I have been trying to log a complaint last 3 days on reliance ivr
if i call 30333333 it says am not a valid customer. If i call 30337777, again it refuses to accept my number

reliance is happily taking payment why cant they register a complaint for my fixed line[protected] sanjeev mathu

    I had paid 9000+ rupees for unlimited yearly plan, now when there was 4g upgrade i was assured by your call center employee that my plan would be continued for a year and would get 10 gb free + plan cdma plan benefits

    There is also a mail from them saying current plan would continue
    And my services have been stopped with out my knowledge

    We called in your call center i was shocked to hear that my old plan was not applicable and dis continued without giving any information and by will 4000 rupees

    This is pure cheating and harassment, first promising plan and then discontinuing and charging

    I do not hope to receive any service or good feedback from your side

    I did not received any intimation of the same i. E cmda to 4g year plan was discontinued

    There was false promise given..

    Sir my landline no. Is not working for last 1 month and we have complained at customer helpline for the same. But company Is canceling the request again and again. They are saying it will be done I within 24 hours but not paying any heed.

    I have their call recordings as well.
    Same problem with me .suddenly my 4G wipod stopped working on 27 July.reason is outstanding bill amount of 3000/- .as my plan change at backend without taking my concurrence from unlimited to 5 Gb plan.very unethical & pathetic business practice followed by reliance. reliance specifically mention in 4G promotional mailer "There is no change in existing plan or rental" inspite of that they manage to change plan/ rentals in baackend.

      On 30th nov, 2015, i had purchased reliance 3g wifi connection for 12 months advance rental plan for rs 6400/- for a period of 12

      Months from 1st dec, 2015. All of a sudden on july 18th the said connection was abruptly disconnected without notice. When i

      Called the said rcom person from whom i had purchased it he said that i need to compulsorily purchase a 4g wifi connection

      Paying rs 2000/- extra & take away the 4g dongle returning the existing 3g dongle. Further this information regarding 4g extra

      Payment was not informed & agreed to by me in any manner what so ever at the time of purchasing the said connection. As i am not

      Intrested in 4g connection nor did i give any commitment at that time so the question of my taking 4g does not arise at all.

      You re a reputed company and i not intrested in 4g please arrange to refund me the balance amount from july 2016 to nov 2016

      (Five months) rs 2500/- by cross cheque in my favour to my residential address given below.

      Hope you will do the needful at the earliest.

          My reliance landline phones 4 connection are not working and in dead condition from last 4 month and no one from reliance visited our site
          I have complaint so many time on toll free no but every time they close the case next day. I have very bad experience regarding reliance landline.
          Only call center people are citing they never no any thing also there is no escalation matrix to escalate the complain.

            I just want to highlight the pathetic customer service and the false commitments made by reliance. Its in regards to the mobile no [protected].

            I recently moved to gsm. I had a chat conversation with your customer service representative and i was informed i will get 1 gb 2g data, unlimited reliance to reliance calls and 10gb 4g data post migration. I almost spent 300 bucks for a sim card and fcr. I have recieved all the benefits except for 10gb 4g data.

            198 has been blocked from [protected]. So, i had a chat conversation with amit k and he told me that 10gb 4g data has been discontinued. It was upsetting as the company never notified me that it has been discontinued. Eventually, he raised a complaint amit k: complaint number is[protected] and again i was promised that i will get 10gb 3g data instead of 4g within 24-48 hours. I never recieved that. I had a chat with nuruddin and he told the complaint has been closed and again he raised another complaint[protected]. It has been almost a month and its not yet resolved and i and will never recommend this to anyone!!! I have been a loyal customer with reliance for over 10 years. They are ripping the customers off and its a fraud company.

              Since datacard you sent to me, i was not able to activate it, so approached your approved dealer (reliance gallary)

              On 16th july, 2016. i approached the shop to activate the said datacard. i explained him & told that i am a existing member
              & the card i received from you handed over to him. i was shocked to listen & he told me that the scheme is over & i have to pay rs. 2, 699
              Ince i was desperate not having internet facility i paid the amount through my debit card. when i asked for the receipt he told me that i will
              Get it from the company through email. till now i have not received from you or the shop keeper.

              From your this email i am suppose to pay only rs. 1, 599. it means the dealer cheated or took extra rs. from me.
              Pl. guide me in this respect. if you are not able to answer me then please pass on to respective other department of your company
              To resolve the problem. otherwise i will have no option but to take this matter to higher authorities and also some legal way like consumer and or civil
              Courts etc.
              I hope, you will do the needful at an earliest opportunity to avoid further loss of time, money, energy.& damages

                I have purchased reliance 3g data card cdma and core unlimited 3g internet package for 6 month period with advance payment for 6 month offer package (6000 rs.) from reliance store on the month of feb 2016. As soon as i completed 4months only reliance stop my 3g data card cdma services saying they are upgrading to 4g and you have to purchased new device and your existing plan will be the same for pending 2 months of your current package they disconnected my data service and they provided me 4g plan of 5 gb default without my notice or any intimation. My complaint is for below points what i spent money to reliance.
                1. The package i purchased for 3g data unlimited its still pending for 2 months why reliance disconnect my services for internet that is also i paid 6 month amount.
                2. After 4g upgradtion what about my pending 2 months unlimited internet package? Who will pay the cost for that.
                3. Reliance provided 5gb limited package and saying you have used extra data and it will cost you 3736 outstanding amount,
                4. Reliance didnt provided any information about that your 5gb quota is over and you are using more data.
                5. Reliance directly put the amount 3736 in my billing.

                As reliance shut down their cdma operations i was asked to upgrade to their 4g service for which i had to buy a new 4g wi-pod for 1200rs and was assured i would get the same plan which is unlimited download. I was assured this by their by 3 reps in their call center. Their website informed the same as well.

                I got to know about the change in plan details when i called their customer service as my service was stopped. They had changed my plan to their default one which was 5 gb download limit and they also said i could face additional charges for any further use.

                This is fraud as they not only confirmed at their store, email and call center my plan would remain the same.

                I tried to call and email even their appellate to get no response. Thoroughly disappointed with reliance, they have lost a customer forever this is complete fraud and cheating with customer and forcefully they do all this without any notice to customer and i am not going to pay any amount for this fraud bill.

                I would like the company to deliver as they promised of the same plan i had with their cdma device with unlimited download and no change in the charges. My contact no. Is [protected].

                I am requesting consumer court to take a strict action against this fraud.

                    Reliance again stolen rs 150 from my mobile (mobile number :[protected] balance without any information to me. reliance had stolen rs 180 + rs 23 i. e. total rs 203 on 10-11th jun'16. they refunded rs 180 after placing a complaint here on http://www.consumercomplaints.in/, but again they had dedcuted rs 23 within 24 hours. i thought of to forget about rs 23 dedcution, as no one wishes to kill his / her 3-4 hours to talk to reliance customer care, placing complaint etc. but today again reliance stolen rs 150. they are stealing every month.

                    It's shame on reliance, making money by stealing customer's hard earned money.

                    I really don't understand, what to be done against this unethical policy of reliance. reliance deducts money as an average rs 180 every month.
                    I don't have any other option left rather than applying to porting my mobile number to some other service provider.

                    It's really extremely frustrating when you on a call and very confident about your good balance. and finally calls gets disconnected and when you check your balance, that's only time you come to know that your all balance has been stolen by reliance as their usual practice of every month.

                    And when you call reliance customer care, they keep disconnecting your calls. it really doesn't matter, how many times you call to reliance customer care. they tell you directly that they've taken your money and there is no provision to process the refund. there is no procedure to even make a note of your complaint and get a confirmation about it from reliance. releince is really being wild enough every day.

                    Please process the refund rs 150 + rs 23 asap and also place a request to stop stealing my money by unwanted, unexpected, unethical charges (which reliance does every month, you may check the history of mobile number :[protected].

                    If i won't receive refund of rs 150 + rs 23 within 72 hours from now, i'll be also writing this issue to prime minister (http://pgportal.gov.in/pmocitizen/grievancepmo. aspx), tccms (http://www.tccms.gov.in/), trai (http://www.trai.gov.in/), ravi shankar prasad | minister for communications & information (http://www.ravishankarprasad.in/en/contact-us), raise a petition on https://www.change.org/ against reliance and also update it on various social websites. let the people also know, what reliance is doing with its customers and other people also let get connected who are victim of this unethical activity of reliance.

                    Please process the refund rs 150 + rs 23 asap and also place a request to stop stealing my money by unwanted, unexpected, unethical charges (which reliance does every month, you may check the history of mobile number :[protected].

                    As there is no response from Reliance till the moment (even it's more 4 days passed), I am forced to take further action against Stopping Reliance from Stealing my Money.

                    I'll be still waiting till tomorrow evening to hear from Reliance or else I'll forward this Issue of stealing money every month from reliance on Various Networking Websites, Write to OM, Change.org, TRAI and other Consumer Forums.

                    And I as awaited so long to hear from them, but didn't, so I'll not be responsible for activity with could be hurting Reliance Market Status. It must be considered as pre-declaration from my end.

                      Whenever i make recharge, the company deducts my whole balance by messaging that 'ADPAYStrmgMlySubs service has been renewed' while there is no such service is activated. Some times they also charge me for incoming calls. Customer care never respond. I am frustrated now at my peak.

                        I'm regretting a lot after becoming a customer of reliance gsm. I thought it is gonna provide better service but i was wrong. My plan for call rate was good and it was valid for 6 months. But one day, i did e-recharge on my number and instead of providing me 23.67 inr (Almost), they provided 30 inr but my call rate plan was changed to 30 paise/min at all numbers and was valid just for a month. I tried to call customer care executives but i couldn't make call to them from my number. After that, i talked to them from another reliance number and i was been told twice that my previous plan will be activated but nothing happened. And now i can't even talk to them from those reliance number. First, you cheat customer and then block them so that customers can't reach to them for help. Kindly help me if possible.

                        I even sent mail to customer care executives for help but they didn't reply to it. Since I'm a new customer, I can't even go for portability for the next 1 month. And I've registered this number to several accounts So, I don't want to change my number.

                          I am using cdma net connect plus device to get internet connection.
                          From last 3 month facing bad internet connection in virar.
                          Visited to reliance gallery (west) and they told me due to 4g up gradation cdma network hamper... and as of now there is no 4g network in virar hence we failed to upgrade to 4g. even that customer care person not ready to supply 4g device, he said there is no service for 4g in virar so its a unnecessary waste of money. currently no cdma and no 4g in virar.

                            My smart card number is[protected]. I am facing error 400 issue since last few months.
                            Whenever weather becomes little bit cloudy or windy it loses the connection, where other DTH operator works perfectly fine for all my neighbours.
                            I have complained many times, but still It is not been solved. customer care explains me on phone that in rainy season sometimes it loses connection and all that. Technician comes and go without any solution providing different reasons like In rainy season it happens (He even accepted that Big TV loses connection and other DTH operator does not).
                            WORSTTT Service I have ever experienced. No proper customer care response.

                              Balance deducted daily and when we call in 198, they say that, "due to technical issues, we are unable to provide details". I already called 40-50 times, but they always said same thing. No balance is refund till today and also mailed at reliance too. Call connected after several attempt (In more than 5-10 min.). When call connected, then automatically call dropped.
                              This is my biggest fault to choose reliance.
                              Never suggest reliance to anyone in my life.

                                I registered a number with the company 2 years back paying one stroke money for the all the facilities unlimited according to your plan. Now reliance has converted all cdma connections to gsm. When i bought the gsm card from my nearby store, your assistant informed me that the plan is continued even if the connection is transferred. But suddenly a bill of amount ₹2297.63 was raised by the company. I have a launched a complaint and the number for it is[protected] but haven't received any further communication from your side. I request you to contact me on the following number - [protected] and waver my bill as on today and help me with the same.

                                  Dear sir,

                                  I am vinay arora lives in ajmer (Rajasthan). On 27/07/2016 at 7:00 p. M i visited your store at address:- reliance digital xpress store foy sagar road near glitz cinema ajmer to purchase jio sim for my mobile but they rejected to accept my photo and id
                                  On 1. They told me your photo is in small size that's why unable to take and told me to bring passport size photo.
                                  At 2. When i visited again in your store they told me that your photo is printed on glossy paper that's why we are unable to take your photo and id and also told me that bring this photo on photographic sheet and makeing so much of excuses for that.
                                  For this concern i called mr. Mahender his contact no. Is ([protected]) your ajmer head when i talk to him they told me i was joined recently for this post and refuses my all problem and when i asked for the mail id of customer care of reliance or his mail id he neglected that also.
                                  So, i want to know the reason behind that why they refuse to give me jio sim is that the reason is suitable for that.
                                  Should i knock out the door of cunsumer care is there is the remedy behind this.
                                  Please update me for this as soon as possible.

                                  Update regarding my complaint No. 700136124 against reliance digital store at foy sagar road near glitz cinema. I had a complaint against reliance digital store but i am happy about that the complaint of that is resolved and the solution of that problem is provided by Mr. Sathya he resolved all my problem and provide me the suitable solution for my problem which was happened at reliance digital store. In the end i would like to thanks Mr. Sathya for solving my problem.

                                    We (Udyog software india ltd.) using two connection for reliance wll lines[protected] and[protected]. But currently as per your company policy, we have to go in gsm compulsory. So we contact at your vapi's dealer (Priyansh mobile hub) contact person mr. Abhijit ([protected]) and submit all necessary documents on dated 13/07/2016.

                                    But still our call forwarding facility not started. And they given only one instrument against two connection. And now they also not given response regarding the same.

                                    After that we had contact your vapi area service head mr. Bhavesh lad ([protected]) regarding this query but he also not given response to us over phone.

                                    We are leading software company in india which provide solution for indian taxation and those are our customer care numbers for vapi area.

                                    So kindly look into our query on to most priority and resolve the same.

                                      I am using reliance cdma post paid connection from last 10 years and recently upgraded to 4g. But from last 6 months i am facing so many issues regarding signals and no service due to your up-gradation to 4g. I am paying bill last 6 months without using your services as signals are very week and shows no service all the time. I am even not able to receive calls due to network issue. I visited your reliance store baner, pune many times to get solve this problem. They solved the problem temporarily by doing some sim change to their phone and then changed some setting of international roaming as per your executive but i faced the same problem after couple of days.

                                      I am getting the bill despite no use of phone and also paying the amount but this time i got a bf ill of rs 650 and i am not going to pay that amount this time.
                                      Now i request you to please waive off the amount this time as i am not going to pay this. If you can not do that then close/terminate my connection with immediate effect as i am very frustrated now.


                                      I will not be responsible for any future bills and all. I repeat either waiver off the amount or close my connection. Immediately.

                                      I called customer care today to discuss my billing issue and mr. Sunil gupta was the executive from your end. He put me on hold for around 30 min then disconnected the call.
