getting from the customer care service, even though, i rejected the offer. i stopped using the data card since 5th may, 2016.
                                  But unfortunately i received bill for june amounting rs.1904/-.
                                  Previously every month i was paying only rs.572/- whether i use it or not.
                                  From customer care, i received a call for 4 g up-gradation. i told all the things. they asked me to visit reliance office in nellore.
                                  There he arranged to converse with the personnel in bombay office. he talked to me in telugu language. i requested him to discontinue providing service. first, he hesitated. at last he obliged, and asked me to pay an amount of rs.2100/- though it is more than the bill amount, for discontinuing my usage.
                                  I paid the same and handed over the data card with sim card and got the receipt for that.
                                  Again this month i received e-bill for payment.
                                  Today i. e., 23 of july i got a hard copy bill for rs.111 and the due date is immediate.
                                  I do not understand what is happening for my mail and phone call request.
                                  Please help in this regard, and relieve me from this tension.

                                    I had subscribed reliance gsm prepaid mobile no +91- [protected]
                                    (sim no.[protected] in dec 2014. and it is terminated on may 17, 2016.

                                    Latest outgoing sms was sent from the same was on may 16, 2016, just before the day of termination.

                                    As per telecom consumer protection act sending outgoing sms will definitely fall under the activity o[censored]sage of sim.

                                    Then why the above got terminated?

                                    I met rel com appellate authority in bangalore on june 12, 2016 but no use on 25 june, 2016 new customer activated on the same and he is not using this till today

                                    And it is very important for me i had given this number whereever i attended seminars & v v imp official meetings.

                                    Pls suggest me how to getback the same.

                                    Iam ready to move to trai, consumer court on this issue

                                    Pls help me out as soon as possible.

                                    Customer care support executives are helpless/ not resolved it from last 1 1/2 month incl Appellate authority in Bengaluru

                                      Reliance a/c no : [protected], landline no - [protected]. Every time your technician comes and does something temporarily and phone starts working, however, not more than one week. Whenever we ask him for the reason of defect, the answer would be some technical defect. And promises us that going forward it wold not give trouble.
                                      Humble request with folded hands to get this issue resolved permanently. Otherwise we will be forced to surrender this number.
