    I'm having a wipod device with number [protected]. 4g sim was delivered to house, first! Device was asked to be purchased! I also purchased the device! Now the old modem is not working, and the new 4g device is also not working! I have to get internet since my work is internet based.

    The customer care numbers are always busy!

    I need a solution as soon as possible!

      Hello,

      I have 2g netconnect dongle (cdma no:[protected]). but last 2 days they was stop internet. because of they have stopped their cdma service and asking consumer like me to purchase a new dongle for their gsm network and take any regular rental plan. but i have already paid 3 months advance payment for 2g internet. validity till 25th august. and balance is almost 8gb. but they have not give me internet connection because in my area they have stoped cdma service.

      They have not provide me any dongle for internet use. without information they have stop internet because of no internet i have lost my clients.

      Reliance have to give me a free dongle. because i have already invest in his company dongle. so why i extra money paid to another dongle.

      After some years reliance upgrade gsm and tell customers buy another dongle. it's not possible all of customers. it's cheating from reliance.

      Please give me what i get action to reliance.

          Dear mr. Rahul tandon,

          Greetings of the day!

          Recently i have port my mobile number [protected] from idea gsm to reliance gsm in postpaid. Through reliance store, adbg enterprises, commercial shop-ii/c-48, ub, lajpat nagar-ii, new delhi. I have provided my e-adhaar printout to reliance store as identity proof and address proof. Later, the verification agent came to verify the identity proof and address proof and my parents shown them e-adhaar of mine. The verification agent told that reliance is not entertaining e-adhaar as identity proof and address proof.

          Later my number got activated. But today i got call from reliance store, adbg enterprises. He told me to produce adhar card which i got by post. I told him that i have adhaar number and e-adhaar since 2 years but i never got my adhaar card which was sent by uidai by post. Then he said that reliance is not entertaining e-adhaar and denied to help me further.

          Then i called to customer care and told my problem but they denied to help me. They told me to call in your office. I called to your office and ms. Komal has attended my call. I stated my problem and also told her about government notification and memorandum about validity of e-adhaar. She took me on hold and had conversation with reliance store, adbg enterprises. When she came on line, she told me that reliance is not entertaining e-adhaar as proof of identity and address proof.

          Mr. Tandon, can you please explain me why not reliance is entertaining e-adhaar as proof of identity and address? Here i had attached memorandum issued by government of india. Please read this docuemnt carefully and consult with your management, legal team and other higher officials, before reverting back to me, either in negative or positive. Because, i will use your statement for future communication with other competent authority of reliance, uidai & trai.

          I hope you will take this mail as consumer grievances and try to solve it on asap basis.

            Hello,

            I am customer for reliance (number [protected]) for almost 8yrs now, so when you started with the 4g up gradation thought of continuing with reliance but it seems i took a wrong decision.

            Last month the new wipod worked for just 2days, after many requests 2g worked for 10days.
            I received a bill amount of 575 which when asked for any adjustments for bill as it did not work, the concerned person asked not to pay any amount as of now as he will be sending a mail for waiver of amount.

            Again since 10days net is not getting connected and store incharge says that my outstanding amount is 6608. i made a payment of 500 so now it is 6108. this month due date is yet to be crossed.

            Yesterday when i went for a request to cancel my number they told me my number belongs to tamil nadu circle so it cannot be done.

            My address is of nagpur, maharastra and i purchased it from here and never been to tamil nadu. how is it possible?

            I have always made payments on time and this time due to system error i have been troubled past two months.

              Since 5 years i am the reliance wireless internet customer having data card no [protected]. Every month from last 5 years recharging for unlimited plan around 800rs. Last month 26th june 2016 i recharged 797 rs unlimited plan (12gb) from day i recharged reliance network issue started in our circle (They are telling in 4g up gradation) from 26th june 2016 to 5th july 2016 its working in 1x speed means 240kbps. After 5th july 2016 network completely gone and data card is not working till date.In my plan still 11gb data pending entire month i connected only 2 hrs to use data card. Due these reliance 4g up gradation issue no network and also no internet. Now they are not providing extending plan validity or no data carry forward. Nearly this month i called 42 times... No proper response from customer care.. I[censored] want connect customer care we need to wait min 20 min... Very worst service. Please provide my money back or extend my validity... Reliance=cheaters.. En[censored]r service yar cheating people making money...

                I have been requesting to disconnect the broadband connection for past three months.
                Kindly disconnect my postpaid reliance broadband connection. Details are given below

                I spoke to your customer service people several times but they didn't give me any sort of reference regarding this issue infact they behaved in rude manner which was not tolerable.
                Pl note that: all my bills are upto date by june 2016. Please find the attachment given below for your reference.

                  I am using a post paid connection of reliance since last 2 months. I have raised 6 complaints in last 15 days. I am getting h+ network continuously. But getting a 2g speed. The download speed is as low as 6-8 kbps. They are closing the complaints with out even discussing the issue with me. They are providing the worst service i have ever seen.

                  Can someone please look into it. Else i will have to move out of this connection very soon.

                    Hi, i want to connect with reliance broadband connection and for that i paid full charges of reliance services after taking money from me they said that we have shortage of reliance modem so we cannot install broadband we install it after one month may be more so now i feel so much helpless... Reliance are really doing big faketo me. First they demanded 1780 rupees from me for full installation fee after that they demands that 250 rupee addition for lineman who install internet at my house

                      Hi, i wanted to take reliance broadband connection in laxminagar area of delhi, for the same i contact sales executive mr. amit kumar on jun 30, 2016 (amit. kb. [protected]@reliance.com, [protected]). he confirmed me that connection would be set up in next 48 hrs and asked to give the fees money rs 1835/- which includes 1 month advance rental and installation charges in cash, which i transferred in his account in yes bank, cp ([protected]). after that he did not give me any receipt and no connection was given to me. then i started following up with him on regular basis, 2-3 times a day. he then asked me to contact his area manager, mr gopal ([protected]) and eventually on jul 13, 2016, gopal shared a receipt photo on whatsapp and confirmed connection wuld be setup in mext 48 hrs, which is still not done and today it is jul 23, 2016.
                      A week back, when we called mr gopal, his assistant picked the call and told that connection could not be given in my area and that within 48 hrs money would be refunded in cash by some executive who will come my home.
                      It has been a week since that confirmation and no one has showed up as yet, and when i called mr gopal today about 30 mins back, he did not pick the call so i called mr amit and he is saying he is not sure but might be on tuesday money would be refunded.
                      A week back, i had put a mail to the nodal officer (rcomnodalofficer. [protected]@relianceada.com) but no one has responded from there too.
                      This is complete customer harrasment and money laundring, i need my money back along with the interest for 1 month and compensation for the trouble i am going through.

                        I didn't wanted to upgrade to 4g as i was using cdma dongle of reliance for a year with monthly costs of rs. 700 (7gb+7gb) postpaid plan.

                        I get 5 calls from them in the past to upgrade and that my plans would not change and i'll also get 10gb free data during upgrading. Its also written on their website.

                        I then upgraded and 4g service in up west live from 7th july 2016 and using on my same plan till 16. But suddenly i checked my mail as they sent me at night saying that i should choose a costlier plan and if i did not call within the night i will get default plan of rs. 1100 of 5gb and if 5gb exceeds i'll be charged 5p/10kb.

                        I checked with customer care and they said my plan is same and is not going to change but when talked again next day in morning, they said 5gb for rs. 1100 is ur plan.

                        I said i did not want this plan and not paying for this then they said choose lower plans of rs. 300 for 1gb. But then i terminated my connection due to this fraud on 20th. Now, visiting consistently reliance store they told me that my bill reached rs. 1200 and also i have to pay for the next month bcuz they need 15 days to terminate the connection but i have not used reliance 4g since 20th july and also broke their sim. My billing date is 26 every month.

                        With this i also purchase there device at rs. 900 which they lured me into as original cost was 2700.

                        I'm not paying any bills as i got cheated by reliance. Open to pay only what is fair and according to usage but i talked everyone and all customer care but no one is responding properly and giving diff. Opinions.

                        Plz resolve this issue asap.

                            I have made several calls to[protected] to request the termination of internet services on my reliance netconnect plus number [protected].

                            Every time i get a response from the team that the termination department will call you and the services will be terminated after the call from termination department.

                            But i never received a call from termination department.

                            I once had the conversation id ([protected]) also taken to follow up on my request, but when i connect again to the above number and ask them for the status they give the same response

                            Hence i request you to process the termination request on [protected] and stop billing on this number as well.

                              Dear sir,

                              I have reliance post paid connection and last month they are charges extra calling pack of rs149 rs and i had mailed to nodal officer, customer care about this. After a long follow up they had reversed it and in this month bill also they had been debited 124 rs extra. I have been mailed about the same to nodal officer and customer care and noboday reverted yet. They never communicated about debiting this and i have afraid o[censored]sing this connection now. Please give me a solution for the same and kindly do the needful to reverse the debited amount. My post paid reliance mobile number is [protected].

                                Dear sir/madam
                                I was user of reliance fwp cdma phone no [protected] since 2012 for my hospital enquiry and registration. Company has given a maasage only on phone that reliance cdma service customers service will be upgraded and they can get gsm sim at reliance store. And they suddenly blocked network. When i contacted reliance custmor care and store they straightway denied and offered a new mobile no gsm sim tu continue reliance network services. Neither they are providing ways tu port my well known mobile no tu any other network.
                                I am suffering huge finantial loss and mental trauma. Kindly do justice tu recover my no and penalise such orgnisations doing such act in era of potability and freedom

                                  Summary: my datacard stopped getting signal since one week. The customer service call is getting lost while transferring to service representative.

                                  I have been calling customer care number since a week. It drops me silently while transferring the call to service representative. Please solve the problem immediately.

                                  This problem had also happened in last month. The cust service told me that it was because of the 4g migration. They told me that my 3g card would work ok after few days. After a downtime of 7 days, it started working again. Now, it went back to again to the problem of "zero signal".

                                  Reliance contacted me. Even though they had told me that the move from 3g-->4g was not mandatory, it seems, they have changed their stance.

                                  Now they tell me that 4g is mandatory, thus leaving me 2 weeks and more in cold water this month alone (Ironic that I am in a plan that gives me a data speed less than that of 2G).

                                      I had call on 198 for my inquiries regarding 3g data plan offer, as in my group some of my friends got 10 GB 3g data at nominal cost for this I had call but your representative after putting the phone had not sent any complaint number.
                                      For this queries I called for the second time but the employee neither listening the whole words transferred the phone to higher representative, where I had stay on call more than 15 minutes, so I put my phone and tried for the third time but I m unable to understand that what are you doing in Meenu option, I was unable to contact to representative person.

                                      Kindly provide my complaint number so I will file complaint to consumer court for waisting my precious time and the inconvenience which I had faced
