I am using data card no. [protected] being post paid customer. I placed the order for wi-pod for upgrading it to 4g on 11th june 2016. During the process of payment the transaction failed and i was unable to make the payment for wi-pod 4g. During the process an order no. Ndyefhziu dated 11.6.2016 was generated. Thereafter, i tried again to purchase the wi-pod 4g but was unable to do so. Because on the next page the message was displayed that you have already purchased the data card and your data card has been dispatched. Then i waited for a week thinking that if i receive the data card i will pay for the same on delivery. After waiting for 6-7 days i wrote an e-mail to [protected]@relianceada.com on 17th june 2016 explaining the scenario. I also contacted on the toll free no.[protected] to provide me a solution or reset my account so that i can re-order for the wi-pod 4g. They just provided me some other nos. To contact [protected]/8/9, [protected], [protected], [protected]. But to my surprise none of the nos. Was contactable. Some do not pick the phone, some were always busy and some nos. Were wrong. Thereafter i e-mailed to [protected]@newtel.In and [protected]@newtel.In also but didn’t received any reply. Thereafter, i kept on shooting the e-mails on 25th, 27th, 28th, 29th, 30th june, 1st, 2nd july 2016.
Finally on 2nd july 2016 i received a reply from sonal pathak, officer - customer care, reliance communication limited. She again provided me with the same nos. And e-mails those are given above ([protected]/8/9, [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected]@newtel.In / [protected]@newtel.In). I again wrote an e-mail to her on 4th july 2016 that i am unable to contact any of the nos. Reason already explained above. This time rajni vaswani, officer - customer care, reliance communications limited responded and stated that an executive will get in touch with me shortly. But i havn’t received a call or an e-mail from your side till date. Meanwhile, services of my datacard no. [protected] were stopped from 13th july 2016 from 9.00 am onwards. On contacting *355 they explained that i have been migrated to 4g plan. Though i don’t have the wi-pod 4g. On 15th july 2016 i contacted at [protected] and finally this time i was able to speak to an executive after around one month and 4 days. He told me that i am re-setting your account within 20 minutes and you can place the order for the wi-pod 4g. I waited but nothing happened. Having not been contacted by any executive or reply of my mail, i again e-mailed on 15th july 2016. But couldn’t got any reply till date. On 19th july 2016 i again e-mailed and also contacted the nos. [protected], [protected]. The executives on the other hand did not have any knowledge and were not able to clear my query. When i asked them to give me the no. Of any senior person so that i can talk they simply refused at the first instance and resisting they provided me those same nos. [protected]/8/9, [protected], [protected], [protected] which i had already tried and was unable to contact. The executives on the other side were very rude and had no knowledge or information regarding my query. The executive then told me to log in to www. Shop. Rcom.Co.In with my registered e-mail id and password as my data card no. I logged in but this time also i was unable to place the order. The site showed that “dear rajesh kumar yadav, you have already placed one order for this offer. To track your order, please click on the link sent to your registered email id., you have already placed one order for this offer and your datacard has been dispatched.
To my surprise i also saw that the company has increased the price of the dongle from rs. 899/- to 1599/-. Now it is not understandable that i am continuously trying to contact the company. I have placed the order on 11th june 2016 and thereafter i am continuously e-mailing to the company on 17th, 25th, 27th, 28th, 29th, 30th june, 1st, 2nd july 2016. But you replied only on 2nd july and 5th july 2016. My datacard connection was discontinued by the company on 13th july 2016. It seems that the company did not pay any heed to my complaint and keep on lingering my complaint as they already know that they are increasing the price of the wi-pod. They only replied when the price was increased. It is not understandable that what is the fault on my part and why should i pay rs.700/- extra for the consequences of the company. A mail sent on 17th june is replied on 2nd july. Phone nos. Are not responding/not contactable/wrong no./when ringing not picked up. What should a customer do. It is a position when the customer is purchasing a product from the company. If anything goes wrong after the purchase or he has to contact for any information i don’t know what will happen. I have again written mails on 19th july and 25th july 2016, but haven’t received any response yet.In all i have written more than 30 mails to the company from 17th june 2016 till date but no response.

Even after writing an e-mail that I have not received an wi-Pod 4G and Internet connection has been disconnected by Reliance on 13th July 2016 and it was requested not raise the bill from 13th July onwards. But still Reliance has raised the bill. Great customer relationship.
Nothing has been heard from Reliance Communication till date.
This is how Reliance deals with its consumers. No response yet.

    On 27/07/2016 rs 26/- recharge for reliance to reliance 10p/min call rate val: 2days. Recharge ref number is rel[protected]
    But when call to a reliance number it deduct rs 12.30/- for 8min 12sec.
    When talked to customer care every time they replied technical issues and asked to call after 1hrs.
    9:32am, 10:34am, 11:35am times already talked.
    The validity of the package is 2days it take one day for technical problem. So why such plan are made.
    Also it is observed that service providors' are make policy to deduct balance illegally from customer and harras them when they conduct. Then policy will be successful and illegally they can profit.
    I want to draw attention of concern government officialls and minister on this issue.
    Also call drop issue in reliance is very higher and no return for it.

    With reference complaint number 1339078 I conduct to reliance customer care they feed back me your balance has been refunded which was deduct illegally. Then check balance but not credited. They continuous harassed me every hour when I called.
    I talked to a senior also He confirmed the issue would be solved within 2hrs but It didn't not. They simply avoid the issue.

    My humble request to consumer forum Please raise the issue in higher authority to solve permanentl.

    The service providors' make policy to deduct illegally from customer and harass them to volatile the issue.

    So please see it...

      With out my confirmation relicance decided my montly plan of rs.2233/- plus taxes and sending the bill for rs 2500/- plus every month
      When i asked about the monthly plan 2233 they simply replying we dont have that plan how come reliance sending the bills 2233 monthly plan when they dont have such kind of plan.
      How reliance came out with 2233 per month plan specially to one customer in india?
      More over they dont have any plan right now for cdma customers in andhra pradesh
      Reliance communication not in a position to explain and they just avoiding me when ever i call to the customer care and simply the customer care execuetive tells that transferring call to senior and the serior never attends and they disconnect the call.
      This is horrible torture from reliance with no fault they r minting the amount from the customers and not responding and disconnecting the line and creating the trouble for the customers and preassuring to clear the balance amount immediatley
      Pl. Solve the pb. Again they r goung to raise the bill of 2500+ this month
      Till now i have paid 7500 since three months due to the fault from reliance communication.

        The company has provided wrong information to ensure that the number is ported. Through this wrong information, they have tricked me into paying 300 rupess as the security money. However, on verification there lies was caught and now they are denying the payment of my money saying that it is non-refundable. Reliance is the most unethical company not only in this country but on the planet. Please note that never ever switch to reliance, they always cheap thats what they do.

          I complained for internet speed on february 8, 2016, but no reslotuion i got from their end. There was no internet at all, i have attached the snapshot also but now they are sending some litigation mail constantly stating i have to pay bill amount however i have not used their service as i have complained that i don't have internet connection in my data card.

          I have not received any response from Reliance regarding this issue however they are continuing to send me the litigation mail.
          My sim was blocked without any reason from last 2 days and i called in the customer service but they mention it will be done in 6 hours but nothing gets better. the next day i was told that it will be done in 30 min but no action taken and nothing gets better. The problem is services were blocked without any reason and the bill was also paid.
          They are nothing but cheater, cheating with customer and then sending mails to pay the bills for the service which I have not used.

            Last 20 days the internet is not connected the given speed of the reliance wipod due to changes of cdma to 4g. They switchof the cdma tower and linked with mts tower for cdma customer on 9 june up to now the 4g is not activated and 3g is also not work. The modum is connected in only 1x speed (2g speed).
            My bill due date is 10 to 11 in this month i not used the internet. I call the customer care they all of them are irretating and tell the useless things. All the customer care officers tell if you are using post paid and then used or not pay the bill. How i can pay the bill for not using the internet.In our friends are also having the same problem. So we all are change the network. Because useless of customer. If i call customer care they can take more then 30 to 50 minutes to atten a call all are waste the time of me and our friends time.

            Plz tell me clearly how to disconnect my reliance modem because i call the customer care no one can tell about how to disconnect the network. All of them are simply tell call morning 8 am and i will connect the call to my higher official and then the cont take a call for after 50 min. Don't buy reliance modem.

              As reliance shut down their cdma operations i was asked to upgrade to their 4g service and assured i would get the same plan which is minimum 5 mbps speed and unlimited download. I was assured this by their email sent by the company and by 3 reps in their call center. Their website informed the same as well.

              I had just purchased their cdma dongle couple of months back and now was asked to purchase the 4g dongle and barely into a month with their service my speeds dropped to 100kbps

              I called their customer service to find out they had changed my plan to their default one which was 5 gb download limit and could face additional charges for any further use.

              This is fraud as they not only confirmed at their store, email and call centre my plan would remain the same.

              I tried to call and email even their appellate to get no response. Thoroughly disappointed with reliance, they have lost a customer forever.

              I would like the company to deliver as they promised of the same plan i had with their cdma device with unlimited download and no change in the charges. My contact no. Is [protected] call between 3:30 pm to 7:00 pm week days

              I have attached the screenshot of the email sent by reliance wherein it mentioned "no change in your current data plan rentals and benefits" under "why upgrade to reliance 4g". This is false advertising and fraud.

                Hi rcom,

                I have recharged 3001/- lifetime plan where i will get 1gb data every month to my reliance broadband net connect + on 12/11/2014. Since last 3 months i was receiving notifications asking me to buy 4g wipod as reliance was planning to stop cdma services.

                When i ask them about my lifetime plan they assured (I have proofs) the 1gb every month lifetime plan will continue with new 4g wipod.

                Now when i purchased the new 4g wipod for 2699/- in the month of june-2016. It has not got activated, when i tried calling reliance customer support they told there is no such offer in existence.

                Now it is clear betrayal i have decided to return the unused 4g wipod to get my money back 2699/- and also my lifetime plan amount 3001/-either cash or check or neft immediately.

                Note: if the above request is not accepted i am going to file a case in portal.Gov.In with having all the proofs.

                Kindly don’t write false information like “ we tried to contact your number but number is not reachable... As such”

                    Dear Mr Ambani,

                    Its my compulsion to write this mail to you. I believe you have given your customer service business to any road side vendors as they dont even able to understand customer problems, your nodal help line officers are good for nothing no assistance at all now i am feeling helpless as i have lost my trust from Reliance.

                    Recently i ported in Reliance from Tata Docomo BIG MISTAKE OF MY LIFE.

                    1- On 17th July i traveled in roaming area in UPE i was given free minutes which works in roaming area because of that only i choose Reliance. But when i reached in roaming area networks gone and never come back.

                    2-I called 3 times on your customer care but instead of taking complaint they keep asking me to select network manually. I keep telling everyone that when i search network manually Reliance network reflecting but when i select its shows error unable to connect, But they didn't listen to me and asked me to try to select network manually.

                    3- on 18th July i called on your nodal helpline from my alternate number and explained whole issue, lady who picked my call said she cant help me as call is connected in dealer help line..HELL IS THIS MY PROBLEM??...she said she will arrange call back till noon on same day i said ok..but no call back was arranged.

                    4- I again called on your nodal help line this time again a lady picked my call she kept me on hold for 10 min and raised one complaint and given 48 hrs time. THINK HONESTLY CAN ANYONE STAY WITHOUT PHONE FOR 48 HRS NO INCOMING NO OUTGOING. I beg to her to forward an email to network team for instance resolution. But she denied and said she can forward an email only after 48hrs when complaint will be closed. THEY ARE NODAL OFFICERS OF YOUR COMPANY ARE THEY ENOUGH QUALIFIED FOR THIS POSITION???

                    5- 48 Hrs over no call back no resolution again i called on your nodal desk guy who answered my call i explained all issues he said he will again raised complaint to network team again 48 hrs..ARE THEY HUMANS??..how can he say that that again he will take 48 hrs. I asked him to forward an email and resolve the issue asap he assured me that he is forwarding an email he putted me on long hold and finally he disconnected my call...WHAT A [censored]

                    6-I was feeling like beggar i again called on nodal desk explained all issues guy again put me on long hold and disconnected my call.

                    Yesterday only i came back from roaming now networks are fine..Issue is with my national roaming services i believe which is still not working. I tried my best to make everyone understand that Reliance network are reflecting on manual search means network are available but i am unable to latch with network it means national roaming service not working..BUT ONLY HUMANS WHO HAVE MIND CAN UNDERSTAND THIS.

                    BECAUSE OF YOUR BAD SERVICES I MISSED MY FLIGHT AND MISSED MY OFFICIAL CALLS LOT'S OF INCONVENIENCE WAISTED 15000 BUCKS BECAUSE OF YOU. I WANT COMPENSATION FROM YOU...EVEN I WILL POST THIS MAIL ON SOCIAL MEDIA AS WELL.

                      My postpaid reliance cdma number [protected] was upgraded to reliance 4g as cdma is closed. i was repeatedly called by the reliance customer care

                      Back end team and was told that 1st month 10gb 4g data is being given free of charge to try the 4g experience.
                      After 1st month of 4g usage i have been given a bill of 14, 311/- for the month of june 2016. and immediately my incoming & outgoing calls have

                      Been barred and i'm asked to make the bill payment urgently!! i am told i have used excess data of 5gb, whereas i already had a 5gb 3g pack + the

                      1gb pack which is in my plan by default. even if reliance mobile refused to give the so called free 4g data what happened to my 3g data packs??

                      They just vanished into thin air is it?

                      What kind of service is from reliance mobile? or is it a scam?? in the very 1st month of 4g services you'll have goofed up big time!! i've been

                      Using reliance mobile service since last 10 yeras and now have to face this kind of stooped customer support. i have been repeatedly calling the

                      Reliance customer care and each time they are taking a service request & saying it will take max 3 days time to resolve, at the end of 3 days they

                      Are just closing the request mentioning it as resolved.

                      These are my complaint numbers:

                      I am using reliance CDMA post paid connection from last 10 years and recently upgraded to 4G.But from last 6 months i am facing so many issues regarding signals and no service due to your up-gradation to 4G. I am paying bill last 6 months without using your services as signals are very week and shows no service all the time. I am even not able to receive calls due to network issue. I visited your reliance store baner, Pune many times to get solve this problem.They solved the problem temporarily by doing some SIM change to their phone and then changed some setting of International roaming as per your executive but i faced the same problem after couple of days.

                      I am getting the bill despite no use of phone and also paying the amount but this time i got a bf ill of Rs 650 and i am not going to pay that amount this time.
                      Now i request you to please waive off the amount this time as i am not going to pay this . If you can not do that then close/terminate my connection with immediate effect as i am very frustrated now.


                      I will not be responsible for any future bills and all.I repeat either waiver off the amount or close my connection. immediately.

                          I am reliance wipod customer from few months and opted for 40gbul @ 999 plan on wipod cdma, the devices was for 1400 rs and then after two months only device got shut down as they said now it will upgrade to 4g and i have to buy new 4g wipod and after upgradation my plan will remain same that is 40gb @ 999 and i was made to brought the new device for rs 899 buy now since the 4g is live i got the main that the plan will change for 1gb @ 300 which is no where close to my old plan. if i woukd have known about this then would have never upgraded to 4g wipod. now as said i want the same plan that is 40gb @999 or some plan which would be close to it rather than the plans which are more expensive or take this wipod in return and return my money for dongle as it would be useless now as i will terminate my connection

                            Hi. I am a postpaid customer and my number is [protected]. After paying my last bill, all the service on my phone were stopped and there was no network at all on my reliance number. I then called the customer care and followed all the instructions they had asked me to follow and yet the service wasn't restored. On further prying, they asked me to change my sim as 'there must be a problem in my sim'. But i was not in mumbai and travelling (Still in delhi) and when i went to a store, i was told that my sim couldn't be replaced here and i will have to get it from mumbai.Inherently, they asked me to go to mumbai just to get my services back. But this still doesn't get over. A few days earlier (4 days at maximum), my sim (Which was supposed to be the problem), automatically started working at the same location. And as soon as it was fixed, i started receiving calls to pay my pending bill, to which i obviously refused because i wasn't going to pay when the service wasn't provided to me. The executive then checked with her senior and informed me that i will have to pay the bill, ti keep using my number.

                            I also have a complain dated june 21st, 2016 in the same regard and my service had been out since a week before. The complain number for the same is[protected].

                              My reliance data card no. is [protected], i am customer of reliance cdma net connect service from 22 august 2015, with unlimited uses internet plan (arp plan for 1 year).

                              I received call from reliance stating cdma service is going to close & all are customers are migrated to 4g service with same plane. i also received 4g sim for the same. to confirm it again i called to reliance customer care[protected] & again i was informed that my plan will be same. so i migrated to 4g on 18 june 2016 & ordered 4g wi-pod, i received that on 19 july 2016. after that i start using 4g internet thinking that i am having "unlimited uses internet plan" as informed by customer care.

                              On 21 july 2016 with a great surprise i came to know that my current plan is not a unlimited uses internet plan, it is 5gb internet plan & over 5gb uses i will be charged (already charged heavily & made huge unbilled amount). immediately i stopped using the services also called reliance customer care[protected], register a complaint about this fraud (complaint no.[protected]. that time i was informed that my complaint will be resolved in next 72 hours & same will be informed me by message or call.

                              But till now i did not get any message or call from reliance regarding this.

                              Please help me on this & wive off my unbilled amount as reliance customer care provide me wrong & misguiding information about my plan on 4g.

                                Hello reliance team,

                                I was trying to reach customer care several times, to disconnect my reliance netconnect+ data card number [protected]. there was no proper response. every time i was ended up waiting on hold for long time.

                                Even i have visited their stores so many times. they were telling as they stopped the cancellation process for reliance netconnect+ data connection.

                                I have mailed on this three times. but there is no response.

                                I was using this modem more than 3 yrs and paid my bills on time. i have already paid all the due amount. please disconnect the data card number [protected] asap as i'm not using the data card anymore. if the same is not disconnected from your end then charges will not be paid of said data card.

                                    I was using reliance cdma number [protected] from past several years. Now, i thought to change network to airtel. To initiate the process, yesterday i had sent port [protected] message to 1900 number. Then waited for 12 hrs, but did not received message from 1901 number. I sent mail to [protected]@relianceada.com but no reply from them. Today again i sent message couple of times and waited for hours, but still no response. Called customer care numbers waited for hours on call, but nobody has picked up the call. Really bad experience when nobody picks up the call.

                                      My new 4g wipod device is unable to get the internet access since the 4g services are started in our area (i. e 7th july). contacted the rcom customer care through all modes (chat, call and email) and still my problem was not resolved.

                                      Surprisingly, i am getting different responses each time i call the customer care. one agent says my account is not having any 4g data balance and another technical team agent says my account has 10gb 4g data balance and validity until 05-aug-2016. i was wondering why each technical team agent is seeing different balance information on my account.

                                      Due to cdma to 4g upgrade, i was forced to buy a new 4g wipod device as a replacement for netconnect device. i paid rs 2699/- for the device rs100/- for up-gradation recharge in ap circle. during upgrade i was promised for 10gb free data also.

                                      Now all the amount i paid is going waste because of rcom ruthless service.

                                      I request the consumer complaint to take necessary action on rcom and make them either fix my wipod internet connectivity issue immediately or take this new device back and return my money.
